Been using these for over a year now and they are still perfect. Beautifully made, easy to put on and then fit really well with good thermal properties without bulk. They wash well and are very hard wearing. I’m so impressed I bought a second pair in caseI ever loose them

My wife uses these for the gym. They are decent and well priced

Fairly cheap but good quality, keep your hands very warm, comfortable and still able to use your hands. Phone use is OK.

Bought for hubby having seen brother in law wearing them. Ordered large but unfortunately the fit was smaller than brother in laws medium so had to return. Lovely gloves.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersHad the gloves for about 12 weeks, using them for cycling to/from work.

Decent grip, touch screen function only reliably works on the thumbs, water proofing lasted about as long as can be expected for a chemical treatment, still water resistant.

A poor stitch between the left thumb and forefinger caused a small hole early on but did not get bigger for a couple of weeks.

For the price well worth i

Great for running outdoors. Bought this so i can use phone without taking off but it can be difficult to use. I will use to tap screen for next song or pause but if you want to use to write a text can be difficult. Sometimes will have to tap screen few times when texting

Really great gloves, great fit for most men would be large or extra large I would say. Feel tight initially but feel great on the hands, great zip on the upper part to take them on and off. Touchscreen works as best as your going to get with gloves to do basic functions. Only downsize is only after using them for 5 times two seams have started to split, luckily my housemate is great with sewing, saves the hassle with sending them back as I do like them.

Love the grip that these gloves give. I haven’t tried the touchscreen yet. They kept my hands dry in the rain so good from that point but my fingers still got cold and the winter has not set in yet.

Bought them to do the coast coast on bike
Three days cycling. They didn’t ever get really wet in order to test how waterproof, however the touch screen feature worked well and kept my hands warm enough on the windy down hills. Can’t complain at the price. All in all very good buy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersOn to my 3rd pair of these now. They are used and abused daily throughout the year, with each pair lasting a little over a year.

My first pair, I ordered the size I thought I should have going from the measurements around my palm. However I seemingly have longer fingers than the manufacturers expect, so they were a bit tight on my fingertips.
The following two pairs, I ordered the next size up and they fit perfectly.
Both have had a small fault in the stitching on the inside seam of the right thumb and left a small hole. I simply turned the glive inside out and restitched, so no big thing really, however did contribute to the 4/5 rating.
The touchscreen fingertips of the gloves never seem to work for me.. but then even my bare finger sometimes doesn’t work on the touchscreen.

The gloves do feel nice and warm too, especially when cycling on the cold winter mornings and evenings, most parts of my hands remain nice and toasty.
My thumb tips, however, do end up feeling a little chilly. Not sure if this is down to the stitching or not, but seems to be the only place that the windchill gets through.

For the price, these gloves are great.
Couple of small issues, but I’ve paid more for gloves that have far more issues.

So yes, 4 out of 5, as could be improved.. but great value for money as is.

I’ve had these gloves a while now at least two winters. I have to say they are my favourite pair. I use them to work the dog. They are fairly tight fitting so I can grip the lead tightly when needed I don’t have to remove the glove when picking up her mess, which I have to with other gloves (I do use a poo bag!). The only gripe is it sometimes takes a few swipes to answer the phone when wearing them but then that might be the phone problem as it is an old one. Very happy – they even keep my hands warm! Highly recommended.

I wanted them for cycling mostly and running. They are very windproof, quite waterproof but I haven’t submerged them (and wouldn’t need to). The touch screen bits are not reliable enough to operate a phone never mind an Apple Watch. You get what you pay for.

  16. Alejand3527 says:

     United Kingdom

They are ok. The touch screen doesn’t really work well since you need to put the fingers in a specific position.

Good for the bike. I tried them for tennis and they were too chunky and not warm enough.

I like the fact that the touchscreen feature works flawlessly, even in slightly wet weather.
However the Zip is a bit too bulky and can feel uncomfortable on your wrist sometimes. I would have preferred a smaller zip or better still, an elasticated wris

4.0 out of 5 stars Good gloves, but would have preferred a more subtle zip

  18. Anonymous says:

They may be water resistant but I haven’t noticed any water resistance they got wet. Are warm though and the touch screen bits kind of work 50% of the time so it’s eaiser to just take one off.
Don’t like the zip as it always gets caught on my coat sleeve
But they are good for dog walking in the winte

  19. VaughnStubblefi says:

These are easy to get on and off and the zip means they should fit snugly around the wrist. Unfortunately, the reviews said they come up small, so to order a size larger than you’d need: I ordered a medium and they’re too big. On the plus side though, I can fit my fingerless arthritis gloves under them and my partner and I can share them! I haven’t tested their water resistance in the rain yet, but for the purpose of this review, I’ve just run my right hand (with glove obviously!!) under the tap and my hand is still warm and dry, so I imagine they’d stand up to the rain pretty well. I was thinking of returning them and getting a smaller size, but have decided to keep them for the reasons outlined above.

Fingers are a bit long while still being a bit snug putting on and off. Comfy enough. Water resistant, not water proof don’t confuse the two… if its pissing it down you’re getting wet.
Warmth is good but, your hands may then sweat and they get wet from the inside as they’re not particularly breathable.
Great for driving in and doing stuff generally… I have to double them up with another pair for running in as I have mild Raynaulds.

As with all gloves Ive owned, I lost them within the week, but the time I did spend with them was enjoyable!

Touch screens pads aren’t the best positioning on the finger tips, but I don’t think I’ve ever owned or seen a pair of gloves with decent touch screen capabilities. They’re not exactly hard to take off and put back on so it doesn’t bother me or effect my 5 stars.

Will be buying another pair and will be keeping one eye on their where abouts at all times, so hopefully I don’t have to come back for a 3rd pair.

    Wish me luck

Fits my massive hands so that’s a bonus. Only thing that didn’t work for me was the touchscreen but to be honest I’m not going to be texting and cycling at the same time so it’s a minor issue for me. I was out in the wind and rain and occasional sun all within 4 hours and these bad boys survived the Scottish summer all in one day. If I was you reading this, buy them

Golden Review Award: 84 From Our UsersAfter reading, thought twice about buying… Already own a pair of North Face gloves which are similar but cost about 26. Lots of bad reviews here as well as a few good ones – I thought there was not much to loose at the price so I bought a pair. I wasn’t disappointing – They feel as good as my North Face gloves and appear to be just as good quality (My North Face gloves burst the sticking round the thumb the first week) Sewed and have been OK since but just shows the most expensive ones are not always the best choice. Have worn thees most days for well over a Month without any issues. Would recommend.

I saw reviews saying these were tight. My hands are pretty big so I decided to go for XL and they fit slightly small but work very nicely.
Quick take off if that matters to you as well. I find myself doing that often as I work in retail and handshake/dap a lot

Compared to my old gloves, these are resilient. Will defo cop a new pair as a back up sometime

Really nice gloves. I just purchased them to take the sting out of the wind when hiking. If your hands are warm when you put them on they will stay warm. I took them off at the top of Pen Y Fan in wales to eat my sandwiches. It was really cold up there, Cloudy and windy too. My hands started to get really cold so put them back on and it took a while to get the feeling back in my fingers but they certainly helped and after 20 mins of heading back down my hands were warm again and dry. Can’t comment on other uses. Yes I could use my iPhone no problem at all worked for me and would recommend.

good gloves for riding on your average UK day, keeps hands warm from the wind and good grip.

but if its heavy raining or freezing weather these gloves dont protect your hands much.. my fingertips got freezing and i was caught in storm Erik on the bike the other day the gloves got soaked right through.

so if you plan on going out in very wet and cold weather these gloves are not for you,
but for the average days weather we get in the UK they are great gloves for 10 quid.

I bought a couple of pairs of gloves for the winter, as I like to have gloves at home and also in the car in-case I get to the car and discover I have forgotten to bring my gloves with me, from the house, so the glove compartment is justly named. I found these to be nice gloves, which are well finished and comfy on, but the size is snug. I am normally a medium everywhere, but bought the large, but still they are snug and the XL may have been better. Once they are on the breathable material does expand and stretch, so they are not tight or uncomfortable, so not too much a problem. The palm anti-slip material is also a bonus and feel nice and safe on the steering wheel while driving. Nice gloves.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI ordered a Medium, following the size chart that is shown as a picture on this product page, and they fit like a glove. 😉

It’s a snug and comfortable fit, but easy to get into thanks to the zippers. The touchscreen fingertips work well for playing Pokemon Go, and the meshed palms help with keeping your grip on the phone. I had no trouble using the touchscreen as usual, throwing curve balls with my thumb.

The gloves feel warm, but haven’t been used in really cold or windy weather yet. Since they are brand new, I can not (yet) say anything about their durability. I might update after using them for a while or if my impression changes.

Update: I’ve been using these for nearly 3 months now, and so far they are holding up well. Good protection from wind and cold. Can play Pokmon Go outside in the English winter and not freeze my hands of.
