It’s a good product, very silent, however I am 1m75 and I find it a bit small (short moves/strides and I happen to touch the front bar with me knee depending how I positioned myself). Also the pedales are quite small. My shoe size is 7 and it fits only my trainer wide wise. Good product apart from that but probably something to keep in mind before buying if you’re tall.

I also think some parts/screws might have been used and sent back as they looked a bit rusty.

Quite easy to assembly but quite long

Very good elliptical, it does not take up much space and fulfils its function the only thing that its intensity levels are not very noticeable when you try to increase i

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGood price and it appears to be decent quality although I haven’t had it long. Instructions were clear enough for assembling. Just make sure to drop the tensioner to 1 before trying to connect the cable. Worth using your own spanners as the ones provided are rubbish. Tension on 8 isn’t huge but for a starter or light workout machine it fits the bill. My only complaint is that the measurements given are misleading. The width with the handles attached is about 20cm wider than listed. This wouldn’t bother me apart from the fact this was bought because it was so compact and would fit into a cupboard for out of sight storage. The only way to achieve this now, is by removing the handle bolts each time I want to put it away. It’s a shame there aren’t quick release connectors to make this easier. Other than that, hopefully it’ll be a good machine.

If you’re expecting something you’d see in a gym, then obviously you’re going to be disappointed.

This is a very well priced entry level piece of equipment- great for getting back into exercise and very, very low impact.

Just right for domestic use by older members the family or someone wanting to get a little fitter. Easily assembled but needs two people.

OK – so the first machine that I ordered was faulty – Sunny help took too long to respond so I requested a replacement through Amazon – Amazon couldnt be faulted as the collection of the faulty item was rapid and the replacement item arrived very fast – excellent.
The new machine was easy to put together using the instructions and is working well so far. The resistance settings are good, the step distance is ideal for me (5’9″), the action is as smooth as youd expect for a sub 500 machine – but Ive noticed that the pillar flexes a bit in use – fortunately I dont weigh much but a heavier person or someone who focuses on the arm actions during exercise may want a more robust frame. The internals are easily accessible for a future belt change and the axles run on caged ball bearing races so they should be easy to swap out in the future. Remember to KEEP THE PACKAGING until you are sure it works OK. Good machine – Great service from AMAZON

Let me start by saying that I am wary of buying Chinese products due many being made down to a price and consequently lacking in quality. However, with this exercise machine I was supprised buy the build quality for the price.
There is quite a lot of assembly required, but the instruction manual very good at guiding you through this. Just make sure that you read it before starting and follow it through every step. Unfortunately the operating instructions are not so precise but it will become clear with use. Beware that this machine does provide a good work-out, so start with short sessions and gradually increase.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is brilliant value for money. I’ve been using it for several weeks now, 3 days a week at 45 minutes a time. It doesn’t take up much room, and can easily be pushed around so you can put it out of the way after each use with not a lot of effort.

It takes a while to put together but it’s not that difficult, I’d recommend you check out a video on YouTube to do so as the instructions can sometimes be confusing. Don’t worry about the instructions telling you about all the additional bolts and screws that you think have gone missing, they’re all in the parts already.

When everything is put together it feels pretty solid but will wobble a little when you use it, though not enough to make you think it’s going to break or snap. It doesn’t make much noise, either, which is excellent if you want to watch TV or keep the noise down for other people. Make sure you tighten ALL the nuts and bolts, otherwise it will squeak and make some funny noises – I made this mistake but fixed it several sessions later.

While it doesn’t have fancy technology for pre-set or custom workouts, the resistance is easy to change and gives you a solid workout. I set mine to 5 right away and that felt good without being overly difficult.

Overall, I highly recommend this to anyone in a flat or just looking to save some space and want something that’s great value for money without spending (sometimes) double on effectively the same thing by a more well-known brand.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI read the reviews and looked at a number of elliptical trainers and eventually decided on this one. I’m 70 years old. I unpacked the box at the door and carried the items individually as the box is very heavy. I read the instructions more than once. I placed out all the parts and made myself aware of what went where and how and over a few hours I built the machine together. Absolutely no problems. The most difficult piece to connect was the tension cord and getting the metal stem in place but with patience it went ok. I’ve had this machine three weeks now and love working out on it. The main annoyance is it creeps around when you are using it and is starting to mark the carpet. I will purchase a mat to stand it on. All in all a good purchase although probably not suitable for a tall, heavy user. I am 5’1 and 8 1/2 stone.

It sturdy, I am a small person, so it does the job. Reasonable price, but I notice that the level settings does work. It’s not for someone who wants something more professional

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our Usersgreat value for money! con: assembly instruction should have bigger pictures/drawings, it would be easier to work out what goes where. dims are different than advertised it’s 53cm wide not 43(the base) and 68 cm with the handles. pros: it’s smaller than standard gym cross trainer, perfect for a small room, perfect for short ppl like myself. easy to move around and use, sturdy, overall: great product, looks nice, does the job, hopefully will last long

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHonestly for that price that is an exceptionally good cross-trainer for home. It is very silent and smooth. It makes a few noises at the beginning but after tightening the screws again and a bit of silicone oil.. it’s perfect. Amazing for full body workout. I built it on my own in 2.5 hours.. but the only main thing i struggled with was the tension cable to fit. I had to ask my daughter to help as otherwise i wouldn’t have managed to hold and pull the tension cable at the same time. Watching the YouTube assembly video really helped me. Also it’s quite heavy.. so if its already built and you want to move it upstairs etc… you probably need two people.
It provides excellent workout… but one thing to bear in mind is it does not have a phone holder… which is not a big deal as i simply ordered a separate bike phone holder and put it on my cross-trainer. Works very well.
All in all.. im very happy with the cross-trainer and am happy i decided to buy it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAm a single female, who is quite practical and like to tinker. I found constructing this was easy. Key things to do, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and TAKE YOUR TIME. Also refer to a YouTube clip and is was as easy as 1,2,3. It did take me about an hour.

Machine is nice and quiet, a good machine to use when am trying to get over foot problem plantar fasciitis looking forward to using it in the long dark wet days ahead.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersSo I have given this a good 4 months of use now. I am happy to say that for the just over 100 I spent on it this has been a very worthwhile buy. It arrived in very good time from what I remember and I had it built within a few hours. I actually only had one issue trying to attach the handle bars to the main frame. But I did it myself and persistence got me there. In my time of using it it does have some squeaking from the joints of the arm frame. But this is nothing some grease or wd40 won’t cure! I don’t think it takes up much space so I just have it in the corner of my very small living room . Very easy to use and as I stated at the start… Totally recommended to anyone looking for a decent basic cross trainer.

    Great little buy!

It’s a good little piece of equipment. The short stride makes the return a little bit stiff, but you can get used to this. I think it;’s value for money. Also, I can keep it in my big kitchen where it won’t be ignored.

Brilliant value. Double grease everything then wipe off excess once constructed. Reminded me of building up a bicycle from components – it might help to get an experienced cyclist friend to assist if unsure. The pulse monitor seems exaggerated – I compared it to a chest band Polar heart rate monitor and it read 200bpm when my Polar monitor said 150bpm, although it did seem to calm down I will be using my Polar HRM rather than this function. Other computer functions are great.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersBought this exercise machine due to not feeling safe walking around area where I live, quick delivery. well packaged, comes with all tools and written booklet on how to put together.
set aside a day to put together, as due to being well packaged it was hard to remove from box – especially on hottest day of year, felt like I’d done a workout just getting it out of box. I found it easier to put all pieces out in order that it was to be built up. the only bit I struggled with was clipping the cable for the LED monitor to the catch in the stand. it would be easier to fit with 2 people at this point. am using everyday, am already feeling the benefit for it – Love it!!!

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersYou do need 2 people to put this together and I recommend that you watch the installation video on YouTube – it helped us no end. It took us about 2 hours. The hardest part is attaching the cable that alters the level of resistance. It’s a little bit like a cycle brake cable with a nipple on the end that slots into a groove. We found that by slackening the nuts off on the cable it allowed us to put it into the slot. This was the only major issue. We have found that the battery holder isn’t brilliant as the batteries aren’t connecting properly all of the time so I might need to pack it out a bit but for the money I’m not going to argue.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersThis machine is good if you like to train regularly, but have no much free time . If you cannot commit to the regular training – do not buy, as it takes some space in the room – quite high. I wish it could have a bit longer steps – they are just average, so not very good if you are young and need a proper training. I think this can also be very useful for mature people and for people with doctor’s advise to train more, because you do not need to walk out when there is dark time of the day (like in the short winter days) or when it is a rainy day. I am glad I have one, because i used to be very active, but not now, and this machine can help to stay in shape – you can choose to walk 5 minutes or a whole hour in front of TV!

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersI had issues assembling this. Couldn’t get the left pedal to screw into the body. Almost sent it back as I was sure the screw was the wrong size after numerous attempts but so glad I didn’t. Amazon were very helpful & offered technical help but I managed to do it by myself. I removed all the weight so just tried to connect the arm. I had to re-grease the screw and it screwed in easily. The tension was also a little tricky at first as the directions aren’t clear. Make sure you turn the tension knob to number 1. Unscrew the the little nut under the lever enough so that the lever can be screwed down enough so the tension cable can fit in. Then tighten the nut & lever back to it’s original position. Make sure you tighten back to its original position otherwise you won’t notice much difference in the tension resistance. Other than that, the instructions are good & assembly was ok. Nice & compact size. Easy to move around on wheels but would be a little weighty if you are thinking of lifting to move upstairs etc. Quiet, smooth & sturdy. I would recommend.
