Reviber Mini Motorised Exercise Bike – Upgraded Comfort
Reviber Mini Motorised Exercise Bike – Upgraded Comfort Pedals – Minimal Assembly Required

Auto programmes
Auto programmes offer a choice of preset workouts. Each different mode increases in speed at different rates. It then works through the sequence in reverse mode. This makes you use the muscles in your arms and legs in different ways, giving you a fuller workout.

Got it for an elderly lady who struggled to walk. After the fourth go (5 minutes at a time ) she kept on peddling after motor stopped. In time I believe it will make her legs a lot better and improve on bad blood circulation through lack of exercise as well . Fantastic machine as it moves the legs for you.
After changing pedals this issuper durable product. Wish it had had toe cage pedals.
Just Righ
Bought this Item and its been a god send it is easy to use (which is every day)in the comfort of your home
glad we have it very good purchase pleased.
This exercise device is beautifully made, easy to assemble and use. It is every bit as good, if not better than another machine that cost twice as wuch and broke down after a few months. I’v only just tried this out for a few minures so far, but it seems to be just the job.
Some people said they found the pedals too small, but if you use it in stockinged feet without the straps it should be fine. Feet don’t slip off.
Great Way to Get Back to Exercising
I have severe arthritis which has limited my lower body movement year by year. I bought this so that I can sit and get some form of exercise. I chose this because there is very little assembly and it’s non obtrusive. I really like the design and electronic programs. The only drawback is that I would like to add more resistance other than speed (perhaps I haven’t figured out how yet) but it’s fine for now. I am pleased with my purchase.
Easy to use
I brought this for my 87 yo mom and she loves it.
I am so unfit so I got this to help so when I give up the motor can take over and this works! Early days but I am not sending it back!!!! Like I thought I would!! Fast delivery too, came 4 days early!! And it doesn’t make a load of noise, very quie

I purchased this ‘gadget’ recently to use in conjunction with my past couple of years in Slimming World… It is very handy to help ease tired muscles and get the old blood flowing again… It IS NOT a full build up your body with muscles equipment…It is an easy to use exerciser, set on the floor for the legs or set on the table for your arms… I am really enjoying it and I am 71….. I am more than pleased with its price and performance, and can highly recommend it 110%… Once used, you will not regret it… I am so very glad that I decided to buy this…..
Great produc
My son uses this for exercise from a wheelchair. We bought it about 9 months ago and it is being used for almost an hour every day. It is a great little machine, easy to use and very robust. I would certainly recommend it.
Relaxing and good for circulatio
I admit to being cynical when getting this but I was pleasantly surprised. It has helped my edama and relaxes legs just before going to bed. The programming is really nice and so easy to use. Well done to the designers of this vert useful aid.
Once assembled – about a 10 minute job at most – it has now been used a few times and we are very impressed.
Build quality is excellent and it is vey easy to use, with various pre programmed modes to make life easier. The forward and backward action is a good way of varying the exercise and the information re distance calories burned etc is easy to follow.
My size 13 broad feet fit easily into the pedals and the mat provided has held the machine steady in use on our wood floors.
For the price this is fantastic value and is giving me exercise in legs that are not up to it on their own.
Thoroughly recommend.
Wish it went faste
I absolutely love this machine .
I just sit in front of the tv every second evening for about 45 minutes.
My only WISH IS THAT IT WOULD GO FASTER OR DOES THE COMPANY MAKE THE SAME TYPE OF MACHINE that does go faster.
This would be amazing.
I have told many of my friends and they have also bought one.

Easy to use
Machine moves away when placed on the rubber mat that was provided
Good quality .
It ‘s me not the product! I was a bit wary of the technology to start with.
Excellent delivery service and exerciser is compact and easy to use now I ‘m familiar with settings for myself !
It is a strange product as its intention is to have it turned on and have the machine do the work. The idea behind this is circulation for older people and those on rehab. If you don’t plug in the machine, however, and use it then you can still cycle, and get some form of exercise. Something I’ve also notice that is if you turn the machine the opposite way round and cycle that way, so cycling in the wrong direction to how the machine was built, you can get a fair decent workout with lots of resistance, similar to that of bikes in leisure centres. So good if you use it in completely the wrong way. However, due to the weight of the product, it isn’t very grounded and difficult to use.

I bought this product in June of this year it was a bit fiddley to work out the modes to start with, but I’ve got it sorted (for MY needs at least) now & I can now manage 1x15mins forwards rotations OR 1x15mins backwards rotations on a moderate speed (3-4). I bought it to replace a manual version which I’d had for some time & was no longer working for me, I had hoped it would help with lower back pain/sciatica for when I actually do venture out (which isn’t very often), unfortunately it hasn’t resolved it but on the + side it’s helping to reduce swelling in my legs & feet & I occasionally lose the odd inch on my Waist/hips depending on fluid retention. I would recommend it for gentle physio use as I have various conditions that leave me in pain on a daily basis, plus if I’m watching a TV programme/film it helps the time pass a little quicker (a definite bonus). I don’t have any issues with it sliding on flooring (my floor is wooden), so when used with the mat provided I’d say it’s safe to use on a moderate speed, you would have to be going at SOME speed to get it to slide which I definitely can’t do.
Very easy to use
Husband been struggling with mobility and muscle wastage. This has been great, he is slowly building up his muscles and is feeling a bit steadier on his feet.(This is a very slow build up).
The Reviber is very easy to use and there literally is no set up just get it out of the box and use.

I am happy with this purchase. It helps with my knee arthritis and muscle building legs and calf also it is very effective for my cardiovascular (heart) and fitness. I am impressed with this item’s little computer program for cycling resistance level and fitness distancing.
I disagree with other viewer’s comment about Motorised Exercise Bike slipping on the floor as the manufacturer does provide the real anti-slip grip mat together with this Motorised Exercise Bike; so I have no problem with cycling this item without pushing this exercise bike further away from my feet and dragging it back to the position as I am pleased with this useful real anti-slip grip mat. I can see thats why it is quite expensive.
Worth recommended buy for arthritis and cardio/obese sufferers.
Great mini bike for home
I wish I had bought this at the start of lockdown as I would now be fit. I have arthritis in my knees so I need to excersise to keep myself mobile. This is a great home excersise mini bike just great for me keeping fit.
A really good piece of kit!
Used this when I was sat around doing nothing, apart from watching TV and playing Xbox. Found it very therapeutic and helped to ease my aching and restless legs. Easy to set-up, easy to use. Can’t think of anything negative to say about it. Although I’m no expert, and acknowledge its limited medical benefits, I would be happy for my 78-year-old dad (and other elderly relatives) to use it, especially as it has a ‘slow’ setting.
A great benefit and easy to use.
Bought for my sister who has Alzheimer’s. She has sight problems and restricted abilities for everyday living, walking outside safely is difficult. This is ideal for her. Apart from company the tv is her main entertainment so she can watch and exercise too. Easy to use for her and most things today aren’

Once you have got the hang of it which I did by using a wall against the rear of the device and using the supplied mat it was very good. It should not move about, if it is you are doing it wrong and you need to improve your relaxed method of use. They could only give it more stability by increasing the weight then it could not be used on a table for arms.
I recomend the purchase if disabled / vat refund posible too if registered disabled.
Its not for muscle building use, just for maintaining movement if you are disabled or recovering from injury.
Arrived fast, well packed. I love this so much, why did I hesitate and not buy one sooner? It’s bigger than I expected but not too big that I can’t store it under the table or in a cupboard. I don’t know why I expected it to be flimsy or wobbly but it wasn’t it was strong and very stable. I tried using it on a chair but that didn’t suit as I have short legs so the sofa worked better. I have a lot of body swelling/fluid retention because of a heart condition so not a small lady but this could handle me no problem. The pull of the machine is strong and the speeds are easily adjustable so you don’t feel out of control. I was also really pleased that the foot straps and pedals comfortably fit my swollen feet. My legs have pretty bad neuropathy and my right leg doesn’t work and is painful and only can lift about two inches max off the ground, I was worried to use the exerciser in case it hurt me, the initial few turns made my leg a tiny bit achy and sore as I wasn’t able to exercise for so long… but! guess what? after the first short workout my leg felt warm and much more alive and I was able to walk almost pain free and put my whole body weight on it after almost two years of misery. With a little use every now and again my leg has also straightened somewhat as well. I’m so happy. Because of the fluid on my lungs and elsewhere it makes it next to impossible for me to exercise normally but after using this exerciser I feel like I had a nice little workout and even my mood improves. Would I buy again? Certainly, am I impressed? – very.
Great item
This item arrived on time and it is very neat. It is very easy to use and I am very pleased with it.
I would recommend this item. All in all very happy with this item.
Great value
Great exerciser as I have had trouble after a fall nearly 5 years ago and I am trying to strengthen muscle which will be good for my leg as I can’t walk very long.
I suffer from primary progressive multiple sclerosis (MS) and have been confined to a wheelchair for the past 3 years and because of this I have lost muscle tone in my legs. The Reviber has allowed me to start reversing this process and has also increased blood flow and improved my lymphatic system which has reduced the swelling in my feet.
I can not praise the Reviber enough, it has improved my life beyond compare.
If you are less able buy this device!
Good value
Good product. Would have given 5* but it does sometimes slide a bit when in use. Bought for my husband who has parkinsons so he can exercise. Good value and useful
Read the handbook
The bike does what it says on the tin I received it yesterday the only downside is that the coil on the handset even when stretched is somewhat short. I would suggest one reads the hand book before using which makes everything easy to understand
Perfect for exercise with the least amount of effo
It did what it said and is very good value for the money spent considering you could pay 100 more for the exact same thing that is advertised in the magazines you look at.It was bought for my 81year old aunt who cannot walk far due to breathing difficulties but she wants to try and exercise , so this is perfect for her.
This goes on a bit but I want you to know how bad my life had become, and how this bike has transformed it. I have been an above knee amputee since 1999. I was wheelchair bound for four years before that, but I got myself up and walking and life was great, however the last two years I have struggled with depression and I haven’t walked for 2 years! I have a Spinal Cord stimulator for phantom pain, a hip replacement, and then I had a stump reconstruction removing even more of it than before. This was the 23rd surgery since an RTA back in 1996. And this triggered PTSD. However, I am receiving counselling and I’m back to my usual happy self, so I’m raring to get my life back and get walking again, but because I haven’t walked for so long the rehabilitation center are treating me like a first time amputee. It came as a huge shock when they told me how much I weighed. I was so unfit, but this piece of equipment saved me. I had ago at it in rehab, (you can even pedal with one leg!) and a handy tip to increase the resistance is to get some of those weighted velcro straps for the wrist and ankles. You really notice a difference using those and you can buy them in sets of: 1kg, 2kg and 3kg etc, but keep in mind that these should only be used if you get to the point where you feel you have gone as far as you can on the bike, otherwise you may injure yourself. This equipment is a Godsend. I’d say it is as important to me as my iPhone.
I’d be lost without it.
Excelle
Great bought for 81 year old mum she loves it. Helps her circulation and strengthens her legs as her mobility is poor. Only thing is it doesn’t allow mum to pedal backwards on the easy programs I think this is because mum pushes forward however it works for me both front and forward pedal. Very happy
excellent machine waiting to have both knees replaced and told to exercise my legs which is hard to do when you can hardly walk but this machine is so good I can sit down exercise and build up my legs good before my operation and good for when I have had it done I get jumpy legs which is so annoying but after going on my machine it is gone worth every penny my husband goes on it as well
i suffer from m.s from not being active i have swollen legs and feet after 3 wks of useing for 30 mins a day the swelling is reducing and i have more strength in my legs very easy to use . the only problem if you have swollen feet the straps where not long enough .i phoned the manufactures they sent another set of straps which i joined the 2 together with velcro .
Bought this for my dad who has restless leg, he says it really helps with that. For the price, can’t go wrong.
It’s not really an exerciser for building fitness as it’s motorised but for what I bought it for, it seems to be perfec
Bought for elderly parents. One with knee arthritis and fluid retention. The other with a full knee replacement and circulatory problems. Both say they can feel a benefit using it 10 minutes in a morning and 10 minutes in an evening. Any improvement however slight is a bonus.
There’s a vicious cycle that occurs when you’re in pain from things like arthritis: you don’t want to move because it hurts, but if you don’t move then you get stiffer and it hurts more when you do need move. My mother has this problem. She already owns low impact exercise options like a stationary bike, but even getting on that bike and outputting enough power to turn the pedals is a challenge at the moment. This motorised exerciser assists the user enough so that they can get their arms or legs mobile again. She’s been using it as a step towards more strenuous cardiovascular exercise.
I should emphasise this isn’t just for elderly people and those with arthritis – I could imagine anyone who’s had an injury or illness benefiting from the assisted movement that the Reviber offers.
A big plus with this machine is that it comes pre-assembled. If you have a condition that impairs your strength and dexterity, then the last thing you want is to be wrestling with screws and parts. Some assistance may be needed in order to position it, but otherwise it should be good to go as soon as it arrives.
The device feels solid and well made – it should last a long time, and it does offer a real benefit to those with impaired mobility.
Getting on in years (mid 50’s) and having a desk job, combined with little exercise, I had began to notice a stiffening of my hips/pelvis after prolonged periods of in activity and thought that this pedal exerciser would help.
I have been using it for 20 minutes on a daily basis for a month now and the results are definitely noticeable. No more aching. The best way to use it for your legs is on a hard floor and to be sat on a dining chair. Like any exercise, I started off with the unit set to low speeds, but after a week I was comfortably using the higher setting. It is very well made and comes with a 5 year guarantee on the motor. All in all, I was very impressed with everything about this exerciser, particularly the ache free results it has given me.
I have been finding this machine more beneficial than I expected. On first sight, it seems a flimsy thing. It is not all that heavy, and is made of plastic which looks like it may break easily. However, it is rather robust and despite some movement on initial uses I soon developed a routine that works. The rubber mat provided is meant to stop the thing sliding around during use, but I found it still slid or almost imbalanced. I have some tall stools which allows me to use the exerciser so that I am almost directly above the unit and this meant the unit stayed put during the various programmes.
A hand held device controls the machine, though I found I was going faster than the speeds anyway. Alternating between forward and reverse, once you get the hang of it you can try various faster settings to suit yourself. The exercise is gentle rather than working up a sweat, but then that’s the intention of this machine anyway. The display on the hand controller alternates between time, speed, estimated distance ‘travelled’, and usefully, how many calories expended during the session.
I certainly feel invigorated after each session without being worn out. Place the device on a surface and you can use it with your hands for a upper body exercise too. I found this to be a more satisfying exercise which raised my heart rate more than the cycling one.
So, this device can be useful for maintaining movement in the limbs, without being over strenuous. I would imagine it to be especially useful if recovering from injuries of some sort, or improving circulation. It is reasonably priced too, so I would say it is worth investing in for the reasons I have stated. Recommended.
The first thing to really note here is that this is not an exercise bike designed to give you a work out. It is designed to help you maintain or regain fitness without putting stress on joints. It is marketed as “ideal for those that want to improve circulation and muscle strength while exercising from the comfort of their own homes” and I would say that this is pretty accurate as to what it can achieve.
The bike itself arrives fully assembled which leads to quite a big parcel arriving at your door. It’s not heavy but be warned if you have small spaces to negotiate, it’s a bit bulky! Once out of the box you simply need to unroll the non-slip mat which comes with the cycle and put the device on top, then plug in. The cycle comes with a hand held control which is connected to the cycle with a coiled wire and you unclip this from its holding area and use it to select which programme you want and to start and stop the machine. The wire is coiled quite tightly so you may want to stretch it out a bit at first to avoid losing any grip and having the controller bounce pack to its rerst which is what happenned when I first used it. You also need to adjust the straps on the pedals before you use it or you may find that your feet slip out easily.
There are 5 auto settings that the bike can run on and these vary the speed of the pedals as they turn and the intervals in which they turn either forward or backward. There are also a number of differing speeds you can choose independently if you do not want to auto setting. As a fairly fit individual I tried the fastest auto-setting first but found that my legs were not used to going backwards quickly so I had to dial it down a bit so that I could get used to this movement. I would advise starting low and moving higher if you find this too easy and not going the way I initially chose! The display alternates in showing you the time you have left on your exercise session, calories burned, number of pedal turns, speed etc.
When being operated this little bike is not very noisy at all and can easily be run with the TV on as it boasts in the Amazon blurb. It is small enough and light enough to be easily stored away after each session.
I am aware that this device is marketed to those who need to regain muscle strength or maintain fitness without putting pressure on joints etc and having used this for a little while now I can see how beneficial it could be for someone who needs support in movement. The calories burned are not great when using this so as a weight loss device it is not ideal however as a someone with two kids working full time who finds it hard to fit in time for anything extra to keep my blood pumping this has been great. It allows me to do something positive for my body at the end of the day when I am exhausted and without putting any strain or pressure on me. Overall a well-designed and useful little piece of equipment which can be used by a wide range of people to help support their movement and fitness when traditional exercise equipment is not suitable.
This works well for rehabilitating the legs and arms.
It can work powered or unpowered..
To start with it’s already put together which means you can use it straight out of the box.
It comes with a slip proof mat and a wrench.
To use just plug it in and turn it on. Then press the red button on the remote.
For the first attempts don’t put in your feet or hands just watch how it works.
Then experiment with speeds etc on the remote.
When you feel comfy with how it works then try to use it!
It’s good on a table for your arms or on the floor for your legs. You need good stable surfaces and a dining room chair seems to work best….
This is easy to use and great for rehab or for just keeping the body moving..
Love it!
I ordered this for my elderly mother who is experiencing mobility issues that have left her unable to undertake much exercise and she has also lost the confidence to even leave the house for a walk. She has particular problems with her neck, her lower back and her knees.
This product needs 5 stars for being ready assembled, easy to start using and coming with such a good warranty. it looks nice, is not too bulky and does not take up much room in her bungalow.
She is able to sit in a chair and exercise her joints without impact strain and all at the same time she can watch TV. She has enjoyed using it and I think it will help keep her joints moving without affecting her other issues.
Really pleased with it – such a good idea to have such products available as opposed to the usual gym type machines that would not always be suitable for elderly people or those with mobility issues
To describe this as an “exercise bike” is somewhat misleading. You need to read the specifications very carefully to see that this is a rehabilitation device and is designed to maintain/improve mobility..
In this respect it is ideal for someone who has limited mobility because of age related joint stiffness and/or pain, or, indeed, for anyone who suffers from arthritis or similar ailments.
It is also useful for someone who is recovering from injury and needs to avoid any impact exercise. For example, if you are a runner recovering from a leg injury (hamstring, knee, etc), this machine will provide a perfect non-impact contribution to a recovery programme.
The device is described as “portable”, but this only applies if you can manage to pick up and carry something that weighs 4.5kg (9.9lbs). That may not sound a lot, but given the additional factor of its awkward shape, for some of the target audience this may be anything but portable.
It comes with a “non-slip mat”, but this proved to be anything but non-slip when tried out, with the machine and mat happily moving across the floor when any pressure was put on it. It may be non-slip when used on the auto-functions, but it is not so when used manually.
The Revibar exercise bike is compact, well made and ready for use straight out of the box. Simply plug in and its ready for use. Mains cord length is 8 ft (2.45 metres). The machine measures 19ins (49cm) front to back, 17ins (43cm) width, 12ins (30cm) height. There is a non-slip mat supplied to prevent the machine moving around during use.
The controls are via a removable keypad on the top of the unit and consist of five settings:
On/Off: will stop and start the bike
Timer: set a running time from 1 to 15 in 1 minute intervals.
Speed +/- : Can be set from 1 to 12, which gives approx 1 rev.per 2 seconds (setting 1) up to 1 rev. per 0.75secs (setting 12)
Reverse: Will change the direction of the motor from forward pedalling to back pedalling
Mode: This button will change the display mode to show each setting, or scroll between the different settings – speed, timer countdown, distance travelled, calories used.
It must be remembered — and it is made clear by the manufacturer — that this is not intended as a cardiovascular device, but more of a means to achieve low impact exercise to regain or maintain mobility of joints. It is an excellent way of moving the legs and joints with a little motorised assistance without having to put strain on any part of the body. The motor gently revolves but can be stopped quite easily by the legs if necessary and the motor will cut out after about 5 seconds, or will continue if the pressure is released.
As an aid to keeping joints and muscles moving without too much physical exertion this is a well-made and easy to use machine
Read the instructions and then read them again before use, I didn’t and had a very annoyed wife with her feet trapped in the pedals going round at variable speeds.
It is a well-made heavy device which can be used as a conventional mini bike if not connected to the mains (no variable tension) or mains driven where it can be used in a number of modes from a single but user adjustable speed or 5 programmable settings which last for 10 minutes each.
It can be used with either your feet or hands on the pedals but although it shows this mode in the instruction book I found using it with hands was very uncomfortable.
It has 12 speeds although it does not tell you what it is in rpm.
PI is the most gentle which only reaches speed 5 but does change between forward and reverse.
When you get to P4 it uses all speeds, P5 does not use the maximum speed but has more reverse rotations.
There is a hand held controller tethered to the bike which it wisely suggests you keep in your hand so you can stop it or control speeds etc should you need to.
The controller has a display that shows Speed/Time/Distance/Calorie information.
The distance is shown in metric, there are no imperial settings.
In the blurb it shows that it needs minor assembly and indeed it comes with a spanner but ours was fully assembled and I have no idea what the spanner is for.
It also comes complete with a useful non slip mat.
The maximum rated load is 120Kg or 19 stone but I have no idea why as how it is used means that full weight will not be on it.
This is not an exercise bike in that it has zero resistance. This is designed for improving joint movement and is ideally suited for someone in rehabilitating or an older person who is less mobile.
The construction is excellent and there are a number of products. I worked my way through a number of the programs an whilst it was strange not applying pressure I could feel that I was doing some work even though I was just watching tv and turning my legs.
I wish this had resistance and I could hook up to Zwift/strava but that is a totally different product.
We were pleasantly surprised to find that this was fully assembled. It’s well-packaged and well-made, too, and comes with a 2-year warranty (5 years on the motor).
It isn’t what we expected, however, even after reading in the description that it isn’t an exercise bike and isn’t for cardiovascular exercise.
When the description says twelve speeds, it means the pedals go round by themselves at any of twelve speeds and the idea is that you choose one that your arms or legs can keep up with. The machine is driving you, rather than the other way round. It is presumably useful for exercising arm and leg joints, offering helpful physiotherapy, but won’t do much for muscle or fat.
Having said that, you can, if you choose, drive the pedals faster than the machine is going or indeed drive them with the power completely off. Either way, you use your own muscle power, to some degree. I found it did get my heart going a little faster than normal resting rate, that way.
‘Exercise bike’ in the title is misleading. If, however, it offers what you need in helping you get your arms and legs moving, it’s an excellent machine and represents decent value.
I have awarded this item a straight 5 stars for a number of reasons, firstly, it is well made and comes supported by a 2 year overall warranty, with the motor being extended to 5 years. It is ready assembled straight out of the box and at the price point of 81.00 as at 29th October 2017, I think that it represents good value for money.
It isn’t an exercise bike, however, it is powered and therefore allows people to keep a degree of mobility and keep themselves mobile, not just their legs, but their arms too. With an ever aging population, I feel that items like this will become far more popular, with maintenance of existing muscle tone (or controlled deterioration) being the key, rather than improving fitness. In the two weeks which I have owned this item, three people apart from myself have used it.
Person 1
=======
A 99 year old lady, my mother in law. A genetically fit individual who is still able to live alone, walks unaided, but would be the first to admit that whilst she is able to get around ok, during the last year or so, she is not so able as she was. She has enjoyed two short arm and leg exercise sessions at a relatively low level and really enjoyed it. She was able to sit in a dining chair and operate the machine whilst watching TV. She thought it funny at first, but actually quite enjoyed it, particularly that she could halt it at any time. Delighted customer and I am sure that she will become a regular user.
Person 2
=======
A 70 year old who has just had a knee replacement. He is a man who has kept himself fit and whilst he gave up the cause of his knee wear (running) some 10 years ago, regularly cycles. He is quite fit, however, having a knee replacement has limited his activity for the short. He is currently going through rehabilitation with a physiotherpist who was delighted with his range of mobility. She was a little concerned when he told her that he had used this item, agin at low level, to give him a degree of gentle exercise and more importantly flex his knee. Ultimately, she believes that his knee is supple to the high levels of mobility and is very pleased with his progress.
Person 3

I don’t use this item as a cycle, however, I have been using it to exercise my wrist, which I broke over a year ago, but have been unable to make pain free or extend to a full range of movement. I am not sure if I gain anything from the exercise element, but my range of wrist rotation is improving.
In essence this is not a traditional exercise machine, the motor ensures that you do not engage in resistance training, however, for those who are very infirm, are in rehabilitation, or just want to keep their joint from atrophying it is worth a try.
I really like this recumbent bike. I’ve tried various manual ones with tension controls, but they hurt my joints. This electric one doesn’t. It’s lighter than the manual ones and it comes with a rubber non-stop mat. Just plug in. The control module can be handheld or left in the main body. You can programme it and speed it up. The pedals are large and the straps are adjustable.
I used it for an hour yesterday and today and no sore knees. I don’t think I’ll go back to a manual one.
