Great quality weight and size. Feels like a proper brush too. After using this for over a year I can honestly say it’s hard to go back to normal brushing. It’s difficult to explain but my teeth feel much cleaner with this compared to just normal brushing. The replaceable heads also tell you when it’s time to change brush for best cleaning results.

Charge lasts long although charging does take a while for a full charge to complete.

Loved how affordable this is for a top end electric toothbrush, wish it came with two chargers though but battery life seems to last a long time. Most importantly the head of the toothbrush is small to reach hard to reach spots like wisdom teeth/molars!

Well worth the money when on a deal! Wish I bought one of these years ago. Helped with hurting my gums from manually brushing too hard. Helped to get a much cleaner feeling after brushing as well as keeping brushing time consistent.

Carry care is a bonus thats been quite useful and a good design. Had small holes on top which stops the case smelling or going damp.

Replaced our aging electric toothbrushes with a boxed pair of Oral B Pros. The improvement was immediately noticable and glad we bought these and recommend upgrading. Buying as a pair meant we git great value for money vs buying as singles.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought these for my husband and myself, in June, to replace our old Oral B toothbrushes. Not a great deal has changed from one version to the next but a couple of things stand out: the battery life is immense. We took these on holiday and didn’t have the correct plug charger and they lasted for 13 full days and were still going strong. The are also finished in a shinier, smoother plastic finish that the previous ones we had, which were slightly more rubbery in texture. To begin with, i found the new shiner surface annoying and a bit slippy towards the end of cleaning, when covered in spit and toothpaste, but we soon got used to this and i am hoping it doesn’t degrade in the way that our previous toothbrushes did. Towards the end of their lives, the rubber sort of began to perish and come off when being used. It was also harder to keep completely clean over time.
    Love these and would recommend.

Bought theses for me and my husband, was sick and tired of buying batteries. They come with a little charge, and I’ve charged it once since I bought them last month. My teeth have never felt so clean! Would definitely buy it as a gift for a couple.

Bought this as a replacement for another Oral B brush that we had for about 6/7 years. Can’t remember what model it was but these were the better bang for our buck. Great quality so far, love that I can switch the intensity and the light that comes on warning that I’m brushing too hard. Amazing!

In general happy with the toothbrushes, they provide a thorough clean. The charge does not hold however and lasts just under a week, also selecting which type of clean you want isn’t clear which you’re actually using, it may of stated this on the box but I didn’t keep hold of that. I’ve previously had an oral b electric brush and it’s very similar to that one, only difference is the pressure light really.

Dentist recommended this toothbrush because it has a pressure sensor. Had it a few weeks now and wish I had bought one earlier. Teeth feel cleaner and I love the 2 minute timer built in, it buzzes every 30 seconds so you clean each quarter of your mouth at a time.

Lovely toothbrush. 3 speeds (fast; slow and loop), has a red light when you put too much pressure which is very good, battery lasts a good while (depends on the frequency you use but at least 1 week brushing twice a day). The only thing that could be better is that the head is not very soft but then I bought a separate set of soft heads

I was impressed with the (made in Germany!) quality of this toothbrush. Does everything it should – we bought additional heads so that my wife & I can both use it.

The only small complaint I have, & the reason I’ve only given it four stars, is the time it takes to charge. A USB charger would also have been useful, especially as it comes with a travel case -one fewer chargers to take on holiday.

Moved from a sonic clean brand to oral b rotating and feel that my teeth are so much cleaner! The only issue is the battery life, it last a week but feel it’s quickly deteriorating.

Really really noisy compared to my previous Sonicare brush (sadly Philips don’t make the small brush heads any more so no option but to switch brands), and I don’t think I get as comprehensive a clean with the Oral B. But it’s adequate.

Have owned lots of these brushes.

This lasts about 2 weeks – depending on whether I brush twice a day or not.

Cleans nicely and the travel case is really convenient.

I was worried the plastic would be a bit slippery but it’s actually not a problem.

My only negative is that the power button is a bit fiddly a you don’t press in the right position, but it’s nothing major.

    Good toothbrush
    3 different settings
Turns red if you are brushing too hard
    Comes with handy travel case
Only thing is they don’t do separate black heads sooooo what do I do when I need one put a white on it?

Bought the double set. For me and hubby. Pink and black. The three modes are useful. I leave mine on standard. Long usage before charging. Very good heads. Also purchased packs of heads for both. Good price at moment. The pressure sound is good to make sure you don’t overdo it. Teeth feel clean after use. Better than ordinary brushes.

I brought this toothbrush after years of using a manual toothbrush.after just one brush I could see a significant difference in the whiteness of my teeth.I have now used it 3 times and my teeth look so healthy and white.if your a smoker this toothbrush will transform your look.

My first electric toothbrush which was recommended by my dental hygienist – it did not disappoint. It is actually quite thorough and powerful at cleaning which I did not expect. Definitley recommend to people who struggle to brush those back teeth with a manual toothbrush! Really easy to use.

It was my first time trying an electric toothbrush and saw an advertisement of this brush, so thought to give it a try. It does better cleaning than a manual brush. I like the visible pressure control and visually alert you to reduce pressure to protect your gums. What I don’t like is that There’s is no indication when the charging is and no battery status feedback. If only noise could be reduced while brushing. The brush head should be available in choice if extra soft, soft and medium bristles.

I have receding gums which were often irritated and inflamed. I went one up on the standard oral b brush and glad I did (I got this on sale too). Using the gum massaging option after brushing nightly has vastly improved sensitivity and the brush was very soft and no harshness to my gums. I have paired with using the regenerate toothpaste (sorry oral b) but this has also vastly improved my gum sensitivity. I’m very pleased with this brush and it also doesn’t splash the mirror like other ones do and slightly quieter. Battery lasts a few days would recommend every 3 days charge as recommended. I would also recommend a water flosser for sensitive gums I found the brushes sometimes irritated more.

I was a little sceptical of reviews that said teeth were whiter using this toothbrush but it’s true.
This is a great item if there are two of you as you effectively get 2 toothbrushes for just a bit more than the price of 1. It has 3 power modes – standard, sensitive and whitening. They’re as loud as most toothbrushes but it’s hysterical listening to the whitening mode as it sounds like you’ve got a motorbike race going on in your mouth ! You’ll know what I mean if you buy one!! Slightly disappointed that there is no real grip (smooth body) as it can be difficult to grip when it gets wet during use.
Compared to some of the much more expensive oral b toothbrushes this does what it needs to at a good price.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHave always had an Oral B electric toothbrush but have always bought their basic model and have been very satisfied with them. After deciding to upgrade to a better model I decided to purchase the Oral B Pro 3 Twin Pack in black. I have always been guilty of pressing excessively on my teeth and gums so the Pro 3 with the built in pressure sensor was ideal for me and this now allows me to stop exerting so much pressure as it instantly lights up red if you pres too hard. The increased power and speed of the brush is also much more noticeable and the feeling of my teeth compared to my previous basic model is amazing. In the past I have also purchased non Oral B replacement brush heads from the low-cost pound stores but this really is false economy as after only even a week the rotating brush part comes loose and they just do not work properly. Buy the genuine article replacement brush heads
and you will feel the difference. A great purchase and a good price.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersWe’ve been using Oral B toothbrushes for a while. They last for about two years. Our last purchase, the Oral B Pro 2 2500 lasted for 2 years. I bought the Pro 3 3500 for 36, so the cost of ownership is around 18 per year, which isn’t too bad. The battery does not last more than 2 weeks as claimed by advertising. Perhaps it lasts 2 weeks if you don’t use it? On the first full charge ours lasted 6 days. That’s for two people brushing on average 2 times a day for 2 minutes. So maybe it lasts 3 days for a family of four. So not as good as claimed, but fine. It’ll last for a few days on a trip without charging.

We bought the Pro 2 2500 for 25 two years ago. Now the Pro 2 does not seem to exist and has been replace by the Pro 3 which at the time of buying is about 50% more expensive. Is the Pro 3 any better than the Pro 2? Functionally it’s about the same, but ergonomically it’s significantly worse. The Pro 2 was nicely textured, so you could tell which way round it was in the dark, and it was easy to feel where the power button was. I struggle with the Pro 3. There is very little textural difference between back and front and finding the power button is difficult. In the photos the Pro 3 is the black brush.

I’m addicted to using electric toothbrushes. They make a huge difference to my dental hygiene. And I’ve always used the Oral B brushes with the pressure sensor, because they’re decently priced compared to the opposition. There’s no need to go to the higher specced Oral B brushes.

4.0 out of 5 stars Pro 3 is ergonomically weak. Pro 2 was better.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersPleased with my Oral-B Pro 3 so far. I bought mine to replace the Oral-B Pro 1, which lasted around 5 years, so I’m hoping for a similar shelf-life from this one. I can tell the difference in brush speeds with this newer model; my teeth do feel cleaner. I don’t notice the noise much – unless late at night, and then I’m conscious of others – but it’s no different from the Pro 1. I much prefer the design of this one, though. It has good grip on the thumb and around the barrel so I don’t worry about dropping it, but without ridges etc it doesn’t pick up toothpaste gunk so is much more hygienic. It’s a small detail, but really makes a difference.

The brush has three speeds, but I’ve only use it on the highest setting so far. You don’t have to cycle through all the speeds to switch off: just hold the button down and it powers off. I chose this model because of the pressure monitor but either I never press too hard, or mine isn’t that sensitive, as I’ve only seen the red light a handful of times. Battery seems pretty good – at least a week so far, and still seems to be going strong.

Comes with a travel case and a spare brush head, which is a nice touch. However, doesn’t include an adapter plug, so keep in mind if you don’t have a 2-pin socket at home to charge from.

I bought mine on sale at around 45, and that feels about right for what you get. I’m impressed with mine, but at RRP I’d be expecting it to do more. I’ve watched a few YouTube videos from dentists on how to brush your teeth properly with an electric toothbrush. It sounds silly, but well worth looking at if you’re investing in a decent brush, which this one seems to be.

Having been using these for a while both my wife and I have found them a great toothbrush. The timer function gives a short vibration every 30 seconds or so to help you with cleaning areas on your teeth giving a good deep clean. Well worth purchasing and with that set the value was great too.

Brushes teeth very well but timer function doesn’t switch motor off after 2 minutes on both toothbrushes as listed in bullet point description – Content: 2 handles with 2 minutes timer; 1 charger; 2 brush heads.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThese are great. The 1st I noticed compared to my previous non-pro Oral B electric toothbrush was that this one also vibrates the head as well as rotating which was a bit if a shock at first. I assume this is also effective at dislodging food etc, in addition to brushing.
The battery does actually last 2 weeks as long as you stick to the 2 minute timer.
I also like the red light for when you press too hard. It’s actually good to know that I wasn’t pressing too hard with the old brush tbh as the light doesn’t trigger when I apply the same pressure as I did with my old brush. I also love the black colour.

What is there to say it is a standard Orel-B. death feel supper clean after and the 3 modes is useful. these are a grate buy why by the more openly versions when this is perfect and looks good, although the black one if you do keep on top of the cleaning soon looks rough.

  33. EllenFryett says:

The only flaw is that the smooth surface of these brushes can be hard to grip when wet. Other Oral-B brushes have a dimpled or more grippy texture. Otherwise, a good no-frills brush. Decent battery life.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersMy dentist recommended getting an electric toothbrush with a round head, and mentioned Oral-B were good. There are plenty of options – some cheaper, some a lot dearer, but these seemed the perfect for us as hubby’s toothbrush needed replacing too. I’m not a fan of pink but the pink is really subtle so I can get over it. I love the 2 mins timer that gives you a change signal ever 30 seconds so you can work on each quadrant of your mouth in turn. I would give 5 but there is no brush head covers or a case for travelling.
