Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat TV with Freeview and dvd
I’m not very technical but managed to get this TV working without any problems. Good picture. Perfect size for my small room.

When assembling it I did have a few problems getting the screws in the stand. Apart from that everything was fine. I’d recommend this TV.

    Great Tv with good sound!
Bought this to put in our caravan. Other reviews said that the sound was good and they weren’t wrong. Previous tvs had to have a separate sound bar but this one is good straight out of the box! Other features are quick to load. Very impressed

    Easy to set up.
As stated in the headline this tv was easy to set up. I purchased this for my 73 year old mum who has a cataract. She’s pleased with this as the picture quality is really good and she can adjust the colour temperature/sound/size of picture easily.

It’s great for my second tv using little electric the sound it very good the pitcher is good very good I gave it 4 stars as my other tv is a better picture but for the price it’s well worth the 130 I paid for it setting the tv up was pretty much straight forward and there are a few pitcher and sound settings Factory settings are all about saving power mode I wanted the best but power consumption on any mode is around 18w so overall yes I would buy again and 9/10

Beware of what you buy. This replaced my old kitchen TV which broke but, anyway, the sound on it would not go above 50 which, with machinery sometimes on, was not loud enough. I replaced that with one I returned because the sound quality was appalling. And I returned a second one which took took ages for channels to change and was only 6 less than this. So, for me, this is a really good find and it works a treat.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWorks well BUT!
Bought this TV to use at my caravan. I should have opened it before I went, as there were no screws to attach the stand legs to the TV. I had to go to B&Q to buy a few packs of screws, as I couldn’t tell the size of the screws which should have been included, it doesn’t tell you on the instructions.

Nice Tv, excellent picture and sound.
    Initial set-up a little awkward.

There’s not much to dislike about this TV.

Works well in a canal boat and does what’s expected. Takes a bit of time to understand how to operate it and how to record freeview.

What can I say. Its like only a good positive essay blowing smoke up this TV’S Ariel socket will suffice. Im only engaging because I’m high as a F*****G Doughnut.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersNice, for what it is
Good picture quality and good wifi connection, so that’s really what you need for this great price. The remote is quite flimsy however so just 3* for that, but overall – as a spare in the guestroom or bedroom, it’s good quality / price I’d say

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersOverall not bad ish
TV itself is great, but there are a couple of things that niggle me

The stand itself isn’t great it rather wobbles a bit

Plus its attached to my network via a network cable…generally faster than WIFI but its speed is woeful 60 meg on a 255 meg down connection on a gigabit network

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersGood Quality Tv but it flashes sometimes.
Its a good TV (NOT A SMART TV) However sometimes it does flash white or grey, I did read on the internet that these branded TVS tend to do that since its single from the remote but I’m not certain.

Nice little TV but sound not grea
I bought this for the kitchen as the size was good. I wasn’t worried about the DVD function as it’s not something we use but the cost was the same as other TV’s without it. The picture quality is very good. The colours are nice and vibrant and the picture is clear, though blacks can lack a little and changing the contrast doesn’t do much.

My main issue is the sound. While it’s not bad, it doesn’t have much volume and when you do turn it up the quality is quote poor. Even in a small kitchen, it an be hard to hear over the noise of other things going on.

Build quality does feel quite good though and despite the poor sound, I think it’s a good purchase.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersExcellent Value, Simple TV
Purchased for my 80-year-old Mum. She’s very happy with it! That should be all you need to know!

    Very good value for money.
Very simple to set-up (step by step, easy to follow, automated set-up).
    Very simple to use.
Main functions are easy to find on the remote control.
NOT a smart TV – BUT a very simple TV

The default picture quality is OK when initially set-up. To improve quality (colour) of picture, the “Picture Mode” must be changed, and ANY other picture setting (other than default) will increase power consumption (the TV is rated as an F in energy efficiency, this is the second lowest (worst) rating on the scale).

Should you wish to have full instructions, you’ll need to visit a website and download the 70+ page pdf doc! Hope you have plenty of paper and ink to print it all!

If you need an Excellent Value, Simple TV, this is it!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThanks SHARP
Got this up and running within 30 minutes of taking it out of the box. WiFi connected instantly and the router is two storeys below on the opposite side of the house. Connected to Amazon TV easily by going through the Prime mobile app and inputting the code on the TV app into my registered devices on the mobile app. The buttons on the remote are a bit stiff but it works. Loads of instant streaming like Horror Pops and My5 that don’t require subscription. Connects to my Xbox Series S via HDMI and works well so far. My only concern is the DVD player doesn’t have a dust cover. Was easily mounted on a 24 inch wall mount. Took about ten minutes. The sound quality could be better for games but TV is fine. Picture quality is good but seems a little lagging but I think that could be the WiFi. Compared to the last TV I bought off Amazon which was everything opposite of what it was meant to be, I’m impressed. It’s lightweight and slim, so easily mounted. Perfect for bedroom, kitchen and caravan since it’s slim and lightweight. Does require an outdoor ariel with an outdoor ariel port to use for freeview, though. Love it so far.

Golden Review Award: 11 From Our UsersGreat Value for money with all the Connections you need
Great value Tv Excellent picture Quality slim & sleek by Design very light weight as well Sound was a little Disappointing a lot of Bass with this awful tinny sound Connections for a TV of this price was Excellent 3 Hdmi ports 2 on the back one on the side Composite X1 Scart X1 USB X2 Ethernet port (but does not connect to the internet ) Head-phone socket X1 First impressions a bit over.whelming at first but you can
get very use to it & relax with it in a matter of days

    Resolution by output

    Tv 720p-50hz refresh rate 50/60hz

    Play-Station 4 by Hdmi 1080p.60hz

Virgin Media HD box by HDMI 1080I (INTER-LACE SCAN)

PLAY-Station 2 by Composite out 567i or 480i (the game will need a 60hz option ) can handle 480p (will vary from game to game)

    Play -Station 3 by Hdmi 1080p 720p at 6oHZ

    Over-all

A great Tv at great price but as it has been said already its not a Smart Tv delivery from Electrical Mania Was Sharp purchased on the 9th July 2021 delivered on the 12th July 2021

Recommended for HD gaming & Blu-ray Movies via Play-Station 4 or Blu-ray or DVD player bedroom tv & digital TV & CABLE TV viewing or if you are on a budget

Not Recommended as a smart tv with Apps not internet ready despite having an Ethernet port would not recommended it for home Cinema ( i would go for something larger with 4k if not 8k with a higher refresh rate)

OUT OF TEN Probably about 9.5
reason for buying An emergency replacement for old 22 inch Panasonic viera (2021 model) & this TV connections

Loled the look of it in yhe kitchen. The previous one we put in our bedroom, to replace the broken down old bedroom one. The one in the Bedroom may yet come back to the Kitchen and the new Sharp can go to the bedroom.
The other one you can get Playback for BBC I Player, but not in the new Sharpe. It was the same price as another TV when bought, and that had I Player. My husband chose the Sharp as it has a good reputation he said.!
It takes 17 seconds to come on. I change a channel sometimes, and it switches itself off for no good reason. I am not happy with it. Probably going to put it in the bedroom because it will not get much use up there. I really miss the one upstairs now, and will bring it downstairs. We bought a brand new aerial as the reception was not great on it, and the picture quality was not that great. Did not change it much. Slightly better only.!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGreat once set up!
I bought this for my elderly father to replace a broken set, so I set it up for him. The hardest part was screwing on the bottom of the stand!! The leaflet explains that you’re basically creating the thread in the plastic yourself so if it gets too tight and won’t go in any further, unscrew it a little then keep on screwing! It needed loads of pressure so j was a bit worried about damaging the screen but I got there in the end! The stand is wobbly if you don’t fully tighten this part so has to be done. An electric screwdriver would probably help.
Anyway, on to set up! It was quite easy to get all the digital channels set up and all went well until we connected the Sky box. The picture turned pink every time we changed to Scart input, but it turned out it just wasn’t pushed in well enough. D’oh! The cable access is quite fiddly and tight though. Then we had no sound on Sky, so deduced we needed a mini Jack to RCA cable from the Sky box to the TV. The old TV managed on Scart alone but this one doesn’t. Luckily I had one so the crisis was averted!
The picture is really crisp and the sound was okay (small TV so didn’t expect much).
We linked the Sky remote to the TV easily and dad was pleased to have only one controller.
Though we did need to use the TV remote to eject DVDs, which dad found very fiddly with the very small pause/stop button! I think he’ll need a different remote. There’s also quite a lag between pressing buttons on the remote and anything actually happening on the TV. DVDs glided in and out smoothly.
So in conclusion, he’s really happy watching it. I think he’ll struggle with the small DVD controls on the remote so we’ll have to replace that if we can. He was delighted with the price we paid. A good TV once you’ve set it up!
