Bought this dehumidifier over Christmas and amazed by how much water it is pulling out of my house. It’s helped so much with condensation, and musty smells. Highly recommend it.

Bought this little device, to keep an eye on the humidity level inside my storage room.
It`s pretty much working all day long, and sometimes even in the night if I forget to turn it off.

It`s basic operation, leave it running, to collect the moisture, and discard the water when the machine alerts you the 1L tank is full. Ambient light it`s a plus, as it colours the place and the noise level is acceptable

A little louder than I expected but not to bad, got it in the kitchen as I had some mould in there for the first time in the forty plus years I have lived here. In the first week collected a litre of water. Which is not to bad as when I get condenstaion in the kitchen I get it off with the Karcher window vac, had three days of condensation during that week. Level in the pic is after just one day, taken on day eight of me using it.

5.0 out of 5 stars noise

Like alot of other reviews of this have already said I think this is indeed very good value for money, it is not a very large machine so I am unsure how effective it would be in a main room of a house due to its size therefore a larger unit would be needed. I personally don’t have an issue with how loud the unit is however I have read that other reviewers do think it is a problem I would say mine is less noisy than a hairdryer and my airfryer, it really isn’t that loud and if it’s too much for you just turn it on when your not going to use the room. If this is something you’re considering well its not expensive and it isn’t a big device it’s well worth a try in my opinion.

Love this little dehumidifier. We got it to help dry our laundry inside over winter as it was taking days for things to dry in our house.
This dehumidifier cut that time in half. Still takes a day or so for things to properly dry but so much better than it was.
It’s so compact that it fits pretty much anywhere and is really easy to operate and empty.
It works best in a small space with at least some warmth.

Perfect size for small room. East to assemble. low noise volume. Read reviews before purchasing, didn’t see other comments about cool air blowing out of the top; therefore can make a small room feel cold in winter. Otherwise perfect for small room. Water gathered shortly after first use.

This little dehumidifier is great with a simple 2 touch buttons (non-tactile). A power button, and a RGB button. For the RGB button, it turns on and cycles and when you press it again it will freeze that colour (and then press again to turn RGB off). But if you turn the system off, or it loses power it will not remember the your chosen colour if you desire it to be a very specific colour. Otherwise, it draws quite a lot of water out of the air, for low power consumption. Costs, approx. ~2-3 GBP Pence per hour for myself. Compared to my old one which was 5-6 Pence per hour and drew a lot less water from the air.

Great product that does a really good job. Almost exactly as described, however disagree with the noise aspect. It definitely could be quieter! But if you don’t mind a bit of white noise, it’s fine.

Very small and has done a good job preventing mould and damp in my small bedroom. I find it quite noisy though, I definitely can’t sleep with in on. The light is a good feature but it’s a shame you can just have the light on independently.

I’ve been using this for a year or so, and it has made a significant difference in my room, stopping too much condensation from building up inside. It is also easy to sleep with it turned on as the noise level is pretty quiet, although sometimes my boyfriend struggles. it can provide ambient lighting, which is kind of cute.

Only issue is that i find myself emptying it very often, which i understand is a sacrifice made due to the smaller footprint.

I have used this product for a few days now and I am quite surprised by the amount of water it extracted. It is best used in a warm room rather than a cold one.
I like the various light possibilities and it helps remind me to switch it off. It is rated at 40W so for 12 hrs it would only use 0.5kw/hr or half a unit (20c approx).
I am curious if Amazon will post this review!

Bought for Dehumidifier, it arrived the next day, I am really pleased with it. It has collected some water,
Now drying clothes, small amount of water. But it will make a difference long term.
I just find it so relaxing , it is quiet, and it is light. On an evening I just like watching the colours change,
it is memorising. It also has a Fan on top, that filters the air.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis little bad boy collected so much water over 2 days, that I had to empty it. I live in an area with around 90% humidity, and was suffering mildew and damp, mould growing on my clothes as the humidity had nowhere to go. This little machine is so powerful, I have high ceilings and it’s so effective.

It’s light and easy to pick up, the RGB is pretty to look at as it cycles through rainbow colours slowly. And it’s really easy to empty.

I’m a sensitive sleeper, and wake up if someone snores lightly or if the front door goes. This machine has a faint hum to it, but after one night I got used to it and now it kinda acts like a very quiet ambient noise generator in the background.

Landlord didn’t mind because of the low price to run it 😀

Amazing product, changed my life. I’ve even named it. Thank you!

Got this as it’s getting pretty moist in the apartment now that it’s colder. My room is on the larger side and I’ve been sleeping better, feeling a lot less gammed up since keeping it running. Downside is that it’s surprisingly loud for its size. Like a large desktop PC under constant heavy load. You do get used to it but I do find myself turning it off frequently just to enjoy some quiet.

  15. FreyaRudolph says:

I highly recommend this, I dry my clothes inside and have this on and it takes the moisture out of the air about 300ml in 12hrs. But there a small problem it is with the advertising they say its 39db but it is not I used a sound meter and it was 54db.

Brought this for a room that is 8ft by 6ft, had trouble with window condensation and damp a damp wall. I went through nearly every other dehumidifier on amazon that was within my price range and size, this one had the best top reviews and number of reviews ratio. It has a sleek design, very compact and can sit on my window sill very nicely, the cable at the back is at a good height to stay off any wet surfaces. After only an hour of working there was a good few tablespoons worth of water. I left it on and it did its job well, getting rid of the majority of the condensation except in the odd corner. Was unable to sleep with it on but is similar to the sound of white noise . Unfortunately after having it run for a few days now it doesnt seem to be doing anything for the wall. But will test for a longer period of time.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI originally bought this to help with condensation in winter, but unfortunately it’s most effective in warmer weather. That said, it works efficiently and I’ve found that if I have it in a room with drying clothes it pulls down moisture quite happily and avoids that slight dankness that otherwise tends to come when you dry indoors. The unit isn’t silent, and I wouldn’t sleep in the same room if it were running, but around the house it’s not obtrusive. All in all a worthwhile purchase.

I would say you can keep this on 24/7 as it only consume what a laoptop would do.

Remember for the price you are paying this product is great and better than the disposable ones

What a useful little dehumidifier, just what we needed in the house, especially when the heater on and it gets dry. I’d say it’s at the most usage in Winter. It comes with very nice and practical size, you can put it anywhere needed, ours sits in the living room most of the days. Would like to recommend to anyone who’s after a good dehumidifier.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was skeptical about purchasing one of these at this price but so glad! It’s removed so much liquid from the atmosphere in my house and despite being small seems to be very effective. Reasonably quiet (if you’re in the same room, you’d hear it but other than that it’s fine). Lights as well so works well in my hallway as a nightlight also!

one of the better ones I use, only downside is switching on! I have them connecter via plug in timer so switching on and of isn’t an issue but this one has to be switched back on manually which is a pain and easy to forget, such a shame!

  37. Zarmeen Shahzad says:

Pretty satisfied with it, however it’s not as quiet as I thought it would be still able to sleep peacefully at night with it on. Suction wise, I do still have condensation on my windows on very cold nights with it on placed near the windows. Will I buy it again, probably not. I’d rather spend a bit more and get one of those full-fledged dehumidifiers which can work for the whole house.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis little guy is a total rockstar when it comes to sucking up moisture. Seriously, it’s like a mini vacuum for humidity. But here’s the kicker – it’s so quiet, I almost forget it’s even on. And let’s not forget the added bonus of a disco-like LED light show (it’s a party in my living room, baby!). But jokes aside, this dehumidifier is the real deal. It’s portable, so I can bring it with me wherever I need it most. And when it’s done doing its thing, it shuts off automatically like a good little helper. Trust me, if you’re dealing with a damp home, this is the hero you’ve been waiting for.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis dehumidifier is such a an easy to use, compact option for anyone looking for a dehumidifier that is operated via a single button and if you’re fed up with buying single-use/disposable dehumidifiers, but don’t have space (or the funds) for a more permanent solution (renovating, etc), then this compact, super easy-to-use dehumidifier might be the perfect solution to reduce condensation and mould build-up.

The dehumidifier itself is larger than a lot of compact options, but that’s because of the water collection capability and capacity*, and it is still super easy to simply place in a corner, under your bed, or under your window, etc, without needing to shift everything around (a lot of older dehumidifiers are large and an awkwardly shaped).

*The 1000ml/qlitre tank and 450ml/day collection is plenty to suck in and store several days-worth of water if the room/space is especially humid or suffers a lot of condensation. If the dehumidifier is not having to work its mechanical butt off, then it’ll easily last a couple of weeks in a somewhat humid space before needing to be emptied, which can be done in literally a matter of seconds.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis product comes packed with features such as an auto-off function, quiet operation, and is cheap to run.

The auto-off function is a fantastic safety feature that automatically turns off the dehumidifier when it reaches its maximum capacity, ensuring that it does not overflow but please make sure to position it on a placemat of some sort, just in case.

Additionally, the quiet operation of this product means that it can be used during the day or night without causing any disturbance which is a very important feature for someone like me who suffers with misophonia.

What I love most about this dehumidifier is that it is cheap to run. Despite its compact size, it is incredibly efficient and has collected 200ml of moisture on the first day and nearly 300ml on the second day of use. This is a testament to its effectiveness and makes it a great value for money.

This is a very effective piece of kit for smaller rooms, to keep the moisture and possible mould out.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersFound the guttering had been leaking and seeping through the bedroom wall. This has been great to help dry it out. It took a few weeks (but it was really wet), it does work better at higher room temperatures as it cools the air to condense it.

It is fairly quiet, but personally I found it too noisy to have on while sleeping (which I’m sure would have helped dry it out sooner). It needs to be switched on after it loses power so I couldn’t set it on a timer – not the end of the world just a little annoying. Fairly good on electricity usage too.

Previously had a smaller, different model, which had reached the end of the road! I read lots of reviews about different models, sizes etc. I settled on this as good reviews, larger water tank & in my price range. Works well in my spare room. Definitely draws a lot of moisture from the air. The led light is a nice touch.

    Works well in spare room.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersWe have a small bathroom with no windows and a faulty fan extractor. And add to that mix: two teenagers who take long, hot showers. Our bathroom is prone to mould in the ceiling and tiled walls. Not all over but enough to annoy you especially those on the ceiling.

Purchased this dehumidifier in Nov 22. We switch it on first thing in the morning. Leave it running till late night. It works like a dream.

Definitely not as good as those larger ones but not everyone wants a 300, three foot water collecter going whirrr in the night. I bought this for my room, it fills completely usually within a few days, which is pretty slow compared to the larger scale one that can fill up (with its larger tank) a few times a day. However, it’s doing its job and the lights are pretty. Decent product.

  47. ChristoWve says:

Fan is not quiet but I wouldn’t call it loud either, get use to sound eventually and isn’t really noticeable if you have a tv or radio on. Useful for a smallish space such as a small bedroom to prevent mould growth and dampness. I still get some condensation on windows on cold nights, although it’s probably due to blinds restricting airflow around window since condensation doesn’t start appearing until blind is brought down.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersBought this as my flat has been getting damp. It is small and discreet. It’s quiet and has cool ambient lights, as well as the choice to turn these off if you wish.
Easy set up, easy removal of water collection tray.
It stops the room from getting damp but doesn’t work effectively under a certain temperature. Winter has been harsh so this can’t be helped too much.
