High Quality & Durable Working Time

The 5.0Ah battery provides up to 65% more run time per charge compared to BL1830.

Battery Maintenance:

  • 1. If you don’t plan on using the Power Tool Battery for a month or more, store it in a clean, dry, cool place away from heat and metal objects. Ni-CD, Ni-MH and Li-ion batteries will self-discharge during storage. Remember to recharge the batteries before use..
  • 2. Always remove battery pack form your tool when you are assembling parts, making adjustments, cleaning, or when not being used for an extended time.
  • 3. Do not leave the battery dormant for long periods of time. We recommend using the battery at least once every two to three weeks.

Brought Makita like batteries previously from an alternative online market place but I’ve found these ones to be of a better quality. Too early to report on the longevity of these batteries but so far, for the money I’m quite impressed.

They seem to hold the charge without any problems and I really like the percentage charge meter rather than the LEDs.

I would recommend these, I was a little sceptical but these are as good as genuine

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersCouldn’t bring myself to pay for original batteries so thought I’d give these a go based on reviews online.
    So far so good.
Charged them both up and they have kept their charge and provide a good performance level right up until they are empty.
    Come with protector caps.
    Fit great.
The digital readout is very handy.
All in all very very pleased so far.
Hopefully they give a few years of use.

Batteries seem to work better on the second charge. I haven used them on my rip saw yet but works fine on my reciprocating saw dril and driver. So far so good . I will definitely buy again.

These batteries are as good as the original Makita batteries I have but are half the price with the addition of sorting remaining battery charge in % instead of 4 LEDs , I use mine regularly with a heat gun and have taken the daily work punishment of multiple recharges without losing battery life , so good I’ve bought another set for at home to use with my leaf blower and angle grinde

A lot cheaper than the real Makita batteries and do the job in the blower which is only used itermitantly. I can’t say how good they would be in a real power tool or how long the charge would last.

like battery gauge capacity reading, can’t comment on longevity and battery charge yet as just started to use them, good price for a twin pack, both batteries came nearly fully charged

This battery attaches properly, and functions properly with all of my Makita drills. I bought two replacement batteries, and they are brand new, so cant speak of their longevity, at this point.

Battery life is really good and looking forward to the full test of time at half the price of the branded batteries
A handy button to tell you exactly what charge remains is a big plus.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great batteries
