I love these boots but I needed to re order in a size up. This was easy to do I returned the ones in video and the seller was extremely helpful because I accidentally ordered the same size but a quick message and they sorted it out and I’m so excited to get the new ones. Sono scarpe di ottima qualit e molto comode. La consegna stata ritardata, abbiamo contattato il venditore per chiedere il motivo per cui le scarpe non erano ancora arrivate e abbiamo avuto una risposta rapida e lui ci ha informato che il ritardo era dovuto alla dogana italiana, ci ha tenuti aggiornati e ha anche seguito i progressi e si assicurato che avessimo le scarpe.
