I purchased a laser level priced around 80bfor my basic needs. It was brilliant, high powered and bright, had an excellent magnet, the product was brilliant and the customer service was exceptional and I was a very happy customer.

So 5 stars for a purchase. I cannot remember how long I had it and I am sure I was on the limits if not over a warranty. It suddenly stopped working. I contacted the seller to explain and find out “if” I were covered or could it be repaired? Within an instant I was emailed asking for some proof of purchase and a picture and a video of the problem which I completed.

Again within days I was informed I would be sent another and it came within days, brand new.

The service is a little like Tesco where it’s a no hassle exchange which really invests consumer confidence so I would go back to this seller and brand and also try other products.

Seriously well done to the team – it could have been a no or a long drawn out affair. I appreciate the excellent customer service.

good product the charger is very helpful carries quite well compact accurate good value for price and what it does could be easier for attaching but all in all happy

Had a new bathroom extension built.
But to keep my costs down I plaster boarded the internal walls and ceiling then tile the walls and floor myself.

This device along with a good spirit-level was an absolute necessarily to maintain square walls/ceiling then level my tiles.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLove this level! Have used it for many different applications. Would be the perfect level if you could move the lasers without touching the unit but maybe that’s asking a bit much.

Visibility is great but be aware that in bright sunshine it’s not going to be much use – I believe this is a limitation on all of these type of units though…

Product is very good, compared to other brands you get a lot even though the supplier website is cheaper to buy from.

Having said that the price does not take anything away from the product.

For the money this is a good laser level. Might not be like the professional laser at 300-400 but for the likes of myself who is a competent diy’er this is excellent value for money.

Don’t forget to turn off otherwise will drink your batteries.

Get a cheap Amazon camera stand to enable setup at different heights, where you cannot use the magnetic mount.

The brightness is good, the self levelling is just as good as more expensive ones.

    Well worth it.

Fantastic tool! Really bright and some to set up! Compared with other big brands there was little/no difference so perfect for DIYers like me.

Only suggestion would be to make sure you get the tripod with it too. I thought I could do without but it was a real pain in the chuff and had to beer l borrow next doors camera tripod.
However, if you’ve already got a tripod y be fine as the thread in the bottom of the level I the correct size.

    Great tool!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought a DeWalt two line laser level (DW088K) which can project one horizontal and one vertical line but soon realised that I needed two vertical lines (at 90) to accurately set out some projects.

I’d never heard of Huepar, and originally wasn’t going to buy this model but my original preference wasn’t available next day. However, serendipity saved the day and I’m very pleased to have bought this model – the 4 line functionality will be put to good use, and being able to change modes (including lasers on/off) via the remote control is very useful.

The single rechargeable battery lasts for hours, the pole/tripod mounting bracket has micro adjustment, and the whole thing feels well made.

    Superb value for money.

Excellent level, accurate, easy to use, very portable and has a protective case. My son, who is a builder has a more expensive laser level and he was very impressed with this level. It has horizontal and vertical lines only.
I am very pleased with this level, the lines were easily visible in bright sun light on a job I did a couple of days ago.
    Great product for the price

This gives nice clear lines – like all lasers it isn’t great for outside use on a sunny day – but for inside work it is perfect. I have tiled two rooms with it so far and I’m still on the original batteries. One thing to note – it won’t turn off unless you have locked the laser – so it avoids damage when throwing it into a tool bag unlocked after finishing the job.
The 110 degree beam width has really helped on a couple of occasions whilst fitting a bathroom.

Accuracy was good and has proved to be more usable than more expensive rivals.

This is so easy to use, has a self-leveling function and a very bright green vertical and horizontal laser that stays accurate over a long distance. The laser flashes if it is tilted to indicate it is out of the self-levelling range to ensure you adjust it and confirm the accuracy. So much more accurate and easier to use than a spirit level!
It charges quickly via USB so no need to rely on batteries and has a strong magnetic bracket which is useful, it can also be attached to a tripod.
I have used it for leveling picture frames, lining up rows of ceiling spotlights and to install sockets at either end of a room so they are the same level.
Compared to other products and the reviews I looked at, this is pretty good value for money too.

Love this green line laser level, I’ve had two previous red laser levels, this is much easier to see especially in brightly lit conditions. Comes complete with soft case, green laser target, a revolving base and even a set of batteries ready to go straight out of the box. I’ve only had this a few weeks now, it’s easy to use, easy to see and just as accurate as my red laser level (I’ve compared both), the longer laser lines mean less moving it about and even the plumb bob feature (which I didn’t think I’d Use) came in handy on the first job feeding a cable through the floors in a four storey house, great job. Great tool at a fair price, I was apprehensive about not going for the usual big brand name of my red laser level, but this one isn’t just as good as, it’s much better!

The laser level arrived quickly, it was well packaged, and I am very pleased with its performance.
I charged it immediately, as instructed, and it was ready to use very quickly. The two green lines are very clear, and I was keen to try it as I fitted a curtain track. Fixed to a camera tripod I was able to set the centre point and the horizontal line for the screw holes, but with the light directed upwards, the horizontal line changes as the tripod is swivelled. It can’t be used like a camera,! and it took a while to get the tripod in exactly the right position – but that is not the fault of the laser level.

I was a little skeptical due to being a budget version and you normally get what you pay for. I also use the Dewalt DWK088 and this is pretty much on par. Laser is not as bright as the dewalt so not as great for outdoors, but for 100 difference its more than acceptable. Magnetic clip is very very strong.

This will make levelling off the slabs to support my new deck much easier. The image shows the laser clearly visible at a distance of 5 meters outside on a cloudy day. By locating in the centre of the deck I can point it in both directions, covering a span of at least 10m (5 in each direction) and could probably a further if I needed.

Having a built in rechargeable battery is a bonus meaning I don’t have to worry about replacing batteries.

Super devise and I can see this getting a lot of use.

The accuracy of the device is at a professional level. Its easy to use and has locking function to stop the pendulum from being damaged in transit. It comes with the changer wire included. It has a battery indicator at the top for ease of use. The mount that comes with the lasel level has a rubber magnetic pad on the back which is great for not scratching the substrate. The mount also has a large diameter hole for hanging on drywall/solid walls.
Excellent peice of kit and at a very reasonable price. Rechargeable is the way forward

This is our second laser level from Huepar, easy to use and accurate. Best feature on this latest one is the usb charger. I bought with the small leveling tripod, excelent quality. The green laser is very clear, more so if you reduce the lighting levels inside.
We use these for kitchen fitting, wall and floor tileing and electrical socket leveling.

Use it straight off the box, very simple to work it, ideal from home DIY, and some to the accessories supplied with it are very practical, especially the angle magnetic support which does stick to any wall / window opening , where you have metal frame corners, thanks to its powerful magnet. However one set in position, it is also very easy to dislodge off the wall and drop it on the floor if you knock it.
Good green horizontal and vertical laser lines , making the job easy .
Also make you release that your rooms or building as they are build are not that square, after all.!!

Seems very accurate. good strong clear laser line, rechargable so no need to find batteries ! strong magnets on bracket so I use a couple of large washers and screws to mount it to wall , or could use any metal plate thats screwable. lots of options for mounting . used it a lot at work ,im happy with it , saves holding a long level when your on top of steps with lots of tools !

This is a great unit for the money, for a DIY’er like myself. The USB charging is very handy and the green laser lines work well, both outdoors and indoors. Sadly, my unit developed a fault after a couple of months, where the lines stopped flashing if the unit was tilted beyond its acceptable threshold, when in unlocked mode. This made it impossible to tell whether you had a true vertical/horizontal in unlocked mode. This is why I have given the value for money only 4 stars. Unfortunately, there is no rating provided for the service I received, after I reported the fault to the supplier, which I would happily give 5+ stars! They asked me to provide video evidence of the fault, which I did. After a couple of emails back and forth, the supplier volunteered to send me a direct replacement, free of charge, which turned up from China within about three days! Given the time and language differences, the supplier acted extremely promptly, in a very friendly, helpful, professional and courteous way. This is how customer service should be done!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAfter arriving early , big thumbs up , I put the level on charge for a few hours . When charged I’ve done a test run on a picture in the toilet . Turned the laser on and was blinded with how bright the laser is , very easy to see and very easy to use . I was a bit concerned with buying a cheaper laser after looking into a lot of other products , can safely say there is no concern here any more , can highly recommended this to anyone a good for money . The picture doesn’t do it justice .

A compact and versatile green laser at a great price point! I looked into various options and based on my budget narrowed down to either a red cross-line from one of the major brands or a green cross-line from a challenger brand. My primary concern was the whether the build quality and longevity of the device. I am glad none of these concerns materialised as the build quality of this laser is superb and the green line is significantly more visible. To all having battery issues, I’d recommend pairing this with a set of good quality Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries – IKEA Ladda work well. These batteries are designed to run high power appliances for longer and of course help save money in the long run!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought the Huepar green, self-levelling laser 5011G because I initially wanted to concrete a south facing, exterior, concrete terrace, 9 metres long by 4 metres wide.

I also chose the USB rechargeable model, because I didn’t want to mess about with external rechargeable batteries.

This Huepar level also offers the pulse option if I ever needed a pulse receiver for outdoor work.

My first impressions of the unit were favourable. It comes with a protective case, which houses everything and it all felt solid and looked well made.

The magnets on the supplied mounting bracket are wickedly strong, so there is no fear of the level falling off or moving out of alignment once attached to, say, a metal column or a radiator.

The controls are simple to follow and consist of the long or short activation sequences of the on/off button that I’ve encountered on other items such as miniature cameras.

The first test inside gave a strong, green light that easily covered 12 metres, gave bright, visible lines in normal interior daylight conditions and was accurate.

During the day, even when used in the shade the green crosshairs were only visible at 4 metres although that was in mid-July when the days were exceptionally bright.

So, outside, I had to use the level at 6.30 in the morning to be able to see further, no big deal as we were on early starts anyway due to the heat.

At this time of day before the sun was completely up, the green lines were easily visible at 9 metres, which was what I’d initially bought the level to do.

I think I’d probably want to use the pulse receiver for levelling, say, between buildings but, as it’s virtually the same price as the level itself, maybe I’ll just stick to the early mornings instead.

The photos taken in the evening showing a neighbours roof, about 14 metres away and they look a bit darker than it actually was at the time.

I highly recommend the Huepar 5011G for indoor work and for outside measurements as well, certainly if you can do your levelling and marking at the very beginning of the day or early evening.

    Works very well.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAfter being appalled at the excessively high prices for laser levels from the usual premium manufacturers such as Bosch, Dewalt and Makita I decided to look at more sensibly priced alternatives. Huepar appear to have gained a reputation for quality in this area so I took the risk and purchased one.

I’m very glad I did; this product is simple to use, extremely bright and clear (even outside) due to its use of a quality green laser (as opposed to the inferior red lasers used even by some of the premium manufacturers). It feels solid, good quality and has some clever features such as not being able to power off unless the self levelling carriage is locked and protected, which means you never forget to do it. It also flashes to let you know when its out of self levelling tilt range which I found particularly useful.

So far I have left it switched on for an entire afternoon whilst I lined up and installed some ceiling lights and the battery was still working perfectly at the end of it.

    Updated review…

Original item was defective – it did not hold a charge and the on/off button did not work. Huepar reached out to me and to their credit sent a replacement item. The replacement works and I’ve changed my rating from 1 to 4 star. This is a green laser so easier to see than red, although on a bright sunny day outside you will still struggle with most lasers. If its overcast or late in the day it is usable outside. Inside its fine. The self levelling works – I compared it with two spirit levels although it can only compensate for a certain amount of tilt, e.g. 5 degrees or so. It will flash the laser if it cannot self correct. To turn it off you must push the switch to put it back into static/non-self correct mode. It charged fine over USB-C (I used a normal wall charger for my phone) and I’ve used it for a few hours for several days on one charge. For the money, it is a good little laser after my initial hiccup. Kudos to Huepar for reaching out. I will be looking for a 360 degree one next – got a lot of boarding to do inside…

Really impressed. I bought this for my kitchen & bathroom spotlights & kitchen sockets. Only arrived friday and my jobs are already done. Saved so much time, bye bye string line. The visibility in my kitchen even with all 12 current spotlights on full was more than enough to see clearly and distinctly, I bought the amazon basics 50inch tripod and it works great with that. If I was to be really really picky, but this is just me as a tradesman, a hard case would be better for me due to transporting it around with other tools I feel I may damage it. But like I say, that is just me, I really cannot fault this bit of kit for the money, perfect if you havent got to span great distances.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI bought this to help me get everything straight when building a couple of walls in my front drive. I’m not a brickie but I’ve done enough building and house renovating over the years to feel comfortable making a reasonable job of it if taking my time and as such like to make sure that my lines are set up properly. I’m not that good that I can compensate for a rubbish setup.

So I bought this to help. And it does.

Simple to site on it’s supplied legs or magnetic holder you can guarantee a proper straight level for any job you need to do. I had in stock an old tripod off a cheapo laser sight from a billion years ago and the threaded bottom was a perfect match for the 1/4″ thread. It also comes with the same thread as fitted to a camera bottom which I believe is 1/8″ Whitworth.

You basically unlock the gymbal using the slide switch at the side and then turn it on. This lock also doubles up as a power off to make sure you don’t leave it on when storing it and prevents the swinging laser from getting knocked about in transit.

Once on you get a horizontal green line and a vertical one which as long as you are within the pendulum range of the suspended light will perfectly self level.

Once you have those lines you can work up or down to suit your requirement with guaranteed accuracy and no sag which, you do get with a long string.

Now, like other lasers of this type the fact is that in bright daylight you do struggle to see the line. Unless the laser is amped up to military levels – and walking in front of it might end your DIY job there and then – you have to try and compensate for this.

To help, included within the kit is a green plastic gauge which you put on the expected line and in theory the green laser line will show up better. In practice in daylight this does not show up all that well. Instead what I did find better was a shiny bit of metal. Maybe a mirror would work even better. This allowed me to see the green light quite well and then mark out the brick line.

Better still pre-prep your job when the sun is a bit lower or in the evening when the laser light is very easy to see.

Overall, I’m very pleased with this because it does just what I want. It gives me a good level to work from.

    Perfect Level Every Time

Haven’t used it at work yet just messed about with it but it looks and feels good. Positives are the green beams are very effective even in lit up area’s, it has a plumb spotter as well as the vertical and horizontal lines, you get a wall and a floor bracket and both of them have holes in to allow the plumb spotter to be seen, it has a gyro lock.
Negatives. Horizontal and vertical laser lines are always on together it doesn’t let you have one or the other on so its gonna be a bit of a drain on the batteries, the magnetic wall bracket is a bit flimsy.
Dont be put off because its a great bit of kit for half the price of well known brands of palm laser.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersThe main reason for me buying this product is based on price being well over a third of the price of the next name brand. I am a professional builder and have used this inside and out at first I was disappointed to the point I was going to return it based on the fact that I mainly wanted to use it out side and the first day I had it it was bright sun shine and at a distance of less than three meeter I could barely see the line so I thought that’s no good for me send it back but in the time it took me to sort out labels and packing I though I’d give it another chance and tried it inside and to be fair it’s very good the green line dose stand out much clearer and sharper than a red one and at distances over 20 m is still very visable I also purchased the green glasses that go with this product and they do defiantly make the line clearer so it got me thinking maybe I can use this outside so I made a marking stick out of some wood and wrapped it in tape one side hi vis type reflector tape and the other white tape and to my amazement with the glasses on and white tape on an average day you can get a good 10 m outside and even if it’s bright you just need to cast a shadow over the target area and you can still see it . So over all I think for the price it’s a great bit of kit it feels very solid and I have checked it against the leading brands and it is level so if you need a laser level for any reason give this one a go some people have commented on the fact it’s awkward to operate it’s really not you unlock it and it turns on you lock it and press the off button to turn it off it’s not rocket surgery.
I have been using this for a good three to four hours and no signs of the battery dieing yet it comes with a handy target a base with feet and a magnet attachment and it’s a cool green colour different from the standard red ones so in summery I am very pleased with it and may even buy the next model up to get a greater distance with a receiver hope this helps
