Easy install
I recently purchased this thermal printer for my Mac, and I must say, the installation and setup process were a breeze. Within just 15 minutes, I had the printer up and running, ready to tackle my printing needs.
One of the standout features of this printer is its versatility. The printer dialog allows users to easily customize the dimensions of thermal paper, making it suitable for various tasks. In my case, setting it to 4X6 inches was a snap. Additionally, the option to choose between print quality and speed, as well as adjust density, provides a level of control that caters to different printing preferences.
As someone using the printer primarily for shipping labels, achieving maximum blackness is crucial for readability. The printer’s density setting, with options like “15,” allows users to tailor the print output to their specific requirements.
While the printer itself delivers on performance, I did encounter a minor inconvenience with its design. The placement of the power cable and USB ports creates a challenge when it comes to accommodating the label packet. Unfortunately, the label packet has to rest on these areas, which may not be ideal for some users. Personally, I plan to purchase a stand for my label packet to address this issue.

Super imprimante, pour le petit prix elle fait le travail pour mon entreprise artisanale. J’ai un peu galerer la faire fonctionner car je n’avais pas bien mis le rouleau d’tiquettes et j’avais bidouiller les rglages. Instructions en anglais assez facile avec vido sur le site. 4 toiles car l’application pc pour la creation d’tiquettes n’est pas facile prendre en main.

vraiment parfait quand vous envoyez de nombreuses commandes , rapide facile a faire fonctionner et normment d conomie sur l encre et le papier, pour les professionnels et les particuliers qui font beaucoup d envois le prix de la machine est vite rentabilise

I absolutely love this label printer. Easy to install with the laptop and computer. I have worked out easily how to design the labels and set to print 15… done perfectly in literally a few seconds! This is fantastic for my business needs especially business and postage labels and will definitely buy again once I’ve truly worn it out and 100% recommend to anyone needing to print labels. My daughter wanted some with her name so we did them too.

Je n’ai pas encore eu l’occasion d’utiliser cette imprimante d’tiquettes, mais je peux vous donner mes impressions jusqu’ prsent. Les caractristiques de l’imprimante sont impressionnantes, avec une impression thermique directe de haute qualit et une connectivit USB directe. Elle est galement capable d’imprimer des tiquettes de 4×6 pouces, ce qui est parfait pour les besoins d’tiquetage de la plupart des entreprises.
Cependant, je ne peux pas encore valuer la qualit de l’impression ou la facilit d’utilisation de cette imprimante. Je suis impatiente de l’essayer et de voir comment elle fonctionne. Dans l’ensemble, je suis optimiste quant ses performances et je pense qu’elle sera un excellent ajout mon entreprise.
Good printe
Got this for my Etsy store to print Royal Mail labels and it makes it so much easier than having to go to the post office every time I’m sending orders off. Easy to set up and install and the colour is really cute. Print quality could be a little bit better but for postage labels this deffo does the job.
Printer very easy to use
Hi, the printer is very easy to use, software installation very quick. There is only one problem I got – maybe i’m Doing something wrong. Why the pictures are not printed completely, as shown in the photo? I created a label in Canva, tried to save it as Both png and PDF, but they are both printed the same. Could you please let me know if there’s something else I should know? Thanks
Facilità e velocità
Nonostante sia necessario seguire le istruzioni per la prima installazione, la stampante facile da utilizzare. In dotazione viene fornita anche una decina di etichette del formato da spedizione utilizzate da UPS su cui si possono fare le prime prove di stampa.
Per un risultato ottimale necessario utilizzare un lettore di pdf tipo Adobe Acrobat su cui ritagliare l’immagine da stampare, da lettori online il procedimento di stampa un po’ pi complesso.
Una volta imparato come utilizzare la stampante, il processo davvero rapido e la stampa non richiede pi di un paio di secondi.
Oltre ad etichette singole, si possono utilizzare comodamente rotoli di etichette che, con il taglierino presente sulla porta di uscita della stampante possibile dividere come fosse uno scontrino.
Visto il prezzo decisamente economico rispetto ad alcune concorrenti, ritengo che il prodotto sia molto valido e la qualit di stampa ottima. Personalmente ad ora l’ho utilizzata solamente per stampare etichette di spedizione ed successo soltanto un paio di volte che l’etichetta venisse stampata con qualche puntino bianco sul codice a barre, che per al momento della scannerizzazione non ha dato alcun problema.

I failed with another thermal printer and returned it.
The I ordered this product to test first, since the price was cheaper compared to another printer I’ve tried earlier. But printing quality is really clear and the speed is also fast.
Only one little thing I disapponted is that additional labels and paper holder are not included.
I can recommend this to any small business owner. You won’t regret with this.

Excellent but not bluetooth
This label printer is great is small and compact only downside is its not the Bluetooth version so that’s why it’s the cheaper price which nowadays you wud expect this to be a standard. Easy to use and set up and great that it comes with the label paper stand that saves you having to buy one. Prints quick which helps my business. X

Easy to use - fantastic compact label printe
I regularly have to print postage labels which, up to now, had meant printing them out on an A4 piece of paper, cutting them out and then taping them on to the parcel (which always worries me that they’re going to tear or get damp and fall off).
Not any more – this super-compact little label printer prints off far better quality labels than I’ve been able to print with my rather ancient inkjet printer and they’re lovely and sticky. This gives a far more professional look to the parcels that I’m sending. The printer was very easy to get set up – it probably took 5-10 mins – and there is a lot of help available if you get a bit stuck. I was able to print out labels from the Royal Mail website in a jiffy and saves me lots of paper.
I’m now having a bit of a play with printing out barcode labels for items that I have to store and keep track of. This label printer seems really versatile and will be valuable addition to my office.
Printer came well packed and secured. I sell most of my stuff online . Stuff I don’t use or wear anymore, without a printer it became difficult as I normally have to go to a internet shop to get labels print out, and most retail places now when you order online they are doing paperless so you have to print your own label at home. Now this as become a life saver and very convenient. I like this product so much because when you want to take samething back to the shop that you have order you can. They would send you a bar code and this product will print it for you. It take the time of you writing it so you don’t have to make mistakes, it is all stick on.
I normally use a zebra gk420d, its the recommended one from royal mail to use with their buissness services. Cost a lot more than this.
Functionality wise there isn’t a lot in it. This does everything that does in a much smaller size. Whilst both boast a really quick printing speed. In reality, nearly all of the companies ask you to turn it to the lowest speed to ensure that the quality of the print is as good as it can get.
The one downside to having such a small form factor is that there is nowhere for the labels to be held. you just stick them out of the back of the printer.
If you are a buissness user your will get free rolls of papers from the portal, they wont work with this.
But if your going to be buying labels, you cant really go wrong with this.
Nice printer for smaller scale users
This is a smart looking and solid-feeling printer which does the job well. Aimed at small-scale users really, for whom inkjet printing on A4 and cutting up labels with scissors is too much of a kerfuffle, but don’t quite need high end stuff for very heavy use.
Setup is quite simple, though on a Mac you need to ok the dire security warnings about unknown publishers. If this was a leading brand name I wouldn’t have any qualms, and indeed would probably be verified anyway.
Once on this spits out labels ok. There are some fiddly settings for some programs and label sizes, but the instructions (supplied on paper, not some website) are quite comprehensive and there are also links to online support and video.
Definitely a step up from paper inkjet printing, the thermal paper is resistant to splashes and you get a pack of labels supplied which is enough to get you going. They are easy to source more for replacement.

does the job
I got this for printing postage labels to go on eBay orders and Etsy orders. In the case of eBay postage labels it’s not the most elegant solution as it requires cut and paste rather than direct print. The other issue was it working on the MacBook Pro. After initial instal and test print it wouldn’t print. Even after restarting the MacBook and printer. I ended up moving the usb lead to the right hand bank of usb connections on the pro before it would work again.
Printer wise quality and speed are really good I found and you can run labels off At speed
Fairly compact in size, this is great for a small desk / packaging station. Was easy to setup and can be used through windows or mac (with adapter). Can take rolls on a separate feeder unit or folded straight through the back. Seems to print nice and clear with no quality control issues. I’ve noticed it can cope with about 30 labels a print before it starts to loose track and mess up a little, this being said it’s definitely for smaller businesses! Arrived nicely packaged with clear instructions for setup. Nice offer promotion code on too at the moment, so grab a bargain while you can. Would be nice for it to come with a starter bundle of labels.
First of all it was easy to set up. i had everything plugged in and all software downloaded in under 10 minutes. The instructions are so easy to understand and very clear and if you get stuck there are loads of videos on YouTube. I printed my test label alon with creating my own and found it so simple and super fun. The printing quality is very crisp and clear like it states.
The actual printer is so compact it won’t take up much space at all. Its nice you are supplied with 25 labels to also test it out too. I’ve been able to create labels for my products and this will save me a lot of money compated to my inkjet constantly running out of ink. It only prints in black and white which isn’t a problem at all and you can get really creative or just import a PDF or picture from my Canva. It’s perfect and so cute, I would recommend to anyone looking into buying one, you won’t be disappointed.
