I was happy to find a product that was rated as reusable. I’d be mindful of the weight of the item. Its fairly heavy, but this is meant to accommodate a 3 storey descent. If your railings aren’t strong they won’t hold the ladder plus your weight. Also it’s pretty bulky for storage. It’s still a good buy if your purpose is a safe escape ladder, which this is. Also it won’t work for affixing to a windowsill.

Good sturdy ladder that’s well constructed. Customer service is prompt and good, nothing wrong with product or order, just me missing a notification, but the way it was handled shows the type of company they are, would happily recommend them.
Like everyone else, hope we will never have to use this. Have screwed two heavy duty wall anchors underneath the window and have stored the ladder in the wardrobe. Will take one min to clip it on and throw it out the window in the event of a fire. Great peace of mind.
Would be great if it could easily be attached to a balcony, the rungs, ect seem very sturdy but it seems to be made for escaping directly from inside the home via a window or sliding glass door & down the side of the building. Not sure there is a viable option for using it from an open balcony.
It is lightweight, and I have tucked it away in a narrow space, out of sight but easy to retrieve.
I hope I do not need to use it at any time, but it is nice to know that it is there, and will be quick and easy to deploy!
Strong product. Bought as an emergency safety ladder in case of fire. Sturdy and the guide rope takes away any fear you may have of slipping in an emergency. I have not really tried it out yet and hope never to need to, but it’s a product I have faith in.
Does what it says! Sturdy looking and good value, plus it’s good for multiple uses, unlike some of the emergency ladders out there which are one time use but cost even more. Nifty thing about this emergency ladder is, it can also be used as a fun treehouse ladder in a pinch. Grade A+ Seller based off my interaction with them. Thanks!
