If you’re like me and buying a lot of digital switch games, then this quickly becomes a necessity.

I like the little picture of Toad, on the SD card. But it’s totally unnecessary as you shouldn’t be looking at your SD card ever again, once it’s installed.

I never saw any performance issues when playing a game off the SD card. The games ran just like they were being played from the consoles built in storage.

The SanDisk Nintendo Switch 128GB memory card has revolutionized my kids gaming experience on the console. , my kids were constantly running out of storage space due to the growing library of games and downloadable content. This memory card has not only solved that problem but has also elevated my gaming to new heights.

The 128GB capacity provides ample room for a plethora of games, ensuring they never have to compromise on what to install. The card’s seamless compatibility with the Nintendo Switch means I can easily transfer games and data, without any performance hiccups. Load times are snappy, and gameplay remains smooth and uninterrupted.

What truly impressive is the card’s durability. Designed to withstand tough conditions, it’s perfect for on-the-go gaming. Whether I’m traveling, commuting, or simply switching between friends’ consoles, I feel confident that my data is safe and my gaming experience won’t be compromised.

Setting up the memory card was a breeze, thanks to the user-friendly interface. We didn’t encounter any technical hurdles, and the card seamlessly integrated with my console.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI purchased this micro SD card as I again faced the dreaded ‘you dont have enough space’ on my kids Nintendo Switch console. Having located the correct installation micro sd port (for non-OLED models it’s under the stand at the back) I then went into Settings and moved all data over to the SD card and after10mins everything was transferred and the kids now have enough space for the anticipated rainy Summer holidays!

I bought this for my children’s switch device. Seems to do what it is meant for. Another reviewer had kindly posted about following the prompts for the updates as “normal” when adding additional memory and following this advice worked fine.

Works as expected. Ideal if you like to download games, or have a lot of game saves. Looks nice too, although you’ll never see the fancy graphics once you insert it into your switch. Been using it constantly since it arrived without any issues.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI got this for my Nintendo Switch as my first mSD card because I mainly stuck to physical.
It is extremely small so was a bit fiddly to insert but thankfully it’s not something you’re going to have to do regularly.
It is a little overpriced since you’re paying for the brand but at least (I think) there has been more care put into the testing of it.

My advice is to buy a bigger size, if you have to buy games that are only available digitally in your country, this card will fill up fast.
If you buy digital expansions & DLC while also having a lot of physical games in comparison, this card will fill up fast.

edit: Not sure if clear but this review is for the 128GB card, if it shows up for the 512GB card then it’s incorrectly linked my review, the 512GB has lasted me great & as usual with these branded cards I’d recommend a sale (Black Friday usually).
