A few weeks ago I stepped wrong and twisted my foot and was in unbearable pain and this machine helped me recover. I simply found it incredible how well it works, presses just the right amount and is definitely worth it.

I’ve been using this machine for just over 2 weeks after having a knee injury while playing sports. It’s been a massive help for my pain relief and is aiding my recovery. Compression is good also

I have metalwork in my foot and regularly get pain and pull ligaments etc. I am forever changing ice packs kept in the freezer but this is a godsend.
It is amazing and I can’t recommend highly enough. Fits my size 11 feet fine and come some way above the ankle. I wich I’d found these sooner.
I bought this for my mother in law who has had knee replacement surgery and was suffering with lots of swelling. This product has brought the swelling down and seems to have decreased the pain in the knee too. Its also a really good fit and easy to store so overall we are very happy with it!
Got this for my dad after he fell off a step ladder and injured his knee. There was no fracture but six months since the accident and he still gets pain from time to time. I support the fact that he doesn’t want to take long-term painkillers and after hearing him say that putting an ice pack on it seems to help it, so we thought we’d give this a shot. It’s essentially an ice pack crossed with a blood pressure machine, and it helps him even better than the ice pack alone did. You cool the included ice pack, attach it to the brace and wrap the brace around the leg. It inflates to the desired pressure ensuring all areas of the leg are being cooled. The bag also keeps everything in one place in between uses. He uses it about 4 times a week whenever the pain comes back and has thanked us greatly for it.
After a total knee replacement I hired a game ready. When that went back I still needed to ice and this machine is a great ‘home’ replacement. I don’t think it would have been gentle enough immediately post op but after a month this fits the bill perfectly

I recently had a knee replacement & rented a similar if slightly larger machine for 325 for 4 weeks. It was excellent and helped with my recovery. I have since purchased this which was half the price and I can keep it for other occasions when it may be needed It is smaller and more mobile. I am very pleased with this. It is excellent value for money.
