Inizialmente riscontrato un problema perch la bilancia non funzionava senza pile neppure se collegata alla rete elettrica.
Contattato il venditore e verificato che il problema era solo nel trasformatore esterno, mi hanno immediatamente inviato un nuovo trasformatore e ora funziona perfettamente.
Problema risolto in pochi giorni, Molto soddisfatto.

After many years of use my OHaus triples beam scale was no longer dependable giving me false readings and causing me to spend a lot of time remeasuring. I decided to go digital as the Ohaus scales now on the market are made in China and of questionable quality according to the reviews I read
My primary use is measuring dry chemicals for glaze making. When testing new glazes, I start with small batches (200 grams) which this scale measures exactly and quickly. The scale was calibrated in the factory. However, I wanted to verify the accuracy and checked the calibration myself. It was exact! I am delighted with my purchase even though the scale was manufactured in China .

Ich suchte mir eine Waage die nicht nach paar sekunden von selbst abschaltet, und einen Stromanschlu0 hat, was ich mit dieser Waage gefunden habe. Man kann diese mit einem Netzstecker oder mit einer 9V Batterie betreiben. Klar um den Preis muss man auch ein Paar Abstriche machen: Gewinde zum Ausrichten, Fe, Gehue aus Hartkunststoff. Metallplatte etwas gratig (nachschleifen mit Schleifpapier), nur ein Paar Einheiten.
Positiv ist auch eine Zhlfunktion. 10 Schrauben drauf, speichern und dann kann man eine X drauf geben uns sieht wie viele es sind.
Verwende diese jedoch als Kchenwage. Gramm Waage. Fr meine zwecke reicht es. Bin zufrieden, da diese sich nicht nach 30 Sekunden abschaltet wie Waagen mit Knopf oder AAA Batterien.
1 Stern abzug weil die Platte gratig war und nicht alle einheiten zum backen drauf sind.

Comes well packaged and I was actually a little surprised with how professional it feels. Other than an issue with the display early on (Seller was quick to respond to the issue with the faulty display and shipped out a replacement which I received after 3 days).

We recently moved and in the process, the cable connection the scale to an electrical outlet broke. I wrote to the company to purchase a replacement and they generously sent two at no charge. Scale is working again like new. I am so grateful!
Their at red many of the scales with various names but they are the same Barr the price, these were good value
Very precise weighing scales for my candle business. Bought in March 2021 now Jan 2023 and the plug doesn’t work – it was fine just before Christmas when I used it last. Is there a way to get a new plug please as the scales work ok with a battery but as i use them a lot i need the power.

I find that the Bonvoisin Scale is very easy to use and that the instructions are perfectly clear. I had two questions to ask the company and their response was very prompt. They quickly understood my issue and immediately sent me a clear and very helpful reply. My work is exacting, and I need to get highly accurate weights of both biological and mineralogical specimens.

The first set of scales had an issue when the power supply shorted out, frying the scales in the process. A replacement was sent out immediately to replace the broken equipment and I was back up and running in no time.
Purchased for mixing eliquid. These are probably overkill, but if you make a lot of 10ml test bottles and need to measure small amounts like 0.05g then these scales are perfect. They respond at the low range better than anything else I have tried. They WILL register one drop of liquid @0.02. Includes calibration weight and mains power cable. Adjustable feet and levelling bubble. no complaints at all. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. Very good quality.
I think that this scale is good for the money. Scale is not really very accurate to the 100th of
of a gram since repeatability lacks somewhat. The “standard” weight that comes with the scale
did not measure exactly. If gram measurements to the 10th is ok in your world, then this scale
will do just fine – definitely more than enough! A/C operations plus the option of battery power
is a real plus!

UPDATE: I purchased this scale about 2 years ago. I began to notice that the weight was drifting…it would loose a couple of grams after calibrating. I sent a note to their customer service, and they sent me a new one….I had it within 1 week of notifying them! I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service. So, I highly recommend this product and company. I changed from 4 to 5 stars!

I love my precision scale! After going through many scales, I have finally found one I’m very happy with. In addition, this particular company has excellent customer service that values their customer base. I’ll definitely re-order from them.
So far, worth every bit of the price. It was simple to calibrate. The legs are twist adjustable to ensure even flatness for the calibration. There’s a tiny level bubble to ensure that you are completely flat/level.
It’s very sensitive, just by blowing lightly on the scale will pick up some weight to it. Not ideal if the washing machine is running at full speed, which funny enough happened to us on our first use.
Only negatives is that most of the movable parts are all cheap plastic, mainly the legs and buttons. So not sure how long those will last with constant use. But otherwise, no regrets in buying this at all.
This scale has changed the way we work. we no longer have to hope that we have measured to the nearest gram, we now know that everything is spot on. the supplied calibration weights and built in level are excellent.
Generally I find that user manuals have deteriorated in quality and clarity over a long period, probably because they are written by geeks – they need to be written by someone who is completely unfamiliar with the product, and therefore asks the right questions.
This scale is going to be used to weigh glaze materials for a potter – often uses small sample glazes so needs to be able to weigh to 0.1 gram.
A good and simple scale. It comes with the two weights for calibration.
Our child is on a ketogenic diet & we need to be able to weigh food to 0.1g, these scales are very accurate.
