We use it to keep the TV, recorders and WiFi hubs alive during power cuts. Functions well
This is good value UPS that does what it says on the tin. I am running my main Wifi node, DSL router, small NAS, Pi, small network switch and a blink camera module from it and when I tested its run time it lasted 1 hr 20 mins before the low battery alarm started. I have dropped one star as there are a few small things 1) As others have mentioned, there is very strong smell from the unit when new. This took a couple of weeks to fully clear. 2) It does not have a replaceable battery, but TBF it is only a entry level model and their more expensive ones do. 3) When it is running on battery it beeps continually and there is no way to switch the noise off. Other that those I am very happy with it .
Always used APC UPSs, and never had a problem. Needed a simple, no frills, unit to protect a small sports facility CCTV system after a local power spike knocked out all 4 cameras and NVR. Sensibly sized, with 2 outlets used (1 x NVR power supply and 1 x 4-block extension lead for camera supply). A third outlet will be used to protect an electronic door lock. Not tested the battery back-up time but, given the low load, should be more than sufficient for our needs. Unit does get warm so is in a well ventilated cabinet.
APC has always made fantastic quality UPS’s and yet again they have done it!

Une odeur assez forte a t prsente durant les premiers jours d’utilisation mais a totalement disparue prsent.
L’onduleur fait son boulot, mais ne vous attendez pas retrouver des fonctionnalits plus avance comme un branchement USB pour prvenir les machines connectes en cas de coupure, il y a juste 4 prises ondules, rien de plus.
J’ai du acheter des adaptateurs pour assurer une connexion avec la terre sur certains quipements.
Mais ce prix, ce produit est trs satisfaisant. A prix “normal” (130) , je l’aurais probablement renvoy.

Absolute life saver. I’ve had upto 6 power cuts a day and the power supply has not let me down.
It was easy to install, but I needed to provide a UK mains lead to power it. I also needed to buy some extension leads to convert the IEC outputs to UK 13 amp mains sockets. The instructions says don’t use extension leads. Perhaps I should have bought the universal socket version.
It has proved it’s worth already as I have suffered 3 power cuts in the week since I bought it, yet have been able to keep my Internet connection on along with my wireless DECT phones because they are powered by this Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS).
It is only 4 stars because initially the UPS gave off a burning smell, which has reduced over time.

As described… Although I would probably buy one with a display of status in future… Hard to know where things stand with this one… great option the universal sockets.
There is no automatic shutdown software with this UPS so it would be of less use for a long outage when I was not around – these are infrequent however so it is not a problem.
It would have been 5 star but for the persistent 50Hz hum from the unit, it’s not loud but its there all the time in the background. Its not a problem for me but it might bother the sensitive. RHE
It’s an excellent piece of equipment, but (as mentioned in another APC UPS report) it came with an US mains connector.
Amazon UK will send out a UK connector on request, but why wasn’t it despatched with one in the first place?
Il prodotto viene utilizzato per l’alimentazione del PC e apparecchi collegati. A tre settimane dall’acquisto mi sembra prematuro dare un giudizio: al massimo si pu dire fin qui tutto bene.
Si bien hay Sais equivalentes de menor precio, este sai es de APC que se dedica a sais profesionales, por lo que he decantado por este y no otro. es para una pequea instalacin, va bien. Sin problemas
