Good quality materials nicely made.
Better than others I have seen at higher prices.
Nice and substantial wood pole, no wobble at ghe join (as most wobble). Good thick cord and the simlld way to rsise it is much better than the flimsy winders most others have. I liked the advert and took a punt on this. REALLY PLEASED. The light green colour is fine and looks like a “sun-faded” pub parasol. Ideal.

Hi this is great and sturdy and looks good too! The only thing it looks a bit smaller than I thought it was on the listing
But we love it! Great one for the price to go over our outdoor dinning table just had to buy a stand for it separately.

Quality produc
A nice traditional parasol. The colour is a slightly greyish-brown, like mushroom; nice. But I do have one grumble: it comes without a tie to enable it to be neatly furled when not in use. Why spoil the ship for a ha’peth of tar?
Very good quality. Easy to put together. Great value for money as it looks more expensive than it is. Looks very stylish. One tip when putting together. Put some grease on the screw threads where the main pole screws together that way the pole will unscrew easily when putting away for the winter. Very happy with this produc

This parasol works beautifully, after a disastrous purchase which had a crank handle which broke very quickly.

I bought an identical brolly almost 20 years ago and it is still going strong! I didn’t think I would find anything as good so I was surprised to find a replica in this one. Hardwood, strong canopy and easy to use pulley system.

The one this replaces came with a cloth storage bag, I would recommend this should be considered
I am very pleased with this parasol – it arrived well packaged, and apart from screwing the top on, and joining the parasol to the base ‘centre pole’, there was nothing to do except put it in the table and in the nice new granite base – made sitting in the sun (that nice weekend we had at the end of May – remember?!) more comfortable for all concerned – a good value well priced good quality parasol – would recommend

Hardwood pole, sturdy, only issue I have is unless I’m doing it the wrong way, I had to secure the parasol by putting the peg in the ground, it stayed up ok, no issues, lovely colour, well made, came not long after purchase, had problems with the initial setting up, from using the old one, needed some tools to put it up, maybe that’s just us though. Happy with the produc
An excellent buy! The cord-and-pulley system for raising the parasol works perfectly. There are 3 height settings for the extended parasol. The usual metal pin keeps the parasol in place when raised. A nice touch is the provision of a hook portion on the pin, which allows you to hang up the dangling cord, keeping it from messing with your table, if you have one. The vertical rod is the larger diameter type and is made of wood, as are the various struts. Overall the item is very sturdy and should last a good long time. Is OK against light showers. Very pleased with this so far!
Yes, like the other reviews say, this parasol seems better quality than most. The pulley mechanism is smooth and hopefully less likely to break than the crank-style versions. I ordered the natural colour, which is lovely. Delivery was quick and when I contacted the seller to ask for a replacement finial, this was dealt with politely and fast.
The delivery was very prompt, in fact the next day. The quality of the Parasol is first class. Goes together very easily and is very smooth to raise and lower. Just the right size and colour is very rich (purple). Looks like I will get lots of use from this, depending on the weathe
