I struggled with the metal holdings but this was my fault.
I use it in my rather large room.

This heater is fabulous , my son has it in the office when working from home . Room size is about 6ft 6 by 9 ft warms it up in 5 minutes!! We’ve even tried it in our living room which is 14 ft by 12 and is brilliant in there too!!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI have bought 4 of the 650watt heaters because they will run with my 3.9kw solar system. January is still cold but has sun from 0900 to around 1645 ish. I have dotted these heaters around my house on a timer switch that will switch them on at 10am when the solar power will be enough to run them completely or at a reduced inport price from the grid. They come with thermostat control so they can switch off when the rooms become the right temperature. Having thermostat control is helpful to not overload the solar system because not all the radiators will be on at the same time because of the thermostat control. The timer is set to turn them off at 1700 making massive savings on gas heating. If you run a solar system on your house I would give some serious thought about getting some of these heaters. Will make a massive saving from gas if you use solar.

Looks good and 3kw rads usually cost more so happy with the price.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersSome of the fins are slightly bent so at some point they probably haven’t been handled carefully, no leaks though. The two I ordered both had missing nuts used to fix the castors and wingnuts used to fix the castor bracket. I contacted the seller and the missing parts arrived within 2 days. They do get hot but would dissipate heat better if they were bigger. They’re cheap and they work.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersHeat output only if you sit right next to it. If you want to heat a room forget this heater, it is useless. Don’t waste your money.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersIt’s 3kw with 13 fins ‘ and does the job ‘. It gets lovely and hot but i didn’t like the spring seal around the electrical parts ‘.
I feel like they should have a screw down ‘ or bolt down cover for safety ‘ but if you have kid’s then a fire guard is essential to prevent accidental scolding ‘.
It’s clearly one of the most affordable way’s to heat ‘ because oil takes a long time to cool when it’s in a metal jacket like this ‘ and the thermostatic control means that it uses a lot less electricity to top up the room temperature by only a few degrees when the room temperature setting has dipped by a few degrees ‘.
Obviously it will use a lot of electricity to reach your desired temperature from cold ‘ but if you turn off one switch and reduce the heat setting when the room is warm ‘ then it will save money and be much cheaper to run over a longer period of time . A radiant heater would be better if you wanted to heat yourself instead of the room ‘ and could save you even more on the electric .
It works and i haven’t had any problems with it so fa

Works but i have seen better constructio

It’s good but expected better heat output as I own an almost identical radiator with the same power which indeed produced more heat. But well, it’s bought and used now so might as well keep it.

The radiator is very good however it did arrive damaged but still works. The box it came in was nearkly falling apart and when opened the radiator had what looks to be a tear in the metal.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought this to save money on my electrical bill to use instead of the electric heater. This works soo much better and actually keeps the apartment warm. Great for a small apartment or to warm up one room. I love that you can choose the voltage which helps the electric bill. One minor thing is that for some reason the lowest voltage is just as strong as the highest, but the middle voltage is very weak. could be a defect just on my heater but it doesn’t really bother me since you can also adjust the temperature.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersFirst of all I would like to say that I paid extra for Saturday delivery but order arrived on Friday when I wasn’t at home. It was left in garden without any message left. So radiator was outside on the rain all night. So thanks a lot for drivers who left it there. Well done ! I’m very disappointed of that, let me to remaid I paid extra for Saturday delivery!
Second oil filled radiator is a bit damaged but looks like it doesn’t effect it. Hope it will work well in the future. For now it is working well, for small room it is perfect.

    Good for small rooms

This review is based solely on the excellent customer service I received from this company.
My radiator arrived in a very battered state, delivered by Hermes.
Upon opening, the radiator had sustained some damage, and made strange noises during use.
I deemed it too big a risk to safely use, and contacted AMOS customer service, who were a dream to deal with, and offered a swift solution on the spot, to something that was the fault of the delivery service.
I unfortunately can’t rate the radiator, but I highly rate the customer service team.

There were no instructions provided with this item of how to attach feet or how to work it, although it was quite easy to do. I asked afterwards via Amazon twice and then direct to Amos for manual, but got no reply from either.

This heater really takes the sting out the cold weather I have storage bartering which works well but stars to chill later on in the day that is when I use the heate

Ok, it’s small, but it does take the chill off. The size makes it very portable. I ordered 2, opened one, and had been using it a couple of weeks before I opened the 2nd, which had feet and instructions, which I hadn’t even realised were missing. I sent an email to amazon, the following day I recieved a new one, would have been quite happy with the feet. That’s service.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI bought this radiator to boost the temperature in the garage so in cold weather the freezer could operate effectively.

The unit arrived faster than expected and was well packed for transit. The out of the box impression is of reasonably well made and robust product. To get going all you need to do is fit the castors which took less than 5 minutes.

I like the three stage heat control and, after a couple hours the unit made a noticeable difference to the temperature in the cold garage. On the full setting the heat output is good for such a compact unit. The thermostat is also effective and reasonably accurate. Overall, this radiator represents good value for money and delivers a decent amount of heat for its size – I’m pleased with it.

Golden Review Award: 18 From Our UsersI had been sitting in my office (downstairs, dining room size, patio door) and getting cold hands typing. Not wanting to whack the heating up, or even have it on in the rest of the house (but needs must). Within half an hour of plugging this in, and putting up to full – I was sitting in a t-shirt. I then turned it down. It’s really good – buy one if you are cold, sit still and are confined to one room

It is good, it warms small spaces but it takes quite long for a normal room – I bought it for my bedroom which is a 3m one.. I had to keep it on for good 6-7 h to feel like is getting warm. But, if you’re looking to use it next to a desk, that works great! I’ve started to use it like that and it makes my life easier a bit as I spend most of my day at the desk, doing my work. It is quite small but, if you use it wisely, then it can become a good little ‘fellow’. Althought it warms when sitting at the desk, as I said, the cost deal could be a bit better …

I have this in my garden office, it heats up the 4m X 5m space easily, and keeps it warm throughout the day.

I have the radiator set on a smart plug to come on a few hours before I go to the office and it heats up the room adequately.

The unit is small so does take time to heat up a large space, but it is efficient and space saving.

    Would recommend.

Good heat but makes a an annoying clicking sound when turning on the heater and when you turn the temp dial lower or higher. Furthermore, the clicking noise comes back when the room temp drops and the heater needs to kick start itself

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersA great heater for taking the chill out of a room, especially with storage heaters. Super easy to fit the wheels, and super easy to set the thermostat. Set the top dial to full, set bottom to the output that you would like. So if a large room you would use fully to the right (1500w) and smaller room you could decrease the power wattage. Once the room is warmed to the temperature you are happy with simply turn back the top dial slowly until it clicks. Thats it the thermostat is set.

Does a perfect job in a front room on its on will take the chill out relatively quickly. We use in the bedroom for the 20 month year old girls (yes twins, yes identical LOL) super efficient at keeping the room temperature stable.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’ve used this for a couple of weeks now and it’s probably one of the best I have bought! Kicks out some heat! Dining room 5x4m.
On board room thermostat actually works which makes a change as these things usually cycle on the internal safety thermostat! Ok… UPDATE after approx. 3 months of daily use – unit not as effective… checking electrical loading it is max 1kw and this does not work at all on switch position 2 for some reason, but 1 and 3 deliver the same output albeit less than half of its rating.
