Easy setup. Took a tiny bit of figuring to get it all extended the first time, but then it’s a breeze. Breaks down small, so perfect for traveling with or just keeping in the car. Lightweight as well. I would highly recommend.

Cart is sturdy and rolls smoothly. Easy to maneuver. Folds up fairly small.

Great cart, very easy to maneuver on the course. Only issue is it can be a bit of a challenge to fold.

Happy with the cart. Would say the coin and stash area are a little cheap looking, but otherwise it’s really nice. Foot brake works but is less convenient than a hand brake.

Definitely helps on a hilly course. Use to carry my clubs but my age and terrain of the course dictated otherwise. I didn’t want to give up the “walk” so bought this. Folds up nicely and has nice storage as well.

Used this a couple times since I have purchased it. Rolls easy and can handle just about every bag you might have. Makes me want to walk more.

Nice push cart, easily assembled. Only 4Stars because like other reviews have mentioned cart has a slight pull to one side when utilizing

This is the best cart. Get asked on the course all the time where I got it from. It’s folds up nicely and compact. Lots of storage compartments. Love the drink and umbrella holder. All around great push cart. And the price can’t be beat! Watched a YouTube video for easy simple installation.

As you would expect its a little flimsy but other than that its pretty decent, the cup holder kind of sucks because you have to take it off to fold the thing up.

I much prefer this cart to any 3-wheeler. It’s really, really goodwhen opened. But opening and closing is not only a two-handed task, but usually takes two hands and one foot, both when unfolding and folding. Perhaps it requires all the built-in resistance in order to last a long time, but it’s a pain. And when closing, the bottom lock is extremely hard to clamp.

The cart also has an extra little “mystery” frame attached to the right, bottom expander. If you figure out its usefulness, please come back and let me know! All in all, I’d buy this one again, despite the folding ordeal.

Easy to fold/unfold. Very well built cart. I can’t see what a$250 or $300 cart could have that this one doesn’t.

It’s all I wanted in a cart. Size, motion activated with human power, cruise control, adjustability and more.

I ended up with the KVV 3 wheeler after comparing side by side – this folded a bit smaller but it’s shape wasn’t as good for my trunk, the KVV on it’s side worked better in my trunk. Also it was heavier than the 3 wheeler and with smaller wheels uneven terrain would be an issue. But the main thing: the drink holder is a silly dangly floppy thing that I did not like at all. So I returned due to drink holder and weight mostly.

Frustration! After reading the directions to put together, then watching multiple videos on YouTube we found that the cart had been put together wrong at the manufacturing site. The rod should have let the cart unfold but it would not since the tube or cylinder was put on backwards. A 15 minute unboxing took over an hour. Very frustrating. I hope no one else had the same experience!

If you struggle with where to stow stuff in your bag, this cart has it covered. Light, compact, & solidly built, I’m very happy with it overall.

My bag would always twist/roll on most pull carts. This one is designed to hold bags with foldout legs so they don’t twist/roll.

Has spots for all you could think of, including a great snap shut storage for keys, wallet, etc. It also has a spot to securely hold my phone which is great if you use a course app.

The only thing that could be better is the detachable cup/tumbler holder. It works as needed, but needs to be removed when folding the cart for transport/storage.

Overall, it’s what I expected and needed.

Ordered two of these, one for me and one for my wife. Overall, it is pretty good with a couple of things to be aware of:

    Pros:
    Lightweight
relatively easy to assemble and the second one was cake after doing the first
Holds the bag well and easy to push
Has a drink holder unlike a few I saw (When would you ever want to golf without the opportunityto put a “beverage” on your cart??
    Pretty well equipped

    Cons:
    – Feels a little on the low quality side and wonder if it will break soon (I have a Travel Pro suitcase that felt the same way and 12 years later it is going strong. Plus, if I can 25 uses out of it, it will pay for the normal fees for a pull cart. After that, all profit!!!
    – One weird thing is that there is a lock mechanism for folding down the handle and for folding up the wheeled cart part, but only the folded handle locks when folded (and will flip open if you don’t lock it). The cart part ONLY locks when locking it open. I don’t know if I care yet, but seems like a silly oversight to me and it looks like it resists opening in the cart part unless you make it actually choose to unfold it. We will see if that holds up over time, like for the first 25+ uses :).

All in all I say it is probably a good buy.

Light enough to lift but strong, durable build makes it comfortable to bang around and it stands up to heavy use.

Looks like a very good cart. Will try it for the first time tomorrow.
The Assembly instructions are terrible. Pretty simple to do but made
Much more complicated by the words and pictures. Someone needs to learn the
Difference between a buckle and a clamp. Needs better and closer up drawings to see
    What is being referred to!

I golf normally once per week and have been looking for a reliable push cart. After much research I came across this CaddyTek cart and it exceeded my expectations. Once I unboxed and read the instructions it was easy to assemble. I’ve taken it on the course a few times and it is a true piece of equipment. It is light weight, easy to open and close, and steers great. Plenty of storage and easy to use! Fantastic price and value for someone that likes to walk the course.

This cart has served me well for several years, has held up well, is relatively light weight. Folds down to a very compact unit, but folding is not intuitive and took me quite a few rounds of golf to get the hang of the folding/unfolding process. The clamp which locks the unit in place when folded requires a lot of strength, not very well suited to older arthritic hands. Has a nice webbing pouch to store miscellaneous items while playing. The biggest drawback is the four-wheel design, while quite steady over varying terrain (with a very good foot-operated wheel lock), is difficult to change directions while pushing. Best on straight, flat land.

I just receive mine , honestly it is beyond my expectation since i bought the discount one and it is clearly new because everything was still wrap in plastic .

Easy to assemble/fold and feels sturdy.

Only downside is i ordered the dark grey and receive whats look like mat black but once again i saved 70$ going for the discount one and i was ready to live with a few scratches or whatever , really happy to get a brand new one for that price.

Received mine Saturday 3/25/23 took it the course today, worth the $125. I paid for it; going to take a few rounds to really give it a honest review . During my 18 holes was regretting not getting the 3 wheel swivel unit, Amazin says it is returnable. Think I will give it a few more rounds. . My bag stayed secure was rough ride through out my game. Easy easy to set up and break down.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersSolid 4 wheel cart with zero complaints. Incredibly easy to install the wheels and it’s two simple hinges to lock. Basically came out of the box ready to go. The insulated zippered compartment held two water bottles and the main compartment held my soft shell jacket (xxl size for me) without any issues. Love the cup holder. Tried the umbrella holder at my house before my first round with it and it’s quite sturdy. Folds up nicely. I really can’t say enough good things about this push cart I am happy I bought it. If anything affects durability this season I will update my review but based off my first round with it I am nothing but happy with my purchase!!

Its compact after folded, light weight. Looks sturdy and premium, need time to tell whether it will last. But the umbrella holder is missing, which is annoying and different from what the description says. No where to contact the seller for this, I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning it just for the holder.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIt’s sturdy and appears to be well made. I’m short so it’s not that easy for me to unpack and set-up — I would highly recommend practicing unfolding, attaching your bag, and re-folding the cart before you actually use it at the course. Once it’s set up, it’s easy to maneuver and comfortable to use. The extra storage areas are handy and hold a lot! Overall, I’m glad I purchased this and hopefully, will get better and faster w/ setting up.

This is an excellent golfcart. Nice and sturdy and very easy to push. Assembly was fairly easy but the unfolding was tricky but once i realized what was holding it closed it just popped open. There are 2 clips you slide open but isn’t explained real clear in instructions. But now i find it easy and quick to fold and unfold. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for good golf ca

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersI bought this cart in Spring of 2021 and have used it about 15-20 times, and I am still very pleased with it. Here are some of the best reasons to get it:

    1) Feature-rich – they included a lot of great features on this cart so that everything you need while playing is at your fingertips. For example, I use my cell phone to keep track of my scores and measure distances, so I need easy access to it. The cell phone holder is perfectly placed and keeps your phone nice and snug. Likewise, the water bottle holder is extremely convenient, as is the console near the handle which holds tees, balls, ball markers, and anything else you might need easy access to. Even something like the umbrella holder comes in really handy in times of rain, but you probably wouldn’t think of this as a necessary push cart feature. I have never used the included cooler pouch, which just tells me they added more features than I can even use.

    2) Portability – the process for folding the cart and storing it takes only a few seconds. There is a slight learning curve because it can be a little confusing at first, but once you do it a few times it is easy. The cart is small enough that I can keep it and my golf clubs in the trunk of my small sedan.

    3) Performance – the cart rolls smoothly and is easy to push around on four wheels, or pull on two wheels. The materials used seem to be sufficiently high quality that after a couple dozen rounds, the cart is still in good shape. It’s also very stable and has never fallen over while I’ve used it. The rolling action is so smooth that you almost certainly will need to engage the wheel brake whenever you’re on a slight incline or decline. The one negative here is that I cannot get the cart to roll perfectly straight, and so it pulls slightly to one side. There are instructions on how to adjust this, but they did not entirely work for me.

Anyway, this is a great cart for the money as it gives you all the conveniences you need while enjoying a round of golf.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI am a fat, middle-aged guy with a son who is getting into golf. We have been playing together using a push cart (mine is this model, his is another CaddyTek model) and it makes walking SO, SO much better. Walking 9 holes is a breeze and I get way more out of it, not just exercise, by using this cart. It’s solid, has a perfect weight and stability. The storage is perfect as well. The only 2 things I would put in the con column is that the cup holder isn’t good for more than a 20oz bottle of water (I carry a 40oz SS bottle in the pouch below). It will easily tip over if the bottle is even slightly top heavy. The second is the “cooler” pouch doesn’t really seem to do anything. I put a small bottle of water in there, cold from the refrigerator, with an ice pack, and by the 6th hole in 80 degree weather, the bottle was much warmer than when it was put in there.

In all, this is a excellent value and an excellent choice for a push cart. I had issues with the other cart (my son’s) and I emailed CaddyTek. Within 4 hours I got a response, and they shipped out parts the same day. Can’t say enough about them as well.

I haven’t taken It out on the course yet but it feels absolutely amazing. Has literally every little space I need for tees, balls, phone, drinks, umbrella, and scorecard. love it

Edit (May 19th 2022): I’ve used it probably 30 times now it’s just as good as I thought it was. The convenience of it was just relaxing. So many places to keep things, good brakes, golf clubs never fall (unless you run down a hill whoops), oh ya it’s also really sturdy lol. Overall, definitely worth it for the price.

I needed a push cart for my 9 year old son, who has to push his own golf bag in competitions that he is playing in on our local, hilly course. So “weight” of the trolley was really the most important factor in my research and deciding to make this purchase.

And I wasn’t disappointed. He has been borrowing a click gear 3.5+ From his coach and this Caddytek Is significantly lighter, but doesn’t feel any lower from a quality POV.

It has all the “accessories” that my son needs – drink & umbrella holder, mesh net for balls and other stuff, a compartment for his rangefinder and even a little cooler bag compartment (which is small, but doesn’t need to be any bigger since he’s not going on a picnic). And yes, you can add a seat (seems like the kids “need” one these days) if you want, but I didn’t get it.

Being a junior golfer, his bag is smaller than a standard size, but that made no difference – it fits on the cart and can be securely clamped In (great system by the way).

The 4 wheels make it extremely stable, and the foot real works great and is easy to operate.

Overall I’m extremely happy with the purchase. More importantly, so is my son who loves the cart even though it’s not a click gear, which all his peers seem to have.

This cart is great value for money and was about $80 -120 less than the click gear equivalent.

I would definitely recommend this push cart, especially for younger children or any holder where weight is a or the main consideration.

On a side note, there is a VERY small wobble on one of the wheels – you can’t even feel it with the unevenness of the golf course terrain. However I contacted caddytek via email anyway and described the problem. I received a response within 30 minutes, and a replacement wheel was sent out to me free Of charge on the same day. So on top of a great product there is even better customer service!

    What’s not to love.

Golden Review Award: 34 From Our UsersI love electric golf carts — they’re super fun… but, then you have your friends or loved ones who only want to play if they can walk the golf course. OR; you need to pull a cart for only 3 holes, because it will be dark soon…. so, for those times when a manual push-pull cart is what you need,…. THIS CaddyTek 4 wheels cart is a great option. I ordered an Amazon Warehouse Deal that someone else returned. Amazon didn’t even mark it down much; however, I was going to have to wait at least a month to 6 weeks for delivery – unless I ordered one from Amazon’s Previously Purchased inventory.

When summer is nearing the end, the last thing you want to do, is wait 4 to 6 weeks for your CaddyTek golf cart to arrive…! Dear CaddyTek Marketing Team : please do two things:
    1. make a simple to follow video about how to assemble this boxed item, and then upload it to YouTube – where every modern company puts THEIR assembly instructions
    2. throw your current Assembly Instructions out — they are beyond awful…. & get a talented Technical Writer
I’m available, if you want to hire me. Also: if you want a producer and videographer for the clip you’re going to upload to YouTube — I’m available for hire for that, as well.

The assembly is not that difficult– but with terribly written instructions, and no suitable video previously uploaded to YouTube — I was simply forced to tinker with the parts until I could figure out how to assemble them.

The assembly IS NOT THAT HARD ; once you familiarize yourself with the parts. But, with a decent assembly pamphlet, and/ or a decent YouTube video – or even an assembly video uploaded to your website – the assembly would have taken all of 12-14 minutes. Ditch the provided Allen Wrench and teeny cheap traditional wrench…. they only confuse people about the pure simplicity of the assembly. You don’t need either of those tools to assemble your CaddyTek Explorer V8 .

What you need to know– is which simple part to bend where–? or push a button. then lift where…? My umbrella holder was not identified in the plastic as such — therefore, I was trying to hook together the beverage cage with the umbrella holder – holy smokes… that sure wasted a lot of valuable assembly time…. if you had already uploaded a self-help video to your CaddyTek site AND to YouTube — you would have saved me quite a bit of unnecessary “tinkering until I figured it out” time…..

(that’s time that could have been spent cleaning the house, or improving my tee-box or fairway club swing…..!
