I needed to add in my own personal wax but that wasn’t an issue. It does take a while for the wax to fully heat up but it’s certainly worth the wait. I put it on my dry cracked heels. I found it very relaxing having the wax on my feets. After removing the max my feet felt so smooth and moisturised.

This is great!! Relaxing and weirdly fun to use and most importantly it actually works. Really east to set up and use. I had some cracks on the heels of my feet and tried this out to help repair them the process was alien to me but I loved it and the results are epic. I would highly recommend this product.

I initially bought this as a gift for my wife. She’s 7 months pregnant and spends a lot of time on her feet… First of all the loves it. Finds the whole process very relaxing and it works wonders on the cracked sections of her feet.

… What I didn’t expect was to enjoy the product myself… I suffer with bad flaky skin on my hands and often develop contact dermatitis…. I gave this a shot because i’ve been struggling to find a cream that works for me and I’m amazed with the results. The skin isn’t totally clear but after 2 uses this has done a better job for me that any cream I’ve had prescribed.

Nice design, easy to use… And to be honest it was a good laugh sitting home with the wife, watching movies and using this.

    Thoroughly impressed.

This paraffin wax is suitable for both hands and feet. It can hold a large capacity of 3.4L wax which is sufficient for hands, feet and also face at the same time. We can control the temperature with the provided 2 levels of heating and insulation. It helps to improve blood circulation and eliminates the local swelling with the help of the warm effect of the paraffin wax. It is very easy and safe to use. It also displays the temperature to let us know about the heat. It takes very less time to dissolve the wax and helps to get done our work more quickly.

I literally dont even know why the skin on my hands is getting dry in certain spots(started to have this for around 6 months now) and I have tried creams, oils and still no change. I took some vitamins and unfortunately no results of improvement and one of my friends told me about this kind of product and I said I want to give it a try and found this in particular.

To fully understand how it works I read the user manual even though the process is very simple, I put the wax inside, press the button, leave it until it becomes liquid, put my hand inside, plastic bag then in the glove and wait a bit then I remove the wax which is also a simple process. Even though I think this procedure is more or less something related to beauty and I am not an expert I got it right from the first try. By the way, the wax smells quite nice.

I repeated the process for 5 times in different days and I have noticed some improvements, yes, small but helpful considering I have tried several ways that didnt work for me. Also after removing the wax my hands are literally like baby hands, very smooth. I think the wax will last me a long time because so far I have used only 1 bag and there is still left some in the melter(this is what I call it).

The size of my hands I would say is medium and quite slim and it fits just fine inside so even for bigger hands it would work.

The build in quality of the product and accessories I cannot say it is something to impress but considering that the functionality is great, I cannot complain at all.

Overall, the product and the process helped me so for that reason I am happy with the purchase.

►It helped me a bit but I am happy about i

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAs someone who spends a lot of time on their feet, I was intrigued by the idea of a Paraffin Wax Bath. After using the GJCrafts Paraffin Wax Bath for Hands And Feet, I can honestly say that it has exceeded my expectations.

First of all, let’s talk about how this product works. You simply heat up the wax in the heater, dip your hands or feet in, and let the wax dry. The heat from the wax helps to open up pores and soften rough, dry skin, making it easier to remove. The kit comes with 3 packs of 450g paraffin wax and 200 plastic foils, so you can get multiple uses out of it.

One of the things I love about this product is how easy it is to use. The instructions are straightforward, and it heats up quickly. I also appreciate the fact that it comes with plastic foils, which make it easy to wrap your hands or feet and keep the wax from getting everywhere.

Compared to other similar products in the market, I found the GJCrafts Paraffin Wax Bath to be very affordable, while still being effective. I’ve used other treatments in the past that were much more expensive, and didn’t give me the same results.

One tip I have for using this product is to make sure you have enough time set aside for the treatment. It takes a bit of time to heat up the wax and let it dry on your hands or feet, so make sure you’re not in a rush.

While I don’t have any major complaints about this product, one drawback is that it can be a bit messy. Wax tends to get everywhere, so I would recommend using it in a space that’s easy to clean up.

Overall, I highly recommend the GJCrafts Paraffin Wax Bath for anyone looking to pamper their hands and feet. It’s affordable, easy to use, and gives great results. Whether you’re a busy mom, athlete, or just someone who likes to take care of themselves, this product is definitely worth trying out.

I don’t normally buy into holistic therapy for medical problems, but this one definitely works. The device is great, the wax is cheap, although you do need a bit more than one block when you use it. The temperature is fine at 45-50 Celsius but don’t go any higher as it will be uncomfortable hot. The paraffin bath therapy definitely helps though and has made a massive improvement to my dry skin. I wasn’t completely sold but after looking at some medical studies on paraffin wax therapy, the results are very remarkable and 12 weeks of treatment have absolutely amazing results.

I’m only a couple weeks in but already my skin feels better. The process is a little fiddly, but stick with it as the results are definitely worth it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis takes about an hour for the wax to heat up. As others have said the wax included with it isn’t enough because when melted it doesn’t reach up to the minimum line in the bath.
That said buying more wax was cheap. There needs to be a bit more guidance to temperature you can safely put your hands into but at about 48c was fine. We watched some YouTube videos before using it ourselves but it’s very easy.
Mum loves it and says it really helps with her arthritis pain. I tried it and it helped where I have patches of eczema on my hands. Good value. Highly recommended. The plastic gloves it comes with are fiddly to use and difficult to get your hand in properly so we have discarded those and simply use a plastic food bag instead.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBefore using I’d recommend giving your feet or hands a quick wash with soap and water, and also apply a little lotion to ease the removal of the wax once you’re finished.

My wife uses this wax bath to ease the pain and stiffness of her osteoarthritis, the paraffin really helps to reduce pain and loosen up her hand and finger joints.

This is a brilliant machine which is easy to use, offers great value for money and comes with an assortment of useful accessories.

I sometimes get cold feet due to traits of Raynaud’s disease and even after trying heat pads and extra layers of socks, nothing has seemed to be effective until now. I have been trying this Paraffin wax bath for the past month now, twice a week and it has made a big difference already! Before dipping my toes into the bath, I make sure that my feet are completely washed and cleaned. This means that the wax can be constantly be reused for 6-12 months without having to be replaced (as long as its only you using the wax). The wax is so easy to melt, I put 1kg worth into the bath as the block (no need to cut as it will melt just as fast as the block). It can take about 40 minutes to melt fully so I usually just prepare food in the meantime whilst I am waiting on the wax to melt.

The wax smells amazing and has a lovely lavender smell to it. I would usually dip my toes, let the wax form a layer and repeat 3-4 times. I will also mention that my skin has been feeling softer and less harsh since doing these treatments so this is also perfect for those that suffer from hard and dry skin. Since using, my traits of Raynaud’s has reduced significantly and I am very pleased with this product. Great quality and couldn’t be happier. 5 stars!

Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! 🙂

I love the fact this is suitable for any part of your body from your head to your toes.
I got this to use on my very dry and cracked feet they were in very bad condition (I’ve tried many things trust me) until I used this, now I can’t believe it, they are so smooth and soft.
It doesn’t take no time at all to heat up the wax which is a bonus, no waiting around for ages.
This is of very high quality and its like I’ve got my own salon in my very own home.
I would recommend to anyone, the before and after results are incredible.

I suffer from joint pain so I got this wax bath to try to help. It is helping alleviate the pain but I found it a little difficult to use at first, however I’m hoping this gets easier over time.

I would still recommend at the current price of around 75.

Not many people know how great dipping your painful hands into paraffin wax can be.

The temperature settings ensure you’re not going to burn yourself and end up in hospital, but ensures the wax gets warm enough to do what you need.

A couple dunks helps with joint pain I have found, and as it’s only paraffin you can use this as often you as like.

Pretty easy to use, and working well so far.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis item is something I am already using at home on a regular basis. I suffer with Raynaud’s in my feet (poor circulation) and wax therapy is very helpful for me. The idea is that regular use will help improve circulation in addition to reducing joint pain. Yes it’s not the quickest thing to use but done correctly and on a regular basis I think helps relieve symptoms.

Don’t bother breaking up the wax or cutting it. Just put the whole lot in (I normally use a kilo, max use in this is 1.2kg) and then walk away and leave the unit on. Come back around half an hour to 45 minutes later and it should be ready to use. Make sure your feet are completely cleaned and dried because this way you can re-use the wax safely for up to two years (as long as you are the only person using that wax!).

I tend to put a film on, prep the floor by the side of the machine with a towel and then submerge each foot to enable the wax to completely cover the foot. Then remove the foot and leave it hanging over the bowl until any residue liquid goes and it will quickly start to firm up and solidify. Once it starts to solidify pop your foot back in for a second layer and repeat until drips are all gone. You can do this up to 4 or 5 layers on each foot. Then you can pop on the plastic sleeve followed by the towelling boots and secure them. The its as simple as putting your feet up and relaxing. I tend to leave mine of for at least 30 minutes. Once that is all done just remove the boots and sleeve and peel the wax off and put back into your wax machine.

This therapy can work wonders for me with my Raynaud’s and my Mum has had some success for arthritis in her hands too. The machine works exactly as it should and is well priced.

I’ve used this a few times now and enjoy soaking my hands more than my feet.
The wax for me is a little overpowering with the lavender scent, but you can purchase less scented paraffin wax to use instead.

Comes with cloth booties and mittens for wearing when you are using the wax to prevent making a mess.
And a good amount of plastic versions too.

Has two temp control buttons, low heat and high heat and the centre button lets you turn it on and off.

I have found this really useful for my hands as I have Raynauds, and the warm wax treatment is really soothing on the most painful days.

It is wax treatment however, so be prepared for a certain amount of mess when cleaning up afterwards!

  26. Chris Hall says:

This is easy to use, the machine itself is a decent size for hands/feet. The wax has a lovely strong lavender smell, there isn’t enough to fill the machine but that personally didn’t matter to me. I left it for about ten minutes before I put my hands in as it gets pretty hot. I have Raynaud’s Disease which means circulation to my fingers is poor and results in sore hands. This has helped soothe, I’m hoping with continued use I will see some more benefits. Overall, a great kit that comes with everything you need.

  27. RosieWarfield says:

     United Kingdom 🇬🇧

I really wish I had tested this on my feet as I think that is where I will see the real benefits of this machine. But after trying it once on my hands, and loving it, I am arranging a bit of a pamper day with friends and this is going to be brilliant for that, though I do not think anyone would be willing to reuse wax that I have had on my dried up old feet! So I am going to order more wax and then I will update the review once I have done my feet.

On the hands and my elbows this has left them feeling really soft. There is something very therapeutic about the process.

The only thing I can say is that you need to allow time for the wax too cool a bit if you find it unbearably hot. I have quite a high tolerance to heat and I personally found it okay after about 10 minutes, so it wasnt too bad for me. Its probably too faffy to use all the time, but if Get the results on my feet that I expect to, I probably will set aside the time to use this every could of weeks.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis little unit comes at a great price. It works so well, providing soothing relief to my aching hand recovering from an injury. I have a beauty salon and I’m tired of constantly breaking down cheap machines and constantly paying money. I paid a little too much money, but I bought this machine of very good quality and at a good price.

So far, my thermometer matches the temperature on the console. It takes about a few hours at 158C to completely melt the wax. I then lower the temperature to 127 and when it’s at the right temperature, the wax is always ready for me. After confirming the temperature is correct, I hold the wax with the stick, then place it in a bag and the thin plastic hand-shaped bag that comes with the unit.

The unit of this machine is quite large. That’s why I can put a lot of wax. Since we use it constantly, I add wax. There is a wonderful smelling lavender wax in the box, my customers liked it. Not only my clients are satisfied, but also the workers at my beauty salon.

My customers are satisfied so I will buy again.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt all works as should however I won’t continue to use it. I personally don’t really see the point. It comes well packaged with everything you need. You get loads of wax, very strong lavender scent!! The wax itself is a bit of pain to cut up if you just want a small amount as it comes in a huge solid bar, I had to use a kitchen knife with a lot of force to cut a bit of wax away from the bar. It melted in the heater thing really quick and easy, can’t fault the heater at all, it works well with high and low settings and it’s really easy to clean out but only about a half metre lead on it so quite short. It comes with plenty of disposable gloves as well as the material ones that can be easily washed and an application brush. You do also receive a set of instructions too to guide you through the process. I used it on my feet but quite frankly, it just felt horrible, uncomfortable and just kinda pointless really. It didn’t really do anything for my feet and was just messy. It’s hard removing all the wax and I just didn’t really enjoy using it so probably not something I’ll bother with again. You do get your moneys worth with the kit and it’s easy to use but just not something I personally like

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is the sort of gadget which is difficult appreciate until you’ve tried it – and of course, that needs the investment. But once you’ve got the technique right and can see the difference it produces, it lasts for years. As everyone has said, start with clean, dry hands (or feet, or whichever part of you needs attention) so you can reuse the wax several times over. This is definitely a therapy sort of treatment, it won’t magically cure eczema or dermatitis or sore joints, but it will soothe and relax them. Dipping your hands in several times, allowing the wax to set slightly on them between each dip, creates such an effective barrier, it seals in warmth and allows your skin a chance to rest. I’ve found it particularly good on my fingers, which are a bit arthritic, and my husband’s hands as he has contact dermatitis. I’ll try his feet too, as he’s diabetic so I know that will help the cold joints.
I like the different temperatures too – of course, you need to find what’s right for you and that may mean allowing the melted wax to cool a little.
It is an investment, that can’t be denied, as it’s a large initial outlay, but it’s an excellent, tried and trusted therapy and this is a good quality unit.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHaving never heard of this sort of treatment I was’t too sure what to expect. Although glad I tried it.

Comes with some lavender wax which smells delicious to get you started but you will need to purchase additional wax as it’s not really a lot. You basically have enough to get you started. That also includes the bags you put your hands in post the wax treatment.

I can only describe the actual process as a delicious heated hand treatment which apart from being relaxing would be good for arthritic hands, rough skin or even poor circulation amongst other things!

Ensure the wax isn’t too hot before dipping your whole hand in although that should not be an issue given the temperature controls.

Given that the process is not a 5 minute job I’d recommend doing one hand at a time if using in i es hands. Nothing like having your hands steeped in hot wax or in bags when the doorbell or phone goes and you don’t have a free hand also ensure hands are scrupulously clean before use if you want to reuse the wax after peeling it off.

The melted wax can be used in other areas of the body as a sort of aromatherapy treatment which I would imagine would be relaxing and leave the skin feeling quite purified, soft and supple, although that I have not tried! Also description says can be used for removing body hair. Now that I may be trying and give my epilator a rest!

It’s not something I’d use often and although relaxing and leaving your hands feeling super soft I do think I cant honestly say I’d use it very often even with its benefits , but that’s me.

I hope you found this review helpful

This is a great item to have, my mum suffers with arthritis really bad and this really helps ease her pain in her hands with the added bonus of her skin been super soft. The machine is easy enough to operate, I was surprised at how easy it was, you get everything you need to set you away (not keen on the Lavendar wax, don’t like the smell of lavender) You can do all body parts with it, saving you a fortune in spa visits, just don’t tell your friends or they will all want it done. Priced at 76.90 it seems pricey but work out how much money you’ll save from salon visits, it’s a winner in my book.

I got this multi functional wax therapy machine for my Mother who suffers with bad circulation and dry skin on her hands. I figured it may be helpful for her now the weather is getting cold. So far it has been a success.

The machine has 2 different heat settings, and comes with everything you need to get started. It was kind of hard for her to work out how to operate it but once we figured it out together she was more than happy.

So far, we have found the machine to be amazing. It has really helped with moisturising the skin in her hands and she has noticed that they do not get so cold when she goes outside as they were doing before we started using this.

My mother and I both agreed that it was satisfying dipping your hands in the wax! They don’t need to stay in very long, just enough to get coated. You can dip them again if needed. After that, you put the hand bags on and relax! It is hard to do things with both hands in the bags though so if you’re alone I would recommend doing each hand separately so you can still answer the phone or hold a drink!

The wax can be reused as long as it is applied to clean dried skin so use soap and a clean towel to help the wax last longer. The machine does come with more than enough wax, so you don’t have to do this is you wish! The replacement wax is easy to find on Amazon too!

The machine is solid and rather heavy. It looks and feels like it is very well made and it is very sturdy so it seems impossible to be spilt unless you went into it with some force. The inside of the wax pan has clearly marked minimum and maximum full levels too. This came in handy for us as we had never used a machine like this before.

The machine is multifunctional, easy to operate and so far, has yielded great results. I am very happy with the results and so is my Mother. This is a great product at a cheap price compared to the similar recommended products. We are happy to recommend.

    Works As Designed

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGot this as a gift for someone and they are really happy with it. I watched them and was eventually convinced to try it for myself – ok I was bullied into it haha! The Lavender smells amazing I have to say! 3 big chunks of Lavender wax are included and look like they should last a long time as you can re-use it a limited number of times – which is good, as no doubt I’d be buying more lol. It feels a bit weird for a first time user, but skin feels super smooth after use. Honestly not something I’ve shopped for before, so I can’t really say how it compares to other similar devices, but this works nicely, is well made and the price seems ok to me.

    Good package, super smooth skin!

The instructions were fine on this but I chose to also watch a YouTube video on this which was really informative. I would have liked to see more wax enclosed at this price point and have reflected that in the stars given.
I was wary of the temperatures so did start low and increase. The results were amazing, my hands were so soft and I felt very relaxed generally. This would make a goid Christmas present for those hard to buy people or a teenager that likes to groom themselves.

Easy to use and everything you need is in the box.

I never knew before that paraffin treatment is good for dry skin. This box is set up so you can treat hands, feet and elbows and believe me, it’s really, really good.

Clean your hands and feet first, I won’t waist time telling you the instructions because they are very easy and all written down on the leaflet which comes in the box.

Parafin can warm the skin and can promote blood circulation.

You will have the lovely aroma of Lavendar whilst having your hands in the warm wax, it is such a treat.

    The wax can be recycled.

There is a one year warranty.

Thank you for reading my review, I do hope it helped.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFirst time learning to use this, or having this treatment done, have to say it was a very interesting experience.
The kit came with everything pictured – was pleased to see the cloth mitts arrived as a nice pink colour That included mitts for both hands and feet and copious plastic gloves/booties.

As a first time user, the instructions were just about adequate enough. For someone with experience, or someone with a salon, the instructions probably aren’t an issue. I’m glad I hopped on over to Youtube to see how it was used in a salon setting.

The wax provided was NOT enough to fill to the minimum fill line. I’m not sure if this is likely to make the wax too hot, make the heating elements too hot, or if there’s another reason there’s a minimum fill. Either way, as what appears to be a ready-to-use-kit, this makes it not so ready to go right out of the box.
I found the wax a bit hit and miss. I like lavender, but sometimes lavender scents can be a bit funny compared to real lavender, and it definitely has a sort of plastic-y smell to it. In terms of using it, the wax comes off your body really easily even without lotions.

Do NOT use the wax at 65C. DEFINITELY DO NOT use the wax when it’s on the high setting of 75C. I went as far as to let the wax to cool to about 45C on the machine, to where it was beginning to solidify on the very surface, and I still found it to be VERY hot – to the point it’s left the back of my hand red in some places. (This redness went away within the hour, thankfully) After a little googling, apparently for this treatment the wax should be no hotter than 51C. I’d be curious to see what temperature the wax measures at with a temp gun vs the reading on the machine..

I feel like I spent a fair while waiting for the product to melt, and then even longer waiting for it to cool to a temperature where I felt I might actually be able to stick my hand in. I found testing with my palm rather than a finger to be a more accurate measure, I often found when it was ok for my fingers, it felt like it was burning my palm and the back of my hand. It’s fair to say this might be normal operation, however the instructions never mention waiting for it to cool or turning the machine off at all during use.

My skin definitely feels softer, and the thermal treatment felt really nice! I’m eager to try it out on my mums hands, as her skin is particularly dry and cracked. I can see this benefiting people with things like arthritis a lot more, and just for the fun spa-like treatment.

There are no real machine or wax care instructions for this item, nor any instructions on how best to clean the brush it came with etc. The brush I found a little awkward to use, as the wax naturally dried onto it very quickly and made applying subsequent layers quite difficult.

I will say compared to other similar products on the market, although on the slightly higher end it does also look much more modern than some of the others out there – featuring touch controls instead of dials or buttons. I feel however, the distinct lack of temperature control beyond “hot” (which is too hot to use..) and “hotter” (more than likely to cause burns) really seriously lets it down.

I will definitely try this machine again, particularly after a long day of being on my feet. It’s certainly usable and does exactly as described, you just have to be very cautious of the temperatures.

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use, but minimum temp risks burns..

I really loved this multi functional wax therapy machine.
It has two heat settings, and all the wax, and additional equipment you might need is provided.

It’s very good for moisturising and improving rough skin. It can also be good for some arthritic pain.

I found it quite surprising just how soft my hands were when I tried it.
It’s also feels pretty good when your hands are in the wax. Very de-stressing.
It’s scented with lavender and it definitely is a calming and therapeutic experience in my opinion.

I left my hands in for 30 seconds. It’s very satisfying.
I popped them in the bags provided ( I did one hand then other as it’s easier if you’ve got a hand free), and sat with my cuppa and relaxed.

If you clean and wash your hands prior to using then you can reuse the wax that comes off your hands.

This can also be used for hair removal and further wax and hair removal strips can be purchased on Amazon easily.

The machine itself is durable and weighty. I can’t imagine it will get knocked over easily.
It feels well made and expensive.
Inside there are maximum and minimum markers.
It’s all very easy to use.

Well made and good value in my opinion.
    I would recommend it.

    Definitely calming de-stressing and therapeutic.

I’ve had this treatment at the salon and it’s quite expensive
However it leaves your hands and feet silky soft
The aroma of lavender from the wax is so relaxing
It comes with plastic gloves mittens booties
3 x packs of wax and a wax application brush
The product is well made and quality materials used
Its easy to use and would happily reccomend to others
I would say the cost of the item is fair for a quality product of this nature

    Luxurious

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersAs an add on to a little surface we provide, this wax bath was an ideal solution for some of our users.

It’s a really simple process whereas you just turn the machine on with some of the wax that’s already included or additional wax which you can easily buy online inside, once the wax is fully melted to the point where it’s basically liquid but you can still put your hand in without getting burnt, you then place your hand in covering it completely then place that hand into one of the included gloves and wait for it to set.

Once you’ve removed the wax after setting he had a really clean smooth feel to the skin which feels like he’s been properly cleansed, I have to say it’s also a lot of fun and extremely satisfying which is always a nice point.
