Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMy wife wanted to take up golf, and I wasn’t sure how serious she was. I bought this set as a gift because they had great reviews and if she didn’t like golf, it wasn’t that much of an investment. The clubs are quite impressive, and she has been hitting at a driving range and says they work well. If she decides she likes golf, I will add a club or two and probably invest in a better bag. The bag is ok but kind of flimsy. It does have handy retractable legs to stand up.

When buying golf clubs it is easy to buy good and expensive OR poor quality and cheap. If you are better than a beginner a decent set of clubs can help your game. This set is better than a beginners set at a reasonable price. My wife is really happy with them and they look great as well

They arrived yesterday evening, beautiful clubs. Cant wait to get on the range and try them out. Seem like great quality and love the purple. The stand bag is great.

Received the set of clubs with a damaged driver, guessing it was damaged by transport company. Dallas golf instantly sorted the issue out for us. Highly recommend these guys! Also, partner loves the clubs, her game has really improved while using these clubs.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersPart of the reason we chose this set was due to the product description bullet point that read “Irons (6 9): Have high flight technology that delivers distance, forgiveness, and control from stainless steel.” When the product arrived we opened the box only to find that every club was graphite. The quality of the clubs appear great and we’re happy to have a new complete set of clubs. We don’t plan to return the clubs since they are a starter set but those looking for a steel shaft should be warned.

The graphite clubs are very light, the putter is nice and heavy, and the bag (w/legs) is nice and light. None of the clubs show any wear and are not dented etc.

Great beginner set! especially if you’re looking for something that is not pink or purple. Used them one time so far, seems like they are a great quality. The bag is perfect and light weight.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI am an absolute beginner and have been hiring clubs when having a social hit with the girls. I was excited to be getting my very own clubs. I did a lot of research for quite some time and felt these were the best for me. They arrived in good time and have all the clubs that I need. I used them for the first time today. They were great. Very light to use, and, I improved my game! When I first unpacked the driver, it looked huge and I didn’t think I would use it, but after today, it is one of my favorites. I love everything about this package, and there are plenty of compartments in the bag for everything. I can’t wait to get out there again. Definitely a fantastic purchase. I’m so happy that I bought these. Grab them, you’ll love them.

Golden Review Award: 35 From Our Users-Overall Review:
I bought the 14-piece set (teal) and I really like it! If you want a complete set and are genuinely interested in learning the game and getting better, I’d recommend the 14- or 16-piece sets but not the 11-piece.

    -Personal Background for Context:
Mid-20s, female, 5’7, ~155lbs (clubs seem to be a good fit for my body btw). I had absolutely zero golf experience before I bought these clubs, but I’ve been wanting to learn for work reasons. I went golfing once or twice using rental clubs to see if I liked it. I did, so I went to a Dick’s Sporting Goods and tried out their different club sets (most Dick’s have golf simulators for you to try clubs). Then ordered the one I liked on Amazon. Although I had no golf experience, swinging the club comes very naturally to me because I played ice hockey and field hockey for 20+ yrs.

    -Pros:
Honestly, I don’t know exactly what to pay attention to but I think these clubs are pretty good! First of all, they are SO lightweight. I normally walk the course but am still surprised every single time by how lightweight my bag feels. I live where it’s pretty cold so most of my golfing has been in ~45 degree weather. This bag has one pretty deep pocket on the back that I use to hold all my balls, tees, glove, etc. and then one very large pocket that runs the length of the entire bag. (There are other pockets, but I don’t use them.) I stuff that long pocket with jackets and extra layers. Even so, the bag is still super lightweight! Second, the clubs never reverberate up my hands and sting when it’s cold out either. Third, the driver has a pretty good sweet spot! I’m not very consistent yet because I’m just learning so I typically hit my driver anywhere between 180-210 yards. 8-iron around 115 yds. 6-iron around 150 yds. I would say I’m naturally very athletic but I still feel like those are some pretty good numbers for someone who is just learning and I would largely credit the clubs because I’m not even swinging as hard as I possibly can. Fourth, given how well my clubs have performed and the fact that this set comes with enough clubs for me to play a full course, I think this is a great package for the price. Finally, the set looks nice and I like that it’s a stand bag because I walk.

    -Cons:
I’m much better at hitting the 5 wood and 5 hybrid than I am my irons. Although I feel like I certainly have all the clubs I need in my 14-piece set to play a complete game of golf, I do wish I bought the 16-piece so that I could have more woods/hybrids in my bag. As I get better, perhaps I will grow to like my irons more. But it’s a big jump to go from a driver to a 5 wood. I definitely think it would be helpful to have a 3 or 4 wood too.
