This bottle is awesome for the size. It comes with three tops for you to choose how you want to drink from the bottle. I also appreciate the cleaning sponge provided with the bottle. The strap on the lid is also very useful and nice for carrying the bottle anywhere. Would recommend.

I use this bottle for water only with 2 handfuls of ice and it stays cold all day long even into the next day if I don’t finish it all which is great. Its very easy to clean and the strap comes off easily as well. I have only hand washed it so I can’t speak on how it does in the dish washer but for only drinking water a good hand wash is all I need. It also has 3 lids for whatever your drinking preferences are and has a straw cleaner!

my son is a water drinker and he loves this bottle it comes with everything he needs to clean it. Most of the time you just get a bottle only. He likes how it keeps his water cold all day at school.

I ordered this bottle for myself but as soon as my son saw it he snatched it and gave me his old plastic bottle. He made the argument that he needed it more. I must say it is a very nice looking bottle. He goes to the gym every day and rides his bike to work so I guess he has more use than I do. He said the water stay really cold and I guess that is due to the double insulation metal. It is big so that is good and there are no leaks and the attachments work with his backpack. My son is very picky and if he likes this bottle, it must be good. I may order another one since it keeps the water cold unlike the old plastic bottle he gave me.

I ordered this insulated water bottle because I had a need for a larger sized bottle to help with less refills while out and about, at work or on the trails. I needed something that was durable and heavy duty and would stand up to an active lifestyle.
This beast sized half gallon insulated water bottle has it all. Not only are you going to enjoy less refills, but your beverages will stay hot or cold for hours on end, you have your choice of several lids to cater to your drinking preference and it comes with some nice little extras such as a carabiner for attaching to your backpacks/bags, a compass to help you stay on the right path and a whistle in case you needed one due to getting lost or needing to alert someone to your position. The parachute cording is also good quality and makes a great handle to carry your jumbo jug with.
This is an exceptionally well made water bottle, the gradient coloring looks great near or far and the bottle, straws and lids are all easy to clean with the included bottle brush and straw brush. Overall for the price point, this is a magnificent bottle set that I would order again and I would definitely recommend it to family and friends who are looking for a great quality insulated bottle to add to their active lifestyles. This would also make a great gift for someone who works out a lot, hikes, camps, travels or just drinks a lot of water. Two thumbs up!

I LOVE THIS WATER JUG. It is exactly what i was looking for as i wanted a water carrier that was durable and could take a beating, I have had issues in the past with the seals on some of the larger jugs not sealing properly and would leak all over my car or gear but this one no such issue. It comes with a D-Ring attached as well as a handle and braided paracord cable handle with compass for a little nice touch. It is a large jug i belive 64 ounces so it last me throughout most my days without having to refill and it definitely keeps your liquids cold or hot depending on what your drinking. Highly would recommend to anyone looking for a LARGER water carrier.

I don’t usually use any bottle larger than about 24 oz. This one at 64 oz is still a manageable size to handle. I like the color gradient on the Indigo/Black bottle. The paracord handle is nice but the compass is hard to read and is useless with all the metal next to it. I don’t think I’d use the carabiner other than to clip a cup to the bottle. The three tops work well as long as you screw them down tightly.

I decided to test out the temperature keeping claims. First step was 24 ice cubes and cold water from the refrigerator. Starting temp: 36 degrees. 48 hours later: 46 degrees.

Hot water at near boiling using an electric kettle. Put the first kettle of water and swished it around to get the inside higher in temp then dumped it out. Filled it up to the top with the hot water. Starting temp: 205 degrees. After 24 hours the temp was 118 degrees. I did have trouble removing the cap due probably to the expansion/contraction of the materials at different temperatures.

I did not expect the temps to keep as long as the claims. Given that this is a double walled bottle the cold or heat is lost through the cap. I used the flat cap to keep it simple.

Obviously your mileage may vary especially given the temp outside of the bottle. I think it would work well for the day with a fill up in the morning.

I obtained this insulated water bottle through the Amazon Vine program, and have been very pleased with its performance! The different lids, straw and VERY generous capacity is just the right size and makes keeping hydrated during workouts and throughout the day easy and convenient! I’d recommend this product to everyone!

My other 64 oz stainless steel water bottle is a BJPKPK (I’m aware that these are Chinese companies, but you’d think someone could come up with more sensical names if trying to sell these in the American market); for reference, that water bottle outperformed a Hydroflask for cold retention when I reviewed it last October.

For this experiment I compared that 64 oz BJPKPK to this 64 oz ZAKVOP.
Each vessel was dry at the start, and at room temperature.
Each was prepared with exactly 4 cups of cold tap water (allowed to run for a minute beforehand, so that each bottle’s water be of uniform temperature).
Each received 1 tray (14 cubes) of uniformly sized ice cubes.
Each was closed with a solid (non-straw) lid, gently shaken for 5 seconds, and placed away from windows & in the same location inside my 65 degree home.
I started the timer at 1030.
I checked the bottles every 2-3 hours to make sure each had ice and to give them another gentle 5 second shake.

They each contained a fair amount of ice in them when I went to bed, at a little after midnight.
At 0900 (22.5 hours elapsed) they both still had a little ice left inside (lucky for me, otherwise quantifying this test would have been impossible). I stopped the timer, strained-out the remaining ice for each, placed that ice into separate cups, allowed those to fully melt, and then measured for volume.

The official winner was the ZAKVOP, with more ice having remained unmelted inside the vessel (a tiny bit shy of 20 milliliters, which poured back into the ice tray represented ONE ice cube), compared to the BJPKPK’s just over 15 milliliters. With such a small difference I’d consider the performance of these bottles to be about the same overall. Your cold icy drinks shouldn’t start warming-up (ie once all ice has melted) for about 18 to 24 hours, perhaps LONGER if you started with more ice (there WAS room in theses bottles for more), but of course SHORTER (1) if less ice is being used, (2) if you’re starting with a room temperature liquid as opposed to COLD wintertime tap, (3) if the bottles are in summertime ambient temperatures, such as inside your car, (4) if exposed to sunshine, like in a campsite or on a trail, (5) if carried in a backpack next to your body’s heat, (6) if being opened to drink from….. LOTS of variables are possible, so results will obviously vary. But since the BJPKPK had previously beaten the Hydroflask in a controlled experiment such as this one, then by association so does this ZAKVOP water bottle outperform Hydroflask!

Two of the 3 included lids screwed-on perfectly, and I detected zero leaking when full of water and turned upside-down for an hour in my dish drying rack (no matter which lid I used). My star deduction is based on the basic solid-handled lid not screwing on smoothly. I determined the problem to be with the lid itself (unfortunately, since that’s the one I prefer to use), NOT with the stainless steel threads at the mouth of the bottle; both the two other lids AND a wide mouth flip-lid (off a 20 oz Hydroflask) screwed-on normally/smoothly. I like that they made this bottle so that other brands’ wide mouth lids are compatible (NOT so for the BJPKPK, which has a wider mouth & thus requires a larger diameter lid… AND that lid is MALE-threaded, making it non-compatible regardless of size).

The little carabiner (aluminum? maybe plastic? definitely not magnetic) was useless to me. The braided handle is color-coordinated (nice touch) and could be useful for carrying purposes, but I don’t expect to ever depend on the cheap tiny compass embedded within.

While I’m sad that the most functional lid (for me) was problematic, I still recommend this ZAKVOP bottle for its cold storage performance. It slightly outperformed the bottle that had significantly outperformed Hydroflask, despite the Hydroflask 64 oz growler’s price point being about double (unless found on-sale). This is a good buy.

This has held ice overnight twice and it’s a very sharp bottle. Having several kids is great and the clean sponge.

This bottle is legit sweet. The colors are beautiful and the handle is heavy duty. It came with three different lids and three straws. It came with cleaning tools as well.
I did put some ice and filled it 1/3 of the way up before I went to bed and the next morning the ice was melted but the water was ice cold. I cannot wait to take this out when we going hiking or metal detecting this spring/summer.

    Oh so pretty..

Great water bottle and gives you your preference for tops. I like a straw and my husband prefers to top it up and whomever is carrying get to choose. Water stays cold on warm day when hiking several miles and hours. Very happy with this.

There’s nothing to dislike about this massive jug, it serves its purpose. Can you use this for a hike? Sure, but why? No long-distance hiker is going to carry their hydration around in an insulated steel keg. However, if you’re looking to keep a large amount of liquid reasonably hot, soup to bring over to a potluck, maybe try to keep some booze chilled, etc., this beast is an excellent choice. It’s great for car or RV camping, great for long haul drivers that like their hot caffeinated drinks, great for bringing to your kid’s ballgame or a picnic on a hot day.
I own and have tested so many of these bottles, and many of them are pretty decent. What sets this bottle aside, is that it performs, it looks nice, and it comes with some great accessories. Most importantly, the inclusion of an insulated cap makes it possible for this container to hold its content’s temperature better. 64 oz of boiled water, actual temperature right after being poured into this bottle was 194F degrees. 7 hours later, the water temperature was 163F, still hot enough for tea or coffee. Outside temperature was mid 60s. The other two lids will get used, the extra straws are great, cleaning tools, great! Okay, so the paracord and compass, a little kitschy, in my opinion. As I mentioned, I’m taking bladders on serious hikes, not hanging a chunk of steel off my pack, and I already carry a kit with spectra cordage, carabiners and GPS. Still, it’s cute and it’ll make ya feel like Indiana Jones, while you’re just sipping wine coolers at your kid’s soccer game. Do I have to mention it doesn’t leak with any of the 3 different lids? It doesn’t, of course, as it would be a big ‘fail’!
I received this bottle for free in exchange for an honest review. So far, this one is the best of the larger bottles I’ve tested.

GREAT half gallon insulated water bottle, very pleased!

I am pleased with this water bottle. It’s a great size. It comes with a spouted lid, a sipping lid that uses a straw and a regular lid. It also comes with extra straws for the sipping lid., a straw brush and bottle cleaning tool that is pretty useful. The paracord strap has a built-in whistle and compass. I would not recommend this for smaller children as it is pretty big and fairly heavy. So far, no leaks. Haven’t had an opportunity to test out how long it keeps water cold

i have no complaints about this product, its very durable, comes with extra straws, and one of the best features is that ice will still be in your product and your product will be cold even on the 3rd day, i put ice in this on friday and its tuesday 1pm and i still have a little ice left and a cold product, i like how you can change the tops, and i love the rope holder, plus it has a hook on it to hook it to backpack etc, its not as heavy as i thought it would be for this size definitely is something i would buy

I LOVE everything about this water bottle! First the coloring is SO pretty! The pink to teal blue is fabulous! I REALLY love that paracord handle on it! Makes it so nice/easy to carry, is comfortable to carry and is pretty! LOVE that I have 3 lids to chose from, depending on what I put inside and the extra straws, straw cleaner and cleaning sponge as well!

But let’s talk about the size of this beautiful bottle! WOW! Half gallon! That means I can fill it with ice/water in the morning and I am good for the rest of the day! My water stayed cold all day and it is helping me meet my daily water goals to boot!! What’s not to love about this?!

WOW! This is BIG! Can you say, "HALF GALLON?"

This thing is huge! It comes with 3 different lid options, 3 reusable straws, a handle with attached compass, and carabiner to hook it to whatever, plus a cleaning sponge with handle. I love the colors, the thick insulated walls, and the different choices for lids. The downside is that the mouth is a lot smaller than the sides so to be able to clean the very top is challenging. Reaching the rest of it is not a problem but getting something to angle just right to reach around the top isn’t so easy. Other than that, I have no complaints and am very pleased with it.

Had to get a bigger one and this one fit the bill. Needed something to put cold water into to take to work. This keeps everything cold for hours. Not bad for hot beverage too. Will keep it hot for a while too. Great value

I really like the variety of lids that are available. The product is sturdy and large. I haven’t tried cold yet, but it holds the heat well. It comes with multiple straws and cleaning brushes. It also has multiple strap options. A carabiner, a braided rope, and a handle on one of the lids. I’m already planning on it for my next rafting trip.

So, this water bottle is ridiculousbut in a good way. It’s huge, sturdy as hell, gorgeous, and has extra parts to go with it. I mean, you could definitely use this as a weapon if you really needed to. I bought this for my move across the country and yeah, I will have no reason to waste money on bottles of water with this bad boy.

This container is pretty large – I got it with the idea of using it while on the road or at kid’s events to refill smaller containers. It comes with a lot of accessories, and the paracord handle is really nice. I tested it overnight and it kept water cold. I also was not able to see any leakage when I shook it or turned it upside down. A nice product – highly recommended.

I have many different insulated water bottles since I like to stay hydrated, but I have been looking for a good-sized water bottle so that I don’t have to refill it numerous times throughout the day. This one fits my needs perfectly!! Insulation is spectacular as I put ice in the bottle in the morning and it keeps the water cool all day long at work. The three lids options is definitely a bonus since I prefer wide mouth lid on the bottle when I hit to the gym. I’m also obsessed with the paracord handle which is very vibrant in color, super cute and it matches the color of the bottle. It becomes my new favorite already! Highly recommend.
