Poor battery life
Runs for about 6 hours on a charge, I find I need to use it in conjunction with a phone recharging battery. I have 2 uses for this unit, near the log burner, and in my woodworking area
Garbage battery but otherwise ok
I’ve put this in my small workshop to highlight times when I forget to wear a mask. The unit’s accuracy independently seems realistic, but it gives me the prod when air quality changes so it doesn’t have to be dead on.
This does without a doubt need to be plugged in constantly.
I had hoped that the charge would last overnight when the workshop is powered down but sadly it doesn’t. This means it’s got it’s place in the workshop that isn’t ideal, but better than nothing.
I bought for around thirty quid on Black Friday and pleased I did. The display is easy to read, and it seems sensitive enough to know what’s going on.
I just wish the battery life was better when unplugged.
This is the most reasonably priced meter I could find. It monitors both 2.5 & Aqi. It is a well designed and constructed meter. The fact that it has a magnetic stand means it won’t break off like some other meters. The C input on the side is a nice discovery. The display is clear and easy too read. I haven’t needed the battery but it says it varies depending on its setting. The only thing I’d add too it would be a backlight that stays on constantly. Unfortunately this meter has no backlight. I’ve tested it’s accuracy against my Levoit air purifier and it’s right instep with its readings. I would recommend this high quality meter to anyone. The $19 price tag doesn’t hurt either.
Temtop M10 seems to be of good quality. It came well packed and with clear instructions and is easy to use. I’ve used it for 3 weeks and so far it worked flawlessly. I can’t comment on accuracy because I have no certified professional equipment to test it with but it seems to be consistent with measurement’s which is perfect for my needs. It will show when the neighbours are having a BBQ, if the stove is on or even in if someone sprayed deodorant in in another room. Battery life is around 6hrs. I have it plugged in permanently. It comes with a usb charging cable but no charger. Temtop recommend that you should use 0.5 to 1amp 5v charger.
Das Gert ist schn, klein, leicht bedien- und gut ables- und aufladbar. Die Funktion wird wegen der alternden Sensoren nur fr 3 Jahre garantiert. Es zeigt die (vorwiegenden) Innenraumschadstoffe HCHO und TVOC die aus Ausgasungen von Mbeln usw. sowie den (vorwiegenden) Auenluftschadstoff) PM 2.5 aus Straenverkehr und Heizung als Zahl und Farbe fr den Gefahrenbereich an.
Nach dem Lften eben hatte sich der Innenraum AQI stark verschlechtert was durch das Gert angezeigt wurde und durch meine Luftreinger sofort behoben werden konnte. Riechen kann man das nicht.
