Very easy to assemble
Very comfortable, and pleased with my purchase..
This took a while to assemble and really takes 2 people. One to hold the parts in position while the other inserts the screws. It wasn’t difficult to do though . It is a gorgeous looking garden furniture set, especially for the price. The seat cushions are a little firm but that’s to be expected . The sofa is a 3 seater. The covers are excellent. Thoroughly recommend.
Just had a guy build it up for me as I am disabled it looks absolutely beautiful sat on one of the chairs with my morning coffee and it was very comfortable all I need now is the sunshine the guy who built it said he had built other ones but this was harder that’s why 4 stars
Chairs arrived fully assembled…and are a good weight….shouldn’t be blown away…Cushions are nice and comfortable with removable covers….
The table has to be assembled but is very easy to do…. takes about 10mins…
The table needs to be lifted when moving…not dragged…legs are solid….but …the table does wobbly a bit if knocked….otherwise everything is fine.This set comes with a very large cover…
For the money I would highly recommend this garden set.
The furniture arrived in two boxes in the back of a van. This was my first mistake as I thought I had asked for assembled furniture!! Anyway not to be outdone we decided to start assembling – we being and 86 year old man and a 72 year old woman. It took us all afternoon to assemble one settee and one chair. Here is the second mistake, on finishing off the chair we noticed we didn’t have any more nuts and bolts to assemble the second chair. I immediately phoned Amazon for more nuts and bolts, they couldn’t supply any but was offered a 10% discount (maybe I should have held out for more) but I was able to order more nuts and bolts through Amazon!! Also included in the price are well fitting covers.
The furniture is assembled and looks nice and is very comfortable. All in all I am very pleased with it.
ONCE THE INSTALLATION WAS.COMPLETED THE PRODUCT LOOKS TO BE VERY GOOD QUALITY, BUT PLEASE BE WARNED IT TOOK TWO OF US SIX HOURS TO PUT IT TOGETHER.
INSTRUCTIONS WERE A JOKE AND SO BADLY PUT TOGETHER. THE VARIOUS ITEMS WERE NOT IDENTIFIED AND NEITHER WERE THE BOLTS.
THE CHAIRS WERE NOT ASSEMBLED AT ALL AND IN BITS LIKE THE REST OF IT.
IT CERTAINLY WILL TAKE TWO OR EVEN THREE PEOPLE ON SOME OF IT.
We love our new rattan dining suite. Looks fabulous on our new patio. The suite is of excellent quality and workmanship. We had to wait a while as our of stock but well worth the wait.
Fantastic quality product
We had bought a different sofa previously elsewhere that was returned as it was awful quality. We then found this one and I am amazed at the difference in quality.
The sofa and chairs are solid and very well built. Was not too difficult to build but would recommend 2 people if possible, but I did do it myself.

I am very happy with how this product looks in my garden, I wish the glass top was embedded into the table as I’m quite nervous the with it sitting on top. I’ve had to place extra protection around the corners. That is my only negative and why I marked this down. Very good product otherwise. Good value for money
The 6 seater table and chairs are perfect – assembly was very easy – only had to attach the legs to the table and place the glass on top. Already used it a lot! The cover supplied with it will protect it in the winter. The chairs, with their cushions, are very comfortable and the whole thing is very sturdy. So much so, I ordered the matching sun lounger which has just arrived and took 15 minutes from delivery to lying on it!
I was disappointed that some of the nuts and bolts did not match and I had to go to Screwfix and buy replacements. However the company reimbursed me in full for the cost of replacements. Very sturdy and comfortable and would still recommend this furniture.
Took delivery of this set in a prompt and efficient delivery. Assembled all units several weeks later due to garden refurb. During assembly many of the bolts were of extremely poor quality, and I had to dress many threads prior to assembly …. the time for which was extended quite considerably. In summary, a very good quality set, and looking forward to summer use.
Very happy with our new garden furniture, can’t wait for the summer to make proper use of it! One downside is it took awhile to assemble, it wasn’t very easy. Other than that, it’s comfy and sturdy. Delivery was organised well.
Very happy with the furniture. Good service all items there …A bit fiddly to assemble but easy enough. a lot of bolts holding it together, Fame feels sturdy table is good. Cushions are comfy..good for the money
Excellent quality looks fantastic in garden cushions are thick and comfy, back cushions are thick and comfy to (this was the selling point for me) was not disappointed. Took about 4 hrs to assemble get a socket set this was essential what they sent is pretty useless. The rattan is very sturdy and quite large. Would definitely recommend. If you have the spare 50 for them to assemble I’d say it would be worth it. Delivery was on time and sent email and message with date and time.
Took me an hour and a half to just put the table together. Still needs tightening. Instructions are rubbish. There is a metal screw sticking out of the sofa in two places.
I have given up, and will return as too difficult to put together and the screws sticking out could cause an injury.
Not happy as looks like it could be quite comfortable as the cushions are quite thick.
LATER – after my initial strop I had help from my brother in law, no way could I have done this alone. It did take him 3 hours but the result is good and I am pleased.
Build was slow, but we got there and once complete the sofa, chairs and table look very good. One issue – the sofa cover leaks which means that we have to remove the cushions every day. Didn’t expect to have to do this during the summer months.
Very happy with my new sunbed – came fully assembled only had to put the feet on the bed also the bonus of a weather proof cover which fits perfect – Very good quality for the price.
