Simply Amazing - Best Lock Eve
Really really good – good grip and it works as described. The Tuya app is amazing with many options and works all the time. The thumb finger print position is exactly where it should for normal operation.
and when taking the battery out and switched off it looks like a normal door handle.

Very pleased
The product is excellent. Works well. Versatile and secure. Robust construction. Most difficult parts of installation are the drilling of holes in door if not already there. Also the feeding of the small control wire from one side of door to other through handle is tricky. But if you take time with these, the effort is well worth it.
Great handle
Quite easy to install if the instructions are followed, which are very easy to understand as well. The handle feels substantial and robust which is a good thing. Easy to connect via Bluetooth to apps on the phone ( works with Smartlife app as well which is what I use for my other smart home devices so absolutely perfect), and very easy to set pass codes and finger prints.

This item is better than I thought it was going to be. I got this mostly for privacy since I’m trying to start a business from home and need to work on the computer, the kids and girlfriend just walk in to the room and watch me talking away but now, they know if the door is closed I’m busy and they can just knock if they really need me so it’s worked out quite well, like the fingerprint it works every time for me, the lock is a little temperamental with my girlfriend it scans her fingerprint sometimes but having a code to type in or even the key as back up is good. The only problem I have is attaching somthing to the door frame for the lock to slide in, this bent really easily. The lock it’s self is great.

easy to install
I bought this for my airbnb rental property for inner room doors, easy to install and looks really standsout. Only issue is if you have already handle set up, you need to make a bigger hole on the door to install this. However, very good diagram and instructions to make the set up easier. It would be better if provided batteries together. Sometimes, it takes a bit longer to recognise finger prints. overall, a good product: Smart lock in this amount.
Having three methods of opening this lock is really useful. Not so easy to install, as the instructions say to drill a huge hole in the door, which would be unsightly if the lock were ever removed or replaced. I made a small hole for the square shank, and additional holes for the locking bolts. It would help to have a template marking these out.
Not bad, but not perfec
I could complain a bit about the fingerprint reader and the not very solid construction. The reader often does not work the first time, and the handle could easily be broken or broken. However considering the price it is ok to use inside home or office.
Quick and easy
Easy to Install and set up, looks smart too. Shame they don’t do a dummy handle for doors not requiring any security to keep them uniform with the house.
Very Convenie
We have a summer room / storage space down the bottom of the garden that up until now we had an extra key that would open it but when taking boxes in and out it is awkward so i wanted a better solution.
This goes directly in place of our existing handle, as we had the correct size hole already there was no adaptation or resizing needed at all. It includes the lockable latch as well as all the rest of the fittings to get it in place, depending on how your setup is you’d probably just need a drill with the correct bit, a screwdriver and a hammer / chisel to fit it. Time to fit for us was about 10mins, but that would be longer if you have to do drilling etc.
Setup for the handle is easy, it has it’s own app you can connect to and setup the pin, the wifi access and the fingerprints, it even has extra keys just in case you forget to charge it and run out of battery.
Honestly I was a little dubious buying this as it seems pretty new to market and certainly more cost effective than others available. But it’s really surprised me and surpassed all expectations. I use it to protect my home gym and it’s simple to set up for both finger prints and passcodes. I’d highly recommend this. It even fit in place of the current handle I have without the need to make any modifications to the door. 10/10 so far!

smart lock is connected to networks, and anyone with a smart lock should absolutely keep their app updated, passwords secure and use a PIN for unlocking via voice assistants.
Thanks to their video, I finished the installation and the app was easy to set up.
My wife bought this on eBay, the product was not installed for a month ( I was on a business trip ). If she hadn’t bought it so early, I would have preferred to order it on Amazon, it’s affordable. The videos were helpful, and the sellers on Amazon looked more professional. If for any reason this product fails to achieve a fair level of reliability, I will edit this review. If you read this review 1 year later and I didn’t edit it, it means it still works. Since it’s electronic, it’s fair to expect 3-5 years.
Fingerprint unlock is the most convenient for us. The fingerprint sensor may not work properly if your hand is wet, moist, or oily.
Security: This lock is ANSI rated and we are comfortable with it. Convenience factor supercedes everything.
