HEAD Radical Tennis Balls, Triple Pack (12 Balls)
Arrived on time. Purchased for when grandson comes round we keep loosing them to dog next door. Longevity is good as we haven’t seen him for months due to lockdown, durability dog next door makes short work of them. I am sure under normal circumstances balls will stand up quite well.

    Great for Amateur Tennis
Bought them during the pandemic hoping to enjoy some more outdoor tennis – I only opened 2 out of the 3 packs and used the balls for about 15 games overall. As you can see there are almost no signs of usage, the balls were perfect for amateur tennis.

PS. Opening a new pack feels super satisfying (pressurised tube).

    Strong and durable
Used for a mix of uses between something for the kids to play with, thr dog to play with and for use in the hot tub. Work great for each use with no issues. Great colour which holds for a long time. They hold their fluffy fur for a while too without going smooth.

They’re long lasting and very strong.

Top Tennis Balls For My Dog
Simply great quality. The cheap balls last literally minutes with my dog. These last months and months. Generally she looses these before she ruins them. Well worth the money… She is a cockerpoo… Pippa

Bright colour, good quality, great bounce
I bought these for my dog (a staffy cross). They can stand up to the odd crunch without disintegrating when he gets the ball. They fit into his ball launcher well (some tennis balls can be too small and fall out), and the bright colour means they’re easier to see when the light is fading. The bounce is great too, and he loves to jump up and catch it mid-air. The price is very competitive and I would definitely buy them again.

These balls played well on astro in the cold of winter. Can rate durability or longevity yet (aren’t these effectively the same thing?) … because I haven’t had them long enough, but they are ok after 3 sets of singles..

    For the dog
We buy proper tennis balls. The lab does not chew or destroy them but thumping them across a field with a racket soon destroys those silly pet shop balls. These seem to be holding up well.

    PSSSS - greatest bargain!
I couldn’t believe it when I saw the price. For 3 tins? Don’t tell too many people.
PS – tennis is cancelled. The world has stopped turning. So, these are just sitting in the cupboard until March. Easter? Or Summer.

    Decent quality good value balls
These seemed to be the best value tennis balls on Amazon so I went ahead and bought them. It’s good that they come in three separate tins – better for storage.
I’m pretty new to tennis but I find these decent and not too fast like championship balls. I’m not 100 percent on how durable they will be but they do the trick for me

    Great balls of tennis
There are lots of different balls available so it can be hard to choose which balls to play with. I like Head and the range of balls available suits every player. The Radical is the pick for me – great value balls for playing with everyday.

    The most durable balls EVER!!!
Bought these for my mastiff who is a terror chewer. All other balls we went through had the lining pulled off within hours and had been bitten through within days. NOT THESE! She’s been heavily gnawing on these for a week and there’s not a scratch on them. Cannot recommend them highly enough if they’re durable enough for her they’re durable enough for anything!

    Usually a good product.
Haven’t used them yet, not able to rate fully but Head is a good brand. My tip is to keep them in a fridge once opened, so you can play tennis with a cool Head! Unfortunately one ball was flat, perfect for a dog, but no use for tennis. I cannot send them back because the other three are in use and it isn’t worth the effort. I have bought many sets of Head Tennis balls, usually a quality product, this is the first problem. I wanted to inform Amazon but could not find a way of doing so

    Good for dogs
I brought these for my Dalmatian who usually goes through tennis balls very quickly. These have proven to be very durable. They have a good bounce and can withstand a large dog chewing on them for quite a long time.

    Excellent furry balls
These tennis balls have stood up really well. I had always used Slazenger Wimbledon balls as I liked the bounce but these stack up really well and seem to last just as long if not longer.

    Excellent Quality and Value
I have been using these tennis balls to actually play tennis (not for my dog!) for about 4 or 5 weeks, and found them to retain their bounce, not fluff up too much and perform well when hit hard for serves, for example, as well as soft for delicate shots. Given other reviews I’ve read I’m pleasantly surprised because I bought them as a hopefully decent budget ball but they play as well as more expensive Babolat and Wilson balls I’ve used. Only slight downside I’ve found is the finish is not quite as good as more expensive balls on one or two, whereby the rubber is not as smoothly finished, but this is a minor issue for me. For info, I’m a regular reasonable (lower team) club standard player.

I bought these for my dog. The doggie ones only last a few hours before they are stripped of their outer ‘fluff’. I am amazed how expensive tennis balls are. A year or so ago I bought a job lot of ‘rejects’ (not enough bounce apparently) and they worked out about 20p each. It’s hard to find them less than one pound each now. However these were the best value I could find for a decent tennis ball. Cannot vouch for how they would play on a court but they have survived my collie for several weeks now so durability, I am guessing, should be ok.

Bought these so daughter didn’t go spare during the current covid-19 situation, they’re good quality balls (couldn’t go wrong with the price I paid), good for a knock-about against walls , haven’t really tried them on a tennis court (as I can’t hit a ball for buttons) but she gives them seal of approval.
Quite a few balls have ended up on the garage roofs etc so make sure you get a multi-pack! 🙂

Impressed that it survives aggressive chewing from my dog
These are the perfect tennis balls for aggressive chewers such as my dog, as it’s rare for her to not bite through a ball within the first couple of days of use. Out of around 5 purchases of these tennis balls I’d say my dog has managed to bite through one or two balls, I just wish she wouldn’t randomly drop the ball in random places in the park – hence us having to do re-purchases of this product. If you have a dog and want quality tennis balls that are rarely bitten through I’d recommend buying these!

AMAZING! I bought these for my dog to play with as she’s large and breaks dog tennis balls with one bite. These balls have a great bounce and fit perfectly in my ball thrower. There a good size so she’ll bring them back and she can chew away and they done break in half. Whether your looking as a tennis player or a dog owner there great as there tough and bounce well.

    My lab pup loves them!
Bought for my 6 month old lab pup who LOVES tennis balls. He was overjoyed! They fit in his ball thrower and have survived dunking in the sea and local streams. When he’s overexcited he does squeeze them in his jaws and they make a slight popping noise, however there is no damage (yet) to any of the balls. Well worth a buy – much better than those manufactured specifically for dogs.

This set of tennis balls is quite cheap when comparing it to Wilson balls. However, they feel like a huge downgrade. The price seems to be directly related to the quality in this case. How difficult it is to produce cheap, good quality tennis balls? Apparently it is not possible despite the sport’s age.

Bought this to practice over the summer. The packing is excellent, with 4 balls per pack. Each pack is sealed like a cola can with a tab on top. I used them to salvage my down jacket which I washed (following all the instructions on the label) and the feathers just lumped together. So I used these tennis balls in my tumble dryer to beat the feather lumps out and it worked! And was cheaper than buying a new jacket.
On the minus side the tennis balls had chemical smell to them which wouldn’t be a problem when used in tennis game but was a bit of a nuissance when used in tumble dryer. But still glad I bought them.

Excellent balls for summer use or dry conditions. They bounce well and keep pressure for several matches. I prefer the lighter feel compared to more solid, durable balls such as Wilson US Open. The lighter feel also seems to help with arm issues. However in damp conditions they don’t fare as well and will pick up moisture quickly, becoming slower and heavier.

“Lost in post” but replacement came with no fuss and they are tennis balls, I purchased these for my dog as those cheap nasty “So called tennis balls from pet shops” only last 5 seconds. She has been on the same ball now for a few weeks!

    The dog's balls.
    Dog’s choice.
Good quality tennis balls that do not disintegrate as soon as the dog gets it. Easy storage of new balls until you want them. Second time I’ve bought them and will do so agai

Right price for good knock about ball
Tennis balls generally get lost or left out in the rain or over the neighbours fence, so for something to knock about or throw to the dog, these are the job.

I recently submitted a review which was refused as unacceptable. I thought it was perfectly acceptable and therefore I decline to resubmit this review and any reviews in the future.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersExcellent value for the price
Excellent value for the price, however they do not absorb water very well, so avoid using those balls on wet clay. Appart from that, they’re just as good as Slazenger or Head drive.

Bought this pack of tennis balls for my labradors. We go through a lot of them because they end up getting buried on the beach. Basically, our local beach is where tennis balls go to die..

Good tennis balls for all amateur and mid players, maybe not good enough for pro players. The ball pressure seems to be good and they bounce well. However, they do not last long time when playing on a hard court, but which ones do?

    Tip Top Tennis Balls
Nearly always try to buy this variety, they seems to last well on both grass and hard court surfaces. Old tubes can be cut out one end and used for watering plants in garde

I bought these on recommendation from another Collie owner. They work out much cheaper than pet shop bought toys, as I have timed those to last between 10 and 15 minutes. The first of these tennis balls is now into it’s 3rd day!

    Really Good Quality
I got these because where me and my mate play ther is an inaccessible area behind the court so we wanted some balls that we wouldnt be to precious about but were better than those bricks that you can buy on the market.

These bounce really nicely and are good quality especially for a few little matches like i play, of course theyre not “the best” but in relation to price theyre definitely worth i

Have always bought Kong tennis balls for my dog but at 10 for three they were costly. Thought I’d give these a try; they’re great. Dog loves them plus they are just as durable (and bounce more) than the kong balls. I intend buying more.

I use these for my Dogs, they are much better quality than the ones for sale in pet shops and just as cheap. They are also hollow and do not contain any silica powder that some of the more expensive tennis ball do.

    Great price, reasonable quality balls
This is an awesome price for tennis balls. I have ordered loads of these and been pleased with them as practise balls. If you are planning to use these as game balls, don’t expect them to last for long, after a couple of matches, they will probably want to be relegated to the practice bucket! However, for the price I have been most pleased.

    Head Radical Tennis Balls
These tennis balls are consistently good, keeping their pressure well (usually used for 6 – 9 sets)- a good
all round ball which I have used both outdoors and on indoor courts. Excellent value for money – rather amazed that such a quality ball is so frequently bought for dogs to play with – I usually hand mine over to young tennis players after our second use and they still have plenty of life in them.

    Great value!
Bought these for taking to the park with the three Border Collies we have, after going through MANY cheap tennis balls. On average one of the cheap ones would last a week – one of these balls has lasted months and still bounces when it’s thrown at the park. We’ve still got all the others for when the first one finally gives up.

Call them spoilt – but costwise these have been FAR better value.

EXACTLY WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN
Head Radical Tennis Balls – Triple Pack (12 Balls) Brill balls, have lasted well with three labs chewing them and they have good bounce. Cheap tennis balls just fall apart, these are hard and long lasting.

    Hard & bouncy!
At last a ball that seems to retain its bounciness for more than a couple of matches … A fellow member of my club – who knows a thing or two about tennis equipment – did comment that they were very hard which I took to be a bit of a negative. However, for your joe average player these are good value for money and I’m happy with my purchase.
