Love this printer! Super easy to use and reliable. I use it with Shippo, and it’s already paid for itself with just a few shipments. Highly recommend.

I purchased this label printer for my business. I’ve had it for about two years. this label printer is the truth. It never stopped working it’s very convenient and easy to use so far so good.
Some people have had problems right out the gate. After 6 months ive yet to have one! If you frequently wipe down the labels and inside for dust you won’t have problems with clarity

Prints super fast, saves money in the long run. It does jamb once in a while if you do not tear off the last printed label clean but that is more of a label thing.

This printer is fairly easy to set up. You can even print straight from illustrator. Just make sure your color profile is in grayscale and all your components are black and white. Black and white designs in an RBG color space will throw errors when attempting to print. It’ll print each artboard individually without flinching. I was impressed. You have to adjust for offset when printing, so expect to test print any designs you’re trying. I bought this for making shipping labels and branding stickers for my shipping boxes. Works great for both.
On the manufacture web site it shows printer is compatible with stamps.com. I am using the application on my computer and it is NOT compatible with the stamps.com application. I called the support of stamps.com and they confirmed the printer is NOT compatible with the desktop application. To reach the manufacture for support it is in china and you need to use skype application.
I spent 4 hours wasting my time and the conclusion as always when you buy cheap you get cheat and cost more time (money) and energy !!!.
i guess the sentence i am to poor to buy cheap is correc
This bad boy prints really quickly, doesn’t eat or skip labels randomly, and is easy to set up. The Coomer only loses one star because the label settings are all in Japanese and set to mm—that can be frustrating for some, but the price and ease of the machine was worth the extra time it took to convert numbers during setup. I’ve not had an issue with it beyond that!

Easy to setup and use
This printer was easy to setup using the jump drive provided. All I had to do was load the driver from the jump drive.
Prints out labels great with the labels I bought.
Another review stated that this printer does not work with Windows 11. That is incorrect. I have Windows 11 and works well. I believe that reviewer needs to install the correct print drivers found on the usb drive included or the website.
The overall printer is good. I'm having trouble with printing the barcode labels. My 4x6 print out perfect. If I can get the barcode labels to print, this would be a 10/10 review.

Great product, and great company
I love this little printer. I run a small business and use the large labels for shipping and swap out for the smaller ones to use for labels around my workshop.
I had an issue with the little bracket on the rear of my machine and they replaced it for me. I appreciate a company that stands by their product. Ignore the people saying it’s hard to program, it’s simple, I run it off my MacBook. Resolution is fine for printing labels, there is a more expensive model for higher dpi.
Excellent customer service after the sale
UPDATED FINAL UPDATE – The support team for the manufacturer reached out to me and was concerned that I had had such a bad experience. They refunded the original purchase price and sent me a new printer, which has solved all the problems I was having. I really should have reached out to them for warranty help, but to be honest I don’t expect this level of service from many companies. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
** OLD REVIEW THAT HAS BEEN RESOLVED**
– UPDATE: became unresponsive today, a little less than 4 months of use. Printed about 150 labels on it in that time. My prediction below of it not making 6 months was true. Do not buy this printer. –
This thing worked decently for printing mailing labels until it started acting funny, right as the return window closed.
First, the computer can’t reboot or wake from sleep if the printer is powered on and plugged into the USB, which is every time unless you’re the type to unplug your printers when you leave your computer idle. It just hangs on a black screen until you turn the printer off and do a hard restart of the computer. The solution, for a minute, was to turn the printer off unless it was being used.
Now, the printer won’t print half the time when you turn it back on unless you unplug it and then replug it. Oh hey look at that, return window closed 10 days ago.
This thing barely made it to 30 days before it became a serious inconvenience, and now I have no faith it’ll last 6 months. Now I’ve got to deal with their warranty people? I’m going to call Amazon and complain and try to get them to return it anyway.
Don’t buy unless you want to have to turn around and buy another soon after.
The printer is a good quality & prints very fast. It comes with the paper holder which is a good quality as well. The drive is easy to install using the USB that is included and on Windows. The only problem is that the sizes on the program are in MM & I suck with that but we figured it out you just have to do the math. You need to make sure you have the right measurements otherwise it will print a blank label. We got it to print 4×6 & 2 5/8 1″ mailing labels. I don’t know where to find a template for the 2 5/81″ so I am currently using Avery templates for roll labels. We are able to put in multiple address & then we down load it to Adobe PDF & just print the ones we need. Works great.
I like how nice the printer look. The printer with the label holder at the back is pretty bulky and if you have a small desk area, this item will take up a lot of room. The directions were terrible and if you are like me and you are not tech-savvy even a little bit. You will get very frustrated with the setup process. I do not know if it was just me or the instructions. But I couldn't even use them. The instructions wasn't clear and that made it hard for me to install the drivers. I wasn't sure if I was downloading a virus software or the actual site. I mean buy at your own risk. I don't know if tech support even exists. I returned it and ordered my printer from UPS. I will be paying 3 dollars a wk. Some say you can get the printer from them for free but I don't have time to be going back and forth with people. So far so good.

Good product and Would recommend but next time I’d go for a label printer that’s wireless,
However no complaints!
Great item!
I’m loving it! Works perfect, looks great – it Made my life sooooo much easier. Highly recommended
Buy this printer if you'd like to avoid the endless blank prints from trying to setup the other printers. I had bought another thermal printer to try and save a few dollars. After 3 days of only being able to print one successful test page and ZERO labels (and no reply from their tech support) I finally returned the printer and bought this one. It takes 10 seconds to connect power and USB. I downloaded the drivers from the website, printed a test page and have been successfully running labels ever since. I had this whole thing operational, from unboxing to printing labels for my business in less than 5 minutes.

I bought this to use for my eBay business and have to say it is brilliant. Very easy to set up and use and printing is fast and good quality. Would highly recommend.
Very good produc
Shame there were no labels included, therefore the printer couldn’t be used straight away. Annoying.
Will work with Raspberry Pi Using Cups and Rollo Linux Drive
I bought this thermal printer when my Zebra 2844 died. I really wanted a Rollo printer, but this one was half the price. So I decided to give it a shot.
My goal was to set up a Raspberry Pi 4 as a print station for my eBay packages. After installing Raspbian and then installing Cups, I quickly ran into an issue where I could not find a driver that would print. I did some online searching and found some other people mentioned that Rollo had a beta driver for Raspberry Pi. Once I installed that driver and set up cups, I could print.
At this point I’m not able to adjust any of the print settings. Such as print speed or darkness. I assume that’s probably due to the driver. However, I do have a functioning printer that works on my Raspberry Pi. Which technically means I made this printer wireless as well.
Overall, it does what I needed to do.
Works really well easy to set up
I am happy with this product, does the job well/
Happy with my purchase
Item as described. Easy to install and very easy to use it.
This label printer is cost efficient and once you install it correctly, works well. I gave it three stars for ease of installation because I ran into a problem when I tried switching to a different label size than the standard 4x6 labels. The printer "automatic learning" button was malfunctioning, causing my labels to print incorrectly and the wrong orientation. I could not figure it out on my own but thankfully, the customer service team was very helpful and helped me troubleshoot my printer. Eventually, after following their steps and downloading a new driver which they sent me a link for, I was able to print my labels correctly. If I could rate their customer service team I would give them five stars for their politeness, responding to my emails in a timely manner and despite being a Chinese company, giving clear instructions in English!

Plesantly surprised with this thermal label printer. It was easy to get set up and was quickly printing after visiting their website to get the driver. Loading blank labels is very easy, and the automatic label size detector makes it almost effortless. It did not come with blank lables, but I noticed this in the description and pictures and ordered labels at the same time. I was very surprised to find that the USB cable was over 6′ and the power cable was over 7′ giving my an opportunity to move it further away from my PC. I have included some photos of the printer and blank label holder, and some sample prints. The blank label holder is very sturdy and of good quality.
Overall, this will saves me time and effort when shipping items.
Packing orders has never been easier!
I can now pack 400 orders a day instead of when I use to use a citizen CL- S621 and maxed out at 148 orders a day!
Bearing in mind the citizen is 3x the price and this k comer printer is 3x faster!
I love it.
Let’s see how long it lasts 😉
Easy to use and works perfectly. Totally changed the way I now print my labels and saves money.
Seems like a great product’ very quick set up and prints extremely quick and accurate’ going to save me lots of time ‘ only issue it would be better if it had a app so you could print directly from phone ‘
I bought a Munbun thermal printer a few months ago and I was just not happy with the clarity of the labels even after spending time trying every different setting and ultimately returned it. I’ve been scared to try another budget option and but just couldn’t bring myself to pay up for a Rollo. I ultimately caved and bought this Comer one and while I’ve only had it a couple weeks now it has been really great. I plugged it in and installed it with the USB device and started printing perfect labels right away with zero issues. The label stand that it comes with is a bit flimsy but went together easy enough and does the job. My only complaint is that the USB cable to connect to the PC was too short for me. I had to use a USB extension, but thankfully I had one around the house already and it works great.
I held out a long time before finally buying a label printer, and it has been great! I ran into some minor issues, as the drivers are largely in chineese and the label sizes are in mm, not in, which caused some printing issues initially. I had to go into printing preferences, add a paper type for 4×6, save it, and also add a small margin to the top to keep the top line from going missing. Once making those changes, my labels print perfect.
What I haven’t been able to fix is the label stand. I got the standard FREE UPS label roll, and it stands taller than the stand. The machine’s feed is (understandably) not strong enough to pull the labels from the stand when it is sitting on the bottom. This stand should be made an inch taller, or come with a different center core, and all would be good.
Its worth noting that this roll of labels is the STANDARD UPS roll; I believe FEDEX’s label roll is the same size. I’m not just using some exotic huge roll here….
It works
Only had it a couple of days. Works a trea
Convenient!
Before now I’ve always had to pay for printing labels at my local store but this printer makes life much more easier. Now I can print & ship from the comfort of my home. So far this item has been perfect, highly recommend it!
I recently started selling products online and needed a machine to print labels. Previously i printed all my labels using a printer and stuck it on the package with tape. However, this machine is a game changer since it will save me so much money I’ve used on Ink. Good quality product and has worked perfectly thus far and its also a great investment for my business i highly recommend.
I did lots of research on thermal shipping printers and after a few months I decided on this one. It works great and it’s pretty too!
Also this K Comer thermal label printer has high printing quality with 203DPI resolution, supports printing labels from 1.57” to 4.3” width and 1” to 11.8” height, it is compatible with most shipping and e-commerce platforms, best of all it comes with a USB flash drive that includes the driver installation for you to start printing.
The 4×6 label printer comes with the newest generation high temperature print head, it can work nonstop for 12 hours or longer and print up to 500,000 labels till print head life end. Best of all this direct thermal label printers don’t need any toner or ink or ribbon, just need thermal paper.
Last but not least it comes with the roll paper holder as a bonus, which was great since I always buy the roll printing thermal papers.
I love my new label printer! Super easy installation. Prints fast and labels look great. Easy to use. I waited a long time to replace my old one but I am soo glad I did.
Pros:
– works with my Macbook Pro, Mac OS X, no problems.
– Cost effective
– works with Rollo labels purchased on Amazon, no problems
– fast as can be
– INCLUDES label holder, no need to purchase separately!!!
Cons:
– English translation in manual is a comedy really
– No clue how to do label paper learning, but there seems to be a way to train your printer how to best use a different brand of labels. However we’ll never know.
TIPS:
– When printing in Mac OS X, open the C418 driver and select “Print as Image” .. the quality of the print will be identical to the PDF file. If you do not select this option, the print quality will be much rougher, and the barcodes may or may not be readable by the carrier’s equipment.
Windows may have similar option, check it out before you return the unit.
Once I made this tweak, the print quality improved from poor to satisfactory. Bar code lines were sharp again.
– Try using Windows and the Windows driver. I got ok results with Mac and the Mac printer driver, but the labels were still a bit poor quality on the PDF417 code output. I switched the printer to a Windows machine, installed the Windows driver, and I can see the results are definitely better. Make sure you select the right paper size in the Windows driver from the vendor (I chose 100mmx150mm, roughly 4×6 inches) and play around with settings until the PDF417 USPS code is easily readable by a smartphone code reader (I use scandit demo app on Android).
Sort of mixed opinions on this thing. I needed a printer, my eBay business started booking recently and printing out 40 labels a weekend is not cost efficient in ink. But almost all printers are either super expensive or made by brands nobody has ever heard of. I went for a cheap one, but I chose this exact cheap one because it didn’t mention it causes your computer to blue screen. Which is a common issue if you look at some of the others int this ones price range.
Sad story, because my computer bluescreened while I was waiting for an auction to end. Horrible timing. But, the blue screen is super easy to fix. You just need to download the software from their website instead of using the drivers on the usb drive. One download and then I was set and it was running perfect.
Again just to be clear, if you use the drivers on the usb and your computer is up to date, you will get a blue screen of death. Get the software off the company website and you are good to go.
I decided in the end, a momentary issue with software doesn’t take away from the performance. It’s cheap, seems reliable, I’m pretty happy saving all that ink money and time.
So I read a lot of reviews on this. So I made sure to take it slow. It arrived and I opened it up. I read the instructions. They were pretty straight forward. It came with usb drive to install driver. I read on reviews that a lot of people had issues with this. I thankfully had none. So I plugged everything up, then installed drivers. It only comes with enough paper for one test print. So because it is just thermal paper I played with it a bit. Everything that everyone seemed to have issues with I was able to figure out. Timing from opening the box and figuring out everything and playing with the printer I only spent about 30 min. And the install and set up was only like 5 of those. My paper doesn’t come in until tomorrow so I reused my test paper again and again. Waste not what not, am I right? But so far I would recommend this printer. I got it to mostly print shipping labels due to starting my new business. Tired of constantly waiting in line. Just want to drop off and be done. Saves me a ton of time.
Initially I was afraid I might have to leave a bad review because I had trouble with the whole roll of paper trying to feed through with every print, but I figured out the problem and it works great now!
In case anyone else is experiencing this issue – It had been printing my one label, and then endlessly feeding out the entire roll of labels, which could only be stopped by switching the whole thing off. It’s supposed to be able to automatically detect what kind of paper you have, but that didn’t seem to work. I had set the correct label size, but it still did it.
Eventually, I found a setting hiding in the Advanced properties menu for “media type,” and set it to “label with marks,” (the kind I’m using) and now it’s fine. I haven’t tried it with the paper that has notches/holes in it, so I’m not sure if it would do the same and try to spit the whole roll out, but IF anyone has that issue, the notched paper option is available in the settings too. I think the auto-detection might be flawed, so you just have to set it manually.
Otherwise, good printer that does its job. I like that it automatically sucks up the label and positions it for printing! Also, tech support is responsive and willing to help – just make sure you use the email on their website, not the one that comes in the instructions. That one seems to no longer be in use.
Overall I am quite happy with this label printer. It is *very* small space friendly, which I love because I just have it sitting on a small writing desk and it’s almost like it’s not even there. It’s cute and super easy to use, probably the easiest printer of any sort I’ve ever used, and it’s been extremely helpful for my small business to be able to print off shipping labels without a hitch. The only complaint is that the actual print quality is not great — the edges of things can be a bit fuzzy, and sometimes it prints out a label with some strange small blank spots/lines (just printing the label again goes fine in these cases). I haven’t contacted tech support yet though so it’s possible there’s a fix for this that I’m unaware of. Overall though I think it’s a really useful tool at a good price.

I’ve been researching thermal label printers for the past six months and was leaning towards a DYMO. I couldn’t justify the $270 price tag and happened to come across the Comer brand. I ordered during prime day and eagerly waited for it to arrive. I will admit, I was disappointed it had no paper/labels with it. Somehow missed this. So if you plan to purchase buy the labels as well. Installation took me 90 minutes. Maybe i’m not tech savvy but it just wasn’t clear and the app isn’t authorized by apple so i had to go in a do a few extra steps. I also couldn’t find the website by searching and FINALLY saw it at the bottom of the amazon review of it. BUT – now that it’s installed i’m THRILLED TO DEATH. This is going to make shipping out packages so much easier. I did one preview label with the one label that was in the printer and it worked BEAUTIFULLY. So excited for my labels so I can ship out 15 packages this weekend.
