The bin is perfect and so easy to use. The lid was somehow damaged, and I contacted customer service and Amazon sent us new bin without a problem. Great service!
I received a broken bin, sent it back (thankfully, DHL picked it up at my place) and got a new one that is ok.
I had already bought and used the exact same type of bin before and sold it, since I moved countries.
I bought it again in my new country of residence and so far, so good.
I have a 2-yo who uses 3-4 size 4 diapers a day. The bin gets full every week or so (up to 9 days, not more than that), and every cartridge holds about three weeks worth of diapers (maybe a bit less).
I first got this when we were expecting our son 18 months ago and it worked perfectly for nearly a year until the other half broke the lid so we needed to buy another. Cheap and cheerful and easy to use keeps most smells out until a warm day.
Great free gift from Amazon for creating a baby list. Having said that, the cassettes are very expensive to buy on their own and hence the bin becomes a bit obsolete without them
Bought this to keep our dog poo bags in, in the hope it would combat the smell at the back door in this heat. It is doing its best… but obviously not designed for this purpose and is being defeated! But still better than the pedal bin we had before. The mechanism works smoothly, it was easy to put together, and comes with a good number of spare bag cartridges, so all good!
This bin is great, keeps smell in and easy to use, only refills are expensive!!
