Great build quality and amazing controller.
I’ve had this controller for some time now, since March I believe. This controller has been nothing but amazing. The buttons are clicky and mechanical which I love, the sticks haven’t developed any hint of drift whatsoever and the back buttons work as good as new.
This controller has lasted me longer than any other controller I’ve had before (Xbox elite series 1 and 2, powerA fusion controllers etc.)
I was looking for a controller for a long time that was cheap enough I could replace and built well enough I could enjoy my time using it. This controller blew my mind. After watching a review on YouTube I decided to give it a try and the fact it’s held up so long surprised me. It’s built great, no drift, works like new. I use my controllers pretty hard sometimes especially the back buttons so if you’re worried about overall integrity of those which broke on past controllers, they’re great on this one.
I also hydrodipped the front panel (see picture).
WORTH NOTING:
-The controller is a bit smaller than standard Xbox making it cramped for larger hands
-The sticks are slightly shorter than standard which I prefer but may not be for everyone
-The buttons again are mechanical not membrane so do what you will with that. (Preference thing)
-There is the alternative g7 SE with non drift sticks but they cut back on some quality on other aspects of the controller. It’s worth it for some people though I’d recomendable watching a review on YouTube if interested.
TLDR: amazing controller, amazing build quality, nothing bad to say about it, it just comes down to preferences and having medium to smaller sized hands. Highly recommend

Soy jugador de Rocket League, y he roto varios mandos, y he devuelto otros tantos, que funcionaban realmente mal.
Este mando es el mejor que he probado de todos, precio al mismo que el de XBOX, pero con una calidad mucho superior. A este mando le pondra un 9.5/10 y al de XBOX 8/10
Tiene botones mecnicos, pero no excesivamente “acolchados”, de manera que se puede jugar Rocket League perfectamente.

EDIT: Tras unos das de uso jugando Rocket League, el R2 se queda pillado al fondo. En Rocket League, el 90% del tiempo ests manteniendo el R2 al fondo, y funcionaba bien hasta que de repente se empezaba a quedar “pegado” cuando suelto el R2. Si no lo vas a utilizar de esto modo, seguramente no te de ningn problema.

With my larger hands drop shooting on mw2 was almost impossible with this controller. Otherwise I'd give it 5☆

The reason I don't give 5 stars is because the buttons seem to be some kind of micro switch (you can feel and hear the click action), it does not affect functionality at all, but I think they will not last particularly long. I do not use the headset on the controller, but it is a plus to have the controllers directly on the controller I case it is required

Der Controller fhlt sich so an, als wre er extra fr mich gemacht worden. Verwende ihn fr die Xbox. Spiele nur noch mit Kabel. Htte nicht gedacht, dass er so toll ist, auch die Einstellmglichkeiten sind groartig. Die Nexus Software ist bersichtlich und einfach zu verwenden. RESPEKT vor Gamesir G7

Um timo controle para, vamos se dizer que um controle elite do xbox que tem custo benefcio mais barato. timo produto, tima qualidade, preo bem acessvel pelo nvel do controle. EU SINCERAMENTE INDICO DEMAIS.

ima qualidade, no s de acabamento como tambm nos inputs (botes). Ele um pouco mais leve que um controle de Xbox One (sem bateria) e tem uma pegada parecida, porm com a angulao dos grips menos aberta. A vibrao bem responsiva e forte (recomendo diminuir a fora por meio do software oficial). Possui um software oficial na prpria loja do Windows (W11), o GameSir Nexus, que permite configurar e atualizar o controle. O cabo q acompanha o controle (USB-C) tambm timo e bem comprido

Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. I still find myself grabbing for my Series X controller. I bought this hoping to add rear buttons for cheap after not liking the feel of the Armor X strikepack. These feel a lot better, but the different size of the controller throws off my aim in COD. Being able to jump shot is cool, but not getting kills is not. Like another reviewer, I have smaller hands and this still feels small. The menu buttons throw off my muscle memory for looking at the map in Warzone.

Je suis un joueur FPS C/S, je recherchais une manette pour COD / WZ.
Mes critres de recherche :
– Palettes entirement configurables
– Possibilit de rgler la sensibilit des gchettes pour se rapprocher des boutons clics de souris de manettes FPS tout en gardant la possibilit de rester avec des gchettes progressives pour les jeux de voiture par exemple. C’est un systme diffrent des rglages de crans de gchettes qu’on peut retrouver sur d’autres manettes car la gchette s’active instantanment de manire logicielle mais on garde quand mme la course entire de la gchette pour arriver en bute, je dirais que c’est un autre systme tout aussi intressant avec ses avantages et inconvnients.
– Possibilit de rgler la sensibilit des joycons
– Possibilit de facilement changer les joysticks avec sa face avant amovible et fixe magntiquement (a ne bouge pas du tout)
– Pas de batterie car je l’aurais laisse tout le temps branche
– Un grip
Franchement elle cochait toutes les cases en plus du prix relativement bas par rapport toutes ses qualits et au regard des autres manettes de ce type sur le march parfois plus de 200 pour les mmes features voir avec des features en moins.
Les bon points qui ne m’taient pas ncessaire mais apprciables :
– Un soft en Franais trs bien fait et facile prendre en main
– Longueur du cble, + cble tress de qualit en USB-C
– Trs bon clics des boutons
– L’assignation des touches qui peut tre faite depuis la manette sans passer par le soft
– Sobre, lgante et soigne
Les mauvais points :
– Pas fan de la position des palettes et du feeling aprs c’est ma premire manette palette donc je peux pas trop comparer avec d’autres et srement que je vais m’y habituer dans le temps
Concernant la fiabilit de la manette et des joycons, voir dans le temps, je reviendrais diter ce commentaire si j’en suis du sur ce point. Mais je reste confiant par rapport leur promesse et malheureusement Scuf et leurs manettes 200 balles voir plus sont trs loin d’tre irrprochables sur ce point, ce qui est scandaleux de mon point de vue. Au pire je pourrais me racheter 4 manettes pour le prix d’une Scuf, no comment…
Conclusion, super rapport qualit prix, j’ai mis longtemps trouver cette manette que je juge parfaite au regard de ma recherche. Beaucoup d’autres manettes sont mises en avant sans avoir toutes ces features et avec un prix nettement plus lev.
Commande un dimanche, reue le lendemain, un lundi donc. Je ne sais pas comment font Amazon, c’est impressionnant, au top !
Yup it's worth it.....
If you don’t mind a wired controller this is a worthy replacement for the original Xbox controller. The triggers on the underneath are an additional extra over the Xbox controller and they work a treat. All buttons have a great feel to them. It feels good in the hands. You need to get used to button placement for menus as they are placed slightly different to the Xbox controller. But not a real issue at all. The app needs to be installed on the Xbox/pc to set up and change settings but was very easy.
Been using this for several different games and it’s not missed a beat. Very good value and a great alternative to the original Xbox controller it even comes with a second face plate when you get bored with the black one.
A good micro-switched controlle
GameSir have put a lot of effort in this controller and it has some very unique benefits.
Most importantly, this is a very comfortable controller. I’ve played long sessions with the twin sticks, and it felt good. The D-pad does require pressure to use, the switches there offer a dull, quite click, but there is certainly a depression needed, it is not a smooth rolling motion. It’s important you know that the buttons are micro-switched, so using ABYZ will make clicking noises when depressed. Triggers and bumpers are silent. Speed of response is excellent.
In fact, should you need to customise almost anything, there is optional software to do so. Quite a win for enthusiasts. I was happy how it shipped, just plugged and played. Cable length is more then adequate for desktop gaming.
Volume control can be adjusted from the controller if you plug in a headset (3.5mm jack at the bottom of the controller).
A couple of unique features are worth noting, One is it comes with 2 face-plates. One black, the other white – which can be drawn on to personalise the gamepad. It’s a one shot thing, so plan it out. It’s simple to change the face-plates, they click on and off, held by magnets.
Even more unique is the location of two buttons under the pad, where your middle fingers rest. This is forward thinking.
I have experienced a few quirks in non-AAA titles, where buttons minimize windows or task switch. It’s rare, but never encountered such issues with the genuine Microsoft controller.
It’s a little cheaper than those, offers more customisation and has those new buttons. I’ll continue to use this controller, since it does the job well.
soft buttons and very sturdy controlle
This GameSir G7 Wired Controller for Xbox One arrived very nicely packed in a box. I love the packaging and it makes the perfect gift to give to anyone on christmas, birthday, etc
The controller itself is very well made, so sturdy and durable. The buttons are soft to press and my fingers don’t get tired due to continuously pressing. The controller is lightweight and has a good weight which doesn’t make me tired.
Eventhough the controller is wired it has a long wire . I have connected the controller to my pc and it performs really well.
Works really well as branded ones.
Highly recommend it and is worth the price because of excellent performance and durability.

Joysticks feel good with little to no deadspace found when playing Nier:Automata, buttons are clicky and satisfying, but the mechanical switches on the ABXY buttons takes time to get used to.
Works right out of box for many Windows games, although if you want more control, you can remap the buttons with GameSir’s Nexus remapping software.
No lag noticed as expected of a wired controller.
Overall a solid Xbox controller for daily use.

What a great joypad. It’s pretty much perfect in my opinion – other than perhaps the placement of the remappable buttons at the back of the hand-grips – which seem far too easy to trigger by accident. The joysticks are smoother than smooth, the face buttons are supremely tactile and the triggers and outer radius of the thumb sticks have a very cool, very practical grip pattern, which make them really, really tactile.
I absolutely would recommend this, if you’re serious about gaming and the comfort you have whilst doing so.
Comfy to hold and easy to connec
You can tell from the moment you hold on to it the controller is made out of quality plastics.
It feels sturdy and the controls are easy to access and easy to press.
It boasts 18 control buttons which are all mappable, the most important ones are also rubberized and textured for ease of use, it also has a microphone for in-game coms and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
Compared to the cost of branded Xbox controller it’s a no-brainer.

I got this controller to play the PC version of a mobile game (that I’m apparently not allowed to name, so let’s just say its keyboard and mouse controls are terrible and clunky) and I really liked the results! The controller was ready to play after plugging it in (just needs a USB port), no setup or software installation needed, so it was a super easy and convenient transition.
The controller is very lightweight, and I found it easy to handle; I really enjoyed the smoother and more intuitive controls that it provided, and my gameplay became a lot more fun as a result. I also liked that it came with a customisable faceplate, giving me the opportunity to create a personalised controller. No complaints so far!

Good quality with easy to swap faceplates
I have a reasonably cheap (20) wired controller that I use and this definitely felt different. I generally play FIFA on the XBOX ONE – the buttons on this have a shorter press down range and meet with better resistance than my cheap controller. Everything feels much better put together. The magnetically clasped (genius!) removeable faceplate has no movement and also comes off easily to swap between the supplied black and white faceplates.
There’s an extra couple of buttons on the back which I’m not sure what they’re for but likely for some specialist RPG type games.
It’s pricey for a wired controller but well made with a nice tactile response.

A decent wired controller that works without fuss. I particularly like the customisation of the controller. It’s perfect for a “stand by” controller. Definitely one to consider.
Just What I needed.
When this product arrived, I actually thought it was an official Xbox gaming pad. When I removed the product from the box I honestly thought it was the real McCoy. I had to do a double take on box to make sure.
In truth it is better than an official Xbox pad because is has extra buttons on the bottom of the pad which allows me to program more sophisticated games. I use this on the PC, the fact that it is wired doesn’t bother me at all. The wire is long enough USB C so I can double up as a charging cable if needed. Also, the pad comes with a white upper shell, which I have used to make my pad unique white.

Great controller for PC gaming
I got this to replace a tired old Xbox controller I’ve been using for light PC gaming.
I’m a casual ‘when I’ve got five minutes’ gamer these days so don’t need anything particularly fancy but I was very impressed with the quality of this controller.
It’s comfortable in the hand and I really like the textured grips and triggers.
It’s nice and responsive and bonus for using USB-C unlike my old controller.
It also has a swappable face place so if you wanted a white controller or wanted to paint one of the faces you could customise it to your own liking.
Really happy with it and with my limited use, will probably last years!
Sturdy and has a nice weight, controls are all really good apart from the D-Pad
I don’t know how I feel about this controller, I like it, it’s well made and the customisation is a nice touch but for a wired controller at over 42.49 (with a 3 voucher) as of December 2022 it’s not cheap.
The controller comes with a separate white faceplate and USB lead. The lead is very high quality and feels strong, it is also pretty long. The faceplates can be swapped on the controller and they just simply magnetise on, there is a black and white one provided. It is easy to swap them out but they are strong enough to be held on the controller and don’t come off in use.
The controller itself is well made, it is sturdy and has a nice weight to it in the hand, it’s comfortable and does not crack or creak when pressed, there is no flex at all. There is a good texture on the back that makes it easy to grip and hold.
The face buttons are quite clicky, when you press them they click. The D-Pad is good, though diagonals are not brilliant and some may struggle on games highly reliant on diagonals. The D-Pad is also clicky but just also feels a bit tight, not natural for retro games at least.
The thumbsticks seem high quality, they feel nice to use, smooth and not too tight or loose.
All the trigger and shoulder buttons feel great, responsive and easy to press.
I think you can tell that the controller has been put together with quality materials, it does feel premium but not quite as good as an official controller and I guess that’s the problem, its not much cheaper.
To round off the functions there is also 3.5mm headset jack, with a mic button next to it and you can download software to customise the controller and buttons. This is a really good touch.
I got this to work with my PC and as soon as it was plugged in everything just worked, no issues at all.
It is a quality controller, that’s sturdy, feels nice in the hand with a good weight and nice tactile buttons. However the D-Pad is the weakest part and could be better.

It’s really responsive, good grip, it’s built very well and reminds me a lot of the original xbox control pad.
The buttons are set out just like the original pad with good durability and they are responsive , the analog stick moves freely and is solid and good quality, as is the arrow pad and trigger buttons.
It’s a really well made controller , solid build quality, not too lightweight like some cheap copies, it works really well and looks like it will last a long time.
It’s not cheap but it seems really good quality so far and is a good option as a replacement controller.

Perfectly usable controlle
I’ve noticed that the previous reviews under this product are for a mix of different controllers. I’ve been testing the G7 Wired Controller, which is a fairly standard shape Xbox and Windows game controller; I’ve been using it with Windows 10. First key positive for this device – it works straight of the box with Windows 10: just plug in and it’s recognised. It’s a decent weight, comfortable to hold and fairly responsive.
It comes with a charging cable, which seems sturdy and is a decent length. One big downside here is that although the controller uses a USB-C connector, it is recessed into the device and many standard usb-C cables won’t fit: if the original cable does get damaged you might struggle to find a replacement easily.
I tried the controller with three different and fairly recent games and it works smoothly with all of them. As a casual gamer the big downside for me is the price – this is currently on offer at almost 50. There are some good quality controllers by brands that I’ve heard of for around 20 less than that. This controller does include the option of using software to tweak the controller settings, but if that doesn’t interest you then maybe consider a cheaper controller for Windows (or if you’re using for an Xbox, the official wireless controller isn’t that much more expensive).

Excellent pad
I have a few third party and original pads for my Xbox Series X, and this one is my favourite.
It comes with two faceplates that can be swapped out and are held in firmly with magnets, along with one month’s gamepass.You also get a nice long USB-A to USB-C lead to connect the pad to your Xbox or PC, This is a wired only pad. The face plates are black and white, they are also paintable.
The build quality feels great, together with the thumbsticks, all the buttons are responsive and feel nice to press. I also found it comfortable to hold over long periods.
By holding the M button, you can change the volume via the D-pad, along with the chat mixer volume.
You can use the GameSir Nexus software to map buttons, adjust the Thumbsticks & trigger zones, configure the vibration level etc.
Next to the headphone socket is a mute button that lights up when on. On the rear of the pad are two extra buttons that can be mapped to other buttons. For instance, if you want a right thumbstick press mapped to a rear button, you can do so via the software.
Overall, if you do not need wireless, I highly recommend this pad.

This is a lovely device. It looks and feels beautiful. I’ve handled lots of the common game controllers from the big manufacturers of consoles. THIS IS BETTER. MUCH BETTER. This to me is what a controller should be like and is like when corners haven’t been cut. I like it A LOT.

The term ‘ergonomics’ is bandied about but I think it’s fitting here as the controller sits in my hands like it was meant to be there. The various controls being perfectly placed.
There’s no criticism, I feel it would be appropriate for me to make, of this device.

Great controlle
This is a great controller – I got it to use with PC only. It comes with a free month of Game Pass, USB wire, and customisable cover. It’s everything you need!
I was impressed with the quality of the controller. It looks well made and feels nice to hold; it has textured parts on the back. The buttons are nice to press. It was super simple to plug in and play with my PC and I found it great to play with. The game pass and customisable cover are a really cool bonus. Love my new controller!

This is a fantastic controllor outside of using an official one.
Comes with 1 month gamepass ultimate too!
The pad itself is solid and well made.
Its configurable manually and vie the software and the faceplates are interesting. I like they can be painted for your own design if so wished.
In use its solid and constent, responsive and doesnt feel mushy.
