The product looks premium and feels premium. For its price, there is nothing to complain about. The craftsmanship, the build and stitching is superb. You get more than what you pay for.

The watch roll does appear to be made of real leather but it does not have that rich wonderful smell of leather. I'm not sure why! Also the leather was very dry looking but not necessarily in a bad way. I debated whether to keep it this way or condition it and I chose the latter. Just a heads up, I conditioned it with Saphir leather conditioner and it turned the leather from a lighter shade of brown to a dark milk chocolate brown. I was kind of shocked at how much it changed. I have other leather watch rolls of higher price and I have to say that the construction and build quality is very similar. I think for the price this is a great value and would strongly recommend it.

Contenitore spazioso e bello
Buona qualit delle pelle e soprattutto l’alloggiamento degli orologi spazioso anche per quelli con alto spessore del quadrante. I supporti asportabili con il sistema a slitta anzich con i bottoni automatici e’ decisamente migliore e permette di non sollecitare ad ogni uso la struttura del box. Purtroppo non ci sono varie versioni di colore. In ogni caso lo consiglio senza riserve.
I looked at other watch rolls offered at well know watch enthusiast sites. Comparable rolls were much more expensive. This roll has exceeded my expectations. Watches are well protected and easy to access for daily rotation. The case is compact enough to easily put in a safe while traveling. I now 5 watches and I'm tempted to order another 3 watch roll.

I thought for the money it would be poor craftsmanship and material but surprisingly it’s very nice. I debated purchasing Wolf but after this, I’m glad I was able to get leather over faux for half the cost. Also, if you look closely, the cushions slide into the roll vs float. This is actually a very clever way to retain position and prevent movement. 5/5.

Wasn't quite sure what to expect at this price for a genuine leather watch case but it was exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Everything about it is high quality and the actual watch pads are easy to take in and out. REALLY like this product!

Doesn’t take up much space on a dresser and is easy to access watches yet keeping them secure. The only reason for not a for five stars is because the box construction is a little suspect. If it’s not tossed around it’ll stand up just fine, but if you plan on throwing it into your luggage the panels could get damaged during travel. I’m confident the watches would be protected, but your box could get deformed. Highly recommend the leather version of this as it will only look better with use.

Beautiful rigid roll for three watches.
This is a very well made product which will safely take three watches in any trip or at home.
I opted for the simil-leather version which looks like real leather and serves function as well. I yiu prefer real leather they offer a real leather version at an extra cost.
Otherwise the construction and looks is identical. I feel it’s a great purchase for its price and quality.
I have just received and put in use. I will need to experience a long term use yet but I feel it will stand a normal wear and use.

Got the black and red 3 stack, beautiful PU leather, looks really good. Soft but supportive pillows and a breeze to slide out and function day to day. Perfect for travelers, sales, or display. Sits nice n flat on a desk. If you want real leather look for the Lakeside Buffalo one, but the snaps bothered me a lo

Although, with current shipping issues, it took a bit longer to arrive, this beautifully presented hard watch transport case was a pleasure to unbox. It has been finished immaculately! The leather and felt feels of top quality. 5 stars experience!

Mine smelled like glue, owner said it would dissipate

I was asked to revise my review so this is it. I was dissatisfied, the product I received def had an issue, but I’m no longer upset, I just hope the strong “glue” smell leaves sooner than later.
Leather is good quality, good enough that my very picky husband was willing to use it when I realized it would not work for my bracelet and bangle storage- the holders are too big for women’s watches and bracelets and sized for more for men’s watches.

I'm the type of person who researches even relatively small purchases obsessively so I looked at several watch rolls before deciding on this one. The fact that this is real (not vegan or bonded) leather is what ultimately made me decide to purchase this particular watch roll. It's well made, does the job it was designed to do and looks distinguished.

I’ve purchased 2 Rothwell watch boxes and have been very happy with them.
Rothwell products are very well made and offer a great value for a moderate price that falls between the cheapie and the high-end “brand” boxes. There’s a HUGE difference between Rothwell and the cheap boxes, IMO.
This watch roll is similar to the boxes in terms of quality construction. It’s worth mentioning that it will accommodate large watches with room to spare (see the G-Shock Rangeman in the middle).
I went through a few different watch rolls and travel cases before getting this one. This was the only one that had all the quality and features I wanted for under $100.
– 3 watch capacity
– Full grain leather (not synthetic leather) which will last longer
– Separators between watches to prevent them bumping and scratching each other
– Good stitching and gluing (some other watch rolls had sloppy glue spots on the interior and felt peeling off)
– Sufficient headspace for the watch head to not touch the watch roll’s outer shell – most watch rolls fail miserably at this and have watches pressing hard against the watch roll outer shell, meaning any impact to the watch roll will directly hit the watches
– Watch cushions are secured by slots so they do not move around – many other watch rolls use cheap snaps to hold the watch pillows in place, which can tear off the watch pillow. These snaps also mean you likely need to remove an outer watch pillow to get to the inner watch pillow. The slot system is superior.
– Flat bottom to prevent the watch roll from rolling on table tops and flat surfaces. A perfectly circular watch roll has a tendency to roll around, and potentially roll off a table and land on the floor.
– Comes in a nice box if you want to gift this item.
Two things I think could be improved:
– More color options for the real full grain leather version
– Watch dividers are a bit thick. Maybe they could be made slimmer to make the overall watch roll a bit smaller. This watch roll is on the larger end of watch rolls, some of which is necessary to provide enough space to protect the watches from impacts to the outer shell.
I totally loved this product, bought it as a birthday gift for my boyfriend and Think I’ll order one for me as well. It’s just too practical, and pretty, great quality and good looking.

Given the price of similar items, I really worried about what would be the trade-off involved with this product. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The leather is very rich, soft and of high quality. It seems very durable. The hidden snaps are a nice touch. They close securely and easily, and unsnap without any stress. The slide-in watch pillows are VERY functional and provide adequate room for even my largest watch. I have bracelet and strap watches and both work equally well. There are no loose strings, or uneven stitching. The entire product is of VERY high quality and I can’t wait to use it on our next trip. I can 100% recommend this watch roll!
Picked this up to take on vacation and couldn't be happier. The cushions and soft, but rigid enough to hold the watches securely. The cushions friction fit into the case and hold securely to keep the watches from knocking around. The flattened bottom keeps the case from rolling around you are getting watches in and out. Really couldn't be happier with this case.

Perfect for storing my ‘reserve’ watches that I only wear occasionally. Material is very leather-like and seems high quality... compliments my black leather valet tray well.

This was my first time trying a Rothwell product. I can honestly say it did not disappoint. It appears to be a well constructed watch case. The slots have plenty of room to handle thick watches. I can't wait to do some traveling to really give it a thorough test, but so far, it appears to be a great product. I would definitely recommend this.

I previously purchased a Rothwell watch box and was very pleased with the quality, so I decided to try their watch travel case. Just like the watch box, the travel case quality is very high for the price. The leather looks great and I love the red coloring on the soft inside. A very classy look.
The travel case neatly fits all the watches I tried. The Seiko shown in the photos is 14.5mm thick, and even at that thickness there was plenty of space between the watch and the front wall of the case. If your watch is significantly thicker than that, you might want to reach out and ask if it will fit. For the average thickness watch, it should be fine.
One important thing to note, the slots for the cushions are not centered. This looks to be by design so it gives the watch more clearance from the front of the case. Make sure when you put the cushion back in it is the correct orientation! At first I thought the watch would contact the front wall, but once I realized I had put the cushion in backwards it worked perfectly.
Overall a very sleek looking travel case with good quality for the price.
Awesome product. Been looking for the right watch roll for a while that wouldn’t actually roll around so when I saw this genuine leather roll I didn’t hesitate. I have a buddy who has almost the identical one from another seller but this is the same quality at almost a third of the price.
The cushions being “locked” in and the 4 button closure gives me peace of mind when I’ll take this traveling but it looks great as a display piece as well with the slot to hold the lid open. I might have to buy another!
