I’m writing this review on my M13, & so far so good. My only concern is that the battery life seems short. My previous phone was a Samsung Galaxy A12, in which the battery life had become very short. More time was spent charging the phone, than using it. And, considering it’s new, the M13 battery is definitely not as good as it should be.

Needed a new phone quickly as mine got wet and wouldn’t work , so I purchased this samsung m13. Took a few days to get used to it but I must say I like it and has all the features I wanted

When I got my 1st one it didn’t work then I have to get onto custom then I have to get onto customer service to have it replaced lost they finally sought Out now I have a new 1A new one

I needed a new phone and decided on this one. Being an avid Apple user, this phone with the Android system took a little getting used to. If I have one small criticism it is with the rather cramped key board, but handling this was all part of the learning process. Recommended as an affordable and reliable alternative to more expensive devices.
Samsung products are always good , this is a very good phone & the camera is great.
This mobile is the easiest and least complicated mobile phone to use, the battery life doesnt heat my phone up, it does all the complicated set up with assistant or automatically does it for you, i am over the moon with this product, and would recommend that everyone should try this brilliant phone, the camera is crystal clea
Brought as a gift for partner he loves it. It’s as good as my a52 and around the same size lovely pictures from the camera. Screen large and very clear. He’s not a tech savvy man,but it’s still got plenty of apps and features for a cheaper end phone. Ideal 1st phone for kids and anyone who’s not too tech savvy.
Bought as a first phone for a child. Good all round except for a the slow charging and no charger included.
Waited a while before doing the review to see how the phone was with general use.
Pros
Good battery.
Phone feels speedy, moving between apps is all good
Camera is decent if not spectacular
Nice looking phone and plenty of accessories available.
Cons
Fingerprint reader is on side of phone as doubles as the power button, meaning if you just want to see the time, you may accidentally unlock it.
Volume buttons stick out a bit, and easy to press when in your pocket, for example if you listening to music or a podcast through the speakers, you can adjust the sound by accident.
The Chase UK (Bank) app is not compatible with this phone, no idea why.
Overall
Decent phone, no complaints from me, I got it in the sale when it was 119, which I think is a fair price for it.
Got this to replace 5 year old Samsung J5. Done the research and found this one. Transfer of data from old phone was simple and battery life last 2 days, though depends on the individual. It is dual sim and to inset new sim needs a little patience, but done this the second time and was easier.
I had, had my previous Samsung phone for nearly nine years and it was no longer working. This is a good replacement and does everything that I need from a phone. I don’t play games or watch videos etc but use email, various banking apps, Google etc The only slight problem was that it needs a nano sim and not a micro sim. It does come with a lead but not an adapter. I am really pleased with it so far.
Indian version with note saying only for use with an Indian SIM, seller said it is fine in UK, it is.
Pre-installed Special Indian Google app that comes up saying it is only for India.
Pre-installed Samsung Pay Mini app that was designed for India. It sits in the app swipe area at the bottom of the screen, so is too easy to open, as a system app it cannot be removed, but can Force Stop it (and repeat when there is a system update or phone restart.
Overall though it is a good phone
he charger cable is the same size on both ends. otherwise love this phone. good job I’m able to use my charging cable from my other phone
Phone is brilliant but the issue I have it doesn’t come with a charger or cable for a charger which I do t u derstand why an it’s not stated to my knowledge NOT HAPPY
What I didn’t like about this phone it’s comes only with cable that allows you to charge the phone through laptop no adapter.battery life is good two days depend how you use your phone.
