Mouse
This was selected by a gamer for a stocking filler. He researched it and it ticked all the boxes. He is pleased with it and it does everything a much more expensive mouse would do. Recommended.
Speed, power, battery
Coming from a Naga Pro, this mouse makes me feel like I’ve hit some bit league tournament. I’m hitting shots and flicks I just simply couldn’t hit with a heavier older mouse. These senor, weight, feel and design is just perfect for any PC gamer looking for one of the best out there.
Light and comfortable.
I’ve never had a gaming mouse and was very surprised at how light this mouse is. It glides effortlessly across the mouse pad and feels really good in my hand.
The ability to change dpi settings with the mouse buttons makes navigating the desktop easy. Changing the batteries is simple as the top is held on by magnets, and it accepts 1 x AA or 1 x AAA battery so less worry about not having the right battery to hand should you need to change it.
good but can be bette
battery life is less than Logi G pro wireless
the sensor is better than GPW
right hand design is better in gaming
Everything’s right but can be better in battery
The best lightweight ergonomic mouse on the market.
I don’t typically use Razer peripherals, the last one I probably used was a starcraft II limited edition keyboard that I bought back in EGX like a decade ago.
I’ve used deathadders before at a mates’ house and generally have a good idea of the shape, and the mouse before I have had this one was the logitech g pro superlight.
And when I tell you the way it feels in the hand, not only in texture, but in the shape vs. the superlight? it’s objectively better.
My superlight has become my work mouse, and the glossy plastic on it just feels so slippery and mentally abrasive, if that makes sense.
the only thing that could make this mouse better is if the power button/dpi switch was on the top of the mouse. but other than that- very very solid mouse, I highly recommend this.
After 3 years of service I can say that the mouse is starting to show its age. Recently, the scrolling wheel started to misbehave and not record the down scroll properly and sometimes scrolling up instead of going down.
I know it is a late review but I felt that I need to say it.
During these 3 years the mouse did not have an issue at all.
All the rubbers are still in their place. The inner side rubber (where the 2 buttons are) is slightly worn out where the thumb sits frequently.
The RGB lighting is still working at least 80% of its original power.
Knowing how reliable this mouse has been, I am considering buying the same version again.
Almost the perfect mouse.
I used this mouse for gaming, The mouse has the perfect weight to it and easy to press side buttons. There was never any issues until 4-6 months in I experienced the scroll wheel would like to move up and down when you wanted it to go up it would jitter.
Great quality and lightweigh
Been using the mouse for a week now.
Love it so far.
Great built quality, the clicking sound is not annoying and you can barely feel the mouse in your hand.
Comfortable, accurate, good build, multiple use cases - highly recommend!
This mouse is a joy to use whether it’s for work or play. It’s very comfortable, smooth, configurable and accurate. Feels really solid and I’ve had it a number of months now and it’s still going strong!
great mouse
Light, responsive, no delay.
The mouse is great. There is barely any weight to it. Super responsive with high DPI – can be so sensitive, very good for FPS games.
Shape is fine with me, each to their own but I didn’t have any issue with the shape despite a lot of buyers reporting that the shape is a bit funny.
Great quality mouse
I’ve used Razer Deathadder mouses before which have lasted a long time. This one is a very comfortable fit – not too big nor too small, and very responsive, with additional buttons very useful for gaming. I bought it along with a Razer Cynosa keyboard and upon installation they automatically paired up with colour-coordinating lighting (changes colour). Very impressed. Recommended product.
Razer Mouse - Perfect for Office and Gaming
The Razer Mouse is an excellent choice for office work and gaming. It’s slightly larger than a standard office mouse, providing better ergonomics and reducing hand strain. The illuminated Razer logo in green adds a stylish touch. With precise tracking and responsive buttons, it performs exceptionally well. While the software interface could be more user-friendly, the mouse offers extensive customization options. Overall, the Razer Mouse strikes a perfect balance between functionality and gaming style.
Great mouse, both wired and wireless, but I do wish I choose a different mouse
This is a great mouse wired or wireless.
I choose a wireless mouse so I can take it with me when using my laptop, where I use it wired on my desktop setup.
Its a great mouse, its got a good weight and its very responsive.
However, there are two things that I don’t like which make me regret my choice.
Firstly, I find the clicks to be very loud compared to previous Razer mice I’ve had.
Also, when used wired, there is a permanent green very bright ‘Charged’ LED light on the mouse. When you have an all white setup with white LEDs, its not a nice look. If there was a setting to either turn it off, or change it to white, then it would be amazing.
Lightweight 20k dpi use for gaming, perfect for FPS games such as apex legends and other games. It out performs others that are 4x more expensive, came from a logitech 502 x which was around 120 and I got this on sale for around 26. I actually love it, had no problems with it. Feels smooth and super responsive. I prefer the wired mouse anyway over a USB/Bluetooth mouse. Lighting can be controlled by the razor app which is easy to install and use on your gaming pc. Multiple modes for different games and different lighting modes really fit right in with my lighting setup and rgb water-cooled pc. Overall I would highly recommend this mouse to anyone from beginners to people like me who have spent way too much money on gaming and accessories. If its on sale its a no brained, just buy one.
Razer DeathAdder Essential (2021)
I recently upgraded my gaming setup with the Razer DeathAdder Essential (2021) wired gaming mouse, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. This mouse is a true powerhouse when it comes to gaming, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my performance since I started using it.
buy it.
I was a bit sad that i ordered light blue but it came as white. but thats ok. this mosue is amazing i lvoe how you can cahnge the mouse lighting and miouse sensitivity with the razer snyapse apps. over alll grerat mouse and really great quality.
I like this mouse for the price but it’s not anything special. I would comparably say most cheap Amazon knockoffs would serve the same purpose. It’s reactive and has withstood hours upon hours of gaming well. However, the mouse is surprisingly large, a bit too large for a woman’s hands. I’ve also noticed the actual buttons have no pressure sensitivity and quite far travel distance, meaning during games you can end up not firing because your mouse hasn’t registered another click. Very annoying. But hey, it’s Razer and it’s a white mouse.
It is very good
The sensors are very smooth and fits quite nicely in my small hands. The only thing to complain about is the noise level of the buttons( they sound like keyboard switches).
Second ergo shape i’ve tried after not liking the Pulsar X-Lite V2 Wireless and i think i’ve found the perfect mouse for me. The weight is spot on and perhaps even a couple grams lighter than the advertised weight which is never usually the case with mice which usually weigh more than the manufacturer tells you.
The coating which is a very good one and definitely an upgrade over the coatings you’ll find on older Razer mice, this mouse gets grippier the more sweaty your hands get.
The main clicks / side buttons and scroll wheel are all well tensioned, sound good and don’t require too much force to actuate.
Lastly the sensor, top of the line optical sensor which goes up to 8K polling rate which is double that of the wireless version which just so happens to cost double this so no problems there.
All in all, the value for money here is unbeatable. You will not get a mouse with these specs and build quality at this price from no other manufacturer. The only con some might say is the fact it’s wired but to be honest having a wire has it’s up sides such as not having the charge the mouse etc. Also you aren’t getting 8K on any wireless mice not yet atleast, and even when they start making them they will have awful battery life.
Anyways let me not waffle. I don’t usually leave reviews but this mouse really impressed me. Now to sell my Endgame Gear XM2we!
So Comfortable...
I’ve only used this mouse for gaming on rare occasions, it’s been a very reliable and comfortable workhorse in a CAD workstation setup (paired with a Razer Goliathus Mousemat) for architecture for the last few years and its been almost without fault.
The cable is long enough to reach my workstation under the desk with ease (on the other side of my chair from the mouse) so the length is ample – the cable is very smooth to prevent snagging, but it does a great job of picking dust up from the furthest reaches of my desk.
I’m not one for having unnecesary apps running in the background, and unfortunately Razer’s Synapse app is required if you want control of the Chroma Lighting – I don’t have this installed so the mouse just cycles thgrough the light options of its own accord – which doesnt really bother me as my hand covers the logo when in use.
Only other slight gripe is that the clicks are noticble – I expected it to quiet down a little over time, but I guess if it’s still going after two years it’s never going to!
I recently purchased the Razer mouse and I have to say, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The mouse is very comfortable to use and has a sleek, ergonomic design that fits perfectly in my hand. The buttons are responsive and the scroll wheel is smooth and precise.
As a gamer, I particularly appreciate the high DPI (dots per inch) sensitivity of the mouse, which allows me to make quick and accurate movements in-game. The customizable RGB lighting is also a nice touch, adding a bit of personal flair to my setup.
One of the standout features of the Razer mouse is its convenience. It comes with a variety of useful buttons that allow me to easily navigate and access important functions without having to go through menus or use keyboard shortcuts. This is especially useful when I’m in the heat of battle and need to access certain abilities or items quickly.
Overall, the Razer mouse is a fantastic choice for both casual and competitive gaming. It’s comfortable, convenient, and performs exceptionally well. I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of a new mouse.
its a good mouse the ergonomics are good and i had no issues with it so far as im concerned. software is easy to use but found no option for no debounce delay so ill look jnto that. i got it because i wanted a wirekess mouse and one that wont have major doubleclicking issues but my old mouse was 27 and 2 years old so i dont blame it. this mouse is a bit thinner than my old one but i cant lie its better because it makes the ergonomics work better and the mouse is actually average size, me hands are 19x10cm and i have absolutely no issues. ill attach some photos comparing these mice and you can see what i used to use and the mouse itself. icl tho best mouse i used so far.
also the clicks are a bit loud but they sound great and make me want to fail november bruh
I picked this up for 34.99 and well being the first wireless mouse I’ve bought for gaming it’s been amazing.
I call it a budget gaming mouse because some can run double to triple the price this one is at and after scoping I opted for this.
after owning it for a good while it’s time to give my honest thoughts around the product.
Battery life is amazing and I was ultimately surprised giving that I thought I’d be changing them every other day but normally on a AA I get around a weeks usage.
Grip fits perfectly in my hands but not everyone has the same hand size but it’s just like the Goldilocks effect it’s just right for me.
Sensor is perfect never had a flare up for tracking and tested on multiple surfaces.
Glide now I mention this as pairing it up with razors own sphex mouse mat I will be swapping this soon as it sounds more like a scraping action on this type of surface which yes if you are gaming with headphones on you don’t hear but causal browsing it can be rather annoying.
I’d also probably look at switching the pads out on the bottom for glass slides to be more reliable as these have been perfect for me in the past and I think would make this mouse even better.
