Got this in Oct. fir a Christmas present. Grandson being using it and it’s brilliant but he turned it on and as per the picture. How do we get the camera working again. Can company contact me about the issue
Bought as Christmas gift for my husband. He loves it and was very pleased as he needed new camera. Very easy to use. Good picture quality. Good brand name. Better than last camera which was more expensive. Will buy this brand again when he needs new camera.
Missing USB Cable from box
Delivery of camera was quick, only thing is there is no usb cable in the box. Very disappointed, is it possible please to have the usb cable sent as that’s meant to be included.

The camera overall is great, as long as you don’t over zoom, and don’t mind a kinda grainy texture on your images if it’s to close to the lense. The instructions were kind of a nuisance, but it’s easy to figure out how to use it. Overall the price somewhat reflects the quality.

Versatile Camera
A very compact yet versatile camera with multi functions which are easy to use and provide desired results.
Does what it says in the book
At first it seemed a bit slow at taking pctures, maybe because the weather was cold, but it seems to be okay now, its a bit chunky but it does the job, pictures are good with this camera.
This is a nice light camera to use, very well priced and shutter is well positioned. Many options and good zoom function. So far, sea photos are nice; video is fairly clear but will mostly take still images and wildlife zoomed. Was surprised no proper short manual and a connector lead maybe or attached website, would not mind paying 20-30 extra to get a starter SD card and a lead, or a proper rechargeable system.
On the downside as mentioned, you must have an SD card, and battery consumption seems high, especially multiple shot or video modes, so have 4 spare AA batteries available.
A little niggle with the strap supplied & the way the lens cap attaches all a bit wobbly – the strap pulled through after a few days on my shoulder and I was lucky camera was not damaged where it fell in sand – still waiting on a padded storage case which is essential and not supplied.
Card is not a problem, can be read by my laptop directly but I cannot understand why cameras need 4 batteries and don’t have Eco mode or similar. Is it because Kodak sell batteries? Hopefully this will change in 2021-2022.

for its price it is a very good starter digital camera, onc you get to know the basics of the camera it is very easy to use, i would like to advise that you invest in a camers bag.
Although no manual available for this model, the manual for it’s nearest equivalent, the AZ365, tells you everything you need to know
Love the zoom feature, my camera stand fits it. At the moment I’m using it on auto but will explore all its features later!
As they say, a picture paints a thousand words. the first couple are using the zoom from 20 ft away. Included a couple of close up shots and long shots to show the range. I am still really new to photography, I use duracell AA batteries (it takes 4) and they last really well. I refilled the batteries several weeks ago and use the camera most days. Not sure how they would last if you don’t turn it off in between but I do. I also added a 32Gb card and download them to my tablet with a lead that I purchased for that purpose. I keep all of it in the Duo Gadget camera bag that Amazon recommended and I can highly recommend this as a bridge camera. The anti-shake does a reasonable job although I’d recommend a tripod if you plan to do a lot of very close work with the zoom as any shake shows more the more you zoom. It also has a decent focus indicator which takes a little getting used to – only a really light press of the button confirms if you are in focus with a green box.
Amazing zoom
Zoom is amazing and clear (if you have sturdy hand) I was able to get video of caterpillars on a plant from 2nd floor. But she you make shuterspeed too high (quick) than the picture comes out black.
Very pleased with my first picture of the moon using this camera, no tripod just point and shoot with great results.

Fantastic camera the picture is brilliant my daughter wanted professional camera for her birthday she 11 and loves taking pictures of nature and animals, scenery, amazing capures she loves it well worth the money.. I’m buying another one for my mum for her holiday travels

Bought this as a warehouse deal and am amazed at how good it is. On reading about how it uses batteries quickly, I also bought some rechargeable ones at the same time but haven’t had a problem. The images are clear and the camera fits my needs although I’m no expert. Surprised at how effective the zoom is although a tripod helps to stabilise the image in lost instances.
