The sprocket is great.
There are things to be careful of I. E getting the right paper and ensuring the machine doesn’t get too hot as this effects the darkness of your photos.
If you are planning to sit and print hundreds of photos then I wouldnt recommend. But for the odd few every now and then you’ll get a great result from this product. Easy to use.
Everything that came with this is fab the photo are great for scrap booking cute and small the photo album you get with it is cute too and the little bag to put the sprocket in fits really well just the paper is a bit on the expensive side would love to do loads of scrapbooking pics but as the paper is expensive will have to keep it to a minimum

I absolutely love this and will continue to use it. However, I have to edit the photos in another APP and ensure that they have a large border around them as the printer loses the edges of every sheet it prints which is a shame and the only reason I’ve not given 5 stars.
This is so easy to use, load the paper and away you go, it’s perfect for photos for scrap books and journals. The picture quality is good but sometimes they are a bit dark although you can adjust the brightness. It’s a bonus having frames and other items which can be added to your pictures I love it.
Bought this for my daughter – easy to use, great quality pictures and fun. She has already started scrapbooking and loves it. Only downside is the actual paper is quite expensive for what it is.

When I bought this, I wasn’t expecting brilliant picture quality – I have been pleasantly surprised. I bought it so I could stick photos in my journal for the photography course I’m doing. It’s excellent for that purpose, and so much more besides. My fridge is now covered in photos! The photo printouts are great quality. The app is also really good, I’ve never seen such a wide selection of frames in any other photo app. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I absolutely love my HP Sprocket portable printer! The app is so much fun to use, with a variety of filters, borders, emojis, and drawings to customize my photos. I also appreciate the exclusive frames, filters, and stickers that are available. It’s super convenient to be able to print social media photos just by using hashtags. And the augmented reality feature is a nice added bonus. The sticky-backed paper that comes with the printer is a great touch, as the photos and stickers come out smudge-proof. This little photo printer is for those who want to recapture the magic of the Polaroid camera back in the day, but with a modern twist.
I like that it requires no ink, instead using the mystical powers of the photographic printing deities to produce your image on a 2×3 adhesive photo.
It’s easy to set up if you’re already used to Bluetooth devices (download the Sprocket app first).
The print quality is ok for the casual photo project, such as scrap booking or photo journaling, but it can look a little washed out or oversaturated compared to the image on your screen.
It fits neatly in your pocket, it’s no bigger than a smartphone just a little chunkier. You can easily put it in your bag or pocket for party nights or fun days out.
I love this little gizmo and I honestly use it every day for my journal, because who doesn’t want to know what you ate on a random Saturday afternoon in 2023 when you’re 80?!
The prints are fantastic and great to use to make invites and personalised items, the stickers also make them really fun to use.
The fact there is no ink in the printer and all is with the zinc paper is amazing but also why not a 5 star item a great gift for my daughter and the 2×3 inch is a great item for her to capture images of her friends.
Bought as a christmas prezzie for my daughter aged 11. She LOvES it and uses it all the time. Only problem is the stickers are expensive working out about 50p per print. But it’s good fun, the print is ok and the app is easy to use.

The backing is easliy removed. Photos are easliy removed/ straightened from backs of phones ect without tearing.
Takes a matter of minutes to sync with a phone, and rename it.
My daughter really loves it.
The only sad bit is the 30pack of smaller sticker photos are no longer available to purchase, has my daughter would have more use for that size.

Set up is easy download app and connect via bluetooth its really that simple, with the app you can add few things to picture in editing if you want. The beauty of this is no in its all with the paper that is sold separately which we brought a pack of 50 as you use whats provided in starter pack playing with it.
Over all well made good battery life is good and the whole thing can be recharged added bonus.

It’s always a worry when you buy something like this that has been returned. How long has the paper been in the printer, what will it look like, will it be damaged. But on arrival, I could find no damage and when I set it up it worked first time and without any issues. Even with the paper that was in it. The picture quality was a bit darker than the picture on the phone, but the sharpness was excellent. It’s for a present and I’m sure it will be well worked over the next few weeks, months and years. Great buy.
Dont buy “paper bundle pack” as papers it comes with are incorrect size the right size you need is 2 x 3 NOT 2.3 x 3.4! Came with papers that don’t fit, betterto just buy them seperatley. Other than that it works great and I love it!

We love our HP Sprocket! My kids use it to print out pics for their journals and they have so much fun editing them and printing them out. I love it too, and have used them for spruce up cards, make signs and decorations! We will take this on all our trips for our travel journals!

It was so easy to setup with my iPhone. I can easily print from anywhere any picture. The quality is great as well. I was so surprised to see that the pictures are not blurry at all. I really love this product, it’s just a shame that it doesn’t like taking the same type and size of paper from other manufacturers. I’m sure they put something in the code on the blue card to mess it up! Works a dream with HP paper though.

Photos come out with a pink tinge. For the price I expected better but for what I need – it will do. Easy to use. 10 prints only with the printer so buy extra.

Very easy to use once you have set it up which doesn’t take long, basically just have to get the app and link your phone through Bluetooth from what I can remember. The actual printer is about the size of a phone if not a bit smaller in length than most phones nowadays, it is a bit thicker but you could still easily carry it around with you or in your bag. I also really like the pattern and design of it and it’s cool that you can customize the colour of the light.
The App, I personally have never had a problem with and think it’s quite good. Once it’s set up, it basically links to your phones gallery or camera roll and you can print photos through that, or you can helpfully link it to your Instagram or Facebook if you wanted to print anything you have posted on there. There is also a decent amount of editing you can do of the pictures on the app, such as putting filters, titles, borders or even stickers on top of your photo’s. And as I mentioned before, you can even customize a few things on the body of your sprocket like the light. Additionally, there is also a link on the app to where you can buy more paper which is helpful, but seeing as I’m in the UK I just use Amazon.
Not an expert in making prints but they seem pretty good quality to me. The downside is they are a little small, around 75mm in height by 50mm in width, which compared to my phone (Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus) is about half the height and a bit less wide. However, they do have their plus’s in that you can peel off the back which is really good for sticking to things you want to decorate, good size to go in your wallet, or I give them to people as little gifts for making memories.
The printer paper is a little expensive, but to be honest, you can’t really get away from spending a lot if you want to make prints, plus for me, I didn’t want to go through the process of getting them developed so being able to take the picture and then print it instantly is a big plus. Also, it could have changed, but from when I was looking in May 2021 this was one of the portable printers which had the cheapest paper to buy more of, which you will inevitably need to especially if you use it a lot.
Tips:
– Would definitely recommend buying more paper when you first get it, as you will probably use the ones it comes with just testing it out when you first get it, I bought a 20 pack as I saw another review that suggested I do the same, but just about to commit and buy a 50!
– Just from my experience if you are printing a picture that is of something at night, or in a dark room I would overexpose it a little (raise the brightness), as these types of prints do come up a little darker than your phone screen.

This is not about print quality or stuff like that. It’s a small and portable photo printer, super convenient and with really no hassles. It’s fun and can print something to stick it somewhere… Great for memories
Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I’ve wanted to get one of these for a while now, and I’m certainly glad to be able to print off photos easily and quickly at school. These are perfect for around the room and for gifts, although the print quality will act up and come up too red every so often but it’s not such a big deal. Overall recommend!

It literally took just a couple minutes to get this up and printing pictures from my phone. These are a nice size to fit in wallets and kids love the sticker ability. It's compact enough to fit in my purse and holds a charge for a while. We had fun making keepsake photos the first day!

I love the ease of use! Easy to set up. Light weight and great prints. The picture quality is pretty dang good. After going over 5 different brands of mini printers, I decided on this one and I’m so glad I did. Great price and the refills are affordable. Definitely glad I didn’t let the negative reviews sway my decision.

I would have preferred to buy the Kodak retro printer, because it’s cute. But it jammed after using only one packet of film. This one makes only one pass compared to the Kodak’s 4, but it was perfect. Picture quality is as good as my HP at home. It tucks into my backpack and us perfect for travel journaling.

I bought this HP sprocket printer as I like to scrapbook memories from my childhood and I wanted a small printer to print off small photos.
When the box arrived inside is a pocket size hp printer, a usb cable and 1 x10 pack of printer paper. The first I did was charge up the printer, yes its rechargeable. I then downloaded the hp sprocket app which you need to print off photos. To insert the printer paper just gently pull off the top cover. The paper comes with a blue card this must be put into the printer first and face down, this a print test card and then the paper on top and close the top. Once the printer is charged go into the app and choose which pic you want to print and press print. Now there is no ink cartridges, this works on zink technology. The photo comes out in about 15 seconds and the back of the photo peels off so you can stick it in a book if you want.
The picture quality is not as bright as it is on your phone but they are ok.
My one bit of advice is to stock up on printer paper, I have found it difficult to buy this paper in shops, the only place I can buy this paper is from amazon. so buy extra.

easy to use, prints quickly with good results. Given the price per print I think the Zink paper could give better colours, often skin tones are too warm but other than that, I’m more than impressed.

I used my poloriod zink paper to print out the photos and even though the quality wasn’t great (because of the other brand type of paper) the printer still made it work. And the pictures still came out good. But I would recommend using the HP paper if you want a clear photo.

Bellissima, la qualit naturalmente non pari alle classiche foto, ma sono comunque bellissime per arricchire gli scrapbook. L’applicazione un po’ lenta Ad aprire le foto ma funziona bene. La stampante inoltre molto facile da associare con il telefono.

This bundle is really cute. I am using it to put pictures in a baby book and it is so easy to just print out a small pic and paste it into the baby book. Picture quality is ok for it being a pocket printer.

Bought this printer for my son’s baby book. The picture slots in the book are small and this printer prints the picture on a perfect size and super easy to stick them to any paper. The app works great.

Great product. Got it as a gift but were supplied with the wrong print cards. Disappointed as the birthday girl had to wait a week whilst we bought paper off another supplier. The printer itself is brilliant once we started to use.
I like that it’s small and portable (fits in my purse) with an easy set-up. You can also crop the original picture, apply filters add borders (good selection to chose from), stickers, and you can type a message on them. I noticed that if the picture is too “closed up” or “zoomed in” it won’t automatically adjust the size to fit the 2X3 photo paper so it will cut off a persons’s head or legs depending on the area that is zoomed. I didn’t see an option to print multiple pictures at once but again I just received the product so I’m still learning. Also, after choosing to print 4 copies of the same picture it became warm and gave me a code message that required I wait until it cooled off. Overall it has good picture quality and meets my purpose for “quick print”— “at the moment” pic to share with my friends and family!

Cons are that the pictures are zinc paper, which are known to fade over time fairly quickly. So if you’re looking for something to keep forever, this isn’t necessarily it.

What a fantastic little printer! Easy to use and fabulous for producing quick, lovely colour photos for my journalling practice. The photos are not as crisps and clear and you would get from professional printing booths but I never expected them to be. For me they are perfect for my needs and I have loved the results. After one use my pictures started to print with lines across the paper. I carried the printer by a Technician and it still prints faulty. I have to clean the print roller after every print but it still doesn't work at times.

This is a cute compact printer. Don’t expect amazing quality, as it’s more of a novelty and less of a real printer. The sticky photo paper is amazing and the printer itself is incredibly simple to use. Make sure you’re photos are very bright, as they print a bit dark.

I wasn't sure to get this printer or another one. I'm glad I purchased this one. The photos turn out perfect and it's very straight forward. Perfect size for scrapbooking beginners

Love the sticker photo aspect, and being able to take multiple shots on your phone to get the perfect photo instead of a single-take polaroid. I've used this for multiple projects and gifts now! Really convenient and less expensive than a polaroid camera/film too. The quality of the photo comes out the slightest bit grainy and lighter than the actual photo but nothing that actually distorts the photos. Also the photos are NOT WATERPROOF. Water resistant, maybe, but don't try to use the stickers on waterbottles like I have.

Probably the best purchase I made this year! I use it for journaling and making cards. It’s very easy to use and the instructions are clear but if you need more thorough instructions there is a lot of people online who posted tutorials about this HP sprocket.
It’s prints very quick and the quality is good for an instant printer. I said this in another review about the paper it comes with: it’s an instant printer and you people need to chill about your expectation with the quality of color in the photo. Even if the color is not as vibrant than in real life, it still works and it still is a good photo. SHEESHHHHHH

I bought this printer to make little prints to put in my travel journal. It's pretty easy to use and the paper is not that expensive when bought in bulk. The print quality is better than I expected and the paper has adhesive on the back which makes it easy to put into my journal. The app that you use to connect your phone to the printer works fine. Great little printer.

As a handheld portable printer, it meets my expectation totally. Easy to understand and use, convenient, handy, and printing speed is acceptable with OK print quality. I just have fun with it.

Best thing i have ever used! You kind of have to charge it as you use it, just because it drains the battery to print but thats legit not even a problem cause you have all your photos in your phone ready to go once youre all plugged in.

Very good for scrapbooking or journaling use! I think the quality of the picture is pretty good for what I wanted to use it as! The device itself is very aesthetically pleasing and the app is fun to use!

Love it so much! I was using the instax printer but the photos were way to hard to add into my journal. Decided to give this a go, haven’t looked back at my instax printer since. The sticker paper and the ease of adding the photos anywhere is a total game changer! I even started using it in my anatomy notes to add diagrams and labels. Works amazing!

Great for on-the-go fun! The print quality is good, but it could be better. It's very easy to pair to the app. It's easy to reload the paper and setup a picture for printing. Overall, I definitely recommend this product!

Love this little photo printer. Was a gift for my daughter and it’s awesome. The only thing she had to complain about was the black coming out discolored in the printed photo. We figured out how to adjust the black point in the photo before printing so it comes out darker in the print. Learning curve but still well worth it.

Great little printer for on the go. I cant wait to use it while I travel. It'll be great for my journals when I'm not at home like at a coffee shop or library! It's quick and very simple to use! I'd suggest it to anyone!

People make the quality out to be terrible but they expected it to look like it came from a fully equipped top of the line printer. To print memories out on 2x3 inch’s of photo paper that has a sticky back too is amazing! It’s a great buy and great gift!

The colors don't come out as vibrant as I'd like, and although I absolutely love the idea of sticker photos, I'd hoped the stickers would stick better on a wooden craft surface when making ornaments for the students in my class. Still, they stuck well to paper, and my sprocket is a useful and fun product overall.

I used this to print out some of my favorite pictures—most of which are illustrations—to put on a folder and they turned out great!! Actual camera photos were kinda grainy and the color varied (depending on the color dynamic) but were good enough for how much it cost. If you want to print out stickers to slap somewhere for personal enjoyment, I’d go for it.

I had been looking for a way to add small pictures to my journal and this little printer is perfect. The charge lasts a long time and re-charges very quickly. I only gave print quality a 4 star because sometimes the color is a bit washed out looking, but only a bit. Great product and would highly recommend.

The new design I’m not crazy over but I bought this for the AR quality in the app and the “higher print quality”. It’s all as advertised except the print quality is not great.
The color is off (but I half expected this), some photos come out with blue streaks (even the high quality images), and the White’s are way bright in most of my images.
I can over look the white’s and off color however the blue streaks are not cool.
And especially as a photographer who prints on the normal I’m not blown away by these prints.
They get my journaling job done and that’s the reason I love it. But the print quality is sub par.

Easy to use, good quality, very nice interface and app to edit fun pictures. However, the printing (colors) is truly disappointing. Modern technologies should provide way better contrasts. Good for fun, parties. Not to create important memories pics.

Bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. She loved it and the photo quality is surprisingly good. Considering it’s a portable little thing with no ink, I was quite impressed. Don’t expect the quality from developed photos and it’ll be great for anyone.
I watched many reviews before purchasing. The price was very reasonable. I’m having so much fun with it. The app is super easy to use, the photos are pretty good just make sure you edit and filter your photos on your phone edit before you print them so they come out the brightest possible. No mini printer is perfect but I’m really happy with this and have encouraged friends to grab one. I love the cute things that come in the app to add to your photos like text, themes and more. The overall quality feels great in your hands and it prints quietly and fairly quickly. This would make a great gift for teens or crafters, the sticker photo paper is so much fun!
I've had this less than 24 hours and I've already printed 50 or so stickers. I aDORE THIS LITTLE GADGET. Colors are a bit faded, but I don't mind. It's nothing terrible. It's very easy to set up and pair with your phone as well.
