Took me quite a while to choose the right jacket but this is perfect for me. It’s a good size and has plenty of pockets. Tested in the rain too and keeps me nice and dry. Good and warm too when there’s a cold wind
Well made jacket , got it on sale for 50 not sure I’d want to pay rrp.
Fits well, only negative thing I would say is if you are working quite hard its rather warm. I was out 12 deg with just a shirt underneath had to unzip it.
I would imagine for winter commuting or touring pace it will be fine.
This is an excellent jacket with a high quality finish. Plenty of pockets that are deep and well designed. The reflective parts stand out brilliantly and it’s windproof and waterproof with an extra low back. Can’t fault it.
Bought this jacket to replace a similar product which I have had for several years which is no longer fully waterproof. New jacket very comfortable with an excellent zip. I have yet to try it out in the rain. Good value.
Jacket, expensive but quality purchase ordered a size larger so extra layers can be worn underneath.
However one area that was an obvious cheapening measure is the waist band grips that used to be the type that you squeezed to open a gap to allow the cord to be tightened has been replaced by these pathetic plastic squishy things that don’t grip the cord. This means that as you ride it gradually loosens around your waist.
In the end I ended up just tying a knot in the cord to keep it tight.
It does clean up nicely and I have been careful not to wash to vigorously. Worn lots, still cleans up and is still eye-catching.
Relaxed fit too relaxed making it too big & have returned. My original altura jacket also large size fits perfect & seemed better quality. Shame no longer in productio
