Very happy with the purchase, the steps are very comfortable to use with the wide tread, wasn’t sure if this came with the tool tray and it does so happy about that also the extending hand rail is a great addition.

I liked the ladder very much and showed it to my neighbor and they had me order one for them.

This is a great short ladder for my kitchen. It came with a dented part but it did not effect the use. Easy to store.

This brushed-aluminium set of two steps is very light but extremely sturdy. When closed, the unit is kept folded by a velcro and webbing strap and, when open, the handle slides up and locks, via an integral click catch, to aid safe use. each step is ridged and the legs terminate in ridged plastic feet.

Just what I needed. A little heavier in the hand than I anticipated, but very manageable and very slim and easy to tuck away where there is limited space. I’m sure I will make good use of them.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersOverall, I like this little ladder. I purchased the three-step version and it’s the perfect size for most household chores up to an 8-foot ceiling. It’s light weight and plenty sturdy for my needs.

There are a few minor things I would change, but none of them are significant enough that would change my mind about my purchase. I will list them in order of importance to me:
    1. When opening/unfolding the unit, I find that my natural tendency is to put my hand in a pinch-point between the top step and rear support bar. I think a minor design change could have prevented this. There is a warning label, but the English wording is very small.
    2. The feet are a relatively hard plastic. I feel like a softer rubber style would be a little more stable for use on tile floors. The unit is stable once locked in the open position.
    3. There is a velcro strap that’s intended to hold the upper cross bar in place for storage. It’s not very convenient and appears to be an afterthought in the design. It’s not a big deal, but it’s different from the pictures in the listing.

In all, none of my complaints are a deal breaker. The price was a little better than some of the other units I looked at and I wanted a lightweight style that would be less likely to aggravate shoulder and neck problems. It will suit the needs of my house.

Overall, pretty good. I would prefer softer rubber feet.

Used many a step ladder for work in the past but this one for home use is perfect, sturdy and also allows for a comfortable perch with its wide steps. Haven’t really got any cons, the ladders are light and fold to a slim profile so easy to tuck away. What’s not to like.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersIt is a really nice product but no strong as as advertised 330 lb, after 8 times of use in two months I notice a small bend at the step support .

My partner has a slight fear of heights but used these with no problem at all, that’s how sturdy they are.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersNothing not to like about these, had them around 4 months they are easy to put up and down they fold up very flat unlike normal steps.
The wide runs make it comfortable to stand on and give a solid feel under foot when your on them.
The extending handle on the top is a nice touch that pulls up easily and locks in place, to lower it you must first fold up the steps.

Because the steps pivot, when folded, this is very slim, much thinner than a traditional set of step ladders. The handle retracts too to take up less space, and they aren’t that heavy since nearly all the material is aluminium. In use, the steps feel very solid (I’m no lightweight) and the wide rubber feet stop them moving. Very happy with them, you can buy cheaper, but these are worth the price

Really impressed with the build quality of these steps. They are compact when packed away and the top handle telescopes down for even more compact storage. I have no hesitation in recommending this product.

It’s perfect for my indoor needs and stows away into any slim depth space under a bed or couch or cupboard So fast and easy to erect and love the extending grab rail to steady me. Its hood looking enough to be placed in show if necessary. It can be used outside too but i wanted it handy for the high kitchen cupboards and bathroom skylight.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersWe bought this for taking to caravan storage. Fits in the car and is very sturdy and east to fold. Excellent would recommend for travel or anybody with storage issues.

This is very light indeed and nicely made. Unlike a lot of other small 3-step stools, this one has the handle on top and that it retracts is a big bonus.

Some of the other reviewers comment on the fact this handle does not lock when retracted and that there is no stay to lock the ladder in the open position, but we have not found this to be a problem.

Nice item if you are looking for a small light (low-ish) ladder.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersHigh quality product so simple to open and close, no catches or stays to manoeuvre. Very stable and sturdy with good deep treads, ideal for anyone of any age or dexterity to use with confidence. It is so sleek when folded (one side merges into the other like a cassette) that mine is stored against the wall behind the opened utiliy room door and you wouldn’t know it’s there , no putting it away and using the nearest chair instead. Whoever came up with it deserves a design award. Well worth paying a bit more for this and I don’t say that very often if at all.

Golden Review Award: 10 From Our UsersIt cost a bit more than I wanted to pay – but was well worth it It is stable and well made if a bit heavy and the safety handle is a bit too small Cheap compared to what it would have cost to fall off my old one

I am pleased with this. The wide steps are a bonus. I had trouble raising the hand rail, took a hammer in the end but otherwise this is a good tool. I am using it outside for painting a summer house so it rests on very uneven ground. It remains stable. On my previous steps, the feet used to sink into the mud but these don’t!
I tie the paint pot to the rail and it is easy to move the whole thing.
