I work outdoors and this has mad big difference to dealing with cold, I would recommend using 20mha battery pack to last whole day, great innovation.

The gilet arrived in a fairly nicely presented box and was vacuum packed. Complete with instructions.

The fit was as expected. I am a fairly tall medium at 6′ 1″ and it was an ideal fit. It’s pretty lightweight which is good from my perspective considering it requires a battery bank to be fitted in the internal pocket should I want to use the heating elements.
It’s fairly standard padding with a plainish design but is pretty decent on its own.

I particularly like the fact that I can use my own battery banks with a USB outlet, rather it needing one unique to the jacket that would need replacing down the line.

I used it with a 10000 mAh 5v-2A bank and it performed really well. I used it on full for a couple of minutes until it warmed through, then left it on low whilst doing a leaflet drop in my village on a very cold day. It kept me toasty warm and worked well.

It does what it meant too but a little expensive in my opinion (59.99 at the time of the review) just for the shell with heating elements without the power pack supplied.

Fits As Expected- Uses A Standard Battery Bank

The only gripe i had with this was it was i ordered an XXL which would of given me room for a jumper underneath. When i tried it o, it fitted more like a Large. It fitted my daughter perfectly in size and length. It was lightweight and once connected to the charger pack, kept my daughter nice and warm in our weathe

The filet itself is a nice, well made garment and it’s slightly odd wearing a jacket that has heating elements built into it. You will need your own battery powerbank to power the elements but most people have one these days. One hooked it it starts heating quickly and provides a nice warmth akin to a heated car seat. You can feel it but not overwhelming or too hot – just right. I’ve used it to play golf recently and did a great job at keeping me warm. It does however comes up a little small so think about sizing up.

In terms of reviewing this as a bodywarmer/gilet – well its a good basic bit of kit. I’d say the stuffing isn’t the thickest in the world but the fit is nice and the weight is good. If it was “just” a jacket then I’d be pretty happy with it, the fit is good and its a very handy bit of kit.

But the heating element is the star of the show. Hook up a power-bank (use a BIG power bank, the beefiest you can lay your hands on) and everything changes. Seriously. Over Xmas I had family visit and everyone tried it on and was wowed by it. More than 1 person left swearing they were going to order one. Its really really hot, and it runs for hours and hours.

You can honestly turn off the house heating and just wear this. It 100% works. Amazing. I love it.

I used it with my power bank, and was pleasantly surprised that during the four hours of use in my cold workshop, it only reduced the power bank by a quarter of it’s total capacity. Because the source of the heat is so close against me, it feels a lot more effective for a relatively low power draw than it would be if I was trying to use the same amount of lower power to heat my whole workshop space.

I unzipped the battery holder pocket located inside the jacket, found the USB connector, which has a protective cover/cap, and won’t get lost as it has a retaining strap, so when the power bank needs to be removed for a recharge, I can re-cover the USB connector to help keep the end dust & dirt free.
Also within the pocket is an elasticated retaining strap to hold my battery securely, which is a bonus to help stop the battery flopping around.

The on/off/power setting button is located on the outside upper chest of the jacket. A three-second press switched the heater element on, and the switch lit up red, (which I left on this setting), but did note that after about ten or so minutes, it switched it’s self down to the mid-range setting, I was fine with this as I was now quite warm, but there was no information in the leaflet about this happening, it only says there are three settings to cycle through High (Red LED): 50-55C, MEDIUM (White LED)40-45C, LOW (Blue LED) 35-40C, and another three second press to turn off. The auto change to medium after the initial burst of high mode is a thoroughly sensible and effective way to balance battery life with the need to boost the warm initially.

The element heats up both pockets, Mid Back & Collar, I found this to be adequate for working in my woodwork shop, which can be very cold during the winter months, another bonus Bonus – No long sleeves to get tangled in table saw, or bandsaw blades. So all good so far.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent - Very localised and effective way to get warm without wasting power - impressed

Unfortunately the sizing is on the smaller side, and I would recommended getting at least a size up, especially if you are using a large powerbank. The powerbank is connected through the cable on the inside pocket on the left. The vest is quite well made and thick. The heating function works well with 3 different heating setting. It heats the lower body and the front pockets, which is really useful for keeping the hands warm. The collar is heated as well and it is very comfortable. The button lights up with different colours according to the heating level. There is no way to turn the lighting off.

There are two elements to this jacket. 1) the Quality/design/fitting and 2nd the heating option.

For the design/fitting/quality, I have ordered a large size that fits me right and it looks nice. It has two pockets on the outside and a couple of them inside. The quality of the fabric feels and looks decent, so overall I like the design/fitting/quality.

On heating, (NEED A 5V 10kmAH power bank) which needs to be connected to the USB cable, which is in the inner left pocket of the jacket and due to the length limitation, the power bank needs to be placed in the inner pocket. This is a good place to keep it hidden. Once on this jacket did wonders, even being a half sleeve it generated a good amount of heat which kept me warm, I checked it at around 2 degrees outside temperature and manage to keep me warm. Especially the front pockets also get reasonably warm so great to keep my hands warm as well.

Overall this is a great product to give that extra heating during the cold spell.

I had to return this item as it was too small, even though I ordered a larger size I would have had to order a large instead of a medium, and then it would have been too long.

It meets all my requirements! I am very satisfied with my order of this electric vest. It’s comfortable, snug and I can choose to wear it over or under my coat. The coils heat up well and quickly. The battery has a predefined pocket and does not take up too much space.

My hubby loves me so much right now, and all because I got to review one of these heated gilets, especially with this cold weather we are having right now, he’s so grateful for it.
Luckily I had a power bank that I could give him to power the jacket, if you watch the video he tells you how his jacket lasted 8 hours on the lowest setting which kept him so warm and it used under 50% of his battery power.
Has a main zipper that’s nice and smooth to fasten, two side zipper pockets and inside is where you connect your power supply, there is a zip on the pocket for that as well.
Great jacket, brilliant for any time of year really, great value and keeps you so warm.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great Heated Gilet!! You will need a power-bank to power this!

I got this heated vest for my partner in small size. He normally wears an XS and this fits him perfectly. The heated vest is perfect for the current weather as it’s been really cold lately.

There is a seperate option for both men and women. The only difference appears to be in both men and women is that the woman one is a little bit tighter from around the waist area.

It has three different heat settings on it. One starting from low level which gives you about 35 to 40 degrees of heat and going all the way up to the high level which gives you about 50 to 55 degrees of heat. It can easily be managed by the one button at the front of the chest area. It is waterproof so you can wear it even if it’s raining.

It is recommended to handwash it however, it appears if you use it like a laundry mesh bag in the washing machine it should be fine. It’s true to size and would make a perfect gift for Christmas, anniversary or as a birthday present. It is currently priced at 64.99 which may seem a bit expensive however it is a great investment for the winter and will definitely help you save money in the long run.

This is also perfect for hiking, walking or any other outdoor activities. The only thing I would say is that you need to buyba power bank seperately for this to work. I would have expected to get it included at this price. However, it’s not included. Other than not the jacket itself is really good and well worth the money.

The vest is small size and fits my partner well. I was looking for the battery pack but found that its not included after I read the instructions. Lucky that I have some powerbank at home so that I can test it. The whole operation is easy, basically is a one button control. All you have to do is to unzip the pocket and plug the powerbank in, press the power on button will starts to work. You will see red light and you can press to change and will show white and blue. It range from 35 degrees to 55 degrees max. It heat up relatively quick and can feel the warmth instantly. The vest itself is well made in high quality, zip is smooth to pull up and down. It is machine washable. It is a must have in such a cold weather.

Hi, I’m a medium to large in clothes and it fits ok, it comes vacuum packed but once on it starts to puff out a bit and I find it fits ok over my other clothes, even though it’s not as hot as I thought it would get, it takes the chill off and it’s a nice warmth all over, you do have to supply your own power which can cost around 15-20 depends what you want, a small or long lasting power bank so overall a quite expensive jacket, but I like it, I’ve been ill past few days and been wearing it to stay warm and it works well, its. Its not that over padded and is really lightweight so doesn’t feel to bad for long periods to wear, it’s a keeper for me

4.0 out of 5 stars It Fits ok and takes the chill off

I am a large and ordered a large but this is very small so had to try this open as the zip would not close.
The sizing apart from my stomach was good for a large so if you are thin ish large would be fine.
It comes vacuum packed and it’s easy (see pictures) to release the pink stopper to inflate the bag. Once inflated the jacket was not creased and perfect to wear. You need a lightweight power bank this then attaches to the inside pocket USB. Press the button on the front of the jacket to cycle through hot, warm, warm ish. Once the light stops flashing it’s reached the right temp. Warm in all the right places the only thing for me was the sizing but other than that a good buy for the cold months.

4.0 out of 5 stars One size to small but if correct size a good produc

This is way to small to what I’ve ordered. I highly suggest go two size up for ease and comfort. They are decent really and the heating function does work. Unfortunately it is a little expensive, you would thought with that price it already included the battery.

4.0 out of 5 stars “Wrong sizing but not a bad quality!”

Thank God, I didn’t follow the size chart. Otherwise, I would have ordered a small. This was for my husband who wears medium size shirts and the medium of this fits him well.
As for delivering the goods, it works on any power bank with USB A outlet. It warms up well and has easy to control the 3 settings, using the button on top left side.
Great jacket to have when you go out or even indoors. Just warm yourself and not the surroundings and save some money on electric bills.

Arrived in a smaller than expected box, immediately I’m thinking it’s going to be too small, but it’s actually vacuum packed. Open the pack & it does get somewhat larger. Putting it on, it’s bang on the right size.
There’s no powerbank supplied, but that’s pretty standard, especially since this is a comparatively inexpensive heated gilet.
It’s not very thick or well insulated, my 1st thought on that was quite negative, but this is actually a good thing. Because it’s short sleeved, if you were to wear this as a top layer, the heat generated by the jacket would really struggle to get to you (I found this to be a problem with the one I got last year which was more than double the price of this one). So with it being thin, you can wear it under another layer without looking too puffed up. That way, wearing this over a t-shirt, you really will benefit from the heat generated by it. If it really is cold, you’ll need a layer over the top for the sake of your arms.
There’s an internal pocket above your left hip, in here is where you’ll find the usb plug to be connected to your powerbank.
Putting your hands in the pockets really is a joy when it’s cold, you’re almost directly onto the heated element so it’s very warm.
Washing, cover the usb plug with the silicone cap provided, cool wash on delicate , but you’ve to put it in a mesh washing bag, this would have been helpful if they’d provided one.
The on switch will illuminate, depending on the temperature setting you choose, red for high, white for medium, blue for mild heating. Obviously the higher the temp you use, the quicker you’ll drain the battery, so plan ahead when choosing your power source & temperature.
Overall, a very good, budget, heated gilet.

Really nice,I like the material and it fits me really nice, there’s not that much insulation which means I’ll be able to wear it throughout other seasons as well.
The zipper is good and high quality and it warmed up really nicely.
I’m usually an L but I got the XL and it’s just great.

I recently ordered the heated vest and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance.

The vest is lightweight and easy to wear under a jacket, and the heating elements provide reliable and consistent warmth with 3 temperature settings.

The battery life is impressive, lasting for several hours on a single charge and can be used to also charge a phone etc as it is essentially just a powerbank.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this heated vest to anyone looking to stay warm in cold weather.

I originally ordered the Large size as I am a UK size 14 but it was quite tight even over one thin under layer. I returned the Large and ordered the XL and it is perfect. Heats up quickly and keeps me nice and warm even on the lowest setting. I am a very cold person so use this both indoors and outdoors. Wouldn’t be without it now and the best purchase I have made in a long time.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe received our ordered gilet we unwrapped our item it was very lightweight well manufactured but unfortunately the size was not true to the advertisement it came up to small . I should of known with I being a product of China it would come up to small so I’ve recorded an XL in ladies but!! I will say I connected my battery bank to the gilet and it was toasty in the pockets around the neck and around the back area So it works fine but sizing you must give a second thought about , I bought this as my girlfriend works in a butchers.5
