The board itself seems very good indeed – well made and sturdy. I did have the need to get in touch with customer support and they were super helpful and respolved my problem very quickly. Highly recommended.
Good customer service
Hoverboard arrived only a few days after I had placed the order which was great. Had a few Bluetooth problems which after contacting customer service they were happy to help with. Daughter loves the Hoverboard so it’s a win.
Poor Battery life but fully refunded and replaced.
Bought this off the main site. Battery lasts only 30mins after a full charge of 3.5hours. Wanted a refund and customer support offered a full refund and a replacement battery and also offered i discount on further purchases.

Superb bit of kit, my daughter is very impressed as am I. Brilliant quality, very sturdy and looks fantastic. Bluetooth for music is nice and loud and the battery life lasted well all week of being on it everyday. Excellent Hoover board
Excellent hoverboard that we purchased for my son’s 7th birthday, and now probably my daughter’s 9th. The kids both love it and go from living room to kitchen constantly on it. It is easy to learn how to use and only took my kids, and us adults, a few tries. The go cart attachment is also good but a bit faster than just standing on it so definitely not an inside toy.
Very happy with the purchase and would buy again.
Works great but has some flaws
This has been a hit with the kids and grown ups in the house, I was worried about the quality feeling the plastic and seeing the very broken English instructions but I have been happily surprised. I keep threatening to open it up and disconnect the speaker to stop the annoying Bluetooth connection voice which you get every time, connecting a Bluetooth device doesn’t stop it either as it then says about being connected. Not sure why you would want to play music out of the board but then I discovered that playing the A-Team soundtrack while scooting around was the highlight for me.
It’s tricky at first to get the balance right as we all over corrected at first but then it’s quick to get the hang of, the slightest weight shift controls the direction so it should t look like you are doing anything to move about. It’s so good to play with, we borrowed a kart handle thing to zip around and it’s so much fun, surprising how fast you go and it feels much faster being a few inches off the ground.
It lasts a good half an hour or more depending how hard you use it, doesn’t last as long with me on it as the kids. It charges fully in around 2.5 hours and it does warn you about the over charging which I take for granted in other things now so you need to be careful and not leave it in overnight or when you’re out.
It’s great fun it really is and although this has two main flaws and isn’t the best quality plastic it has been sturdy and taken some knocks and survived. Going to see if I can get some new tyres or wheels for it to make it a bit softer but doesn’t take away from the fun.
Lights went a bit weird after a week but still working..
I have bought/ordered a few of these now, and have to say this would be the one im most impressed with.
We have been using it for around a month now and have not really had any issues. The lights all lit up and there is a little musical tune comes on when its powered up (cover your ears and be prepared cos it is loud when this happens! lol), but it all works as should and my son uses it regularly and has had no issues.
One thing we did notice is the lights seemed to behave differently after a couple of weeks, but we couldn’t work out if we had just pushed something on the remote that had caused this, and whilst the lights are lighting up slightly differently, there is no fault or misunction with the overall product that we have seen.
Overall a much better experience than we have had in the past, (and the bad experience was not an amazon or product of this company).
I have to add that having been ripped off in the past by other companies to the tune of 300 quid!, i would advise everyone to do a ton of research before deciding on where to purchase a segway, but this time thankfully i would happily recommend this item.
Good hoverboard with good battery time
Gave the hoverboard to my 11yo son who absolutely loves it, he has dyspraxia so has poor balance but he got the hang of it very fast, I can’t say the same for myself, almost went flying. The quality of the hoverboard is very good, it’s quite heavy so you don’t want to be carrying it long distance but it does come with a shoulder bag.
The battery is long enough at about 35-40 mins, one thing to note though is it doesn’t come with overcharge protection so as soon as it’s charged unplug it and don’t leave it unattended. Another thing is it is very loud when turning it on, it’s a loud voice with a thick foreign accent saying “Bluetooth on” scared the hell out of me the first time I heard it but I think there may be a way to turn it down.
Overall it is great fun for kids and I feel the price is good, it works as intended but due to it lacking overcharge protection I’m knocking off a star.
Very impressive!
Bought this for my 9 year old. He is on it day and night. I am very impressed with the build quality – smooth, quiet and is pretty fast! It is quite a bit heavier than you think it’s going to be.
Excellent build quality and performance.
This thing is an ideal gift for children aged between 10 and 13/14, depending on their body build and balancing capabilities.
The battery charged relatively slow by today’s standards, but that’s not a huge negative and you will get between 40 and 60 minutes runtime depending on the the weight of the user and whether it’s continuous use Vs short bursts.
Balancing is something that will come with experience, so don’t rush into high speed and shap maneuvers too soon, take your time and you’ll be safe, and always wear a helmet and elbows and knees protection.
Priced reasonably too, excellent gift idea, would definitely recommend.
Best gift for kids
Securely packed and came fast. This hoverboard came with charger, storage bag and remote control. Easily connected to phone. After 3 hrs charging my son tried this. He is so happy to have this hoverboard. Need some practice to balance. Really amazing product. Excellent value for money.10/10

This is an amazing hoverboard! It also has lights on the side of the wheels which not only looks awesome but lights the way on the sides. Would use more battery though!

Works well
Got this hoverboard in the colour blue sky for my daughter who always wanted one like her friends. It has a cool blue design with stars. Looks very modern but I was worried it’s not going to be safe for her but it’s actually quite stable once mastered and paired with halmet and knees protection. It takes around 2 hours to fully charge and my daughter was able to use it continuously for 30 minutes before the battery died. Overall, a decent hoverboard in the middle price range and quality.

The “H4 All Terrain Hoverboard” from “iHoverboard” is a relatively basic hoverboard that’s nevertheless relatively well-made and durable.
The hoverboard comes with a 15-page instruction manual that is written in very bad broken English. In fact, a times the translation to English is so bad it becomes very difficult to follow. You can also see that they’ve pinched section from other instruction manuals, as at times it talks about a “smart drifting scooter” rather than a hoverboard.
Nevertheless, setting up the hoverboard for the first time is reasonably quick and simple. It does need charging with the included UK 3-Pin power cable. Charging takes around 2-3hrs for a full charge. Whilst charging a small LED light on the plug lights up red and when fully charged it charges to green. It should be noted, that leaving the hoverboard to charge for longer than necessary can damage the lithium battery.
Using the hoverboard is relatively self-explanatory. The aforementioned instruction manual does take you through how to operate the hoverboard, but it’s very much a trial-and-error kind of thing. Just start off slow, learning your balance, and then go from there. The footpads are quite sensitive, so it does take a little while to become accustomed to how much pressure you apply to go forwards, backwards or whatever.
The overall quality of the build is far better than expected. The hoverboard feels quite heavy and robust, with a strong protective exterior cover over it. The wheels are themselves made from a strong hard-plastic, rather than a rubber or inflatable tyre or similar. This however does again make them relatively hard-wearing.
By son and daughter have already spent many hours playing with the hoverboard. A full charge lasts for around 40-minutes, so a pretty good amount of time for playing on it.
All in all I’m reasonably impressed with the hoverboard. Just make sure you keep an eye on it whilst it’s charging. Recommended.
A stable, reliable board with a consistent motor at a reasonable price point. It's great fun!
The iHoverboard H4 all-terrain hoverboard is both well-made and stable in its function. The motor delivers consistent power and propels the board with relative ease even with my 15st frame on board. With Bluetooth speakers inbuilt and LED lighting, it’s a fun board though those features come at the cost of battery life and will drain the unit much faster in what is already a relatively small lithium battery of 2000mah.
In summary, it’s a quality board at a reasonable price point and I’m happy to recommend it.

I’ve been impressed with this hoverboard which is best used for children under 13 years old due to its size and battery life – making it perfect for short, sharp uses around the park or on a short walk.
The hoverboard itself seems well made with a hard robust plastic and is 6.5″ in diameter. The standing pads have a nonslip coating which is very helpful in maximising grip and helping keep from falling off when used. It also looks great in the blue colour. As an added bonus, its possible to pair the board with a mobile device via Bluetooth allowing you to stream / play music through the board itself, which while sounding great in principle can be a bit annoying and intrusive if not kept in check.
The board comes with a charger which quickly charges the board and provides around 40min of continuous use making it perfect for park visits and short walks. The wheels are also well made, turn with ease and seem robust when going over small kerbs and bumps.
All in all this board is great for younger children and will provide many hours of fun and entertainment, Recommended!

This hoverboard is the 6.5″ model it’s colour is blue with stars and is made from quality materials . There’s extra nonslip padding on the feet area to stop little feet from slipping off . The hoverboard pairs with Bluetooth ( use Google play or iOS )and you can play music through it , although I’m certain this isn’t a function my 7 year old grandson will be interested in .
It’s run time is roughly 40 minutes which is more than enough time for little ones .
As this is being gifted I’m giving a provisional 5 stars based on the build and initial impressions . I will update this review after it’s had a good few months of use .
Seems to be safe and funny
It does its job well, my 10yo son loves it. It has bright lights, funny colours. It does not let the user be too adventurous on it which is good in terms of safety. Good on the carpet and on the floor but the more space you have in your house the better. You need to be careful with the corners and edges of walls and furniture and make sure not to hit them forcefully because you may damage them.
Downsides: relatively short but not too short battery life, quite noisy sound when switched on.
