Good quality fits with plenty of room for extra layers, if you want this jacket to fit nice and snug I would recommend a size smaller. This jacket is warm but it’s only rain resistant like most jacket, for really bad weather I just use a thin lightweight waterproof jacket over the top
Good quality, lined outdoor gents coat. Suggest, for ease of movement, get a size large than your chest measurement. Keeps you dry in light rain, yet to be tested in heavy rain.
Great coat keeps you warm only thing is that the zip broke only had it a month
Nice coat which has kept me warm while walking my dog in Scotland. I bought an XL which gives plenty of room for a hoody or jumper underneath
If you are looking for a winter coat, or even one for the warmer and wetter months – then in my opinion this is an excellent choice. Warm, comfortable, rainproof and a decent price to boot.

Fits well very warm but slightly damaged in as much as the velcro straps oh the arms one was broken to much hassle to send back for such slight damage but still any damage is a disappointme
Was a bit apprehensive ordering this online but if fit, is comfortable and warm.
Had to return my husband sadly found out that he is in fact larger than than an XXL !!!!
BUT loved the jacket, well made, good design and colour. Very disappointed that there wasn’t an XXXL would have exchanged without a doubt.

I had to post this after reading soo many people saying the two velcros on the hood don’t fit together lol they aren’t meant to. If they did you’d probably be choked.
I bought this coat to take the dog out, etc and so far it’s exceeded my expectations, I like it’s fit and it’s warmth. The sleeve cuffs car be tightened to prevent wind and rain entering, and the hood can be removed on drier days.
Negatives – the outer material is a bit “crackly” when you move, but my biggest gripe is the lack of a hanging loop inside the collar to hang the coat on a hook… I’ve sewn one into it myself.
The zip at the pockets of the first one gave way after a few months. The second one is still going strong. The second jacket also had one pocket less. So, in terms of consistency, not brilliant. You might be lucky to get a really good one…. or not.
It’s a noisy jacket, but it does an excellent job of keeping you warm. It keeps light showers of rain out but begins to soak it up if you are in the UK rain longer than 15 minutes.
This probably isn’t for you if you are bothered by noisy jackets. But, if you don’t mind the noise and need a coat for walking to and back from work, it’s a decent jacket. I won’t be buying a third one.
Concerning the coat itself – extremely warm and wind proof, almost too hot for a Scottish winter unless you only have a t shirt underneath and intend to stand stock still outside. Not so breathable but for the price paid (<40GBP) not expected to be. Hood is a little "short" so the head stays dry but the face gets soaked. No ingress elsewhere.
And to address what other reviews have highlighted - the Velcro on the hood attaches inside flaps in the collar. It's not poor manufacturing as the two sides aren't meant to attach independently of the coat. Picture hopefully clarifies this!
Lovely coat. Warm and well made. A little small for a xxl unable to get anything other than a t shirt under it. I usually have a xl got a bigger side to have under garments but the coat is very warm any way so do not need extra layers.
I ordered the xl classic size and it usually is a bit bigger. This fits me perfectly but if I put on weight it could get tight. The inside pocket zip isn’t on the top it’s at the side. It’s easier at access but if you have anything but a normal size smartphone, it will not fit. If the zip ever breaks the pocket would be useless. The outside pockets to me seem a little small. The jacket is very warm and with having fur on the inside it’ll need washing a bit more often.
The cap I got is defective. I couldn’t stick it. Both sides got same thing.
Got a defective product. And it got sweaty real quick. 20 mins walk in 4 degree celsius weather and thats it. The insides are getting real super hot and sweaty. Not a breathable one. But it’s good in cold and rain. Maybe for minus degrees it’s worth it. If its breathable I’ll give it 10 out of 10.
W.r.t to the sizing. If you are UK size 40nor 41. Go for S size.
The fake fur is very nice and soft. The jacket keeps you warm and cozy. Let’s see what temperatures are ahead of us this winter!
Somehow we had trouble closing the zip originally but you just need to make sure both sides are nicely lined up.
Main downside now is just that there is no loop to hang the jacket up. We can still just hang up using the hood, it’s not a big issue.
XL was a bit big but we just keep it.
I brought this to coat for my partner for Christmas, trying to buy a coat for him is a nightmare and a bit touch and go as its very risky as I don’t kniw if he would wear it! However he loves the coat, unfortunately under the armpit there was a rip but after emailing the seller a new one has been sent straight away to replace the jacket! My partner loves the jacket so much he wears it all the time! Thank you so much to the seller for being so understanding and sending a new one out to quickly!
TLDR – It’s very warm, very waterproof, but you’ll get very sweaty elbows!
The long version- the low price and its dubious origins (badly translated English labels have been sewn over the original Chinese) didn’t quite inspire confidence, but I ordered anyway and the actual product feels great when it arrives. It’s heavy without being too bulky, looks the business with its aggressive yellow logos and grey panel, and feels very comfortable. The torso and hood are faux fur lined, which makes it extremely warm and comfy to wear.
After wearing it for a few days (and long nights!) in Iceland I can attest to the following:
It’s definitely waterproof. I didn’t get wet despite the inclement weather (snow, sleet etc). However the chest pocket isn’t entirely waterproof and my phone got slightly damp on one of the worst days.
It’s definitely warm. Seriously, I got almost too hot with a thermal layer, shirt and a fleece! The fluffy fur lining really helps. I actually started wearing it with bare sleeves underneath… which revealed the one issue with this product.
The sleeves are absolutely not breathable and feel rubberised, meaning that your arms and elbows will become very sweaty after exertion and this moisture persists. I literally had to turn the sleeves inside out over lunch breaks to get the sweat to evaporate! This can be averted by wearing anything with long sleeves or a wicking/thermal long sleeve base layer, but it really does put the lie to the jacket’s ‘breathable’ claim.
Still, for what I paid, I’m not complaining. Decent bit of kit and one I’ll continue to use.
