The stomp pad was great. It was sturdy and easy to install. I didn’t have trouble with snow getting packed on to the point of making it ineffective. Overall, I recommend it!

Appears to be holding after a season of snowboarding. Will have to update this review in a few years if the pad starts to fall off. The texturing is fine for knocking snow off my boot.

Big and hardwearing stomp pad with really good detailing. Also fairly heavy which might put some people off.
Used it for a week’s boarding in France last month and its not moved – still well stuck.
It doesn’t have a lot of protrusions so I was worried my back foot would slip off it when on tows or getting off lifts but it holds solid giving good control in use. Definitely recommend.

Stomp pad stuck down nicely on the board and worked great ok the mountain! It is a great size and offers a good amount of grip

I have never seen or been close to a snowboard. From the standpoint of the purposes for what this Stomp Pad was intended I have no clue. I am guessing that for the purposes for which it was intended I would think it would be completely functional. I would question the weight in the 160 grams seem like a lot to add to a snowboard. However, compared to the weight compacted snow, it’s not a problem. I got this item because of the design, in particular the Steampunk design. I have not idea what I was going to do with it. I did paint it and found out that it does not take paint well. It did not seem to dry. I have used it in staging many product reviews. I just like it. It looks like the peel n stick adhesive on the back is industrial strength. I don’t plan on sticking to any surface for now. If you need a snowboard stomp pad buy it. If you just like go for it as well.

I attached this to my Burton snowboard and it went down just fine. Unfortunately I haven’t gone snowboarding with it yet, but It should be just fine. It is made from durable and thick material and should do a great job cleaning off your boot prior to strapping or stepping in.

Picked this up to replace an old one on a board I recently took out to Breckenridge, CO. Worked really well. would recommend.

I have an alpine snowboard (the skinny kind that you ride with hard boots) and it has a custom top sheet graphic with a pattern of gears. So, how could I resist getting this stomp pad for it?

The stomp pad feels substantial and the stickum feels very adhesive. I cleaned the top sheet with some alcohol and it stuck right down. The material is a very firm rubber, not hard plastic and it has some raised nibs to give traction. The pattern of little gears inside the big gear should also help give some traction. Compared with other stomps I’ve seen and used, I’d rate this at the top for quality feel and medium for traction.

For scale, the snowboard is 20 cm wide. That’s narrower than a typical freestyle snowboard.

Good Stomp Pad - Feels Very Durable

his stomp pad is going to go on my Burton Canyon snow board. I like the design and style of it . I would have preferred the adhesive to be 3M, but I am sure it will function well if I prep the board (clean with alcohol) before applying. I t looks killer!

I had Dakine “dots” for my stomp pad but over the last couple seasons they have worn off. While I liked the clear dots, they just didn’t even up working very well. So when I was looking for a replacement, I wanted something a bit more substantial. When I saw this I was excited to try it and see if it was what I was looking for.

It arrived and was exactly what I was hoping. Perfect size, not too big, not too small. Great looking traction. Excited to try it out this year on my snowboard!

    Perfect replacement!

Off the lift I like to ride past the crowd before strapping in, so it’s useful to have some grip on back foot to turn a little easier. I thought the pad would have bigger ridges and bumps for traction, but it’s relatively flat with a handful of small spikes around the perimeter. The only real texture is down inside the pattern which doesn’t do much when full of snow. I’m still going to use it, but it was not what I was looking for. I might try and carve out parts in the middle and make it more rough.

This is a nice snowboard kick/stomp pad. It stuck securely to my deck – I made sure to clean it with alcohol first. I love the gears design. I am a closed steampunk girl so it’s fun to have a bit of my fantasy life on my board. It is also super grippy when boarding. It is a nice wide stomp and I am always able to find it with my boot. It has stuck super strong thru two 2-day trips. I am super happy with it.

Pretty awesome stomp pad, grips well not too big and not too small, very cool design.

Personally I am going to to another one that is transparent just so I don’t hide the cool design of my board but that’s just personal preference

    Very grippy
