These trousers are such good value for money and very comfortable, I went skiing and wore them over my leggings and since they were so warm I ended up wearing them daily when I was in Canada for 2 weeks in the snow, they look really nice too, I can’t recommend them enough! The sizing was perfect also

Get a size smalle
Good trousers nice and warm, only bad thing is i have big thighs and they make a swishing sound people can hear me coming, I’d recommend getting a size or two smaller then you normaly would im 16 i got size 34 if i order again i would order a size 30 or 32 if im going to wear them over leggings or jogging pants

I am uk 34 but wanted space for other layers etc. Seeing to horsrs in winter. Ordered 36 for space. 2xxl arrived. Huge !!!! Had to send back and get 2 sizes smaller. perfect fit. ….. size on order is in inches 32 34 36 etc. Arrives as l xl 2xxl etc. Others on here refering to 10 12 14 etc. So hard when ordering sizes are not uk or us or inchez ???? Wtf. Very happy with new size. Perfect.

Variations in sizes???
I bought 3 of these in different colours, all the same size – the silver ones are too short?! I have long legs, this is true, so these are all only just long enough, but the silver ones came up about 2 inches shorter for some reason _()_/
Otherwise, I like the extra knee protection, for warmth and being able to kneel down. They’re nice and thick for the price, pretty waterproof, and windproof. Good pockets. They’re also “skinny” so they hug your leg all the way down to the ankle, love that.
Good trousers for an exped
Decent quality for walking. A little roomy on the waist but they fit well enough to be comfortable and warm.
I bought these for going to Norway so haven’t tried them in sub zero temps yet, but round the house they were noticeably warmer than normal trousers or jeans. I originally ordered a 32 as I’m a 10/12 usually, but had to return them and get the 30 as the waist was huge. The 30 fit well with some space to wear a thermal baselayer. Easy to return and refund was quick.

A good fit, except the waist could be a little tighter. The size is right except that the legs are far too long.

very warm
I bought two pairs of these trousers to use for winter walking trousers and am very pleased with them. They are fleecy lined and very warm. The stretch fabric is very comfortable , they are not totally waterproof on the knees, where the fabric is slightly different, but for the money I think they are very good value. I might try spraying the fabric inset with a silica waterproof spray across the seams. I am happy with both pairs.
The gray pair are cut slightly smaller than the black pair, and narrower legs, but still very comfortable.
Darker than expected
Whilst darker than expected (the pic is very light in comparison, expected a lighter grey/almost white but not a big deal really ) . Very comfy, pockets are deep and convenient. I have the larger size which fit well but could benefit from a belt but as I’m losing weight I can tolerate this size being a teensy bit nippet (still comfortable tho’) . Contemplating another pair in yet another colour because they’ve been fantastic in recent cold temperatures (I’m a dog walker so outdoors all day every day) . I’m basically going to copy and paste and adjust slightly to review the bigger size I have. Recommend and will buy agai
So good I bought another pai
I really like these trousers. Lovely fit with plenty of stretch for bending, crouching, climbing etc. So good I bought another pair 6 months later in a different colour. Very warm on cold days, waterproof but wouldn’t withstand a long time in a really heavy down pour. The knees are the weak points in these trousers and water starts to absorb here the quickest. Sufficiently waterproof for my requirements though.
Really warm trousers
Nothing worse than clod legs on long walks in the winter. These trousers are great with soft warm lining and wind proof outer to keep out the chill. I am a size 8 so bought a size 26 which on the trousers 8a marked as XS. That fit perfectly and are not tight at all.
Fit for purpose
Really good trousers but whilst fitting in the leg are really baggy around the waist so will need a belt!
Amazing value for money
Just used these for a hike and wild camp in snowy, wet Wales and they really stood up to the challenge. Warm, waterproof and great for kneeling down/sitting on the cold wet floor. Only downside, the waistband fastening could be a bit more elasticated and have a button rather than a slide fastening.
Brilliant trousers to keep you warm
I bought these for a trip to Iceland and they were perfect! Kept me warm and were very comfortable. They have a few pockets including one on the leg which is useful to store your phone. I’m usually a size 10 and ordered the 30 which worked perfectly as I wore a thermal base layer underneath.
Really comfortable, warm and waterproof
I bought size 36 after looking at the reviews. I am a standard size 16 and I felt the smaller size might be a bit tight. It’s a perfect fit, maybe even a little big.
I bought mine for dog walking in bad weather, and it does just the job. My husband was wearing a pair of jeans out walking this morning, and he was cold on his legs. I was toasty warm.
I would definitely recommend this item. It’s worth the money.
I’m very pleased with the fit and quality of these trousers.
I’d say the measurements are true to size, in inches.
They are really warm, some movement for walking etc; but I wear them for cycling too work and they give my legs an extra workout as they are slightly resistant to the circle of the wheel for pedalling,. However, I really appreciate their warmth on my legs, and the reasonably close fit that means they don’t get caught up in the chain or wheels. If definitely purchase another pair and probably will.
I suspect they are not totally rainproof, but that the surface will repel a certain amount of rain and snow.
They're soft inside very comfortably. I work inside so i don't no if they're waterproof.
They just fit me round my stomach. The hook does spin but it still works. Legs and bottom area fits perfect, im not big hipped or have a big behind.
Great in every way
The trousers look great and are very warm considering the fleece layer is quite thin. I wore these in snow that was higher thn knee deep and they were completely waterproof. Very impressed. The pockets also have great waterproof zips
Excellent Value for Money
These trousers are excellent value for money and look pretty good on. Would have got five stars if it wasn’t for the following: I didn’t get a belt and will need to wear one as trousers gapes around the waist / back yoke. Size 30 fits me 10/12 UK size. My husband also bought a pair and recommended these trousers to me.
Great warm comfortable hardy trousers
Really happy with these trousers. I work outside in all weathers and these are working better than anything else I’ve tried so far. I do still wear them with long johns but I’m standing almost stationary in rain and snow all day. I’m 5,6 and a pear shape and bought size 16 – I’m usually somewhere between a 14-16 and these are a little large but comfortable and they fit well and I can still tuck them in wellies.
Warm and waterproof
I would suggest that these are men’s trousers, and fortunately for me, as a woman with no hips and large waist, they are good for me. I am a 14 and I ordered 32″ waist and found these to fit well on the hips and a bit of room on the waist, with a belt that is great. They are warm and waterproof and excellent for hiking.
With recent bad weather Iv have practically lived in these trousers both for work and dog walking and they are fab , warm ,wind resistant and water proof My job is to excercise ride racehorses rain or shine it was -4 today and I was toasty warm thanks to these trousers , my only con is they are a little bit round the waist but nothing a belt won’t fix
Snug fi
These are great trousers, but its a good job I read my way through the reveiws first before ordering which is how I found out which size I should order ! They are warm, windproof, a snug fit (you would wear them like ordinary trousers/jeans, not overtrousers), & I got them to wear when riding my quad bike in all weathers, under my old overtrousers that keep the dirt off, but are no longer waterproof around crotch/seat area…Ive been out in couple of heavy downpours & so far so good, come home nice & dry.
I have to admit, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a pair of trousers at such a low price point and I’m pleasantly surprised! I bought these for hiking on the Brecon Beacons (once we’re out of lockdown) and for the cold frosty nights spent standing and sitting around my telescope. So far I’ve only been able to wear them for the latter scenario and these trousers kept me warm in -4C with no movement. I tried a few lunges and there’s plenty of give on the fabric for when I need to take big steps up. The colour is lovely too (I got the purple) and not a colour you would usually find in outdoor shops. Size-wise, I chose US34 CNXL and it fit me (UK size 16) but I could also have gone a little larger too.

I am so pleased with these trousers. I spend a lot of time in the Brecon Beacons, the weather can be extremely cold up there. These trousers are fantastic, they keep my legs warm, they are good quality. They have reinforced knees. Deep pockets. Thick material but they do not restrict movement. I will definitely purchase these again.

Very pleased with these trousers, living as I do in Wales we have more than our share of rain. I like to walk especially in the mountains and these trousers live up to all they claim. They keep me comfortable warm and dry in the worst of weather.
I bought these for my daughter to join me hiking and trekking. The size fits perfectly for her and they do look good on her. The only thing we had to do was buy a belt for her as she needed a little extra tightening around her waist but I do the same!
The only downside to them is they do make a lot of noise whilst walking due to the textile used, which if you buy a more expensive brand this would be reduced.
Overall I would recommend these for the price and if you just want try hiking for the first time! Otherwise if you hike all the time you find these noisy!
Not the advertised colour but very well made I like them.
Would be much more happier if I had the colour I picked, it left me feeling why ask me what I want if im going to just get something similar to it but not quite as nice as getting the colours you picked.
Good fit and nice to wea
I love these trousers. Am usually a size 12 and the 30 fits perfectly. Lovely for walks, working outdoors and very cosy and and and water resistant. I have purchased a second pair. Like the coloured ones as not the usual drab greens and khaki.
Very well made, very comfortable, only issue is, I bought 4 pairs, only 1 came with a belt, not a big issue, just irritated having to swap belt every time. Otherwise perfect product!
warm & wind proof
Very warm thick trousers. Was thinking I could get them over my jeans but cannot as the legs are very narrow. But they’ll be warm enough for winter dog walking.
