Mit die beste Smartphone-Kühlung die ich bisher hatte!
Top Produkt, wer dementsprechende spiele spielt.
Fr mich, vor allem MOBAS, ist er dementsprechend nur fast perfekt, da das umgreifen um auf dem Bildschirm zu spielen umstndlich ist. Habe bisher den F8 Pro verwendet und auch weiterhin, aber die Khlung von dem x3 ich sage jedem dort drauen, bessere Khlung habe ich noch NiE gehabt, das Smartphone wird schon fast eisig kalt 😀
Somit sind auch lange Sessions kein Problem, das Gert bleibt angenehm khl, keine schwitzigen Hnde.
@Gamesir die Khlung vom x3 im F8 Pro Design (also ohne Tasten, nur als grip) wre absolut insane. Nutze es vor allem wegen der besseren haptik und der besser Handstellung beim zocken als (Redmagic 8 Pro) nur das Gert.
Kaufempfehlung, definitiv wer es dementsprechend auch nutzt z.B. Xbox Gamepass usw.

Purtroppo devo ogni volta rimuovere la cover altrimenti non arriva a connettersi. Provato sia con una rhinoshield sia con tudia, due telefoni diversi. Dovreste studiare meglio come fare la zona del connettore usb perch c’ chi usa cover spesse ed snervante. Togliere e rimettere spesso una cover robusta e rigida a lungo andare pu causare segni di usura/graffietti sullo smartphone. Troppo limitato lo spazio per connettere. Avreste dovuto migliorare questa cosa. O una zona pi ampia e profonda o USB pi allungato/allungabile
When used with an appropriate phone, these are great.
Don’t make the mistake I did and think that just because your phone has a USB-C port and supports OTG charging, that the rest of the controller features will be supported. They should, but there are no guarantees.
I bought this to use with an LG G6. Big mistake. In their infinite (lack of) wisdom, something LG did in their UI prevents ANY game controller from working properly, be it connected via USB-C or with Bluetooth. With this phone, the buttons work perfectly, but the DPAD and analog sticks are mis-mapped and partially non-functional. Reports from someone lucky enough to have the sub-model which allowed for a firmware change, indicate that the issue goes away with 3rd party firmware. Unfortunately, LG long abandoned the G6 and refuses to allow the vast majority of G6 owners to upgrade the firmware, by withholding the critical information needed to do so. I could get the controller to work with the GameSir software, which allows for mapping touch-screen presses to the physical buttons, but how well this works is greatly dependent on the app being used and whether or not you can deal with things overlaid onto your screen while playing. I consider this route to be a hack of last resort, and personally find it to be unacceptable.
However, when I connected a decent phone from a company which seems to care about supporting their products (Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra) everything just worked perfectly, with no need for extra software or spending hours trying to troubleshoot. The takeaway is that the X2 is often being blamed for problems which are not it’s fault, so before purchasing, you may wish to test your phone with a USB-C to OTG adapter and a normal controller, to make sure your phone can properly support such a device and still charge when it is in use.
The only cons I have found is the need to use a caseless phone and the buttons feel a little small. But everything else about the X2 is great. When on sale, it’s hard to imagine anything else which could do a better job and be a better value, without being substantially larger in size.
Molto bene ma qualche difettuccio
Il prodotto fa quello che deve fare, i controlli sono fulminei e precisi, smanettando con l’applicazione si riesce a mappare a schermo o cambiare la configurazione dei tasti a destra – es. stile xbox o stile switch -. La dissipazione potentissima ma molto localizzata nella zona dove tocca il pad termico – zona che rimane fredda al tatto dopo ore di gioco -. I materiali molto buoni al tatto, forse la slitta un po’ morbidina una volta estesa, tende a flettere ma poco male. L’elefante nella stanza il software, tradotto male e intuitivo per niente, a volte si impicca e smette di funzionare, a volte non legge il controller se non dopo averlo staccato e riattaccato. Le 4 stelle sono dovute perch le sessioni di gioco le porto a casa con soddisfazione e telefono a temperature umane- tutte in single player, altrimenti verrebbe il nervoso se si staccasse o desse problemi durante un multi – e alla fine il controller fa quello che deve fare, per il software 2 stelle sarebbero il voto giusto ma si spera sempre che migliori col passare del tempo
Very nice Bluetooth controlle
The controller is good. Excellent feeling buttons with good travel. I like clicky feel of the buttons very much. All the buttons, D-pad and triggers feel very good. Big contrast coming from a razer kishi (V1), which I initially liked but eventually found the buttons to be really mushy feeling almost, and subpar. The Gamesir is the better controller in terms of the feel of the buttons and responsiveness, for me anyway.
The only slight negative I would say is that the gamesir does not feel as nice and comfortable as the razer in the hand. But I suppose it depends on the size of your hands really. For me the razer felt very comfortable and chunky and nicer for longer play sessions (apart from the buttons that is).
Anyway overall I prefer the gamesir because the buttons and inputs just feel fantastic. I also prefer the Bluetooth input to the USB C one.
The razer kishi USB C connection would just drain my battery when left idle for any period of time. With the Bluetooth the battery drain is pretty much non existent.
Very Happy
A good buy to be honest. There is hardly any lag, which people are saying, because the controller is Bluetooth. Very good in the hand, nice buttons, good little protective case as well! Pleased! I do recommend this product.
Good for what it is but isn't the most comfortable controlle
This works really well. I love that it has 2 settings, 1 standard controller and a second that makes the phone see it as an xbox controller for those games that struggle to see regular Android controllers.
Playing games is a breeze and battery life is decent I can get a day long play put of it without worrying about needing to charge it more than once.
Compared to something like the Switch however, I do find the buttons feel less comfortable and the controller size / layout isn’t quite as comfortable to use as the Switch, or even the Razer Kishi, so it loses a few points for that. If they refined the comfort slightly, built this with optional USBC for when the battery tuns out and pass through charging, it would be hard to beat.
As it is, it’s a worthwhile purchase for gaming on the go, but those with larger hands may find it a bit uncomfortable long term.

Aggiornamento: dopo qualche mese ha smesso di funzionare la carica passtrought sul mio Pixel 7 Pro, pare sia colpa di un aggiornamento, ho scritto al supporto di Gamesir ma non mi hanno ancora risposto.

Dentro la scatola troviamo l’astuccio, una piacevole sorpresa, visto che tempi addietro veniva venduto a parte, anche se qui si parla di un prodotto costoso.

– cambio del d-pad (senza frecce)

PRATICIT e CARATTERISTICHE
Possiedo un Pixel 7 Pro, e ci va alla grande.
Al controller ci si abitua sin da subito, poi per chi, come me, ha gi avuto la Nintendo Switch, il feeling pi o meno il solito.
Mi piace il fatto che il connettore Usb-C si piega verso l’alto consentendo di inserire facilmente il telefono.
Tutti i pulsanti sono molto reattivi essendo meccanici. Lag input non esiste essendo connesso direttamente al telefono.
La ventola RGB una figata e funziona molto bene, io possiedo un Pixel 7 Pro e funziona alla grande, questo telefono scalda molto e la ventola fa il suo lavoro. Ho giocato un’oretta senza sentire il telefono particolarmente “rovente”.
Per essere utilizzata la ventola richiede per forza un power bank, ho provato a connettere con un cavo usb-c / usb-c le due porte usb che si trovano sul controller, nella speranza che il telefono accendesse la ventola senza il power bank ma purtroppo non funziona.
La ricarica passhtrought funziona benissimo, e SOPRATTUTTO…..la ricarica veloce!

Fin da subito si capisce che abbiamo un prodotto di qualit top, dai materiali alla progettazione in s di questo controller, si comprende l’impegno che ha messo Gamesir in questo prodotto.
L’unica nota dolente il prezzo, s che abbiamo un prodotto top di gamma, ma costa pi di un controller originale della PS5. Fosse costato una decina di euro in meno. Sarebbe stato il best buy assoluto.

Brilliant mobile games controle
This is a great value phone controller with solid build . It slides open to fit your phone I own an galaxy 22 ultra which when in its case still fits in this. The grips are comfortable and buttons are well laid out and clicky it feels responsive when I use it and it’s easy to connect via Bluetooth. Altogether a great buy and an excellent way to play games
I was thinking about getting this for a while and decided to go for it and I’m very happy I did.
Works well with every emulator I have.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking of getting one, mine has a wierd fault, doesn’t make it unusable as all buttons still work.
After I plugged in a charger to the pass through port the X and Y buttons have starting acting up, if you try press and hold they won’t and instead act like I’m continuing pushing them.
I don’t feel its a big problem for me but anyone who plays games that you hold buttons down for long periods might want to keep an eye on it.
In the end if you want a great controller that isn’t Bluetooth then this is the best.
Best present ever apparently
I got this for my sister for Christmas. She is absolutely made up with it. She has said she can play all her Xbox games on her phone and they save onto her Xbox account so she doesn’t lose any data. She is made up with this.
Incredible attachment for mobile gaming / streaming steam games
Honestly the best purchase I’ve made as of recent. Price wise incredible, form factor incredible, doesn’t feel cheap and even at Bluetooth the latency is almost not noticeable. I mainly use it to stream my steam games from my pc to my phone, and it works flawlessly. No delays nothing, miles better than a Nintendo switch at a fraction of the cost. If you’re a casual or hardcore gamer you can’t go wrong with this little gadget, I’ve recommended it to everyone I know. Only thing to note is, if you stream your pc to your phone make sure it’s in good internet, I can imagine you’d encounter some buffering and hitches on poor network. If you’re buying this for mobile gaming only, it also works flawlessly. I’ve tried it on cod mobile, Diablo, GTA San Andreas. All works fine, absolute gem of a gadget this is and you’d be silly not to get it!

Specifically GameSir x3 type c edition has some great aspects not mentioning support of charging while gaming , cooling full flexibility of adjustment of your buttons and the length of them .

Le top pour call of duty mobile et rétrogaming
Convient trs bien pour redmi 8 pro et redmi 12x . Fonctionne trs bien sur Call Of Duty Mobile, aprs un bon paramtrage dans le jeu pour les fonctions de la manette . Sans oublier d installer m application GAMESIR dans le playstore pour enfin pouvoir jouer a CODM. le systme de refroidissement est exceptionnel . On peut recharger le mobile tout en tant connect au jeu sans dsacoupler la manette Gamesir . Prvoir deux alimentations usbc si vous voulez recharger le tlphone et utiliser en mme temps le systme de ventilation . Une seule alimentation pourra faire l affaire mais il faudra jongler entre les deux . Je la recommande vraiment …. mais attention aux gros objectifs d appareil photo. Gnial aussi pour le rtrogaming .

Vraiment trs surpris , j’ ai le red magic 7 pro et il chauffe normment, avec la X3 j ai des tempratures totalement stable , je recommande 1000 fois , juste renseign vous bien avant car quand on instale la X3 si vous avais un objectif qui ressort du tel , peux ne pas du tt tre ergonomique, si le smartphone est plat alors foncer si vous avez pas besoin de la ventilation alors prenais le x2 qui est aussi une tuerie

Rein technisch war ich durchaus zufrieden mit dem Gamepad, die Halterung passt problemlos auf ein Xiaomi Mi11 Lite (6,5″) . Die Konfiguration ist etwas fummelig , es gibt jedoch auch fr Retrorach fertige Profile falls man EmulatorSpiele darauf laufen lassen wil.
Android Spiele die Gamepads untersttzen sind leider aktuell noch rar gesht.
Ich kann keinen nennenswerten Unterschied zum Akkuverbrauch feststellen.

Era da tempo che volevo acquistare questo controller ma l’assenza della dissipazione mi ha sempre costretto a rinunciare, avendo un dissipatore portatile che applicavo direttamente sul telefono n ho sempre fatto a meno, con la versione X3 finalmente ho potuto provarlo, feedback dei tasti davvero ottimo, collegamento type C garantiscono 0 input lag, anche i joypad di movimenti sono precisi, non amo molto i led RGB ma l’effetto gradevole, apprezzatissima la mobilit del connettore type C che ti aiuta ad agevolare di molto l’inserimento, anche il fatto di poter spostare il dissipatore in basso o alto rispetto al telefono mi piaciuto, ottima la possibilit di caricare lo smartphone mentre si gioca, autonomia davvero prolungata, di contro posso dire che un po’ pesantuccio e personalmente preferisco i connettori di carica posti sopra, ma con quelli ad angolo 90 si risolve, provato con OnePlus 9 Android 12, la gamesir app non mi funziona ma non influisce su nulla. In confezioni tasti frontali di ricambio e cavo type C e custodia. Provato e giocato con Diablo Immortal e Tower of fantasy.

Il controller lo preferisco al ben pi conosciuto kishi in quanto porta tutta l’ergonomia di una switch su smartphone. L’app un po’ inutile e oltre all’aggiornamento del firmware ci si riesce a capire ben poco. Buona la durata della batteria e ho apprezzato molto la compatibilit con mac, ios e android

Ich suchte nach einem Controller fr das Pixel 6, welches ich in einer Spigen Rugged Armor Hlle habe. Nun mchte ich das Telefon ja nicht jedes Mal aus der Hlle fummeln, zumal es wahrscheinlich genau dann herunterfllt, wenn die Hlle ab ist…
Da das Razer Kishi (v1) nicht gepasst hat, suchte ich mir das Gamesir X2 Type-C heraus. Hier waren Hlle und Kamerahuckel erstmal kein Problem. Leider ist der USB-Konnektor etwas zu kurz, sodass keine Verbindung zustande kam. Also htte ich auch hier die Hlle abfummeln mssen. Jetzt habe ich die Lust verloren und gebe auch dieses zurck…

You can use the controller to navigate through your phone's apps and folders and pressing A will launch a selected app or game, it has a screenshot button below the D pad, the home button is below the right analog, the S button in the upper right is a setting button which opens the settings menue of most apps and or games that this controller works with. As far as ergonomics go.... The longer your phone the wonkier it is unless you have no need to touch your screen for any of the games or apps you want to use it with. You can effectively play Ark mobile with it, cod mobile and many other games but like all mobile controllers some games cannot be played with the controller or the controller has limited functionality with the game. I mean Dragon Ball Z Dokkan Battle simply can't be played with the controller as it's not that kind of game and really it would be pointless. For Ark mobile the controller has 85% functionality with the game and really the functionality is in almost every area that counts the most making it worth it to use the controller for Ark. This controller can also be used for many pc games where you can use controllers on mobile.

Excellent bit of ki
Bought specifically to use Xbox Cloud Gaming on a Galaxy Z fold 3. The controller is responsive, holds charge well and is sturdy and comfortable. Have used the app to map controls for non gamepad supported android games and whilst it is a bit of a pain to set up, it works well once tweaked
Works great, but the form factor is a bit small
From a functionality standpoint, it’s great. Works out of the box with my phone, all the buttons feel nice, and the quality of the plastic is very solid for the price. It’s a bit small, however (even for my smaller hands), and I found my hands cramping during extended play sessions. This controller is smaller than a Switch, so if you have any discomfort with Switch controllers, it’s just gonna be worse here.
Buttons are VERY clicky, which personally I like, but I know I’m a minority there. The shoulder buttons feel and sound like loud mouse clicks, for example. The rest of the buttons feel similar to Nintendo Switch D-Pad buttons, if you know what those feel like.
Overall a solid product, but if you have bigger hands you might want to go with a different product that has better ergonomics.

The d pad is average but the stick is surprisingly really good for fighting games so the d pad isn’t a issue I just used to shortcut items for RPG games
It also works with Xbox live and a tablet with a cable very versatile and I’m happy with my purchase
Configurazione Smanettosa (IOS)
Premessa: Ero indeciso se acquistalo o meno per via delle tante recensioni negative riguardanti la compatibilit con il sistema operativo iOS, che anche da istruzioni indica che il dispositivo funziona solo con le versioni precedenti di IOS 13.4 e non quelle successive.
Fortunatamente (e con tanta pazienza) leggendo sempre le istruzioni fornite in confezione ho risolto il problema della compatibilit collegando il dispositivo con la voce “Xbox Wirless Controller”, modalit attivabile premendo tasto Home+G del joypad. E via, non stato sufficiente attivare nessun altra modalit o configurazione specifica, il dispositivo funziona perfettamente su tutte le piattaforme di Game Streaming, e volendo anche collegandolo al pc/tablet iPad se non si ha un controller di scorta.
In conclusione do 4 stelle solo per il fatto che la configurazione con iPhone non cos intuibile, il resto tutto impeccabile dalla custodia molto rigida e con un vano per il telefono/cavetteria ai materiali buoni del prodotto.

L’unica pecca riguarda il controller analogico destro. Se avete, come me, mani un po’ grandi possibile che mentre premete o tasti andate a toccare, appunto, il controller analogico destro. Sarebbe bastato metterlo almeno un 5/7 mm pi in basso. Per il resto un buon prodotto, in sostanza sono contento ma si poteva fare meglio dal lato ergonomia.
Great for Emulatio
Preface: I have Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra with Otterbox Defender Case.
It works well for emulation like I wanted. However, doesn’t seem to want to work without the Gamesir app. Fits easily without my specific case. However, I tried to remove the rubber padding on the sides within like another reviewer suggested. The case fits with this but the USB C part of the Gamesir doesn’t reach far enough due to the thickness of the case. In theory you can fit smaller S22 Ultra cases that way but the Otterbox defender won’t work due to the port distance.
It does charge with the S22 Ultra. Not sure if you’re supposed to do so with this model or if their website isn’t updated since this phone was released this year.
I have custom thumbgrips for my switch but the Gamesir’s thumbsticks are a little thinner than a Nintendo Switch so they’re a little loose.
USB C version is great with Fold 3 and xbox gamepass
USB C version. 1st one ordered was faulty, the right analogue stick had a large dead zone at 12 o’clock. Second one however works great. Fits the Fold 3 brilliantly and you can take advantage of the large screen. Only thing that would make it better is analogue triggers. Works with latest version of android fine.

Only one design flaw holds this back
If you’re looking for a simple, straightforward, plug and play phone controller then this works quite well from a technical perspective. The dpad is responsive, the sticks reasonably sized, and the buttons are all in comfortable reach. It’s pretty easy to just snap this on your phone, though I sometimes find taking it off a little nerve racking as it feels like I’ll drop it or my phone in the process. At the price and build quality I generally can’t fault this.
Where this device falls just short of perfect is in regards to the rubber grip inside the shell designed to hold your phone. It’s quite grippy, but also rather thick. So thick that if your phone is in even a rather thin case it just won’t connect. Some of you may find removing your case easier than others, but for me if I’m already juggling a phone and controller I don’t want to also be juggling the case too.
This may be fixable if you don’t mind insanely minor cosmetic surgery. Cutting and peeling off the rubber on the USB C side worked for me. But that really shouldn’t be necessary at this price for something that could be compensated for in small design changes. They could easily have made the rubber side grip removable, or made the USB C connector a little longer to compensate for cases.
TLDR: If your phone is case-less or you don’t mind spending 2 minutes cutting and peeling some rubber grip off, then you probably won’t be disappointed with this product.
Would recommend
This is a good quality controller, connects flawlessly to my Pixel Pro 6 over Bluetooth. I do like how clicky the buttons are. It perhaps feels a bit lightweight before slotting the phone in but honestly the build quality is really good.
I’ve reduced one star because I can only see the app being good for firmware updates, couldn’t quite figure out how to use the features to get it to work with games that don’t support Bluetooth controllers natively. I don’t think I would use that feature very much but it feels like it’s missing instructions or something. It’s a small issue though and I would recommend this controller if you want a physical controller instead of on-screen buttons for gaming, especially with emulators.

manette de trs bonne facture . je m’en sert principalement sur ma steam link machine , ca marche trop bien . sur le game pass a fonctionne plutt trs bien et aussi sur gforce now . l’mulation aussi . le seul problme c’est que tout est en micro switch . la mme en version membrane serait mieux et plus durable . par contre je trouve le prix trop lv . cette manette et plus cher qu’une manette ps5 faudrait arrtez les btise .
J’ai hsit entre plusieurs modles. Pourquoi m’tre fix sur la Game Sir X2 BT ? Je suis joueur occasionnel, dbutant et g ( 70 ans j’ai prfr stimuler mon cerveau en dcouvrant un domaine auquel je ne comprends pas grand-chose plutt que de faire des mots flchs) et je porte mon attention sur l’efficacit des produits que j’achte. En 3 points voil ce qui a guid mon choix :
1) Le systme d’extension de la manette. Je souhaitais quelque chose de rigide et un lastique comme sur un autre modle ne me semblait pas suffisant pour maintenir solidement la partie gauche de cette manette.
2) Utiliser mon tlphone (Note 10) sans enlever la coque (Spigen Neo hybride) chaque fois, d’o mon choix de la version Bluetooth.
3) Une sacoche de transport.
Au moment de l’appairage Bluetooth elle ne se connectait pas mon tlphone et les deux voyants restaient rouge. Il m’a suffi d’aller dans l’application Game Sir pour m’apercevoir qu’une mise jour tait disponible. Une fois celle-ci ralise, tout a fonctionn merveille. Utilis avec le Game Pass, tous mes jeux fonctionnent. Que du bonheur.

This product is absolutely amazing, easy to use and set up, pair this with the likes of Xbox games pass and you got yourself a portable Xbox, fantastic piece of kit, only issue is the turbo button… Took ages to work it out but pressing the G button and another button activates that buttons turbo mode, to turn this off, double press the G button, it would be nice if the team behind this product could include this into the instruction manual, other than that, amazing produc
I’ve been looking for a decent controller to play Games on my iPhone. So was very interested in this particular controller, after a 10 year hiatus I was looking forward to downloading call of duty for mobile and after reading mostly positive reviews decided to take the plunge. The ergonomics are pretty good and everything is very Familiar, general button layout, analog joysticks and trigger buttons obviously conform to the accepted standards and they’ve done a pretty good job of keeping that. Build quality and overall construction is very good and surfaces in the places where needed are rubberised and does feel pretty durable and can imagine travelling with it. Battery life was fully charged seem pretty good I managed to squeeze out many hours of gaming without the need for recharging. Initial set up is relatively straightforward. Although the manual that comes with it it’s pretty useless because the font size for all the instructions is about 3pt which if anybody knows, is absolutely tiny and even someone decent eyesight will struggle to read it, I had to photograph it on my phone and enlarge it which is a bit of pain when you’re trying to set up the device on your phone whilst having to read these minuscule instructions, there is probably something online but I can be bothered to look at that. There are two modes of connecting the controller with your phone via Bluetooth and both of these mode show up on your Bluetooth connection control panel it’s quite unclear which one you need for which particular game so it’s more by trial and error. Call of duty mobile uses the Xbox controller Bluetooth and once connected does all the things you expected to do within the game and hats off to all of duty mobile they have developed an absolutely outstanding game which is a free download in the first instance, of course there’s lots of in game purchases but you can really enjoy the main game without having to pay anything so bearing in mind that the game is free and the controller was around 50 or so pounds it’s amazing value for money and I would recommend the purchase. However there is a massive flaw, I’m not sure whether it’s my phone or whether it’s the fact the Bluetooth is pretty ancient technology now and has never really been a particularly stable way of connecting, and I would say on average I have a 50% success rate of maintaining a strong connection between controller and the phone as frequently you lose all Bluetooth connectivity even though it says it’s connected, so you have to quit and reconnect the controller etc it’s a bit of a pain but like I mentioned before as all this is for around 50 it’s fine it’s something you know it’s just a fact of life I don’t expect perfection if there was one available I would probably would’ve preferred direct connection for lightning ports I know there is a USB C version for android but that’s not available to me. I have tried to connect rally rush three and I haven’t really had much luck of getting it all set up correctly it to any satisfaction, but once I’m bored of cold duty I’ll switch. I’m sure it will take a bit of effort to try and get the rally rush three working so overall I would recommend this but with the caveat if you’re using the Bluetooth version don’t expect hours and hours of interrupted gaming.

Great for Game Pass on a Samsung Z Fold 3
Bought this because I wanted to use my Z Fold 3 as a gaming device on the Xbox xCloud and it works perfectly with it.
There’s a slight input lag, which is understandable because of the technology, so don’t use this expecting to play competitively. This works great with RPGs, Strategy games, FPS, MMO, etc.
Just don’t expect to play Fortnite or COD competitively on this
I bought this controller for my Google Pixel 6 Pro as it was the only controller where my phone could fit in even with the phone case (dbrand). I first bought the Bluetooth version but didn’t like the impossibility to change the button layout (A button is B, B button is A, Home button is actually the Power button, …) and that I couldn’t charge the phone while playing. So I returned the Bluetooth version and bought the USB-C version instead.
I’m very happy with the USB-C version as all the above mentioned limitations are gone – the button layout is as on the Nintendo Switch and I can charge the phone while playing. When I connected the phone without the case, the USB-C connector was too long that the only fixation point on the left hand side was the connector. The rest of the phone didn’t even touch the side of the controller, which made me feel a little bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately the USB-C connector wasn’t long enough to connect my phone while using the phone case (dbrand) so I ended up removing the rubber padding which fixed the issue.
A really nice controller, works perfectly with Google Stadia
Phone slots in easily and does not move. I’m using a Google Pixel 6 Pro which is a large phone and the controller accommodates it perfectly. I’m using it with Google Stadia and it works flawlessly, it only misses out on five stars due to the button layout being a Nintendo Switch setup meaning I have to remap controls on games when using it, or reprogram my muscle memory. Other than that no complaints, a really nice device.
Easy to set up and works for larger phones.
The controller was set up in a minute and all the controls work perfectly. I am using this just for the Fortnite game and makes life a lot easier to play. When using a large phone like mine it does feel big and heavy after a while of gaming but that is not a negative for the controller. I now just prop the phone up and use it as a screen and hold the very light controller separately. I can also mirror my phone screen on to the TV using Google Chrome Cast and use this product just as a controller so it’s just like using a console 🙂 in short I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. Its more expensive than others but you pay for what you get.
Works great across all platforms
I’m struggling to work out the other negative reviews as my experience is totally opposite. Purchased this for Christmas to play XBOX Game Pass and Stadia streaming titles. Simple Bluetooth setup with my Galaxy S10+ and away I go. The only thing I had to do is turn off NFC on my phone as this caused interference. I have also tested with a handful of Android games which support a controller and no issues either. All in all I’m pleased with the controller and met my expectations.

Fonctionne parfaitement sur Poco X3 Pro, reconnue immdiatement, mais la maniabilit doit tre meilleure sur un tlphone moins grand. Ce n’est pas trop agrable par rapport une manette classique, les mains sont trop espaces et c’est plutt plat comme manette.
Elle est lgre, et parat de qualit, voir dans le temps.

Pairing is simple and quick.
The controller itself feels decent and well made.
I appreciate the addition of a case.
It makes a fab combo with the z fold 3. HOWEVER.
1) Gamesir app is awful
2) Android needed a lot (A LOT) of tweaking and go ogling how to fix it to make this work. I guess it’s not the controller’s fault Android has high inconsistency and very poor user experience and feing of “hey this just works”.
I wish they keys were backlit.
Okay so I bought this so I can play retro games, specifically ps2 games with emulator.
The quality of this controller is very good, my phone is on the larger side, so I had to remove all the rubber padding on the controller, and I had to shave down my phones case where the charging port on the phone is. Why you might as ask?
Well, THIS IS IMPORTANT the controller doesn’t charge, it itsn Bluetooth. So you cannot do anything with it if there isn’t a phone connected to it. So you must do what it takes to make sure the type c connector goes inside the phone and it makes contact, this will turn on the controller and itll pair automatically. This is basically a wired controller to the phone.
Hence, why i shaved the conector side of my phones case, I recommend using a thin case, but with expensive phones such as this, I rather just try to shave it off after removing all padding on controller itself. And hopefully you can get it to make contact.
The construction of the controller is very good, and the spring is strong as well, it’ll just depends on how thick your phone is with case on.. Best case scenario, you use it with no case, the spring will hold it in, I just don’t recommend using our phone with no case, specially expensive phones.
After I removed the rubber padding, there was more than enough space to fit my note 20 ultra with the case on, my case in not thick but also not very thin, somewhere in between i would say.
Lastly, since the controller can only be used when connected to the phone, this means extra battery drainage. Plus emulating is already pretty power consuming, you will need to be plugged in to play long periods of time. The controller does have USB type c port that you can connect power cable to, but it charges as “USB charging” so slow charging, It did managed to charge my phone while playing tho.
Overall, it’s very good product, buttons and all feel good, pretty much Nintendo switch like.
You just gotta make sure your device can make contact with the type c on the controller and your good to go. There is also an app you download to customize buttons layout, if your used to nintendo layout or xbox/playstation.
(confirm and cancel buttons are different from nintendo to xbox/ps, so u can choose with style you like) out the box this controller comes as a nintendo switch layout.

I bought this to play Honkai impact 3rd and it works a treat. I can play the Game comfortably on my phone. I will also be using this for Genshin impact and punishing gray rave
Good enough just abou
Works well with steam link. Not perfect shape and a bit too flexible when fully extended. Sometomes have to push the right side of the phone back in while playing. Doesn’t play nice with thick cases so had to adjust it a bit for my fold 2 with spiegen case. Would be nice if the usb connector could move up/down from the back of the controller and left or right to accommodate different phone and case thickness rather than just pivot. Buttons are somewhat loud and clicky but feel good and very responsive.
Really like the controller. Wish you could disable the screenshot button.
Works perfectly with my Galaxy Z Fold 2. Phone slots right in, fits snug, and it will in no way fall out. The build quality is the best I’ve experienced in a mobile gaming device made for phones. Analog sticks are great, dpad is responsive, and all the buttons work and feel great…
Wish you could disable the screenshot button, though… I’m a retro gamer and because of the placement of the screenshot button – and the fact that I primarily use the dpad for gaming, I keep accidentally hitting the screenshot button ALL THE TIME. Especially while playing fighting games. I’d definitely consider this before purchasing – especially if you plan on primarily using the dpad. I am going to keep it, cause it’s awesome in every other way, but it’s going to take a lot of getting used to to train my fingers to not hit that button. Losing matches because you accidentally hit the button is maddening… but otherwise – great controller in every other possible way.
And there’s a limited phone charging list in the product description. Don’t use the feature unless your phone is on the list.
I have compared this gamepad to the Razer Kishi, and it’s 1000x better in almost every respect. The mapping software is absolutely awesome and works with PUBG and COD without issues; you can also saving time by downloading game specific profiles from the cloud!
However, I am unfortunately returning the controller for one reason: the analog sticks. I mainly games where you need to be able to aim without an auto lock-on feature. The analogs track extremely well in the directions, but not diagonal until you pass over a “hump”. By this I mean, in the default position, to make a fine-grain movement the stick doesn’t track well from the center position and will track in a direction just before it tracks diagonally. This is near impossible to use in games like COD and PUBG and an absolute shame ws the gamepad is otherwise, almost perfect.
Built and works well, needs some software improveme
Gamepad is well built, doesn’t have that cheap plastic feel that you get with some cheaper options. Buttons are responsive and a little stiff, triggers are sturdy which is great as two previous gamepads I bought had trigger break within a days after purchase. Comes with a suprisingly well built case and two sets of stick hats allowing you to choose between more of a concave or convex on the top of the stick (see pic).
Android software now permits swapping A/B and X/Y buttons between Nintendo Switch or Xbox layouts, a feature recently added as at first there was no way to do so, which made Xbox GamePass streaming very awkward (default layout is Switch). Software also permits customizable button layout overlay that you can use for any game that does not have native controller support, works well with Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact but sometimes layouts would just disappear on me, in that case restarting software and/or phone seems to restore them. It’s also hard to get rid of the overlay button that pops out whenever you open any full-screen app, an annoyance if you’re not gaming. Killing the app takes care of that though.
Now for the bad part: phone charging works with only a handful of phones and my Galaxy S20+ is not one of them (screenshot of official list attached). No idea why they did not just stick a wireless charging coil in the back of it, that would make it so much more universal. Hopefully, a firmware update might broaden the list of supported phones in the future, but I can’t give it 5 stars while waiting. It’s also not very ergonomic, I even developed a blister on my pinky because I have nowhere to put it and it keeps rubbing on the bottom of the device (hence, the pictures attached. It might be just me who holds it that way, idk). It’s quite light though, so prolonged sessions are not a problem as long as your battery permits.
Overall, it’s a solid choice, especially if you have one of the supported phones, but still needs some work on the software. Some video guides on how to work with overlay would also be welcome to people that never done that, as would better “help” section in general.
Turns your phone into a handheld console!
What a great controller. Fits to the phone easy and holds solidly in place. I got this mainly to play emulators on my Samsung S20Fe. Setup is a breeze, you just plug it in and it’s works straight away. I’ve been using it to play 8,16 and 32 bit emulators via RetroArch. Very little configuration is needed.
Controller and buttons feel solid and not cheap. Also tested on Xbox Cloud gaming and it worked fine. Note that the buttons are the Nintendo Switch layout (A is where B is, and X where Y is on an Xbox controller).
Highly recommended!
Great mobile phone controlle
Best mobile phone gaming controller I’ve purchased. I have a Glaxy Z Fold 2 and it fits it even with a thin case attached to my phone. It is also light and really easy to pair with my phone. I mainly play Xbox Cloud gaming and it’s perfect for it. It came with a carry case for the controller which is a plus! Would definitely recommend!
I bought the Razer Kishi a couple months ago and I’ve been loving it, however, there aren’t many games you can play it with at the moment.
I mainly bought this controller because it comes with an app that allows button mapping, so now I can play pretty much any game with it.
Overall the build & quality of the Gamsir X2 is very nice, my only issue is that the type-C usb connector is on the left instead of a the bottom.
i was about to get the 1st version but seeing as this updated 2021 model has a D-Pad as opposed to the switch style buttons on the original im glad i waited to get this.
The Gamesir x2 is absolutely amazing, this is just my initial impressions but coming from the iPega Red Knight which i have been using since last summer this is definitely worth the price and i am beyond satisfied with the upgrade
inside the box is the controller itself which is very reminiscent of the Nintendo Switch in both style and build quality and the thumbsticks feel incredibly similar to the xbox controller which is already fantastic comparisons to draw, comes with a nice hardshell case, thumbstick covers and a very nice looking Gamesir sticker
if the game you are playing supports controller input yoy can literally just plug and play straight out of thd box, for games that don’t support it you’ll have to download the Gamesir World companion app, after doing so you can put the controller into Button Mapping mode by pression “G + Home button” which will allow you to map your button presses to touches on screen any Presets can be saved to the game you are playing, i personally have been using it to play Genshin Impact and COD Mobile and have been loving it!
I would highly recommend picking one of these up if you are considering getting a controller for your android device, the quality you get is well worth the price!
This controller/gamepad arrived today and I’ve only played with it for about an hour, so these are my first impressions—so far, I’m impressed:
Connectivity and Compatibility:
The G3s has been very easy to connect through all three methods: Bluetooth, Dongle, and Wired. Via Bluetooth, I can connect the G3s to both my iPhone 11 Pro Max and my Samsung Galaxy A20. Though, one thing to note is that so far I’m having issues getting the controller to properly function on iOS games that support MFi (Made for iPhone) gamepads; an example of this is how in Terraria Mobile, the only buttons that work are the jump button and inventory button in iOS 13.2. That aside, the G3s connects just as easily with all three connectivity methods (and of course, all the buttons work. +1 for Turbo!) and there are no complaints from me over the delay time in any of the methods.
Features:
I absolutely love that this controller has vibration motors. It’s a must-have for me and it was hard to find a vibrating controller for a good price until I came across the G3s! There’s only one flaw regarding vibration that I’ll discuss in a little bit. Besides that, I love the light-up YXBA and Home buttons. They’re not too bright nor too dark. Though, I’m not sure how I feel about being able to have the lights turn off by holding L1+R1 for five seconds, as some of the games I play will make use of L1+R1 for that long.
Feel in the Hands:
I’m not a big fan of lightweight controllers, but I am more than impressed over the fact that the G3s is able to be such a light controller taking into consideration that there are vibration motors inside. It’s only a tiny bit smaller than what I was expecting, but after the little time I’ve had with it, I’m already used to it. I’m not a huge fan of the layout of an Xbox controller, so having the left stick next to the right stick is a huge plus for me, and it’s the main reason I purchased THIS controller and not another one!
Flaws:
Here’s where my issue with the vibration is. When the controller vibrates, the L1 and R1 keys will make rattling noises unless you’re resting your fingers on the buttons, because there’s no rubber or other noise-reducing material in between the plastic housing and the shoulder buttons preventing the rattling sounds every time the controller shakes. That aside, the other minor issue I have with the controller is how close the D-pad is to the left joystick. I have big hands, and I’m not sure if this will be an issue, but it may just be a personal preference.
Final thoughts:
With all that being said, overall, this is the best controller I’ve purchased so far and I’m hoping that there will be future physical improvements to it for a whole 5-star rating! Let’s see how long this guy can last me. Thank you, GameSir!
