We experienced an instability issue with 1 off this i5 model NiPoGi mini PCs and a different issue with a lower spec model. Customer service on the 2nd issue has been great (much better than the 1st time round). I now have 2 fully working instances of this i5 model and am about to purchase 3 more as they are small, powerful and great value for money!

It’s small and compact but it works better than most and it doesn’t take up any space it can fit anywhere on your desk or at home would definitely recommend

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the NiPoGi Mini PC, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectation.

The PC’s connectivity options are diverse, featuring multiple USB3 ports, HDMI outputs, and 3.5mm audio jack. Setting up peripherals such as dual monitors was a breeze, providing a hassle-free experience. If you’re seeking a good value PC that sets new standards in performance and design, the NiPoGi Mini should undoubtedly be at the top of your list.

5.0 out of 5 stars I couldn't believe how good this PC is

Just started using it but is is fast and does everything I need. Very lightweight, easy access to add an extra hard drive. Sufficient ports to add what is basically required to run the unit with spare.

This is my new computer that I bought on Prime Day and I love it. It’s only small (approx. 6×6 inches square and about 2 inches deep) but it makes up for ,it’s size by it’s performance.
It was delivered on time, very well packaged.
Once unpacked it was really easy to set up as the Windows 11 starts running immediately and I had my old files on a separate disk and they were easy to transfer. Up to now I have been delighted with. the performance as it boots up immediately you switch it on and files and programmes open immediately you click on them and sound and picture quality are excellent. I am a happy bunny!

5.0 out of 5 stars I love it!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI think it’s a great little unit. I managed to pick this up (with 25% off) to replace a laptop that died. As I was using the laptop as a desktop and never really touched it apart from switching it on and off, I figured a micro-pc was equally as useful, and, so far, I’m very pleased with it. I’ve had zero problems with it, it’s tiny and silent, has all the ports I need and plays nicely with my peripherals.

At time of writing, I’ve had it running for a couple of months without a single hiccup. If a problem occurs, I’ll come back and add to this, explains what’s going wrong.

It seems to be working ok. Worked out of the box ,so far so good . Only just set it up. On 5.6.23
I am gaining quite a bit more power in memory and ram.
Had to get myself a guide to windows 11. Its fast and so far reliable .
Sure beats making the dwarf dance in Radio shack in the 80.s.
I just hope it will be a good machine .
Its well packed and presented , don’t know about the aftersales but if its as good as the product seems we should be ok.

I wasn’t sure because it is 500 cheaper than the top-rated one’s in this style. I’m very happy that I saved the money. So easy to set up, my wife could have done it (OK maybe not, but it was straightforward). High spec, low price, what’s not to like?

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI decided on a mini PC to replace my tired tower PC. After viewing several models on Amazon, I purchased the NiPoGi with Intel Core i5-8259U, 16GB RAM, 512GB. So far, so good, it’s a powerful unit which boots up instantly. I’m not a gamer so I cannot comment on this aspect of its capabilities, I primarily use it for web browsing, YouTube and Prime video.
I purchased a separate 2.5″ internal SSD to increase the storage. A cable is supplied with the PC although once installed, the SSD wasn’t recognised. I resolved this myself after online research, you need to create and format the SSD via partition under the PC settings. I reached out to NiPoGi by email and they responded very quickly, so Kudos to them.
I would definitely recommend this product if you’re in the market for a mini PC.

I was initially reluctant to purchase this mini PC due to my scepticism about its quality. However, after researching online and reading several positive reviews, I decided to take the plunge and order it. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and found that the material is sturdier than I expected. The mini PC is made of good quality materials that feel solid and durable. It has a compact design that makes it easy to fit in a small space on my desk.

One of the things that impressed me the most about this mini PC is that it comes with the original version of Windows 11 Pro (I checked the license). I was a bit sceptical about whether the computer would come with an authentic version of Windows, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it did. The installation process was straightforward and hassle-free, and I had the computer up and running in no time.

The mini PC is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor, which delivers fast and efficient performance. I’ve tested it and it has held up well without any freezing or lag… impressed with its speed and smooth operation. The computer has 16GB of RAM and a 512GB solid-state drive, which provides plenty of storage space for my work files, and there’s an option to upgrade it.

The mini PC has 4 USB ports and 1 USB-C port, which have been convenient for connecting multiple devices. I appreciate that it has a variety of ports, which allows me to connect my external hard drive, printer, and other peripherals without any issues.

One of the most impressive features of this mini PC is that it supports up to three screen monitors. The computer has 2 HDMI and one VGA port, which allow me to connect multiple monitors for increased productivity. This has been a game-changer for me and has really increased my workflow. I can easily switch between multiple programs and tasks without having to constantly minimize and maximize windows.

Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. While it may not be a premium product like the Mac mini, it’s still an excellent choice for someone who wants a Windows-based computer without breaking the bank. The mini PC is affordable, reliable, and packed with features that make it a great value. I would definitely recommend this mini PC to others who are looking for an affordable yet high-quality computer option.

The description of the product is accurate to what was delivered.

I purchased this Nipogi mini PC because I’m streaming and using the internet a lot.
I like how compact and small the size is. It replaces a traditional tower PC and is way better since it has Intel core i5-8259U processor. Quick to set up as well. The price is not bad too for its quality. It doesn’t produce any sound like my old PC. The presentation is incomparable. By the way, did I mention that it comes in a compact box that is very well protected and was delivered on time. The design is very nice, has a black minimalist color, and it’s also easy to clean. The quality of the materials is evident as soon as you take it out of the box. It has normal USB, USB-C, headphone output, RJ45 network jack, and HDMI. It definitely works with multiple devices. Very smart! No regrets for buying this.

    Good quality and compact size

I can also get into the lobby and connect to the TV, so I can watch movies and play games with my family and friends. Ease of use and convenience are its biggest advantages.

When I received it, it was unbelievable. It was about the size of a network router. I was excited to take it apart and use it. All I can say is that it can completely replace my old desktop computer and laptop. . 4xUSB 3.0, 1xUSB Type-c, 2x HDMI+VGA, 1xRJ45, support WiFi 2.4G+5G and bluetooth 4.2 is simply perfect. A very big advantage of a mini computer is that it can make the desktop at home very simple, unlike using a mainframe, which is so troublesome to place and the power cord is particularly messy. This one is really refreshing, and a power cord is enough. Of course, I prefer to use a mini computer with a portable monitor. Like me, buying a 4K portable monitor that supports touch is really easy to use. You can take it with you on business trips. Although it is not as convenient as a notebook, you must know , most of my uses are for home use, and I can take it out occasionally. Compared with my old desktop, it is much more convenie

This mini pc can do everything I need. I usually like to play League of Legends, ordinary configuration of the console can not meet the requirements of the game configuration. The PC has more graphics and memory than is needed for games. The most important thing is that it is easy to carry. I can always connect to my big TV and enjoy watching TV or playing games. I can also take it to my friend’s house to play. It’s perfect.

Wow this might be tiny but this box is full of all the tech you need. It has extra slot to expand the SSD if you wish and you don’t need to be a computer wizz kid to do it, they supply the jumper cable and spare screws to do this. You get a power cable and HDMI cable, all you will need a monitor, keyboard and mouse. It was very easy to set up and fast as well. With 4 USB A 3.0 ports, 1 USB C port, 2 HDMI ports and a VGA port connectivity to printers etc is a breeze. Bluetooth 4.2 and WiFi (2.4G and 5G) all your wireless needs are easily met. Overall, this box might be tiny but its perfomance, speed, capacity and connectivity is great and exceeded my expectations.

I haven’t used what i call a proper computer for years just tablets, not sure if i could set it up myself without help i asked a friend to be ready to aid me. Yet WOW i didnt have to even look up the how to in the instruction book ! i added a hdmi to the side of my tv put the other end into the hard drive, plugging in the power cables then finally i added the usb connector for the mouse/keyboard then using my tv as the screen i pressed source hdmi 3 and followed the instructions. I cant believe how easy and quick the entire process was to complete all done by my own fair hand with no help from anyone. Up until i recieved the mini hard drive i didnt even know i could have a pc system set up where there was barely anything to it and could be hidden away behind something until im ready to use, they even included a bracket and screws etc so i can mount the hard drive to the back of my tv so it takes up no surface space at all. I am over the moon with how easy the entire process was from start to finish I use it daily.

    Simply the best!

    Physical Design

The prevailing theme of the device is of one that is well thought out, well specced with only one minor compromise (the power brick vs USB-C).

Build quality and materials are good. I was surprised to see a plastic case, but it makes the whole thing very lightweight, and it’s a nice looking and fairly tough plastic.

The top snaps off (see picture), but I’m not entirely sure why; snapping it off does not give you access to anything. There is square hole that can be opened in the top by removing a panel from below, but, again, I have no idea why you would want to.

The bottom is held in place by 4 screws, and give access to the motherboard (see picture).

There were a few nice surprises under the hood. The SATA M2 card has a heat sink, and is replaceable. There is also an empty SECOND M2 slot, making upgrading much easier (as one won’t have to clone the OS onto the new drive before installation). It looks like both slots are physically compatible with NVME M2 cards, but I don’t have a spare NVME card spare to test this. To be fair, it’s not really the ideal use for NVME as memory isn’t likely to be the bottleneck.

There is mPCIe wireless adaptor, allowing upgrades in due course. The included card is perfectly decent wifi 5 (wifi ac) card, so this is just futureproofing.

There is an included combined SATA port and power supply cable. How one is supposed to use this isn’t clear; the only way to access the ports is to take the bottom off, and there is no mounting bracket for an SSD in the case (a HDD wouldn’t fit). Presumably it allows access whilst the bottom is off for the purpose of transferring files?

I cannot see the RAM, so I can only assume that it is soldered on and is underneath the fan. However 16GB is realistically more than enough for anything one might want to throw at this device.

The processor is a mobile (‘U’) processor from early 2018, so a long way from the latest an greatest, however, as I cover later in the review, performance isn’t really an issue.

The one downside from the physical design standpoint is that the power adaptor is about half as big as the mini PC, and it’s only supplying 65W. It’s a shame that it wasn’t designed to run on USB-C, which would have made the whole thing much more elegant and portable.

You can look at the listing to get an idea of the available ports, but I will say that there are plenty of them.

Finally, it comes with a mounting plate, allowing it to be mounted on the back of a monitor or desk.

    Software

It comes with Windows 11 Professional, and as one might expect, it just works out of the box. Plug in the power adaptor, a monitor, keyboard and mouse, turn it on and go.

Once you’ve connected to a LAN or Wifi it’ll need to update itself, and that’s it. There’s no bloatware or anything else to spoil your enjoyment; it’s a blank slate.

    Performance

In every day use (navigating the OS, browsing, etc) I can’t tell the difference between this and my gaming PC.

The Wifi card and LAN adaptor are both decent and fast.

I installed Skyrim (because…Skyrim!) Special edition and Far Cry New Dawn just to get a feel for how powerful it is.

As expected, Far Cry New Dawn ran, but not at playable frame rates, even at potato quality settings.

Skyrim at Ultra Settings ran on my 1440×3440 monitor at a barely playable 20-25fps (estimated) while exploring Whiterun, but dropping the resolution and quality improved things significantly. I’d say 720p at High is definitely doable, and possibly 1080p with further tweaking; I haven’t spent a long time optimising. So while I don’t recommend this as a gaming PC, that does give you an idea of what it’s capable of; its integrated 2018 laptop GPU is roughly on par with a 10 year old discrete GPU.

Also of note is that even at full load the fan was more or less silent – at least I couldn’t hear it over the sound of my NAS fan on the other side of the room, even though it was sat next to me on the desk.

Well speced and some nice surprises under the hood....

This computer is tiny — barely longer than my Logitech G502 mouse. It comes neatly packaged in a protective box that is worth keeping as it offers protection during transit.

You must supply your own display, keyboard and mouse. Better make that two displays as it has two HDMI sockets on the rear of the box and is designed for multi-display working. This is a powerful feature that has a huge impact on productivity.

The Nipogi is supplied with a VESA bracket so it can be mounted on the back of displays or televisions that have a separate stand mount. My Dell U2412M monitor stands use the VESA bracket. However, the Nipogi has such a small footprint, it is really easy to tuck away behind the monitor, so it is unobtrusive. A huge contrast from the Dell Tower that it replaces, which took up an entire cupboard in our study. Both have a Core i5 processor and 8GB

It comes with an instruction booklet, but this is hardly necessary as all is intuitive. I plugged in the power brick, put a USB-dongle in for my keyboard and mouse, inserted the HDMI cables for both of Dell Monitors and pressed the power on button. It was very quick to boot up and install the system. The Nipigo is so much faster than the old Dell computer, despite both running Core i5 processors and having 8GB of RAM. I am sure that is down to the benefits of using an SSD instead of a spinning hard drive.

Connecting to my WiFi network was also very quick and easy. I then downloaded my usual Office 365 applications, after which I had 476 GB of storage remaining on the internal SSD.

It is also supplied with a jumper cable to allow the installation of a 2.5″ drive. This was a very simple task — there is a specific slot on the bottom lid of the case which is easily accessible by removing 4 screws. I was impressed that they also supply some spare screws in case you have mislaid the original screws from the drive. Within few minutes, I had upgraded the storage capacity by an additional 2 TB.

As a Mac user, I find that I can do 99% of my work that I need to in MacOS but there is the occasional situation where it is really useful having a Windows PC e.g. when using legacy Access databases or certain Excel macro routines that only work in the Windows version. The other advantage of having a Windows computer at home is that it makes it far easier for me to make the most of our Windows computers at work — it’s good to be bilingual!

My experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive and can recommend it to anyone who wants a Windows PC with a very small footprint.

Small but packs a powerful punch.

I am not at all tech savvy so it was a massive relief to just see a simple diagram of what to plug in where! No confusing language. Everything simple to understand with just the briefest instructions. There’s a WhatsApp help chat if needed too.
It comes complete with power cable, transformer and HDMI cable. You just need keyboard, mouse and monitor along with WiFi access.
I’ve not really explored what it can do yet but my plan is to locate it in the sitting room using my TV as monitor so that I can both work and steam videos.
Very happy with the ease of setting it up which I was dreading.

Despite it having an 8th Gen Intel i5 processor, I’m delighted with its performance.
The 16GB of DDR4 RAM is more than enough for my multitasking needs: Microsoft Office, Photoshop and web browsing. As shown in my video.
The 512GB M.2 SSD provides a faster boot and enough storage space for my needs.
An extra M.2 slot and SATA port allow me to add even more storage expansion if needed.
Its form factor is even smaller when compared to my Mini Mac M1 and can easily be hidden if installed behind the screen monitor with the adapter provided.
It comes with Realtek branded Bluetooth 4.2 and WiFi 2.4+5G card adapter, and its connectivity has been excellent, providing stable and fast internet speeds. Although, I prefer ethernet cable to be connected instead for even more reliability.
The 4K output capability is a major plus, with the 2x HDMI and analogic VGA ports allowing for multiple display options. Great for using it connected to the TV.
About the operating system, it came with Windows 11 212H pre-installed. I updated it to the latest 22H2 for extra features and better security fixes.
In the past few days, I had a very pleasing experience with this PC
and overall, I am extremely happy with it.
I would give it a full 5 out of 5 stars for sure. It has exceeded my expectations in terms of performance, storage, and connectivity.

I have been extremely satisfied with its performance.

First of all, I had never really heard of a mini pc until very recently. I saw this and was intrigued.
Initial thoughts were that, since this was a mini pc, that it would not be as fast or functional as a normal pc. I was very wrong!
I purchased an additional monitor and connected this via the hdmi port.
I connected the keyboard and mouse via 2 of the multiple USB ports. This pc is also Bluetooth enabled so can use wireless devices.
The setup is very very simple. There’s a power button and then setup is like the usual way for a pc.
It’s got 4 USB 3.0 ports, which are faster than the usual 2.0 ports.
There one USB c cable, 2 hdmi ports, 1 vga.
With the 2 hdmi ports and 1 vga port, you can have a triple display. I currently just have one monitor connected and it is just right for what I need at the moment.
It’s got 5g capability if you tether.
    Plus an expandable hard drive.
This computer is so fast. I have already installed office and anti virus software, both installed really quickly. Another member of my family was installing office at the same time on his laptop, and it took him much longer to do so.
The mini pc itself is lightweight and very small. It takes up virtually no room.
I am converted to using mini pcs. I don’t do gaming or anything very advanced on the computer. Just surf the Internet and use office applications. I would say I’m a normal user and this is the perfect device for this.
For the price point with the specs it has, I think it’s good value.
The mini pc is also silent, so you don’t need to worry about noise with it. It’s so well made. Looking forward to using this over the coming years!
    I would recommend considering this.

    Amazing fast mini pc!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMeine Nutzung:
    – Internet-Browsing, Office
    – PDF-Anzeige, Bildbetrachtung
    – Steuerung von 3D Drucker
    – Musik- / Videowiedergabe
