The bin is perfect and so easy to use. The lid was somehow damaged, and I contacted customer service and Amazon sent us new bin without a problem. Great service!

Works well
I received a broken bin, sent it back (thankfully, DHL picked it up at my place) and got a new one that is ok.
I had already bought and used the exact same type of bin before and sold it, since I moved countries.
I bought it again in my new country of residence and so far, so good.
I have a 2-yo who uses 3-4 size 4 diapers a day. The bin gets full every week or so (up to 9 days, not more than that), and every cartridge holds about three weeks worth of diapers (maybe a bit less).

I first got this when we were expecting our son 18 months ago and it worked perfectly for nearly a year until the other half broke the lid so we needed to buy another. Cheap and cheerful and easy to use keeps most smells out until a warm day.

Good bin for storing dirty nappies. No smell when you open it to dispose of a new nappy. There is a slight smell when removing the lid to empty it out, but otherwise, a very great purchase.
Doesn't handle dog poo smells as I'd hoped it would!
Bought this to keep our dog poo bags in, in the hope it would combat the smell at the back door in this heat. It is doing its best… but obviously not designed for this purpose and is being defeated! But still better than the pedal bin we had before. The mechanism works smoothly, it was easy to put together, and comes with a good number of spare bag cartridges, so all good!
Overall this nappy bin is great, 9/10. Easy to use and holds the smell well enough. Depending on baby, the refills last for a good amount of time too. It can be a bit of a pain to clean given its size so we tend to put ours in the dishwasher and that does the job. Refills are expensive. It worked out better value to buy a new bin with refills than to buy just the refills.

At first I didnt know how to operate this device but ingot the hang of it and loves it. There’s no scent coming from my room with the dirty nappies and thats fantastic
So it works as intended, smells nice etc. but the bin lid doesn’t fit right on one side like it’s warped
Had a different diaper pail before we moved, which had a better design. Find the ‘twist’ part doesn’t often stay twisted, which means the bag is open and smell can escape. Seems the weight of the diapers pulls down excess bag slack, so it doesn’t twist. Or maybe I’m doing it wrong?
Find for wet diapers, but don’t put number twos in there..
Generally very good. A bit tricky to get started and the cassettes are quite big. One cassette lasts us about 2 weeks and we go through about 6/7 nappies a day.
We’ve got recommended this nappy (diaper) bin as one of the best item to have to dispose of dirty nappies, but the first one came broken due to shock during the transport and light packaging. Once we’ve got a replacement, well you have to buy the cassette containing the bin liner. Speaking of which, this seems to be a tad complicated, and buying the cassette filled is a bit on the expensive side. It is also not a hand free device, which is a shame because when you have overfilled nappies to deal with the last thing you want is to have to clean the bin as well.
Not the indispensable purchase I thought it was.
