30 years ago I used one for fun. Now following knee surgery I trust in one to regain flexibility and strength.

The Original Step so knew what I was getting and didn’t need to look any further. Good value, sturdy, well made and chose the black/white colourway.
A good addition to have for home workouts and be creative with the three height levels. Indoor or outside and can take it with you in the car if going on trips. Do It anywhere.
Not only enjoyable but a good all over workout. Highly recommend. Select your tunes.Job done!

Use this to do step hiit classes on days I can’t make the gym cannot beat the quality I have used inferior ones in the past and they start to bow in the middle the reebok step is so well supported

    No need for a review,

You can’t really beat Reebok steps. I first bought one around 20 years ago and it has only just needed replacing with this one and that was only because I misplaced the risers. This step is strong sturdy and you can’t beat it. You can tell why they are used in gyms. Here’s hoping for another 20 years of stepping!

I was looking for a sturdy well made piece of kit and this is just the ticket. A nice wide top and non slip feet make it perfect for all sorts of workouts. Multi adjustable and stores neatly. I paid 48 for it and think it’s a bargain at that price and looks nice in my home gym.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have always loved exercise, playing rugby, football, squash, cycling and running half-marathons throughout my twenties and thirties. However, I then developed three serious heart conditions and had to avoid doing too much as I could easily trigger a heart attack. In this situation is it easy not to do enough exercise thus letting your muscle waste away. This is where the Reebok Step comes in – it is perfect to perform exercise to the level that you need or want. I am gradually rebuilding my leg strength simply by stepping on and off the Reebok 50x leading first with the left leg then the right, and switching over again and again. You soon feel the lactic burn after 300 steps. And. as I build up my strength I will be able to go further – anytime, any weather.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI bought this after my first physio session following second knee replacement in two years. I bought the Reebok exercise bike too. As actual physio appointments are cut to the minimum due to Covid, I wanted to continue to do the best I could on my own. This step is just perfect to follow my knee exercise plan from my physiotherapist and to do it safely in my own living room or sunroom. The step is firm and solid feeling and the anti slip rubber top layer is perfect to reassure me to keep going and has helped me even more than random appointments could have done. I am also a nursing sister and so happy I bought this. Will continue to use it as it strengthens all leg muscles and so many different ways to use it. Step has three height levels and so I have endless workouts ahead and can use all year round. We go for walks in the countryside too but this step is always handy whatever the weather.

Had the step a few weeks now and does what it’s supposed to. Good sturdy step which should last for years. Put off from buying cheaper versions by reviews of cheaper ones cracking/breaking.

I made a mistake and bought a ‘mini step’
Thinking it would be better for home use in a small area, but it was too small for intricate step classes.
This step is perfect in size, shape and quality!

Thoroughly enjoying my step workouts. It is versatile for working with my weights. It is sturdy on a tiled floor and a good length. Would highly recommend, it is the same as what I used in the gym

Very solid, well made. I am 12 stone and I jump on and off it without any problem to the step. I bought it as the Gyms were closed and it is as good or better than the equipment I use there. It was sold as top of the range and the price reflects that it is however well worth the extra expense. I would buy it again.

Bought this for exercising at home because this is the type I use at the gym. The first one I received was badly cracked, but I had no problems returning it and getting a refund. When they came back in stock I immediately bought another and I have been very pleased with it.

I was lucky to have bought this when the price was low. What’s not to love. It’s reebok, sturdy, great for step classes and long enough to lay on to do chest presses. GREAT!

I use it for step classes with my wife during lock down. She has an earlier version which has one slight advantage in that the surface on hers is relatively smooth, whereas this one has raised bumps. Fine for stepping but uncomfortable if using the bench to lie on for chest/triceps exercises, however easily remedied by placing a small mat over the top.
These Reebok steps are pricier than the opposition but very sturdy and are longer than competitors which is good for wide step movements and recumbent exercise. Recommended.

Had a couple of steps over the years but this is far better than the others. This is one of those cases that you get what you pay for. Having read many reviews for others decided to pay more for better quality and feel I got it. Different heights, extremely sturdy and longer than the others. Very pleased with my purchase.

  27. ThanhYkdpqwendz says:

The step is very sturdy and the surface really non slip. I use it mostly for step classes :I jump, run,on it,straddle and turn etc…all at a pace and I feel very safe on it,unlike smaller and cheaper versions. I also use it as an exercise bench for body pump ,HIT workouts, and free weights exercises. It might be more expensive than some other steps but it is worth it !

Brilliant step easy to adjust the heights. I use them most for Body Pump and need to use my towel on it as the bubbles on the surface are a bit hard on the back of my head. But these are a brilliant work out tool.

Sturdy step, doesn’t shift when you step on it, clips to change levels are stiff but if prefer that than loose so it’s not a complaint and I’m sure they’ll give in time.
Brought to do Les Mills on demand at home and it was the fraction of the cost of their official step and does the job for body pump and body step 🙂

I wanted to purchase a step for lockdown as another way to keep active. There are so many less expensive options, but this Reebok step had the best reviews, so I went for it. It was much more expensive than others, but it’s excellent quality and very sturdy. And it’s a little higher than other steps too, so more of a challenge. Used it a good handful of times in the past week and it’s great! Would recommend

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI love my new step! I am absolutely addicted! It comes with a Dvd so you can get straight into it for working out. I really did forget how hard it is to do! I use you tube classes so it has not cost me anything other that the step. I know you think it’s a bit expensive but this is going to last me for years! Reebok Stap totally rocks it for me!

Though more expensive than other steppers in the market, this is so worth it. It’s large enough for body pump and body step (les mills programmes) and very sturdy. I am very happy with it. Would definitely recommend as an investme

  34. GildaO61dvqb says:

It’s a great step until you try and take risers off to create a lower step, it then slides about all over the place so must ensure it stands on a rubber mat.

  35. Amazon Products says:

Great vfm. I had a similar one and the plastic nubs snapped off so I got this, which, it turns out, is the same design. It’s harder to pull apart to change the height but you get used to that. Where I removed a star is because it doesn’t always seem flat when I’m stepping forward to lunge, it sometimes moves. I find that annoying and it’s not the floor (concrete). Once it’s snapped in a particular way, it doesn’t do it any more. I don’t know why. Weird.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersPerfect, bought to replace a step with removable risers that had cracked. Presumably due to my vigorous stepping on it as I’m not overly heavy!

This one is holding up brilliantly, I was a bit worried that the bobbles on the top might be uncomfortable for press ups and Burpees but it is fine.

I use it 4-5 times a week for body step and body pump, have been for a few months and absolutely no issues. I recommend it, it’s much cheaper than the official Les mills step that I use at the gym and is just as good.

Fantastic value for money. Have owned the same style Reebok step before, so knew what to expect. (Stupidly lent it to someone and never got it back!) Build quality is very sturdy, easy to adjust the feet and a great size to use for bodypump classes at home. I bought 2 for me and hubby. Very happy with my purchase and a great price as usually 100+ each. Will last for many years to come. Highly recommended at this price. The Reebok step is the best quality step out there, no comparison.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersGreat stepper – decided to pay a bit more (although 58 is still less than usual price) for this one than cheaper versions, as I’m used to using this model at the gym and the stepper rises slightly higher than others. Am so glad I decided to go with this one as quality is superb. It’s a bit difficult at first to get the risers off, but you just need to give them a good strong yank! I’ve tried it out on carpet as well as on my laminate flooring and it doesn’t slide around at all. To my surprise, the turquoise one came with the DVD as well:)

It’s absolutely amazing. Perfect for all Les Mills classes.
The step is very sturdy and stable. You can use it for a variety of HIIT, strength and cardio exercises.
There is no impact on stability of the step with the change in height.
    Great buy!

I bought this step after I had bought a cheaper smaller one to do my exercises with and all I can say is that I recommend buying this! I can’t believe the difference it has made to my workouts! If you are considering buying this, just do it!

I was lucky to manage to order this in a rare moment that it was in stock and at a good price. A good sturdy step which is wide and long enough for step classes as well as chest presses using weights. The bumpy surface is a little uncomfortable on the hands for press ups/tricep dips but that’s just a minor observation. Happy with the step.

  45. Anonymous says:

     United Kingdom

Not the cheapest option for a step but it’s so sturdy without being too heavy but doesn’t move/slip. I chose this one because many other steps aren’t long enough to use as a weight bench for body pump. This one is and the rubber surface makes it comfortable to lay on. Definitely worth paying a little more for the quality.

Bought when on offer during lockdown. You can’t argue with great quality and a reputable brand. Came in good time.
I’ve tried other brands that were just too small but this is perfect for me. 3 adjustable heights ( it’s tricky to master the height changes but you’ll be satisfied you’ve achieved something when you’ve got it). Non slip surface.
I love mine and would highly recommend it.

I was amazed by how quickly it arrived. I was told Wednesday but it arrived on the Sunday. Very happy with that.
This allows me to have the gym at home. My gym has the same but in red. So, during lockdown, and hopefully in the future to come, I can do my step workouts at home without the hassle of going to a gym.
The step is very easy to use, if you want to make it higher just take the additional steps from underneath and put on the height you require. There are three heights to choose. I was also amazed that the step comes with a dvd to help with your workout. I haven’t tried it yet but it only arrived the other day.

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersFirstly, the product is simply the best step box out there! It’s the one my gym uses, and I prefer the reebok one to the official les mills one (the risers don’t come off when you lift it!!)

Secondly, after using this step in the gym, it has always been secure, wide enough for bench presses in body pump, and perfect for jumping on. So when I bought one for home (once it was FINALLY in stock on amazon, at a normal price of 55 – not super inflated by other sellers) I was sceptical how it would fare on laminate flooring…

The results… perfect! In every sense! It does not slip, is just as stable as in the gym. Right now, I am taking a break for the on demand body step classes, having jumped, kicked, squatted and hopped on and off it! Does not slide/slip and gives me confidence to exercise using it!

The height adjustment are easy to use, and you don’t have to buy extra risers, the set comes with all you need for three levels.

Highly recommend (at the usual 55 price) and it certainly is built to last at 8kg!

Love it. Been looking for a while for one to add to my home gym but lockdown happened and struggled to get one that wasn’t too small. Use it for weight chest lifts and is the same as I use in the gym. Perfect length and width for me.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersHaving bought an awful Denny imitation step previously, this is the real thing and feels like it will last forever. The cost made me catch my breath, but there is no comparison to the cheap imitation. You get what you pay for. Sturdy, and the right length for step routines. To use something shorter is dangerous and you would feel it would tip over. This gives you the security to enjoy doing the routines safely.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersSo we used to use these in the gym, but we wanted new ones to use from home (saw some very tired looking used ones). Great with various step workouts, and we have Les Mills membership. As a bloke I was pretty much all left feet, but got on quickly and by the time we are “released” should be much fitter both muscle and aerobically.
