This now completes the garage to run of grid. A 100 watt solar panel with a 110 amp leisure battery & now the 2000w Pro Power Inverter. The LED lights run straight from the Solar panel. This 2000w Pro Power Inverter isn’t having any problems with running my power tools. It won’t run my still saw & hover at the same time but that’s really not a problem, after using the still saw for a cut I then switch on the hover to collect the dust from the pipes. If you really needed those to run at the same time then you will need a bigger power inverter but as for me am a small DIY person & It’s working well for me. I do still have my mains connected just in case I run out of power on the battery but I might get another one but time will only tell. The control panel is great, walk in the garage & can just switch it on/off from there. 5 stars for me right now. This isn’t been used every day mainly at the weekends. It does seem to run quite and as yet not found it to be running hot. Would recommend if you don’t need any more than 2000w of power.

Seems to work ok. One thing I’ve noticed is the on/off switch on the side of the unit is rendered infective to switch the unit off if the remote is plugged into the unit as if the remote overides the switch. If you unplug the remote the switch works.

Golden Review Award: 31 From Our UsersHave used this over the last month in my camper van mounted near my wheel arch inside. Seems to cope well with up to 1500w, haven’t gone higher yet. Simple and the remote is really great so you can hide the bulky unit. I’ve tried a few inverters now and most don’t deliver even half the wattage advertised, this copes well so far. I’ve had kettles on it for 30 minutes and an ice machine rigged up all day over several days and it’s worked a charm. The audible alarms for low battery are useful too.

Word of caution: I recommend at least 4AWG wiring if you are not connecting this directly to the battery, otherwise the heat will cause problems, I had to change my wiring due to this. Check a wire gauge calculator for 12v 2000w (170amp) over the distance you are using and put an appropriately sized breaker in there too to avoid resistance issues.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent product and reliably delivers for high wattage products such as kettles

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersWorks great and powers most of my appliances, got a little confused when purchasing to realise after that it wasn’t a pure sign wave output which is what I needed more so but still works to power what I need. Built great head up display the remote is pointless unless using inside a container but the. Think about air flow and cooling

Golden Review Award: 24 From Our UsersI know nothing about this technical stuff, that’s my husband’s department, all I can tell you is that it works. We have a narrowboat with two adults and four sons and everything can be charged up, my fridge stays on, it works my microwave and two televisions and there hasn’t been a problem yet. It’s nice to have peace of mind and no arguing who gets to charge their phone next!

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersFantastic device, very easy to install. I have fitted in my motorhome. we go wild camping so to have 240 volts in the middle of no where is amazing, and it keeps the wife happy, as long as she can dry her hair she’s happy..
The bonus is the remote control, you can have the device under out of the way, as long as in a vented area etc. still turn it on and off without touching the device. The remote control is very tidy looking able to fit in the motorhome without looking out of place.
