Creative MPPT tech makes efficiency higher than 99%. Peak conversion 80%. Consider the conversion rate of solar panel is about 80%, for example, if you need 500W power output from the inverter, you need to connect it to a solar panel that 500 / 0.8 / 0.8 equals about 780W, (780w * 0.8 * 0.8 = 500w)

Running with batteries and it does the job well – though as other people have mentioned, cooling seems verrrrry marginal. I’ve been running this in a garage with good airflow – and that’s been at sub-zero temperatures recently – yet it can’t sustain a continuous load of even 300-400w without frequent five-minute rests to cool down.

I guess that could be to do with the design of my system and what it’s been asked to do as much as anything else – so going to do a little tweaking and will reserve judgement on how much of a problem cooling will be long term. Certainly won’t be an issue for every application I’d imagine and I don’t consider it a huge drawback even so….. but going to be interesting to see how it copes in hot weather.

I never give five star reviews (as I don’t trust them) – but this does seem a good product that’s well worth the money – and it turned up quickly too… so I’m a happy bunny all round.

Not noisy like the other one. The other one ventil when not necessarily

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThere are lots of inverters available but few of them are grid-tie versions. This means it will synchronize with the National Grid and allow you to use a wind or solar system to reduce your power bill. The disadvantage is that you can’t produce power in a power cut without first isolating your system and then using a small non-grid-tie inverter to ‘start’ your main inverter.

They are not the most efficient units, but to be fair they work as described.
    I’m very happy with mine.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAre these are great don’t know why I didn’t buy one before I have more on order. On a 700W solar system I’m pulling on average 350w every hour 10 hours a day. I have half my electricity bill. Most people don’t realise that on a cloudy day solar panels only emit 10% of there potential please take this into account.
On average for 12 months you save lots of money and will pay for itself in two years after that it’s free motoring.

works well tested from 12v 480w solar array output is roughly 400watts in direct sunlight, on a 24v 210ah battery bank produces 1100W dropping to roughly 800 as the temp increases.

Additional solar panel direct to mains socket.. part of larger installation, does not make excessive fan noise being lightly loaded.. does the job.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersExcellent grid tied inverter. Used to boost power in my off grid cabin(UK). It syncs up with the main 5000w inverter perfectly, boosting the power available..

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThis review is based after my 2 months experience.

    It works flawless.
It’s a complete set and don’t need anything other than solar panels and cables.
But if you want to monitor input DC and Output AC you need to buy other accessories.
That’s when I noticed it’s effecienty is quote low than it claims to be. It could be my mistake not meeting their requirements for this product to achieve advertised efficiency.
They beauty is It works with 12V Leiaure battery flawlessly and you don’t need to tinker anything.
Just make sure you get a charge controller and do the right settings on it. And connect it from the battery not from load.
If you want to ask anything else just give me shout and I’m here for you to answer as much as I know.

But be sure it works for small projects under 1000 Watts.
Bear in mind it doesn’t have limiter function so you will have to use at least 100 Ah leisure battery for it.
All the best and its a best buy.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersRunning from 8x100w panels wired as four pairs in series to produce vmp of 36v and voc 44v. One thing I found
is if you have a mppt charge controller you do not have to switch the input from the solar panels, instead just
parallel the inputs. The Batteries are given priority and when charging the vmp from the panels drops so very
little goes through the Inverter. When the batteries are fully charged the vmp rises and the Inverter does it’s job.
So can be switched in and out simply by the wall socket.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersAppears to work from 7S LiFePO4 battery pack. Pulling around 52amps (1200W) and mains power meter showing reduction in 1080W in real time power use. Having said that it is getting hot really quickly and casing reaching around 53C before inverter cuts output and cools down a little. So thermal dissipation at full load is a problem. It has two 40mm fans in push/pull configuration which is clearly inadequate if you plan to run from the battery. Will be rigging up some 120mm fans to cool the casing.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersHabe diesen Inverter seit einer Woche in Betrieb mit 4×250 PW.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersFunktioniert einwandfrei.

    Funktioniert einwandfrei!
