We ordered this prior to next summer. We wanted to get it before any price hikes. It looks great. We wanted a true brown, not too dark or light. This is what we wanted. Appears to be made of sturdy material. Delivery was fast.

Broken umbrella rib within 3 months - no response from manufacturer or amazo
We already were using one of these umbrellas that we purchased in 2021. We liked it and it was holding up well, so we purchased another in 2023. Went to open it and one of the ribs snapped right at where the rivet was. Sent e-mail to product support and have never heard a word. Have not heard anything from Amazon either.
UPDATE – Grand Patio did get in touch after about 10 days. Offered refund or new umbrella. I chose the new umbrella and it just arrived today. Impressed with the service once they responded. Edited review to positive. thanks Amazon and Grand Patio

I love the size and the turquoise blue color. It seems well made. My only complaint is that when I open and close it, the crank is very loud and squeaky. Mine may just have been an accident in manufacture.

Love this garden parasol it provided sufficient shade during the recent heatwave only one small criticism the fact that the button to tilt the parasol was too high up for me to reach and a bit stiff I had to ask a taller member of my family to do this for me and tilt it back. Other than that very pleased also it’s a lovely aquarine colour.

It was a great item. Lovely bright colour and looked to be of very robust construction. Unfortunately it was too heavy for me to handle safely and I felt that at 2.7m it was a bit to big for my garden which is on the top of a hill and catches a great deal of wind. Keeps out the sun and the rain!
My patio garden is in the shade for most of the day but this patio parasol also acts as an efficient umbrella so that I can still enjoy being outdoors even when there are a few light showers! It fits well with the Kingfisher cast iron effect parasol base and cover (extras which needs to be purchased separately).
This umbrella is worth the money. The “tilt” feature is great. It is durable in the windy corner it is in. The color is prettier than the picture. I highly recommend it.

I didn't find the instructions until after I sat under it with Illinois wind gusts of 40mph. LOL Ot wasn't happy but it didn't self-distruct. Next time though I will wind it down in weather as instructed. I like that it blocks out the sun so well.

The Fabric is of good quality. So many colors to choose from. I was surprised for the price its not cheap looking very sturdy. I have purchased many patio umbrellas over the years being in a very hot tropical climate and this one is really good. I purchased the cerulean color which is like a dark aqua. Very pleased.

We have been missing an umbrella on our patio table and I have been hesitant because the last one that came with the set was really hard to open for my parents who are elderly. After putting this in the table, my dad was able to crank it open easily and close it too!
There is a tilt feature and they were able to tilt it towards the sun on their own. Simply push the button and tilt the umbrella until it clicks.
Works great in the rain and keeps the water out from under the umbrella. Very happy with the purchase.
Needs a heavy base stand to keep upright ( not included)
Didn’t order matching base, thought I’d use my old one. But this size umbrella needs an extra heavy base to stay upright.

I took it for a picnic and camping this weekend, under the burning sun of late summer, this things literally saved my day. The umbrella is very large, extends to 9 ft in diameter, covers a full picnic table and four-person under it. The tiltable head is very convenient and easy to operate, and rising and lowering it is easy using the crank. The effect of shading the sun and stopping UV is satisfying.
Assembling and dissembling are super easy, the packed size is not large and easy to fit in my SUV. Meanwhile, it’s fairly lightweight and quite firm.
Happy purchase in general.

Large and sturdy umbrella
I purchased this umbrella to replace the one from target patio set. It looks great and perfectly fits my table. The new umbrella comes with thick fabric canopy and well constructed metal frame. It is heavy and sturdy. Assembly was easy and no tool was required.
I especially love the auto-tilt feature which works well easily to crank open and close. The canopy can be tilted in different direction with the button. The size is large enough to provides great coverage for a family of four. The thick fabric effectively block the sun. I’m glad that I chose this nice blue color which makes me feel cooler under the hot sun.

Because this garden patio is bigger than usual, and also, we only have 4 door sedan car, first of all, we have to figure out how to put it inside. We let it cross the front seat & back seat and put in the middle & between right/left seat. Fortunately, it works and we make it. The rest of part would be easy. It is light weight, and easy to assemble it. Just slide the bottom part to the top part. When finishing use, just push the button to release it and disassemble it. But, we do recommend not to use it in the windy day and the heavy wind might break it. In general, it gave us a good beach day.

Good quality, good width, provides a good amount of shade. Lite weight for it’s size but also strong. Upright pole is in two pieces so it’s easy to setup and move around and also it makes storage easy.
Arrived just at the end of the last heat wave. It is very solid made, great quality. Although the size is big, it is surprisingly easy to manage, as with the rolling handle it can open the parasol to different levels and tilt to the angle you like. We even used it in the drizzling rains in the last few days. Great add on to our new decking.

Great parasol but use with cautio
Great value and happy with the purchase, but it doesn’t look strong enough to withstand a good gust of wind. Therefore, we use it only on very calm days.

This umbrella is absolutely perfect for my deck. Without the umbrella I am just covered in sunshine all day long but now I can pop up the umbrella and even the dog and sit in the shade. This is very well-built I’m very pleased with it and the material seems to be very sturdy and durable. Assembly was a cinch it’s just a couple of parts. Shipping was no problem it actually came sooner than expected. I’m so impressed with this umbrella that I am probably going to buy another one to put on the other side of the deck which will give me even more shade. As far as I’m concerned this was a great buy.
Parasol has developed a fault and will not go fully up. Needs replacing

Love it! Easy to assemble, the quality of fabric is good. Also, great size, nice style and Color! It would be even better if umbrella stand is provided with it, but luckily not much issue for us as the table had a hole for umbrella. Definitely a must to have for the garden in the summer!

Thought it was the best!
I was really pleased to receive my new parasol. It came much quicker than expected and looked really strong. Unfortunately after releasing it from the box, there was no lower pole so I had to return it. It was picked up the following day and money refunded within hours. I would order another but without the pole…maybe not!
Very Easy to build, open and close. great sun protection with UV protection. massive, so need to buy heavy umbrella base. Perfect item for rainy weather. Cover big table and four seats perfectly. Color is neutral. Definitely recommend.
This umbrella looks great, it is a very good size, wide enough, colour as described. Our last umbrella has been damaged by winds so we bought this one. I didn’t even expect that it would be so good. The fabric is very good quality, seems very durable, but lightweight. It has smooth opening and closing with a hand crank, easy to use, easy to put it together, strong and stable pole. Absolutely good value for money. I strongly recommend it!
Just what we wanted
Looks to be a good quality product. Large canopy easy to put together and dismantle for storage. Look forward to using this in the Summer. Colour is as the picture, I would call it Turquoise or perhaps Mediterranean Blue.
