I can’t complain about a single thing about this beast, cyberpower really put this one together well. This could be your next PC, decent graphics card (RTX 3060ti) and bearly overheats. Cyberpower PC is the best PC company for PCs.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersFirst it arrived well protected, and sealed with Cyberpower tape.Wiring is neatly done., and with the 3070 graphics, and Intel I7 processor, it is ideal for my gaming in VR. It worked straight out of the box, and windows 11 started to load with no issues. Yes it can get a bit noisy, when the fans kick in under load, but that doesn`t bother me. They also supply a bag of bits ,to install your extra drives, but with the massive ssd, I have not bothered. To sum it up , I am really pleased with this computer,as it does everything I wanted it for.

For under 1k you get a very adequate, future proof-ish PC. Excellent for 1080p gaming and even 1440 with certain settings. Noise levels are low. It played RDR2 at maximum settings buttery smooth. Threw Forza 5 at it, which is a quite recent game, playable at ultra settings, perfectly smooth at high/ medium.

    Excellent value for price.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersPurchase 2 for the kids. Was disappointed even though it seems good value. We have now had to go and purchase a keyboard and mouse for the two we purchased. Also one came with a standard cooler the other with a wrath RGB one. RGB fan lights not working as they were not powerd up or connected to molex points so obviously quality control isn’t up to scratch also different NVMe in both pcs I Would think even a basic keyboard set would have been included and the specs built to would be the same seeing as there 1,100+ each

Would I buy again ? Maybe not depends on if they can complete more than one order to the correct spec. In all for spending 2,300 on two system I would have expey the same parts and the same build quality on both. And a keyboard set even if a cheap one wouldn’t have gone a miss. Now I’ve got to go and also buy a wrath RGB cooler so they both look the same so another 50 I have to spend come on guys get your act togethe

Doesn't come with keyboard or mouse for the money

Well built, packaged well, works great out of the box but the standard intel cpu cooler needs upgrading unless you don’t mind it running at 75c+ under load and quite noisey.
You get what you pay for, worth noting that the 3060 is a pretty budget card , though the latest series, its significantly weaker than a 2070 or 2080, so that’s worth noting. It might be worth picking up an older 2080 for the same price as a brand new 3060 as you will be getting 30% to 40% better performance for the same price.

So far so good, this PC has been an absolute beast. I have had the PC for 1 day and have played Squad, and Rust, two games which my Acer Nitro 5 Laptop failed to run on high, barely on medium.

However, I am happy to say that this PC absolutely powers through this and can run both on Ultra graphics with no issue what so ever. I am assuming this is the same for other games of the same calibre, as Rust is a CPU dependant game, and Squad is a GPU dependant game, showing the true power of both components within this computer.

The only criticism I have regarding this PC is the CPU temperature, and this is most likely due to the stock Intel Cooler provided via Cyberpower. However, for the price of an upgrade, and what you have already received in this great value for money PC, it shouldn’t be a big problem to upgrade the CPU cooler.

The noise level can obviously get a bit loud, however, this is only when you push the GPU/CPU to their limits.

The machine boots up in 12 seconds and handles Elden Ring and Cyberpunk 2077 easily. One can barely hear it running so the fancy fan lights are a good indication it is running.
The only negative is the dog scaring electrical click when you switch it on and off (this may be caused by my ancient 5.1 sound system).
WiFi is a USB plug in job, it seems to perform well with the above games so far.
Early days yet, the future will tell how good the longevity of the machine is.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersFirst of all I can see how every one of the bad reviews happened. It’s the delivery, you are always going to be at the mercy of every single person in the delivery chain and that’s always the game you play when you buy a bargain online.

You would not hurl your own PC in the back of a van, but some careless dude might and oops the cable from the SDD to the power supply just fell out or the ram became unseated (why that lady’s PC was crashing all the time, I bet my eye teeth). It’s like meccano, you just plug stuff back in.

I got mine via Amazon and they had done their best with the packing inside the case, and It was fine.

So it plays everything on high or ultra and the games it can’t play on ultra are the ones future designed for 8k, it’s quiet enough and it has windows 11.

There is a memory leak in windows 11. Go task manager and turn off teams at startup, end the windows widget process every time you boot up.

This is a 5 and a half star review. Because of the dreadful poor terrible god awful wireless, it’s only 2.5G and you want a wireless adapter that does 5g. Because it’s not 2006. It was a few pounds worth of upgrade lads no need to do us like this.

But other than that it’s great 😀

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersVery pleased with the purchase. Does what it supposed to. Gave it 5 stars as even though I mentioned in the video about the ram and psu not the best, they did put together what they promised. They also added pcie3 m. 2. They said 1tb ssd so I thought it was going to be the usual 2.5 or 3.5 but I’ll take that m. 2 instead any day. It was a enmotus fuzion 1.6 tb which I heard some good stuff about. I gave 5 to tech support as haven’t had the need to use them but the pc was in very good condition and I believe they put it together and checked it before sending it as it was like plug and play just need to connect to Internet and update some drives and stuff that’s it. I was running games on it after an hour of arrival. Overall happy and running good without a hiccup so far. I would always advise if u don’t trust the psu just change it. I have.

If it is possible, i will make an update later on. For now i must admit that this prebuild is cheaper than building it on my own. About 300 to 400 less. Not to mention it is only build i found with Ryzen 7 rtx 3060 TI. Perfect. Fingers crossed it won’t break somehow like others said in reviews.

Also how do I switch LEDs? My pilot doesn’t seem to work even though it has a battery inside.

Ok, so I understand things with delivery and also components may go wrong and this is a very early review, but so far the PC was delivered in tact. The PC components internally was surrounded by a foam padding to stop movement which is good to see. All the spec for my 3070ti system was true and accurate. The build of the PC looks well done and neat. It’s running smoothly at the moment and no issues performance so far. I played fornite for 4 hours last night and it stayed nice and quite… so far so good

Before I get I to the review I’d just like to say the only reason you should consider this PC is because of the state of the gpu market.

It’s a reasonable good PC, handles pretty much everything I threw at it but if the GPU market wasn’t in the state its in right now you could build this PC for around 890

The ram, motherboard and psu and pretty terrible, I spent a further 1000 to get the full potential out of the graphics card.

If you’re too inpatient to wait for GPU prices to return to normal, go ahead and buy, it’s a pretty decent PC but at the very least change the PSU.
if you’re happy to wait for the market to stabilise then don’t.

Wifi adapter that came with it wasn’t great but Im using Ethernet cable, so no big deal for me. If you need bluetooth make sure you get an adapter as this was something I missed on checking (this is not on Cyberpower, but just to make anyone reading this aware).

In these times of chip shortages and indeed inflated component prices, CyberPower have really offered a super value system which has the best specs. Rather than go to their website to order, this spec – 960GB SSD, Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, RTX 3060 GPU is amazing value. I needed to add two HDD drives and the case was easy to access and after a little figuring out, the HDD caddy was easy to remove and drives attached. The motherboard, RAM etc are top quality and the component were assembled beautifully! I’ve always been an i7 man but not keeping up with the latest CPU benchmarks and reviews did not realise the AMD have really stepped up. A fantastic PC with great components at a relatively great prise.

Bought for playing COD mostly, after changing from console this machine is more than capable.

No issues at all, plug and play. Happy with my purchase. Would have gave 5 stars but the graphics card slightly lets it down. Not the machines fault though if I had of paid more I would of got a better GPU.

A decent desktop PC for the price (at least when I bought this product). It has served me well for about a year and a half of moderate to heavy use. The SSD that originally was a part of this build failed one week before the warranty expired. Dealing with CyberpowerUK to get a replacement Hard drive was simple and the replacement arrived a week later. Depending on the hardware inside of your PC you may recieve some bundled software.

What to buy in this market? Build your own or buy? I opted for the latter, glad I did. This Cyberpower machine arrived safe and well packed. Instructions to get up and running were concise and easy to follow, paired with a monitor I was good to go in no time.

Note that some Cyberpower machines come with mouse and keyboard – this didn’t – but most will already have them. The fans are straight out of a freaky a 70’s disco but you can play about with them via a small remote or turn them off altogether.

I have downloaded MSFlight Sim and No Man’s Sky and they run seamlessly on mid to high settings. With the usual office stuff it performs as you’d expect. The tower makes little noise, it has a clear window in one of the sides of the case allowing you to see the guts. Very happy.

Overall, I am very pleased with this pc. Gaming performance is solid at 1440p and creative tasks such as music production with projects using lots of plugins and video editing are handled competently by the i7-9700f. The Corsair 220T case looks great with the addition of 4 programmable RGB fans and there was adequate space for me to install a 2tb hard drive for my games library. The included 1tb ssd is a very nice addition, allowing me to boot windows from it and also run multiple simuators from it.

The only thing that I don’t like is the Cooler Master Masterliquid 120l CPU cooler. It does cool the CPU well and looks good (with the white LED logo) however, after only 4 weeks it had trapped air bubbles and began making an unbearable rattling noise. I called Cyberpower and the representative told me that the Cooler Master CPU coolers tend to do this. Why include a CPU cooler that you know has this issue?

In credit to Cyberpower they did fix the problem quickly. Due to the rattling noise not being a defect, which is true, I opted to pay an extra 9.60 for an upgrade to a Corsair H45 cooler. It came in 2 days and was swapped on the spot for the old one.

So, in conclusion, this PC is brilliant for the price. You can expect very good performance at 1440p and in other hardware intense programs. Just be aware that the CPU cooler may develop a noise that can be unbearable without headphones.

Good but a few things holding it back from 5 stars.

The quality of the motherboard is lacking slightly and you’re gunna want to invest in more fans as the one it comes with is not sufficient for cooling the infero’s that are the 3600 and 5700 x

  25. IsraelR31o says:

Paid about 930GBP before the price of this GPU and CPU dropped, I think they sell the same specs cheaper now.
It’s a very good price for the spec. I’m going to jump to the cons and why I dropped a star but I’ll preface by saying that overall, I would definitely recommend the system and Cyberpower

    PROS:

The RTX 2060 has good price to performance, and I like the MSI variant. The 2 large dual fans run pretty quietly

The Ryzen 3600 is an amazing chip, and amazing bang for buck especially at the time of this review (160GBP)

Glad they used a B450 mobo, it could have been a lot worse.

Cable management looked good from the glass panel

Item was very well packaged and GPU was well secured with inflatable packaging inside the case

PSU was 550W and not some dodgy brand so the likelhood of it burning the house down is low enough for me.

I like the case (Thermaltake j24). Seperate basement for PSU and for the drives, nice glass side panel. Non RGB version but that’s fine.

    CONS

The worst culprit of corner cutting was the ram, as it has quite a low clock speed – 2400MHz. RAM is super cheap these days and Ryzens are very RAM speed dependant. There’s really no excuse not to spend the extra 10GBP it would take to put a better kit in here at today’s prices. And aesthetically what’s in there is just awful It was at least dual-channel

The cooling also wasn’t great, just one stock fan as an exhaust and the stock AMD cooler. I got very high temps while gaming and added an aftermarket cooler to the system. CPU went to 95 degrees under load from a CPU burner. Guy on the phone tried to tell me that’s normal and Ryzens have their temps misread, from Ryzen Master? I don’t think so no. Software like HWINFO and Ryzen Master all account for the fake temp variance on Ryzen chips added 2-3 years ago. So that was funny. The load from the burner isn’t anything you’d get realistically from normal use or gaming so it’s not a huge issue. You can undervolt a 3600 without losing performance so I’m surprised they don’t just do that and avoid this issue (And extend the life of the chips and reduce fan noise)

Cable management could have been better at the back (not a single cable tie used?). It’s like 5 euro for 50 velcro cable ties come on.

Didn’t come with a plug – didn’t bother mentioning as I have spare. I presume a mistake and they do in fact usually send out plugs.

With decent 3000/3200MHz ram and an aftermarket CPU air cooler, it would get 5 stars. Hyper Evo is like 30 pounds RETAIL, and upgrading the RAM would cost about a tenner extra RETAIL. So the quality of the PC is really lowered for the sake of what’s probably a 30GBP cost saving.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI can see alot of reviews moaning about Cyberpower – have they screwed up before? Yes. Do some products arrive broken or faulty? Yes. I know it’s hard to spend alot of money and not get your products working and in perfect order right away, but I feel like half of these reviews didn’t even bother phoning them, and if you did, you probably spoke to them in a bad manner as every interaction I’ve had with Cyberpower’s customer service has been excellent.

This PC is nothing short of an absolute BEAST.
It’s quiet, it starts-up in a matter of seconds, it’s 2TB HDD and 240GB SSD mean you can store easily up to 30+ games – and if you need any more space, that isn’t a problem with the PC, that’s something you gotta work on yourself…you really play more than 30 games at a time consistently? Get a life…

I can run these games, on max graphical settings at the following FPS, because that’s all that matters…

    RUST – 90-100 FPS
    FORTNITE – 140 FPS
RAINBOW SIX SIEGE – 130-140 FPS
    SKYRIM – 120 FPS
    COD: MW (2019) – 120 FPS
    WITCHER 3 – 120 FPS
    PUBG – 120 FPS
    BATTLEFIELD 4 – 110 FPS

The list goes on, but again, if you need more reassurance or more games to compare – get a life.

Is it going to cost you more to buy this PC from Cyberpower than it would be to source the individual parts online, with no guarantee of their authenticity, condition or working state, to then put all the parts together yourself, and then personally insure each piece of kit for 2 years? Probably, but I know I don’t have the time to do this, and if you’re looking at pre-built PC’s like I was, I know you don’t have the time either. You’re also paying for the employees time to build the PC, install the OS, test it works, fit the lighting on the fans/case, do further burn tests, package it and get it shipped to you? I waited 2 days, free shipping…what’s there to cry about?

It’s a great PC, it’s 1000+ for crying out loud, you’re getting a good bit of kit for your money!!
Is it as good as the 3500+ Alienware customs? No, but you’re not spending three and a half grand…

I applaud Cyberpower for giving me customer satisfaction, and for putting together such a good PC for a decent price!

First of all the PC arrived within the delivery estimate and packaged really well and safely. I have been using this PC for gaming, it works well, its quiet and fast. There has been one issue however with the downloading of games. The PC was really slow and we thought that maybe we were in a wifi dead spot so we ordered wifi extenders, only to realise the network card doesn’t support 5ghz and that’s why it has been so slow! We’ve now ordered a new network card, but Im dissapointed that after paying 1200 is doesn’t have an up to date network card.

It has been a couple of years since I bought my gaming pc and I can say that it is really high quality. This pc (Intel I7-7700k and GTX 1080) has been used everyday for long durations of time (13 hrs a day) during weekends and now the quarantine. I never had any hardware problems, the pc arrived on time and was packaged very well. The GPU temperatures sit around 70-80 C under load, the CPU (as it doesn’t get used to it’s full potential) never reached 70C. I’m giving this pc a 4 star rating not because it didn’t meet my expectations but because it did not have any case fan filtering so dust in and around my pc builds up fairly quickly. I paid roughly 1700 and for the price I was hoping they would at least include aftermarket fan filters if the case doesn’t support any where they get screwed in with the fan to the case. Apart from this, I do not have any problems with this pc.

The PC does exactly what I bought it for – delivers high-performance for gaming. I play games that require a fairly robust bit of kit – my games often have detailed graphics combined with online multiplayer etc – and this computer just smashes through them without delay.

The actual PC design is gorgeous, too. Looks delicious, and has obviously been built with care and attention.

Naturally, it makes a few gurgles and squirting sounds. This is because it is water-cooled. If you like that kind of thing though, it can be quite therapeutic.

This PC has been a godsend during lockdown.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt’s a great computer, great parts were picked, good and acceptable brands etc, but the wireless adapter is ridiculous, this wi-fi adapter must be worth 50p, it doesnt work with 5hgz in 2020 and the 2.4 keeps dropping everytime and wont get more than 20mbps, I actually had to use an USB adapter that I bought 7 years ago for 15 pounds and IT WORKS BETTER than this internal adapter, would be better if it was sold without wi-fi since this one is just not usable and its unbelivable that a company would sell this in 2020 on a high end gaming computer, just a shame.

Came with only a single case fan which wasn’t really enough to properly cool the machine. Also, the PSU was a cheap unbranded one which made a weird knocking noise, however, they did send out an upgraded Corsair one when I raised the issue with support (who were very helpful and quick to respond btw).

Other than that, everything works as expected. You do get what you pay for, I guess. The machine did seem very cheap for the specs of the core components inside, just watch out for the quality of the lesser known bits and bobs that make up the rest of the machine. Overall, a good experience, but I’m quite happy to slowly upgrade and tinker with the components that I’m not 100% happy with over time. Maybe if you’re not comfortable with swapping bits out yourself, spend the extra 15-20% and get something prebuilt by a more premium supplier?

I was reading some of the bad reviews people had after purchasing it. made me a bit weary didn’t know what the turnout would be.

The PC I was using beforehand couldn’t run games that well, I had between 60-140 ping that would constantly switch, making games unplayable. I bought this PC in hope it would make gaming maybe a little more withstand-able in terms of speed.

When it first came I made sure everything was plugged in securely on the motherboard encase something came lose during shipment, started it up no issues.
Downloaded league of legends playing at the highest quality decided to cap it at 144 frames. I get no frame drops and my ping is now 45 steady, no fluctuates.

Bought this having done loads of research beforehand, therefore I was very specific on the type of machine I wanted. The only gable I took with this is that I didn’t know what motherboard, PSU, memory speed, etc would be included. Lets just say, I was not disappointed – this machine is a beast! Gaming spec motherboard, extremely tidy construction, very well packaged. Components have been very well thought out. The machine spec I ordered was a Ryzen 7 3700X with RTX 2060 gpu. Although some money has been spared to keep the price as low as possible, (e.g. SSD drive instead of NvME and memory running at less than 3000mhz), these are very sensible and easily upgraded in future.

The PC is a great bit of kit for the price, the only thing I would change is the network card – it’s not capable of picking up the 5G network band so I purchased a better one on Amazon to swap in. Apart from that the PC runs like a dream, runs most games on 4k settings with no issues. I recommend paying the extra to get the RTX 2060 Super which is the 2019 updated version of the RTX 2060.

If you are an avid gamer, I absolutely recommend this machine.
It offers incredibly strong performance through any game I throw at it, running at a smooth 100+ fps on settings cranked beyond the highest preset at 4k.
It is truely astonishing the gameplay this thing makes possible, and as someone who has always – until now – taken the “built not bought” approach, the price is extremely good. It is beyond me as to how it is even possible as when I initially saw this PC with its perfectly matched parts, I tried buying the parts separately at the cheapest prices I could find with the intention of building a replica of the PC myself, in order to skip labour costs etc.
In the end my initial approach actually came out more expensive than the easy option of just buying the whole thing from CyberpowerPC, and it has to be said what an amazing job has been done of putting the thing together. Everything was firmly screwed down, and neatly cabled up.
If you are looking for a PC with unbeatable performance, with an equally unbeatable pricetag and build quality, look no further.

Great pc, it’s an absolute beast with all recent AAA games. My one fault is that when it arrived the graphics card was not installed properly so when I booted it up it wasn’t being detected. However apart from that one mistake I highly recommend this pc

This is written 1 month after purchase. The rig came complete and well packaged. The case is large (17′ H / 8.5′ W) and spacious giving the components room to breathe. Behind the glass cover was some inflated padding to protect the components.

The motherboard turned out to be a B450M Pro MAX which I am very happy with. GPU and CPU were as advertised . The case fan has yet to spin but I’m hoping this is due to temperature (It’s in a very cold room) and that the fan is adaptive (I’ve yet to check the Bios) . The RAM unfortunately, although 16Gb as advertised is only clocked at 1333Mhz, which is the slowest DDR4 ram I have heard of (the average typically being 2000 and up). But that’s an easy and cheap, albeit currently unnecessary “fix”.

Games tested on High to Ultra Settings are (in order of relevance)

Gears 5 (Ultra Textures, High Environmental, 4K, Stable 60FPS)
    Resident Evil 2 (Highest, 1080p, Stable 60FPS)
Killer Instinct (Highest, 4K, Stable 60FPS)

Great results even though they’re not the most demanding of games. I’ve yet to try some heavy CPU intense Programs like Vegas Studio but I’ll update in a few months (fingers crossed) time..

I’m very glad I chose this purchase so far. The price having it pre-built was small compared to other pre-builds.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersOMG I’ve gone from playing Fornite with 1 FPS to 190 FPS?! I was playing on a Dell 8GB RAM and 1GB Graphics Card. This Cyberpower PC is a beast. So before this new PC, I always joined the Fornite Lobby with 92+ Players or even missed the Lobby altogether. At it’s worse, I’d end up going from Loading Screen to being kicked out of the Battlebus. That Wifi icon was always coming on and most days the game crashed (at important stages). I couldn’t play Squads or Duos in the end – too slow and rendered graphics. I could really only play Solos in Low Graphics Mode and 30 FPS cap. Started my new PC a few days and I’m getting 0 Ping and 180 FPS in EPIC Mode for everything. Squads I land super quickly and no graphics issues etc. I’m a Dad in his 40’s who loves Fortnite, so I’ve done the endless research. Was worried that maybe the PC didn’t have enough fans, but it’s absolutely fine (has 2). Super fast, super quiet. Definitely buy if you want to play Fortnite with zero glitches!!

Extremely good PC for gaming and casual use, would highly recommend.
    Good value for money

Only issue was I had to get a friend to look at it as the fans we’re making a weird noise, this was because of the cable management and the wires just hitting the fan. This was easily fixed but would of been very complicated for someone that didn’t know what to do.

Was looking for a gaming rig which would last me a few years and found this one from Cyberpower PC with a speedy processor plenty of DDR4 RAM and a speedy graphics card. It showed as Amazon Prime next day delivery but I figured it’d be a week at least – WRONG! next day my shiny new PC arrived in its box.

Carefully packaged with air wrap filling the internal spaces to stop any components from getting damaged in transit. No bloatware to get rid of – no issues at all. Excellent rig – bring on Borderlands 3.

    Highly recommended.

Whilst you can probably build this computer cheaper, this tower packs a punch when it comes to gaming, browsing, video editing – you name it.

The 8700 is a strong cpu, and is heated well via AIO water cooling. The temps idle sit around 30 degrees, whereas under heavy load on AAA games on ultra make the temp for the cpu hit 70 degrees. This is amazing, considering how quiet the pc is.

The gpu is excellent and can handle pretty much every game at ultra at 1080p. The temps are almost identical to both the idle and load temps of the cpu.

The cable management is fantastic and gives the pc an extremely profess and clean look.

The rgb is fully controllable and gives you the option to adjust to your liking or turn off completely.

    Setup was simple.
Plug in. Follow windows 10 steps. Done. Pc was ready. Albeit; I had to install GPU drivers online, but that is not a hassle.

Overall, your paying the extra fee to cyber power for the easiness and accessibility of the pc, you don’t have to spend hours building your pc and worrying about breaking parts.

This pc was an excellent purchase and I would recommend whole heartedly.

I work 5 days a week and have little time at the weekend to play, however, when I do play…I play at the highest settings, Fortnite? Ultra settings Minecraft? 200+ FPS with High texture pack and shaders and many more. I have had it for 3 days and I cannot recommend this more. The build itself is not bad but to be picky the cable management is not the best its managed so you can see clearly but I recommend moving it yourself to the best looking.

The picture of the system is very deceiving as the ram is non branded like the pic, be prepared for a serious downgrade on style with the system.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersAfter adding a bunch of parts to my cart to build my own machine, I thought I’d check what was available ready made. By the time I would purchase genuine Windows 10 on top of the components I’d chosen, it was more expensive than this machine. Even selecting all the parts from Amazon comes very close to the price of this machine WITHOUT Windows 10, so it’s a great value and allowed me to be lazy.

    PROS:
While cheaper options have been chosen in places, nothing off brand or mismatching has been specced.
    Case
    I7-8700 and RTX2060
Memory (2x8Gb for dual channel operation)
Boots quickly despite no nvme ssd

    CONS:

    Case
    Wifi card has poor range
    Memory
    Thermals

The machine was delivered in its case packaging (InWin 101) with no extra carton around it, though once I removed it from the box was happy to see that it was stuffed with air cushions to prevent the GPU etc flailing around. You get a bag with the manuals for the motherboard, gpu and antenna for the wifi card and a quick startup sheet.

I wasn’t mad about the case choice when I was shopping for this, but in person, it looks 100% nicer. The case has a tempered glass side panel which is smoked, looks so much nicer than an acrylic side panel. It’s actually an attractive case BUT it has an unusual layout. PSU mounting is at the top, old school, there are 3 fan positions at the bottom (with a filter, but no fans have been supplied) 1 rear exhaust (the only fan that IS supplied) and two more positions on the right side (unfiltered). There are no traditional front intake positions, this case was clearly designed for use with water cooling in mind (a 240mm rad exhausting out the side with 3 120mm fans drawing air in from below and another 120mm exhausting at the rear). At idle, temps are fine, but firing up any games soon has temps soaring, there’s just not enough airflow as the machine comes.

This brings us to noise levels, the CPU has the stock Intel cooler on it, and THAT’S the noise maker here, it really gets loud trying to keep the 8700 under control and you’ll rarely see full turbo clocks as a result. The GPU (Asus Phoenix single fan blower style) doesn’t go above 82 and never kicks its own fan into high gear (which is loud) and instead just throttles back a little (and it gets to 1950Mhz on the core and then keeps it stable around 1800, still higher than the card’s specified boost clock) and yes, you can hear the whooshing of air, but that’s all you get from it, no whine like the CPU fan. Both of these temps could be lowered by sucking in some air, so I’m going to run 3 intakes on the bottom and 2 exhausts on the side to improve airflow. Performance is as you’d expect from a machine with an i7-8700 and RTX2060. VERY happy with it.

The motherboard is a good match (B360) for a non K CPU, I was pleased that it had TWO sticks of 8GB on it for dual operation, the downside, is that having only 2 slots anyway, should you want to upgrade it to the 32GB max the board supports, you’ll have to ditch the existing memory and slap a pair of 16s in.

Cable management is another plus, not as clean as I would have made it, but definitely not thrown together in a rush. I would have personally used an nvme ssd instead of the conventional SSD, but the fact is, on a cold boot, as soon as the bios beeps, it takes 2 seconds to be at the desktop, and I keep my favorite game on the ssd and that loads near instantly too. The wifi card is seriously range limited sadly and that’s the only other weak point of the system.

All in all a great performer at a great price. Without increasing the price TOO much, and to perfect the system, a few more pounds spent on a motherboard with 4 mem slots, an aftermarket heatsink and fan for 20 or 30, a couple of extra fans and a better wifi card would be all that’s needed.
I did contact support about the wifi performance (wasn’t sure if the card was faulty at the start) and the response was SUPER fast, matter of minutes (I used the form on their website) and my response to the email I got back was again responded to in no time flat.

    VERY IMPRESSED OVERALL.

Just Cause 3. One of the most fun, utterly mad, but immensely memory-hungry games that it’s been my (mis)fortune to come across. My enjoyment of the game was crippled by the system demands of the title, where the minimum spec was fairly astronomical, and afforded one the basics of gameplay and little in the way of viewing the scenery, explosions, etc.

This rig takes JC3 to the cleaners. Maxed out every setting I could and it took the hit like Rocky on speed.

Despite 5 fans in the system it’s wonderfully quiet (the water-cooling on the CPU helps a lot with that), boots up in <10 secs - and I've yet to find anything that I can throw at it that'll give it pause for thought. I had to upgrade both my monitor and my broadband to do it justice, that's how good this is. Put it this way: there's a reason these guys are chosen to supply the e-sports community.

If you like games, work with massive datasets (or both!), or simply like beautiful graphics and zero fuss, this is where you go.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI waited 1 year and a half to write this review for obvious reasons, I had to use the PC properly for a while before I could review it with the right optic. As a computers lover and a passionate gamer for the last 20+ years I can say that this product and its supplier are quite good, I looked them up and checked reliability, customer service, crosschecked prices and benefits (warranty) and they’re definitely a great choice. I only deducted 1 star because I was told it was going to have at least two 3.0 USB ports but unfortunately all of them are 2.0 which is disappointing, and I only realized months later after the purchase (my bad).

Other than that, everything is as it should be, and anything I throw at this beauty it runs it and it runs it smoothly. I do recommend it.

All in all I’m very happy with this purchase.

It’s the best value for money specs I have been able to find and perfect for playing the latest games on higher settings.

Currently have it hooked up to my TV and it handles well on highest graphic settings but resolution does have to be below HD on some of the heaviest games for a perfectly smooth performance.

Just keep in mind how big the case is as it’s not the easiest to hide away if you don’t want it in full view.

The fans are extremely quiet so can be easily played all night (with headphones plugged in) without having to worry about waking others up (even in the same room!).

And as a bonus the case and lights look amazing.

I shopped around a lot of different pc websites and shops and honestly never expected Amazon to be my go to for a new pc. Came across this one and compared specs/prices with other suppliers. Genuinely could not find a better deal. (Cheaper options for lower quality products easily found but not wanted). I’m so far very impressed with the system, I’m no expert so don’t know too much technical but I’m very happy so far. All my games running in ultra high mode and no issues at all. Communication with supplier has been excellent so far. I’m very happy to leave a 5star review. Hopefully will stay that way as long as nothing goes wrong

Golden Review Award: 29 From Our UsersFirst thing is that this computer looks so much better in person, the images on this site do not give it just justice. The hidden power button is also so satisfying to press.
Now onto more technical stuff : Super fast because of the ssd, can run just about anything because of the high spec graphic card, if a game doesn’t require the high specs of the graphic card the fans won’t spin until it is needed. This reduces noise and power consumption.

Now onto some criticisms : The wifi is not the greatest, so i bought a wifi adapter and now i get the same broadband speed as by ethernet cable. Secondly, is that the hdmi and Display ports don’t have enough clearance above them. I couldn’t fit one of the my hdmi cable because there wasn’t enough room above it to fit it in, however I managed to fit another hdmi cable in and also a display port, so I can use two screens.

Conclusion : At this price you can’t beat how good this PC is and the customer support is very quick and helpful.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersBought this PC in July of 2018 and finally decided to write a review.

I needed a upgrade overall from my old gaming PC I bought years ago in PC world (never making that mistake again). I knew I would need good specs to enjoy games that my friends are playing. This PC now runs Rainbow Six: Siege at 200+ Frames per Second on Ultra settings. I also managed to try out the new Battlefield V closed alpha and beta tests and this rig powered through the game with no issues!

The price is fair in my opinion. I wanted to buy a 1080 for ages before I got this rig and I couldn’t as the prices for those GPUs was incredibly high due to crypto-currency mining. I payed just under 1400 for this and I am really satisfied with the specs. The SSD that has windows on it by default just makes is so fast and reliable. Eventually I had to get a extra SSD because I was running out of space and went with a SAMSUNG EVO 500GB to have games load up fast.

From what I remember, the delivery took around two whole weeks for me. (I didn’t have prime back then!) and I waited impatiently haha. When it eventually arrived it was nicely packaged. The inside of the PC had good air bags that protected the components within. The case is VERY attractive with transparent plastic side panel and a LED strip that illuminates the floor with a red glow.

My only negative is that the fan at the back of the tower can be loud sometimes.

Overall, I would really recommend getting this rig from the guys at Cyberpower! It looks great and works like a dream. Happy Gaming!

Golden Review Award: 173 From Our UsersBought Hello Neighbor for my kids at Christmas on Steam so they could play it on my laptop. This is what inadvertently alerted me to the ridiculously good Steam Sales. A few months down the line and suddenly I found that I had somehow accidentally amassed a huge Steam game Library … And just like that, consoles were ancient history. My laptop was permanently hi jacked by my kids, it’s hard drive was completely filled up with games, and it was exposing itself to very high temperatures that it’s fan sounded very, very angry about on a continuous basis. Even on the lowest of low game settings and with an additional USB cooling fan underneath it. So I realised I had to get a gaming PC; Firstly, to get my laptop back. And secondly, because it really is the way forward these days.

So I did the usual Dad thing, started with a 700 budget before research, and then ended up scratching my head looking at 3000 PC’s after research, before coming to the conclusion that as with all things, you have to find the practical balance point for your needs and affordability. With Steam, you can rest assured games will be a fraction of the cost of consoles, and with even a 700 PC, you can easily smash the power of the XBox One X, and have all the extra functionality of a PC to boot. So why buy both when one does it all better?

After a lot of looking around different sites, this PC was the balance point for me.

Nvidia GTX 1080 8GB, 7th Gen i7, 16GB DDR4 RAM, 2GB HD and 240GB SSD, 600W PSU, Win 10 and WiFi. Plus it comes in very handsome functional casing. This is rare.

VR ready and more than enough to blitz any modern AAA game on Ultra settings and I’d strongly wager would have considerably more power than even the unreleased PS5 over the coming years, sorting my kids, and my wallet, for many years to come when it comes to gaming, freeing me from updating consoles and seeing very expensively priced games go redundant to old hardware as always seems to be the case. With an upgraded PC, there’s no redundancy, your old games only ever look better than ever.

If I could find fault, it’s that the RAM installed was 2 x 8GB sticks rather than 1x16GB stick, meaning it will be more expensive if I need to upgrade to 32GB RAM in the future, and that the motherboard is an H110 chipset. But this isn’t a fault as such if you’re talking performance, it just means future upgrading will be more expensive. But that then, that reduces your current price … so like I said, you need to find your own balance of need and affordability with gaming PC’s. And this for me was the ONLY package that did just that. And I looked at a lot of sites and packages. I found only one of the same spec cheaper … but it’s casing looked like Sloth from The Goonies and was almost twice the width of conventional casing. Trust me, this CyberpowerPC is very good value for the performance you are getting. And it looks cool.

Given I have to re-download my Steam library, I’ve only currently tested F1 2017 on the highest possible graphical settings so far. And it performs perfectly without hitch. I didn’t even know there was supposed to be spray and fog from the cars in front in the wet! It adds so much. My laptop on low settings just cut all of that out completely. You can see a video comparison on You Tube of the difference if you’re interested between the difference between low and ultra settings.

Also worth mentioning, The PC really is whisper quite, or better still, barely a quite whisper. Even playing games on Ultra settings. My old laptop sounded and felt like it was about to explode playing on just the lowest settings. And, putting your hand by the fan outlets, where as you feel slightly warmer air coming from the PC fan, you could cook an egg by my laptops fan …

And what of CyberpowerPC as a brand? Would I recommend them?

    Yes.

I’ve never come across them before, and I’d never recommend brand loyalty by default, as ironically, this is the only way to keep a brand loyal to it’s consumers.

But, the PC was well packaged, with lots of protective air wraps inside the PC to protect all its internal parts during transit. The documentation for all the internal hardware parts along with the windows 10 recovery disc was all included in a zip bag. Even though I didn’t, an email as sent with numbers to ring if you have problems with your new PC in any way.

And in the research I did, and in all the different price brackets for performance I considered, they offered good packages in all. So whatever your budget, I’d strongly recommend looking up their offerings on Amazon. Of course shop around too on lots of other sites as well to gauge the current market, you’d be mad not too, but I do strongly recommend at the very least using them as a base reference for comparison on what you can expect to get on price, performance, and looks. And that’s a good balance that I associate with their brand in a marketplace with HUGE variance. This is a good thing. I hope they maintain that balance for the consumer as their brand no doubt grows. After all, that balance is the only plus that gaming consoles have over PC’s.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersPurchased to mine Crypto currency. It has been on 24 hours for about two weeks now. It arrived well packaged and quickly. Straight out of the box and working within 30 minutes, and that included making a cup of tea. Its quiet, stays at 68% fan capacity. My electricity usage is obviously up a bit but during the day the power is provided by solar panels so not too noticeable. My son reliably informs me that it is a great gaming PC but I haven’t use it as he’s got his PS4.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersPretty good bang for the buck. If you want a quick solution for a gaming PC that doesn’t involve you spending time building it, this is a pretty good option. You get an MSI GTX 1080 and a i7-7700k for a fair price, and it comes with must-have components like a 128GB SSD drive and a LED-illuminated box (non-RGB, just red). Not giving it 5 stars because there is no component list whatsoever anywhere.
For the non-expert users, this is a top performing computer with no fancy stuff to keep the cost at bay. That means, the important internals are top-notch (graphics card, processor, RAM), but the rest does the job (no RGB box, small-sized SSD drive, no liquid cooling…). So basically this is your perfect option if you want to do max-quality gaming at a moderate price.
A lot of websites have already benchmarked the components so I will not get into details, but if you want a reference this will let you play any 2017 game at maximum quality (60FPS FullHD at maxx settings, probably even in 2K resolution too) and even do 4K 30FPS easily (which means it can handle VR too).
For reference I’ve also included disk I/O speeds:
    128GB SSB: 460 MB/s read, 456 MB/s write
    1TB HDD: 132 MB/s read, 156 MB/s write

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersHaving decided it was time to upgrade to a better PC, a PC that was capable of running Battlefield 1 on Ultra settings, I did plenty of looking around before finding this one from Cyberpower. A company of which I had bought from many moons ago, back in the Windows XP days. This PC ticked all the right boxes; Nvidia GTX 1060 (A 6gb model) which i couldn’t find on any other PC for this price range; A SSD and A 2 TB Hard Drive.

I ordered the PC and waited…..patiently, which I got to say is hard for me.

The machine took a few days to get here but it was well worth the wait. The performance is great, and I can play BF1 on Ultra. And all my other games look amazing. Nothing seems to phase it at all. Its also quiet as well. A nice red light strip inside the case bathes the floor in a red glow.

Also another advantage of buying a PC like this, is no bloatware like you would get on a PC from them Muppets at Currys.

All in all I would recommend this PC (And no I do not work for Cyberpower. And neither did I get this free)
