Muy buena calidad de las herramientas, me encant casi por completo de no ser por el estuche que no retiene bastantes dados, cono que le falta que sea ms ajustado para que no se salgan al momento de mover el estuche.
I like the socket set and it’s case but I’m a little disappointed in the lack of proper inspection by the manufacturer they gave me two 19 sockets one in place where the 21 should go, so please check that to whoever reads this because it absolutely sucks to be in the middle of a job with the incorrect socket because of incompetence that put the set togethe
I’m a huge DeWalt fan and love all the different tools available in this set. This has everything I need to get the majority of my projects complete. The one thing I am disappointed with is the case itself. Poorly designed….no matter how you lay it out, when you open the case several items fall out of their slots and you end up picking them up and resorting. This should be an easy fix and based on the other reviews, I am not the only one having these issues. Address this simple issue and this would be a 5 star rating every time.

Tools working out great so far only thing is that the case sucks it doesn’t hold tools in place they fall out and scatter every time you open it that’s not good.

Very nice socket set – and more. Not a full tool kit. I should have looked closer when I ordered. It’s not what I wanted for my boat. But worth keeping because it is good quality stuff.
This tool set has a good set of inserts for various screwdriver heads, nut drivers, allen keys, and more, both metric and imperial system. I trust the DeWalt name much more than some of the other unknown cheaper brands.
I do alot of motorcycle work and just needed a tool set that I could easy take with me on the go and this set does that and takes care of a lot of the fixes I do
What a pleasant surprise! The pictures don’t do these DeWalt tools justice. These are good quality and sturdy tools. You always see the pictures in the ads and expect the item received is going to be smaller. At least that what I expected for some reason. That’s not the case here. And yes, the case that it comes in is also a good quality, sturdy case. I wasn’t disappointed for the price($115+), quality and name.
Total value. Dewalttough for sure. This set has made its money back 10 times over.
Love it the set is amazing I have zero complaints
The actual tools and sockets are solid and good quality, However the case they come in is terrible. Every time you open it Sockets fly around everywhere and I have some missing pieces since I opened it one time. When I opened for the first-time sockets were everywhere, so take care to open it with the Dewalt logo facing up.
Update: I am overall pretty happy With this set.

I was tired of constantly taking my car to mechanics, where I would just keep getting overcharged with the problems only returning. I recently went to a mechanic to get my car repaired once again, and it seemed like my car only got worse after going to the mechanic. I decided I would rather do my own work than overpay some random mechanic that can’t do their job properly. I have been able to buy car parts for 1/10th what mechanics were charging me, and these tools helped do the job.
Really great kit. Has almost anything you can think of in a socket set and seems to be high quality. Only thing is I wish the ratchets had a release instead of having to yank the sockets off but that’s no big deal.
I bought this to replace my old craftsman set that was missing a lot of pieces. It has everything you need to do most anything. My favorite part is each piece locks in, so nothing is ever out of place. I’ve really put this set through it’s paces, and it has really held up to some pretty extreme abuse. Great value for the price.
suggestion- keep the foam that is packaged inside the case and then cut the dewalt cardboard that its comes wrapped in. Tape them together and leave inside the case. this will prevent all the sockets from falling when you open and close the case.

EDIT 03/03/2022 – added a Con to the review. Still 5 stars though.
Pros:
– a huge number of tools, everything you need to work on cars! This includes your normal 1/4″, 3/8″, and 1/2″ drive sockets (regular and deep) and ratchets and a short AND long extension for each drive size, which is awesome!
– Everything is HEAVY and tough.
– The ratchets are super solid and feed really great in your hand as well. The ratchets do not have a release button, sockets just push on and pull off, but I haven’t had any issues with sockets falling off. I would have to go freeze in my garage to see if there’s a ball detent on them, but they stay on and that’s all I care about. They have 72 teeth (which most quality ratchets start at nowadays), so not as fine control as Snap On’s (ridiculously expensive) ratchets for example, but they feel like really good quality, with no free play.
– includes a set of combination wrenches, and having bought an identical long 14mm wrench from Partsource in the past, I can tell you a single one of these wrenches retails for $10-15 EACH.
– the case is HUGE. When the box arrived at my house, I thought “why did they put it in such a massive box?” It turns out the set is big, and incredibly heavy. I weighed it at 33.5 pounds. This says good things about the quality, but makes it a bit unwieldy to take to a junkyard to get parts for example. The latches are metal, 2 on the front and one on each side. The whole thing feels like it would survive an earthquake or explosion, but man is it heavy.
– YES THE SOCKETS CLICK IN AND DO NOT FALL OUT. I replaced my previous Mastercraft Maximum socket set specifically because all the sockets fell out all the time which drove me insane. I’m not having that problem with this set, thank goodness. If they did fall out, I would have returned this set already. I literally gave my old one to a friend because it annoyed me so much.
– DeWalt Mechanic’s tools come with a FULL LIFETIME WARRANTY, fulfilled directly by DeWalt, just call the number given on their website and they will replace any included tool that breaks FOR ANY REASON. There are no limitations on this as far as I can see, so hammer the wrenches as much as you need to in order to break them rusty fasteners loose!
– the price on this set (247 piece mechanic’s tool set) is different right now, I imagine because all the stock in the Amazon warehouse is cleared out and it’s only third party sellers. When I bought it, the set was $203 with Prime shipping, and I consider that an excellent price for what you’re getting. I searched around at Canadian Tire, Home Depot, Lowe’s, etc. before purchasing, and this was the best deal anywhere locally or online. If this set comes around at this price again, I would 100% recommend it for anyone who is in the market for a complete set of hand tools.
Cons:
– there is no socket driver attachment for the ratchet, but the bits fit in the 1/4″ SAE socket in case anyone finds themselves in the same situation I did. I would prefer there to be a dedicated receiver for the bits, but that does work.

This is a excellent kit, it is a shame the box doesn’t hold all the parts tight. Each time I open box I open it dewalt up. Otherwise majority of kit falls out.
Even though this kits has this fault I’m still happy with this purchase.
Item came pretty quick from the USA to the UK the case very strong the sockets and wrenches are fantastic I would definitely buy again I’ve been looking to buy a replacement socket set I had for about a couple of years now a Draper socket set which was fantastic and I found this 1 to be the best suitable for me, over all fantastic 10 out of 10 and it comes with a lifetime guarantee you will not be disappointed if you purchase one
