Comfortable and lightweigh
I’ve had these for a number of months now and find them comfortable for long walks. No sign of wear so far so they appear to be robust and well made. Wish I could say the same for their owner!
Comfortable
Searched a long time for a comfortable walking shoe and these ones fit the bill. I’ve worn these now for 6 weeks walking on a mixture of hard and soft surfaces. I’ve always added a thin leather insole in all my shoes including these ones but really not needed as they are so comfortable.
Great produc
Great product I have now bought these 4 times. Not that they wear out quickly just that I walk many miles with the dog each day. They have never leaked despite heavy rain.
Wonderfully comfortable walking shoes
Having given up with the deterioration of quality at Merrel I bought this as a test/trial of a different brandand so far couldn’t be more pleased. Super comfortable, seems to be better constructed than Merrel and I look fwd to testing durability & water proofing.
Early days but seems like a great shoe
Have only had these for a couple of weeks but so far they are great. Certainly comfortable and lightweight, and up to now have been waterproof (we’ve had a lot of rain recently so they have been put through quite a test).
Too early to comment about durability, but here’s hoping…
Repeat Purchase
On my third pair! I do a lot of walking in all weathers and these shoes have helped me cover many miles. I’ve tried different shoes…just to have a change…but keep coming back to these.
Difficult to assess the durability as they are in use every day…except the few hottest days in summer.
Have bought several of these over the years as best fitting and waterproof compared to other makes. Worn daily for dog walking on mixture of urban surfaces. These are worth paying the extra money for but as other reviews have printed out the top lace tightener eyelets have been changed and are inferior. Now have to tighten using second lower eyelets then right up to try and avoid likelihood of the top ones failing.
Comfortable straight out of the box
First time worn was on a 5 mile off road walk, very comfortable start to finish. Went half size up on my usual size to allow for heat expansion when walking for hours, proved a good choice. Very happy would buy again.
Excellent walking shoes
With a young border collie and living in Scotland, I do a lot of walking and it tends to be a bit on the wet side most days. So I needed comfortable and waterproof shoes. I also want shoes that are durable, but that review I’ll have to wait a year! For now, I’ve worn them for about a week in dry, wet and snowy conditions – and they’re perfect. It’s great to get home and your feet are warm and dry.
At just under 85, I’d highly recommend these shoes. I’ll come back this time next year to report on how they hold up under pressure!
